Hello,I have some learning plan courses displaying as separate courses. I do have the setting to hide the courses in a Learning plan but they still are displayed Any suggestions? 

Might be doing something wrong, but is there a way to view/enroll/unenroll courses that a specific user is linked to? For example, if you have an employee who not longer works at the company and you want to bulk unenroll them without deleting their account entirely.Not sure if that’s even possible, but figured I’d ask.

Hi all,If a client doesn’t have a code for their branches (they use cost centre code to their employees) in their HRMS, can we still do CSV Automation into Docebo without these values, including no branch code path and branch name path?If not doable, do you have a suggestions on how we can rectify this?Thank you. 

Here is my question. I have a branch that is dedicated to users that were created by mistake by our data team.Right now we have about 40,000 users in this branch and I’m can’t find an easier way to remove them. Only method that I’ve found was through User Management, selecting 9 users from that branch at a time, then when I reach 500 deleting those users. Then doing this about 80 times. This is very time consuming and we cant go over the 500 users at a time, since it will not work and error out.  If any of you have any tips or other methods of mass deletion.Thanks

Ecommerce transactions showing Euro by default in Production even for CNY and other currencies. Its properly showing in Sandbox but showing default EUR for all transactions for all countries, can someone please suggest the code?

Happy New Year everyone! What a new challenging start this January. I have been working on paring our Docebo account with Zoom 3 and it took me an afternoon and I am still stuck. This was my emotion evolution 🤣☹️😭In the past, we integrated with Zoom 2 and it was less challenging. We followed this KB article: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020079780-Docebo-for-ZoomBut we are in 2024 now and The integration with Zoom version 2 will reach end of support on December 20, 2023 and end of life July 17, 2024. 😅For the Zoom3, I am working on building the app first because nothing exists now. The screenshot indicated, I have passed the local test phase to beta test and now ready for app submission.

This process is not only cumbersome but can also be demotivating for users, especially those seeking quick and easy access to educational resources.A significant improvement in the user experience would be to simplify this navigation process. This could be achieved by implementing a more intuitive and accessible interface, where users can quickly access courses and content material with just one or two clicks.I wholeheartedly support the proposal to enhance the user experience on Docebo @erin.brisson @niccolo.servidio 

I’m experiencing issues with ILT creation using Zoom. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the updated course page? I was able to set up multiple events before upgrading and now, even if my Zoom V3 shows it is paired, when I try to set up new events, I always get a server error once I choose the event host and can’t get access to the templates created for the webinar. 

Is there a way to prompt someone to select whether they are a manager when first signing up, or to toggle on being a manager in their profile so that others may label them manager?I understand if this doesn’t exist but figured I’d ask!

We’re having an issue (reported to Docebo) that we can’t send some html emails from the course to enrolled users. We can send simple ones but the more complicated ones won’t go and it says internal server error. These emails will send in notifications and the newsletter. So does anyone know any reason why they won’t send from the course? The Docebo support team have replicated the error with our emails but also at the moment don’t know why they aren’t working.

Hello,I have come to discover that none of the “matching” type questions that I make in Articulate Rise courses are showing up in Docebo scorm data. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to fix it? 

Anyone else’s email notifications not working?

I have a video training material in an e-learning course that is starting out automatically muted for people.  We are getting a lot of complaints from people struggling to get it working quickly.  Is there anyway to keep videos from being auto-muted?   I didn’t even know this was a thing.

Where can I find an instruction on how a manager can enroll a subordinate to a specific ILT session in a course?

Hello,I created a custom report – ILT  Sessions and selected the Event Attendance (hours) option . The information available in the report is only in hours, not counting minutes and seconds. If the time spend in the event is 45 minutes, the report shows 0 hours. If the event duration is 5 hours and 45 minutes, the information available in the report is 5 hours (cut the minutes). This kink of error affected the client Dashboard. I opened a ticket ( 576886), and the Support answered was “ the expected behavior”. In my opinion it´s a system error and should be treated as such.Did any of you have the same problem? How did you solve it?

Hi all,I need to generate a CSR file so that we can renew our SSL certificate. If I understand correctly, the only way to do this is to remove the current certificate by clicking the [REMOVE CERTIFICATE] button shown below. Is this correct?Also, if I remove the certificate, will our domain still be secure? I thought I'd better check since this operation cannot be undone.

Greetings everyone!
