Anyone else having issues with the New Reports?  We have an open ticket as no new data has been available since 10/1/2025.  Old reports is working fine and we are hosted on US East (N. Virginia).Is it just us?  Support has provided zero details and the Docebo System Status Page is all green. We have a ton of schedule reports, so this is quite a disruption for our partners.

Is there any way to upload a list of people to receive a badge? We would like to award people that log in every week in a month a badge and points. Is there any way to do a CSV upload or API upload?Currently this is going to mean I’m going to have to do this manually which will take ages. 

Hey all,We need to update the enrollment status for a good portion of people assigned to an old compliance course in our platform. When we switched from an old platform to Docebo we brought over the titles & enrollments of previous courses for record-keeping purposes. However, the contractors who did this work for us neglected to update the enrollment status for some people in one of the courses (like thousands of people) so they’re showing “Not Started” when they should be “Complete.” It’s too many people to update manually. Is there a way to batch update the enrollment status for the people enrolled who completed the course (and preferably the completion date as well since it’s from a previous year)?I did see this article about using an API but I was hoping for a more simple solu

I did the following when setting up a new landing page for users to ask the experts questions on a new app we have.DCS buttons shown on the top right of landing page channels with 2 assigned experts (including myself) notifications set up for questions that are added to channelsWhen I did a test question, the notification pops up, but when I click on it to answer, there is no “answer/reply” button. There are only 3 dots with the options to delete question or follow the question thread.  How do I enable experts to answer questions?   Update: I thought I somehow fixed my own problem but now I am unsure.I was messing around with my CSS code for the page after postign this question (used a css code through F

I have looked, but not seeing where this is discussed, I probably missed it.   While I am loving the ability to manage multiple languages in one course (we support 17), I am not seeing that this also provides the ability to handle course titles and descriptions across the languages.  Is this not the case?  If I have an English title and description, I don’t have the option to add alternative languages for these elements which seems a challenge for non english speakers to see and select courses.  Has anyone thought through or come up with a solution for titles and descriptions?

I have a new user additional field that was just added to my platform, and I need to assign a value for that field to over 350 users.  I know that this can be done via CSV but can’t find any actual instructions about how to accomplish this.  The closest thing I can find is the “Importing and managing users via CSV files” knowledge base article, which says that the user additional field can be entered as a string:However, I have no idea what that means, and it’s not explained anywhere.  I have a CSV file with the username, first name, last name, and email of the users that need to be updated, but I don’t know how to add my dropdown user additional field to that file.  The user additional field is called “ASP Level” and has 3 dropdown elements: ASP 1, ASP 2, and ASP 3.  Can anyone help me with how to format the data so it uploads

Hi Docebo Community! We are new to Docebo and just went live today! We have built all of our assessments in Storyline and imported them as SCORM files into the course/learning plan. These assessments allow unlimited attempts. However, we track the impact of those by looking at the first attempt scores. We are struggling to find a way to view this data either in the product or in our Learn Data Snowflake experience. Has anyone successfully been able to view their learner’s multiple attempts on assessments that are uploaded as a SCORM file? 

I am creating a page that includes an image carousel of our team members. I have found that creating a video in Canva with the autoplay feature is how I have been able to get around using any code or Comslider. However, Docebo seems to be blocking the autoplay portion. Is there a way to allow the video to autoplay? If not, what are other people using for image carousel’s that isn’t Comslider?

We turned on peer notifications, and the notification appeared to work as it should, BUT it was received twice. I am wondering if this is because we were assigning two different peers to the one checklist or if it is because during testing, we rejected one of the users. The notifications did not come at the same time. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated. 

I’ve read through the community help articles on this topic, and need some guidance/suggestions on how to do the following. We have a selection of courses that are assigned to all new hires and due within 30 days of their start date. These courses are assigned via a learning plan currently.Annually, the same courses need to be assigned to all staff, however, anyone who started within 60 days of the launch/assignment don’t need to complete the courses again unless the content of the courses changes, and then they are required to complete the course. We were thinking about using learning plans to assign these courses as there are about 10 courses that each user needs to complete. The content for these courses is loaded into the central repository. For one of the e-learning courses, I uploaded an updated SCORM file in the central repository today as a major version and expected the training material to be reset for the users who previously completed it and f

HiWill notifications set to trigger when a user self-enrols or when a course is archived and re-enrolled by a superadmin also activate if the course is part of a Learning Plan, and the user is later enrolled into that Learning Plan?thanks

Good afternoon,  I am getting very confused with enrolment CSV’s. As our go-live date is approaching I would really like to master this, rather than manually having to enrol staff onto 100s of ILT courses.  I have tried 5 different times and each time I try it gives me a different reason for failing which I have then fixed and sorted. Now it when I go to upload the CSV it tells me I have 28 lines of data on my spreadsheet to import, which is very wrong considering there are only 2? Is this a glitch? or is there a fix? I have been trying with different spreadsheets and it keeps giving me bigger numbers for the same 2 enrolments and I am getting really confused!

Hello wise Community,We are experiencing a training material completion issue. We use SCORM files, and have the final one set as the end object marker. For some users, the training material is showing complete, but the enrollment status is not changing to complete. We opened a ticket, and they said that we need to add exit buttons to our SCORM files because it’s caused when users don’t close the training material. My question is, why are the training material and enrollment reports not syncing? Hello,I am trying to set up a report with instructor led training sessions only, without the user data - we are trying to set a report view up for admins to see the upcoming class schedule in tabular format which they can extract.Has anyone been able to accomplish this using custom reports or otherwise?

Hello! Just curious if anyone here has set up an eCommerce solution to sell courses in multiple countries. I was testing the eCommerce app with Stripe, but ran into a few critical roadblocks. The biggest being our tax requirements and that we can only configure one payment gateway in Docebo. We have multiple legal entities and Stripe accounts based on the countries we operate in: Canada, US, and UK. We must collect taxes for each country in the corresponding Stripe account (e.g., collect US tax in the US Stripe account). This is a major limitation for us. We cannot, for example, use the US Stripe gateway to collect Canadian or UK taxes. I have to imagine this is not uncommon in the eCommerce world. What is the ideal solution to manage this?

We primarily use Learning Plans to manage training, but a key limitation is that when managers view an employee’s card or run a Learning Plan report, the individual courses within the plan are not visible.This makes it difficult for managers to quickly assess which courses have been completed and which are still outstanding. Having visibility into the specific courses within a Learning Plan—along with their completion status—would significantly improve oversight and support more effective follow-up with employees.

Hello Everyone, Does anyone know of a way to isolate how many users accessed our system in 2024 if I ran that today?  Anyone who accessed in 2024 and also 2025, their last access date would show 2025.  Just curious if there is a way to filter to say “show me users who accessed the system in 2024” from the User Management interface.  And taking that to the next level, I’d also like to get that number by branch...so total 2024 users, and then total 2024 users who accessed via a specific branch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi~ Thank you in advance for your help.We ran leaderboard last year that ended awhile back. We want to run a new one but I see even if I delete the last leaderboard, the staff that were in the Top 10 on the now deleted leaderboard, still are showing up even though the new leaderboard (with associated badges/points) has yet to begin. See screenshot where the Leaderbaord Top 10 are still showing although I deleted that one. I am guessing I need to go back to all those badges and change the points to 0 in order to get rid of this? I want to start the new leaderboard off fresh and don’t like that you can see the past results from a different leaderboard from 1 year ago. Thoughts?    

We’re going to be generating accounts, and we want a “one button” or “one link” log-in option for those folks - like an SSO button, something where they can just click and get in (no password). I’ve looked into trying to do magic links (it looks like Docebo doesn’t offer that option) and I believe SSO wouldn’t work. Understand if this isn’t possible, but is there a way to do this?Example: User has account automatically generated. They can get in without entering a password, just by clicking a button or link.Thank you for any help in advance!

I need to remove a high volume of users from the certification requirement.  Is there a CSV template that I am not finding to be able to do this?  Removing 1000+ users manually is not a valuable use of time.

Hi,Does anyone know if it is possible to select a custom range of channels that come up when a user “Asks an Expert?” We’ve got lots of channels but want to show the Q&A widget for only a certain group of them, and therefore the drop down box looks really confusing at the moment when they go to ask!
