Hi Community,My organization is launching a new onboarding process.  We want our new hires to take their self-guided courses in particular order each day.  For example we want docebo to assign them courses A, B, C and D on Day 1.  Then on Day 2 they are assigned courses E, F, G, I. So on for the first 30 days for their employment.Currently, we are using Learning Plans. But our learners are having issues with taking the courses in the required order we want them to complete them.Has anyone done something like this with either LP or with Enrollment Rules?Any information would be helpful!Thanks

I can’t seem to find this specific issue when searching the community, but we have had 3 unique users from 2 unique networks have errors accessing content with the site stating: hlsjs-lite Network error. Has anyone encountered this error before? I originally assumed it was something on the user network end, but since we’re seeing it more commonly I am thinking it may be something else.  It’s happening with some content, but not all. The one below is an mp4 video.  

Hi I’ve been adding some text to one of our ‘Course additional fields’. For some reason it won’t save my text over 34 word/276 characters. I can’t find anywhere on the knowledge base that says there is a character restriction and until the latest update I’ve been able to save much longer text to the additional field. Has anyone else tried this? Is it just me having this problem? Have I accidentally found a bug again or is this in the design on purpose for some reason?

Good afternoon everyone,Does anyone have a template email they provide to their customers or users that describes pros and cons or even better trouble shooting tips for using docebo in various web browsers. I have a link to a KBA that provides information related to “System Requirements”. However, what I am really interested in something that helps users when they experiencing issues using browsers other than the recommended system, Chrome. FYI - I posted this to a few groups, but since I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, I thought I would expand my search.  Thanks, Seth 

Has anybody experienced duplicate notifications firing out?  We are testing at the moment at the certificate expiring message has sent out twice per user.

We’re working on a project where it’s a high priority that barriers to access are as low as possible which is why we’ve opted for free self-registration where users are forwarded to the LMS and can start learning right after registration without any confirmation.Intended behavior: When a user self-registers, a notification is sent to a facilitator@… email addressContext:As part of the program, a facilitator reaches out to new users. There are multiple facilitators that share a facilitator@… email address for all communication with learners. The idea is that each facilitator gets a folder in that shared email address. Once they reach out to the user, they move the notification email to their own folder I created a power user account and profile for that email address just for that purpose, I only need a notification that triggers when a user self-registers (without confirmation)

My Activities Maybe some of you have notice this change, but this section in the My Activities is now called Training Journeys instead of Learning Plans. We find this very confusing and are not sure why Docebo has changed this. Anybody any thoughts about this???

This may be a 101 question, but I cant believe I am getting stuck on this.I have an SME asking for a report scoped to the learning objects in the learning plan.Is there a way to report on just the courses in a learning plan? The courses do live outside of the learning plan as well as inside of it. Said learning plan is not in catalogs and is only used for mapped learning, but the courses do live in catalogs. 

What are your solutions to quickly accessing a report in Docebo?I am aware of the option to schedule reports to be emailed to users.A customer has contacted us requesting a process that requires less clicks to generated important/most often utilized reports. Our system is iframed so there are clicks/steps on top of the steps just inside of Docebo. Do you have any other suggestions outside of scheduling the report for the user? I would love to be able to quick link reports or have quick link type options on the customers home page. I am newer to the system and would love and ideas/suggestions!  Thank you,Courtney

We seem to be experiencing inconsistencies with the 'invite to watch' functionality from channel assets, interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this?I would expect the notifications to be sent at the time of event however, sometimes it’s taking longer than an hour to hit peoples inbox. With this in mind, I am currently having to invite my manager to watch all content that I send to the customer because I don’t know when they’ll actually receive it. I’m wondering if the events falls into a queue of jobs that run sequentially? Maybe certain times of day tend to be busier than others?  The invite to watch notification is something that we are keen to use heavily for proactive engagement as well as training support. For example, if a customer emails in with a question and we have an asset that walks through it, great invite them to watch. However, right now we see some come through immediately and others taking almost an hour. Has anyone else experienced

It was confirmed that if I direct enroll a condition based group to a LearningPlan, that as group members were added they would receive the learning plan assignment.  I checked today, and the group increased by 12, but those 12 are not showing in the Learning Plan.  Was I misinformed?  

Hi fellow admins,We’re trying to decide what terms to use when describing ILT and VILT courses to our learners. At the moment, we don’t use any particular terminology for ILT courses as these are currently handled outside our platform. However, we’ve been using terms such as “Web training” and “Live training” to describe our VILT courses. We’d like to standardize these terms both internally and externally to avoid confusion and are wondering what terms other admins use. Please could you let me know whether you use the terms ILT and VILT, and if not, what terms you use instead?Thanks,Daniel

Once you have a report setup like you want it with fields and organization, is there a way to clone or copy that report so you can change the filters to keep the basic design but run it for a different group/branch?  I’ve spent a lot of time getting a report to look like I want it to and now I need to duplicate it for different segments of our user population but can’t see how to do that without creating new reports from scratch. 

Hi there, Has any company gone through the process of integrating 250 Trainers’ Zoom accounts with Docebo? We have followed the steps with Zoom to integrate just one account and it was timely and we needed to grant the user developer rights within Zoom, and require each trainer to be present for us to integrate them. Need to integrate as it is easy one click to add zoom links to ILTs. Does anyone have a solution apart from using custom URL in the ILT set ups for us to integrate so many accounts with the least amount of administration friction? Open to thoughts. Thanks in advance for any experiences shared. 

Hello! Looking for some best practices setting up VILT/Sessions/Events for a webinar. This is our first time using this feature of our LMS. Monthly, we have Webinars that are all related to Safety. Each is a different topic. My questions are:Should each separate Webinar be a separate VILT? Or 1 VILT and each webinar is a separate session?  Is it required to set up an event per session? Or is a session sufficient?Any best practices around VILT’s would be appreciated! Thanks. 

Before it moved to the community, I was able to filter ideas to see only the ideas that I have submitted. Have we lost that ability, or am I missing something? I need to be able to track the status and report back to my team.

Hi it would be super helpful to be able to click on things on the dashboard to drill into them further from the dashboard. Example alerts says x courses with no enrollments it would be good to click on that and get more details with out digging.Same thing with recent activities.

We have a client getting an error when trying to Download from a Coach & Share asset.  Others at her facility get the same error, but we are not able to duplicate the error on our end.  I suspect something on their network is blocking it.  Has anyone else seen this and have an easy fix (or known cause)?The error she gets is:This site can't be reached lmsfiles.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com took too longto respond.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewallRunning Windows Network DiagnosticsERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hi allWe have a simple enrollment rule that assigns a series of Courses to users in a certain Group.  I have just noticed that, after adding additional Courses to the enrollment rule resources, these are not retrospectively assigned to existing users. I knew that existing users do not get retroactively picked-up by enrollment rules, but hadn’t realised the same was the case for resources.Does anybody have any advice on how best to handle this situation? Is it a case of having to manually enroll the Group to the new courses?  Thanks!Alan

HI,Can anyone tell me if any of the following are doable:Can you hide/disable the add to calendar icon in a course.  it just creates a brand new calendar in outlook and isn't helpful at all Can you change the placement of the join webinar button (or auto expand the drop down box).  users can’t find it Can you hide training materials from the search box (not helpful at all when trying to find a course) Can you edit the contents of the calendar attachment of a notification invite? When browsing a catalogue can you make it clearer on the cards that you have completed a course (rather than it just say ‘enrolled’) Can you display a ‘Renew now’ option on the actual course page of refresher training so people don’t retake an old attempt rather than start a new one.Sorry for long list but better than creating multiple posts i think

Hi,I wonder if anyone (who might be a scorm expert) knows the answer to this.  We have uploaded a scorm file which works fine on our current Blackboard VLE, but on upload to Docebo it doesn't render correctly.  I expect this is an issue with the scorm file settings but just wanted to check to see if anyone has experienced this before.  The screen looks the same regardless of which player setting i choose e.g. inline, new window etc. 

When creating a course, I see that I can hide individual training materials and make them available on specific dates.    What if I have more than a few items and I would like to hide the folder with all the materials inside?   That way I can turn the items on/off when needed instead of one by one?  Is that possible?
