Does anyone have a document that they shared with test users for their mobile app?  I want to make sure I’m asking my testers the right questions and I also don’t want to recreate the wheel.  I know I am curious aboutDesign - How does the app look? Is it attractive?  IS the presentatation clean and simple Ease of use - Was it clear what to do and when? Was it easy to use? Were you able to find what you were looking for? Was it easy to access the courses? Did you have difficulty with any of the course elements? What questions have you asked your users? 

We are in the process of creating career pathways using Docebo. I’m looking for ideas on how everyone has done this for their org, and if there are any features that have been especially well-received. Would love to see screenshots of your org’s setup and pages!

Our organization has been using Docebo for about 10 months.  We host a lot of ILT courses over the year, but for around 85% of the courses that we conduct, they are a singular session that is recorded.  Due to the nature of ILTs, we ultimately decided that our best course of action to provide the recording to users who missed the live session was to create an e-learning version of the course and mark the courses as mutually equivalent. This process has worked well for us, but we are at the point now where we are considering cleaning up the enrollments from the ILT courses.  While they’re mutual equivalents, we don’t necessarily want them to be frequently double-credited with completions due to a rewards system that we run internally for completing live courses.  Almost all of these courses are self-enroll and self-unenroll, but the users often don’t go back and modify their own enrollments. We’ve been discussing options internally for how to manage these

I have a number of scheduled reports set up that are emailed automatically not only to myself, but certain departmental managers so they can track data for a particular course. Over the past week, the reports are not being received. I haven’t changed any report settings and also added a personal email to see whether it was our IT systems blocking the email, but the email wasn’t received there either. I thought I’d check if anyone else was having this issue before raising with Docebo support. Thanks

Hi,I manage ILT sessions with multiple events.I would like to send a link to the survey upon the end of the LAST event, automatically. And another automatic reminder 1 week later to all users who did not complete the survey.I did not find notifications related to end of last event or end of session. Does anyone have something like this setup and could give me a suggestion how to work it?Thanks,

I was wondering if someone could share their best practice, on this situation. I hope I don’t confuse you. The beginning tells the background.   I was told we bought a small number of licenses, and I would be creating and assigning the courses. We have several business units in Docebo.  We could not use the other BU courses, so we had to purchase our own.  Besides adding my BU Code and title information. I noticed that other BU with the same vendor courses, under Category, they have selected “All Course Categories/Vendor Name.”  The courses we create internally, usually is under the Category, as “All Course Categories/BU name.  How can I hide these 20 courses so only the people that are enrolled, see them?  Or if a learner was searching for a subject like Forklift Equipment, the search bar not have an answer. I was thinking about adding the courses to a catalog and creating a Group (Licensee's) or only Assigned Users, who could see the catalog.  Just wasn’t sure would it be hidden b

Need some help making a library of courses in Docebo.

Hello,I have an Anti-sexual harassment course uploaded as AICC combine file. Our user are not able to be reset on the course once they choose if they are supervisor and what state they live in on the selection page. We would like to identify the process on  how a user can be reset if they pick the incorrect state. (Got back to page 1). Even if they pick start “learning now”, it still send them to the first page of the course and not the selection page. Hi Everyone,I’m proposing to our product heads and marketing team that we start utilizing Coach & Share channels (combined with pages) for resource management and to create a ‘source of truth’ for our employee base.  We currently have resources dispersed over a variety of systems (shared/private drives, salesforce, chatter, email, home grown course system, company website, etc) and our employee base would like the materials to have a more central location.  I’d love to hear thoughts on the following from anyone who’s launched coach and share for resource management:Did you have any issues with launching C&S for this purpose? Any limitations you wish you knew of in advance? Anything you’d do differently if you were to launch again or any BPs you’re glad you have used from the start? Is there a mechanism to export course information? I am looking for the field data and not the attendance information. We just want to be able to sort of “back up” some of the additional data and if there was a way to export all of that data that would be great. Was just wondering if anyone has come across anything like that.

Has anyone else experienced really long download time for their custom reports or in some cases them never downloading and needing to re-click the download link?I figure it has something to do with all the framework updates going on in the back end for Docebo for their data refresh updates but I’m curious if this is more of a wide spread issue.

I have a user who is completing her training courses, however on her end it is showing duplicate courses. This doesn't seem to have an impact on the courses reflecting as complete on my end, but I’m not sure what is causing them to show twice on her end?

I would love and prefer the default view to be ‘Agenda’ instead of ‘Days’ for an ILT but I don’t see a way to change that - does anyone know of anything?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a report that shows a learner’s completion status of each course within a learning plan? Essentially I want to combine fields from the custom reports, Users-Courses and Users-Learning Plans. 

Has anyone ever received this message while trying to update/generate a new build of their app? I’m still waiting for the help desk to respond but thought I’d try here. It won’t allow me to retry either  just stuck   

Hi, wondering what the optimal size should be for assets uploaded to Channels? I want to prevent having to scroll to see the asset in fullI have read a ton of articles and I see 800x400px for thumbnails and 1400x800px for header images, but not for assets.Help please!!Thanks 

 Sorry for the giant photos below. Does anyone have experience with the Branded Mobile App?  I put in our custom domain in the  We have a custom domain that I put in the domain URL field.  However Google Play is listing it without the www.  And I can’t get past this screen. Despite the no internet connection there is internet on this device.  I thought it was because I put the URL in wrong initially. But even after the update it’s still showing without the www. any ideas?   

Hi all,I was just wondering what the use case is for enrollment rule notifications.We have quite a few notifications that trigger, say, when a user is enrolled in a learning plan or course, but none are linked to the corresponding enrollment rule. What is the use of doing this opposed to just creating a notification based on enrollment events and not the rule itself?Thanks! Just - super curious about this.  

So I believe I’ve uncovered a bug. When bulk enrolling users via the api, it enrolls those users from your root https://xxxx.docebosaas.com domain. If you are using automated groups coupled with enrollment rules to trigger enrollments, that all works well. HOWEVER, if you have a notification that uses a short code, say [course_link], and you want that notification to generate at enrollment into the course, the course link spits back the .docebosaas.com domain, not the extended enterprise in which the users belong. Why? Well, I believe it’s due to the fact that the user who has a connection to the api is logged in at root, thus when the automation (group and enrollment rules) trigger, they are doing so from that root domain. Why is this a bug? I would like to have user input answers, free text, within a SCORM file (Storyline), and for the input to be accessible within Docebo. Is this functionality available? Either as feedback to the learner, or available to LMS team.

Hi, I want to use an observation checklist to be filled by the instructor of an ILT course during the course to evaluate the participants in real-time.However, I am not able to make the observation checklist visible to the instructor. I added the observation checklist in the training material of the ILT course, enrolled users into sessions etc. But the instructor does not get the observation checklist in his ‘My checklists’ Menu for completion. Does anyone have an idea how to make the instructor see the checklists?Additionally, I would like to set the approval of the observation checklist as criterion for completion of the course. Does anyone know if and when yes, how this is possible?Thanks in advance for your help!
