Hello wise Community,We recently launched My Team with a few external partners. As the super admin and project owner, I’d like to generate a report on My Team activity across the platform. What’s the best way to do this? Do I need to make myself the manager of all My Team managers in order to get a complete overview?Thanks,Cat

First, I've already created a group where all employees are automatically enrolled if their email ends with our company's name. I wanted to create another automatic group where when their email ends with anything other than our company name it moves them into a separate group. Is this possible and is there some type of work around required? I've tried user field email address is not equal to @xyz.com and it just says this email address is not valid. 

I have created a new group for employees with a certain ending to their email address. However, there are a few employees that i need to manually remove from the automatic group. How can I do this?

We created an e-learning course which has had 2500 completions.  We have now made the decision for it to be renewed every 3 years.  I have created a refresher certification,  and tried to bulk upload a CSV of completions.It works, except it hasn't calculated the renew/expiry date (even though that detail was in the CSV i uploaded).  Any ideas why it has work.  I now have 2500 certifications but without a renewal date.

Has anyone done a validation for 21 CFR pt. 11 for the Docebo platform? We’re needing to provide this for our regulated industry and I’m curious to know if others have done this and what your experience is. 

I’ve seen some old questions on this topic (3 years plus) and ideas to introduce.. but have any of these come to fruition?I need to be able to report on no-shows AND (separately) cancellations from ILTs. As you know, there is a significant cost to these, so reporting is essential.

I have been building a lot of ILT courses in our platform lately and my colleagues running the sessions are wanting to know the difference and I feel like I am giving very vague answers. So I was wondering if somebody had a good answer to this. Both Subscribed and In Progress show for difference users that area all enrolled in both the course and the session I built.

Good afternoon,  Is there a way that managers can view the feedback from Instructors? I have gone through via My Team and can’t see that there is anywhere they can see the feedback/evaluations that instructors have given staff on their event? We would want managers to see the feedback that staff have received especially f they have failed so they can review their performance etc.  We have managers set up as Power Users with View Permissions for ILT Sessions, Courses, Enrolment and Learning Plans so not sure if there is anything needing to be added here?

Is it possible in a certificate to add the estimated average time from the course details? I see the short code for the actual time it took for completion, but we need average estimated time instead. 

When E-Signature is activated for those who do a course in ILT. Am I able to send the verification to their email once I confirm they have attended the course? I get its possible for those who do the E-learning but how is it possible for those in ILT?

Is there a feature that we can set that a training expires after X amount of days? For example forklift certification is good for 3 years. Can I make it so that it automatically re-enrolls those who had previously taken the training after the 3 year period?

Is there a way to add a Superadmin to a power user profile?What I’m trying to accomplish is having notifications sent to one specific Superadmin only. But that’s not a choice. What is a choice, is a specific Power User or Instructor. 

I am hoping the talented and knowledgeable Docebo Community can help me with the following. We have certain compliance courses that are required for new hires to complete within 30 days from their hire date and have auto-enrollment rules set up for these assignments based on groups where the validity period is set to reflect 30 days from the enrollment date, and then each month there are specific courses that are manually and mass assigned to all users and due on a specific date.The new hire compliance courses are packaged in a learning plan. All courses have time option programmed at the course level of 30 days and the “soft deadline on” option, which is helpful for us so that if needed, the learner can access the course past the deadline and is not locked out. Up until last week, the notifications with the types of “Digest: learner has yet to complete the course” and “course has expired” included these mandatory courses, however, last week, the notifications for these courses stopped

Just an FYI - the labels on all of the headers in the task widget changed...and maybe I am late to the party.It also looks like there was an adjustment in dimensions.Some good news - you can control the labels of all the headers with the localization tool (each one of those are a “pages” type). Well and we got our overdue list as well a release ago.Some bad news - well, if you have multiple homepage layouts, you are gonna be potentially touching a few pages to fix the geometry of your task widget or other widget heights in the same row. And adjusting the language in one place may call for those supporting multiple languages to support multiple tune ups.Anyone else finding this?

I have a client who would like to build out a learning plan where they will give the user courses to complete, but then they would like to tell the user to choose any 2 of a possible 10 elearning courses to complete. Upon completing those 2, they would then progress to the next learning plan.I know we can do this with ILTs where you can say you need to complete a set number of sessions or events. What’s the best way to achieve this with elearning (where no ILTs are required)My current thought process is to add in an assignment telling the users to choose and complete 2 courses from a set catalogue of 10 courses, then reporting back on the assignment they are done for this to be manually marked as completed (or sent back if they have not been completed).This is obviously a manual workaround and not really a solution. I thought about equivalences however we do not want to mark courses as complete that they have not done as they may be used later.Does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, sugg

I have an eLearning course which users are required to complete annually and I don't want to attach a certification to the course as this has historically caused issues within our org.Some users completed over three years ago and are therefore out of date and their course status is marked completed.  Some users are yet to start and therefore I need to set up notification reminders.  Other users are in progress and have likely not exited the course correctly (completed on an Android device web based browser).I think I should be:Setting a notification stating your course has expired.  How do I set the expiry date within the course?  Time options - Course validity period (for 12 months) OR Enrollment validity period with Start calculation from the first access date and set number of days to 365 with soft deadline enabled Setting a notification reminder to say your course is due to expiry in 3 weeks please schedule time to complete.  Which notification would I use for this?

Greetings! The highest level managers within our organization's platform have visibility over the team members directly reporting to them. However, they do not have visibility over the team members of those direct reports.  Is it possible for our highest level managers to have visibility over team members who are not directly reporting to them? Thank you :)

Hi,I am receiving 403 errors on My Courses and Learning Plans, regardless of user or user level. I have cleared caches, used different browsers, deleted all Menus and rebuilt them, and everything else I can think of. I even created a custom page and added the My Courses widget...and it gave a 403 error. Any ideas? I put in a ticket, but it is taking a long time.Thank you!

Hi everyone! I got a SCORM file from a vendor (NINJIO) and the video content is only about 6 minutes or less with a single knowledge check question at the end. However the file is 1.1GB! I have no idea why it is so big, but I can’t upload it and our Cybersecurity team needs it to be tracked. I did try to add the SCORM file to both the Central Repository and directly into the course, but neither allowed the file size. Does anyone use NINJIO scorm files in their instance successfully or has a workaround for adding this larger file (or maybe compressing it)? Happy to try a creative solution but not sure where to start!

When the new course player was previewed a long time ago I raised the issue of the unenrolment button being almost impossible to find.  I’d hoped as we got nearer to go live this had been addressed, but alas no. I have 2 questions about this drop down and wondering if anyone can tell me if they have similar issues and can suggest some workarounds: Does anyone else agree that the unenrol button is hidden and not easy to find, and how they intend to mitigate the queries we’ll be getting from users on how to find it? The ‘Add to Calendar’ button does not work properly for us (the email notifications we send out with an ICS file does work).  This button allows users to ‘add to calendar’ or copy the webcal link.  In our org, where we use Outlook classic, trying to import this way ends in an error.  Does anyone know why, or whether there is a way to hide this option if there isn't a fix? 

Is it possible to have direct managers enroll courses?I created a group and of direct managers, a catalog w/group visibility and courses with these options. I don’t want the users to self-enroll. What is the way to set this up?The direct mangers are not Power Users.Thanks for any insight!  

Hello,  If I have a user that has become a MAU for the month, and I go and delete them, do they still count towards the monthly usage allowance?

Hello! We recently had an update to one of our learning plans that drive a certification (Forklift training). When we add the course, even if we don’t recalculate enrollments, it will still assign the course to Team Members who have completed the LP, which to my understanding is the intended functionality. We can’t have this as we 1 - don’t want all existing certified team members taking this course and 2 - can’t have incomplete courses on the team members profile due to audit requirements of having all assigned training completed. What I need is to have a new learning plan where the additional course is added to it and team members will take that new learning plan when they renew. The LP has to stay with the certification or we lose the tracking. Additionally, we need to keep the existing users enrolled in the LP or we lose that. Has anyone figured out a good way to do this? I tried turning off “Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification” but i
