Hello! I have been receiving an HTTP error when trying to upload SCORM packages I have published from Rise for about 2 weeks or so now. I have been testing and I am able to upload some SCORM files but a few of mine are throwing this HTTP error. I also have received the error when trying to upload videos. This is very recent as I have been able to upload in the past. Anyone else have issues or is this a known issue that has resolution? I have been working with support but have not gotten anywhere so I am posting in the community to see if any members have had the same issue or know of any resolution. 

We would like to start using the Enrollment Priorities to highlight our compliance training (and make it easier to find). The current options under enrollment priorities are Mandatory, Required, Recommended, and Optional.  The problem with using Mandatory is that with the new learning plan structure (mandatory vs optional), any required course in an assigned learning plan already lists the word as Mandatory on their courses. This has led to an influx of panicked employees coming to me worried that they won’t complete their “Mandatory” training in time (which is mandatory to complete the learning plan, but not mandatory in terms of our compliance training). This also makes me hesitant to use the word mandatory as an enrollment priority option.  I’m looking for a way to change the Enrollment Priority verbiage from Mandatory to Compliance (or something similar), to both avoid confusion and to make it clear which courses need to be completed.

I’d love to hear how other organizations manage the “course archival” process? As it stands, Docebo doesn’t have a course archive function and also keeps enrollment data for the course. It’s certainly something I’m excited to see in the ideas portal, but in the meantime, anyone have any best practices to share?Our current process is as follows:Flip course to an “Under Maintenance” status Update course code to signify archived according to our taxonomy Remove thumbnail Update custom additional fields to show “Archived?: Yes” and date of update Remove all enrollments that are not “Complete” Remove course from all learning plans, catalogs, and channelsAnybody follow a different process? I am looking to send a reminder email to members of several groups. The message is consistent, and I want it to be automated. The group members change as new members are added based on meeting eligibility criteria when they complete courses/learning plans. I don’t want them to get a notification for each course or learning plan. One reminder per user if they are a member of any of my groups, which eliminates group, course, and learning plan notifications. I looked at Newsletter, but it looks like a manual task every time you send, which makes sense because newsletter content changes with each issue. Any suggestions? 

Hello, In one of our ILT courses the original basic quiz that was built in the Docebo software was retired and the instructors could see the completion of module content and quiz grade in the session details. A new interactive quiz was created -- it was built in Storyline and published as a xAPI (tin can) but the quiz is not showing passed for the instructors, so the student cannot continue. Is this something with xAPI or SCORM? I have not tried publishing a SCORM zip. Wondering has anyone come across this. Our other ILT courses have been setup the same way without issues, but not used quizzes built and published as xAPI (Tin Can) or SCORM for ILTs. Just wondering if I am missing something in the settings. I am not finding anything online to help.

Hi all, looking for best practice/recommendations for the following scenario:1 manager workshop with 4 options, 3 are for one audience group (that should only attend in person), 1 is for another audience (that should only attend this virtual option). We are thinking the following:1 ILT Course (Manager Workshop)3 sessions (each with their own event that takes place in a classroom) to give the audience a choice of which option they’d like to attend.+1 session (with 1 event) that is only zoom.Ideally each group only sees their respective options.We’d like to limit visibility so that the group that should attend one of the 3 in person events can only see those 3 options, and the other group that should attend virtually can only see that 1 respective session. This way we don’t have to monitor that they’re choosing the “correct” option.Any advice here? If there’s no way around this visibility,

Pretty simple yes or no question. Can power users create coupons or only super admin? If yes to PU, what is the permission? 

Does anyone know of a way or a permission set for Power Users to be able to view a Learning Plans’ enrollment (with all of its validity information) and create an enrollment into that Learning Plan, but not be able to remove or edit the enrollment(s)?Real Life Situation: I have a few Power User teams (support departments) that oversee completions of each others’ content. So the end user may call into one of these teams and ask about the completion of different team/department content. I need the Power User to be able to see that enrollment information, and also enroll the user into a Learning Plan if needed. But I don’t want the Power Users to be able to edit the ‘due dates’/ validity of the other teams’ content, nor be able to remove the enrollment. 

I see this description of the new Persistent Completion feature in Learning Plans: “you can now ensure that once a learner completes all mandatory courses in a plan, their status is permanently recorded as “completed”—regardless of any future updates to the learning plan structure. This enhancement eliminates fluctuating progress data and gives both administrators and learners the confidence that achievements are accurately and consistently recognised.”QUESTION: If you add a new course to a learning plan, will it trigger a notification of new training now being available, even if you’re not making the new course visible to the earlier enrollees?

Does anyone have a good approach for auditing that Assignments are being evaluated? We have a decent number of new hire courses that have assignments that need to be evaluated by an instructor. What we currently have set up:Instructors are sent an email when theres an assignment submitted to a course in which they’re an instructor on. We also have a task widget enabled for instructors to see assignments they need to evaluated. All our instructors are also Power Users, so they can help each other out and evaluate assignments on courses where they aren’t an instructor (so they can help out their peers).  We also have a report that sends weekly to this group of instructors that shows all assignments / tests that need to be evaluated, but they have to open the report and filter it so that “Completed” assignments with a blank score show (this seems to be the best way to figure out which assignments are pending evaluation since there doesn’t s

Hi,Is there a way to have a notification sent to a specific user (this user is not the learner, a power user or a super admin), when users complete a specific course? What I am trying to accomplish is: A user will complete a “getting started w/ xyz system” course that I made, and once the user completes it, the notification will go to our IT representative, and they will know to create the users “xyz’s system credentials”. Any help would be appreciated. The default for session date  is always to sort in date order oldest first.  I realise that this can be re-sorted by clicking on the field heading.  But, how do we fix this to always default to most recent first, so we always see the most current dates on screen 1?  This would be such a time saver when working in bulk to save a click or two.  Thanks in advance

I was creating a video overview of the My Team page for our leaders, and I noticed that in a few of the takes there was some information not showing consistently. The overdue courses and certifications on the user cards did not show and when I clicked the ellipsis for a Report no menu was available so I could not Edit. A refresh seemed to help but not solve the problem fully as it repeated again. Anyone else experience this inconsistency? I did recently clear my cookies and cache so I don’t think that is the issue. Thanks!

EDIT:  I found the answers I needed in Docebo Help - Notifications in different languages – Docebo Help & SupportI would like to create a bank of User Created by Admin notifications that will be sent to the new users in their preferred language, but I’m stuck on how to configure this in the Notifications area.Has anyone else managed to implement this successfully and, if so, can you please let me know how?Thank you in advance for your advice.

Dear community,We’ve received a question from one client regarding the max attempts for course (in properties under navigation). The course report is showing “0” attempts for the quiz activity, although the user did pass the course (and did attempt it). We’ve reproduced this and the number only increases when the quiz is failed. I’m looking for documentation to confirm that it does indeed count failed attempts, but cannot find anything. Did you also see something similar on your side? Do you know where I can find this in Docebo documentation? 🤔Thank you and wishing you a nice start in the new week! 😊

Hi! We are trying to create a dashboard that shows the course progress of users in specific courses. I know I can create a report that shows that and add that to the dashboard but is there a quick visual I can use to make the dashboard a bit more useful. I would love to have the listed course and below that the progress of each user. Thanks!

Hi, coming with another question :) So our company has 3 levels of hierarchy: Area Manager (AM) = Power UserGeneral Manager (GM) = Power UserStore Employees = UserIs there any automated way to have anyone in the manager position to be assigned as a power user, without it being specified in the CSV file? I’ve seen that you can add the level for users to your CSV file, but that would have to be manual work for us. 

We plan to automatically upload our CSV file on a daily basis for our company, but we understand there is some manual work we plan to do on some users. Ex. we will manually assign our few Area Managers as Power Users and their Profile. But with reuploading the CSV file daily, would that impact those changes we made manually or reset them? Whether there's any part in the CSV file that changes for that Area Manager (ex. email, position ID,etc) or even if there are no changes and it just doesnt have the “Level” field to power user, would it remove their power user status we manually added?

What exactly does “relative” mean in terms of course reporting from the My Team area? Is there a specified variance or does it depend on a range, like a 3 day lookbsack may have +/- 2 but a 30 day span may have +/- 7? It doesn’t mention that setting in the Manager User Guide nor Reports for Managers articles. Did I miss one?

Good morning all,  I have been having a play with notifications and I was wondering if there is any way that you can change the formatting so the United Kingdom text isn’t in capitals?Within Classroom Locations it is in lower case and upper case respectively.  

Is Harmony able to pull information from courses imported from Docebo Content? I have test several different questions with Harmony and even asked where it got the information from since it wasn’t including a link to a course and it said it was just general knowledge because there were no courses on it. There are in fact courses on everything I tested with the search. We have also given it plenty of time to get setup as it is working as intended with all of our in-house created courses. 

Hi All,I’m facing a specific use case and would appreciate insights from the community.We manage numerous courses linked to multiple learning plans. Occasionally, these courses are revised, and certain users are required to retake them.The challenge is that we only want to archive and re-enroll selected users—not all users who were previously enrolled—since many are no longer required to complete the course.Currently, the only workaround we’ve identified is to archive and unenroll all users, then enroll only those who need to retake the course. This approach preserves historical records in the archive while allowing targeted re-enrollment.However, Docebo does not currently support archiving and unenrolling courses associated with learning plans. Unassigning the course from all learning plans, performing the archive and unenroll, and then reassigning the course to the learning plans would be extremely burdensome for the team.Is there

We’ve recently experienced the issue with our scheduled reports not running correctly whether it was for an end user, Power User, or Super Admin. However, today we are now unable to run any of our reports manually. The “Creating Background Job” popup displays but runs for an inordinately long amount of time. Eventually, an email is sent that indicates “we are not able to send you the link to the xxxx report”.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We created a new home page for our users….we did this by duplicating the home page of another subdivision of our company. the problem we are having is that now when we change the URL to our URL the page gets wonky (see pic below) does anyone know why this would happen?
