While I’ve searched and gone through so many submissions, I can’t seem to place my issue.  I have several instructors teaching the same class at different sites. Typically, one class a week, pending on the needs of the Site. So far, I have been only creating Sessions and naming them for the corresponding date of training, then enrolling those taking the class into the session with no need of Events.  What I would like to do is have a monthly Session Per Site, with events that correspond with the days of the training.  Now these events in the session would not be connected to each other as each Training Event is its own unique Event. IE - Session - Site BEvent 1/1/26 Event 1/9/26Session - Site CEvent 1/3/26 Event 1/10/26Do Sessions and Events work this way?

We are looking at changing a bit of how we handle our onboarding process and training. Our new hires complete a variety of courses and learning plans. We are discussing providing an onboarding page that lists the required trainings in the order they should be completed. The required trainings depend on the position so there will likely be multiple onboarding pages. The timing for completing courses also varies based on position. (Ex. Employee A might be required to complete course Z as their second course, but Employee B doesn’t complete that course at all. Employee B’s second course might be Employee A’s third course.) This is making it difficult to design an onboarding page using the order needed for the position.We cannot create a learning plan to provide the course order since our onboarding already includes learning plans.We’ve explored creating multiple catalogs to house the onboarding courses/learning plans and only placing one course or learning plan in each catalog so we can o

Hi,I have instances where i need to enroll a whole branch which has 50+members into a course except 1 or 2 for whatever reasons. Is there a way to select the whole branch and deselect the 2 members ? or any other easy way to do this other than CSV upload 

Hello everyone, I’d like to tickle your brains on this topic and ideally get your input on what’s possible or not on Docebo and how you might be handling this topic with your learners.For context, at my company we do performance reviews twice a year, outside of Docebo (in Workday). At the same time, during those campaigns, we’d love to capture the training needs of our employees. In the past, we used a free form where employees could enter their needs but it turned out to be a nightmare to process the data (reading every single entry for over 1500 employees). Ideally, it would be possible to capture this information on Docebo but we can’t find a way to do so. We were considering using surveys or check lists for that purpose.The problem with surveys seems to be that they need to be attached to a course and are anonymous, which means we can’t follow up on the needs individually. Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session    

Would anyone be willing to share their housekeeping best practice to clean out users? We provide mostly technical training for our dealers. Each dealer has a branch, and each branch has at least one power user who theoretically keeps up with the branch. Except that most of them don’t, so we have users who have moved on to other opportunities that are still in the platform. My manager has asked me to do a little spring cleaning with our instance of Docebo because he sees so many users who likely need to be deactivated. He is suggesting I create a course for Power Users as a means to facilitate this housekeeping where I ask them to evaluate their team and check a box to confirm that they have checked all their people. In that way, we would know who has completed a user review and who hasn’t. He also suggested we ask the community for ideas. Has anyone carried out some similar housekeeping and could offer a suggestion of how you handled user housekeeping? 

We have certification courses where learners need to complete a system programming and operation scenario as part of the assessment.Due to the nature of the content and requirements, the assessment is divided into logical sections - learner completes stage 1 programming, then completes assessment stage 1, with questions and operational tests relating to that programming. When they pass, they move on to stage 2. If they don’t have stage 1 right, then that will prevent things working correctly in later stages. They are allowed up to 3 attempts on each stage, with a 1 hour enforced review and learning between each failed attempt. We need to allow this so they have the opportunity to go back and correct their programming - the checking and correcting is as much part of the learning and assessment as the programming.We’ve recently caught some learners sharing screenshots of their exam responses with colleagues - circumventing the programming requirement entirely. Doing it effectively is important to drive towards a Nirvana for learning management professionals and moves you away from manual loading users to learning. Here are 5 tips and tricks to start with..,I figure others can tack on. 1. Integrate with a system of recordYour system can support self registration to drive a database of details for your learners and it can drive your groups…but then your instance is left to fat fingering errors. Payroll databases and HRIS databases cut down on that because their metadata on employee is critical for a person to get paid. If at all possible and the use case makes sense? Hey y’all,I would love to build out a report for my Managers on who in their report structure has incomplete coursework.I have worked with the Reports and New Reports, and that works to send out a spreadsheet but I am wondering if there is a way to do that with a more aesthetically polished report, as my managers are too busy to filter through a spreadsheet.Thanks in advance!

Currently, we have annual certifications in place. We want to move away from certifications and instead move to a monthly rollout of our mandatory courses after onboarding.Most importantly, we do not want to lose historic results, and we would like the monthly rollout to be automated. Previously, we needed to push enrolments through enrolment rules—can this now also be automated? Any advice on what steps we should be taking?

We have a monthly “toolkit” that we share with specific members. These toolkits include: Newsletter (PDF), How-to-guide, customizable template (link or PDF), and occasionally one more document. So far we have separated the pieces into a separate channel and put all of the pieces for each month into a course. However, having everything in a course makes annoying to go back to different pieces because everything is already marked as complete. Does anyone have a creative solution for something like this?

Does anyone have any insights or ideas on how to implement microlearning with spaced repetition or recurring timing within Docebo?

Hello all! My team is taking a look at converting our existing translated content into one course using the new multi-language feature in Docebo.  We have started discussing plans for migration but wanted to pop a thought out to the community for considerations we may not be making in terms on enrollments, completions and so on.  Currently, we have separate course shells for each language with enrollments being identical groups (All Company). Then, we have mutual equivalencies set up across each course shell so that if a learning takes a course in one language, then get credit for all languages.  Has any one else had previously translated content and then migrated to one course shell with this new feature? What were your pain points? What are some things to be on the lookout for? Thanks everyone!

I’m looking to assign an observation checklist to certain users, then have a Manually Created Group have access to all eligible Observation Checklists and be able to go in and mark/certify the OC. Right now, I am uploading the checklist to the Training Material section of the Course and then assigning the group as the observer. It appears that setting isn’t working, because when an user is enrolled and goes to click into the course, it says that the checklist isn’t available and to contact the admin. Along with there being a server issue.

Has anyone tracked new users vs. time to complete?I’m looking to create a monthly report to see how many new users complete assigned training (as a learning plan) within the first month.  I don’t just want total new monthly users against the monthly completion rate as users from the previous months could be included in that completion rate. I would like to track the specific users every month.  I was considering setting up monthly Groups with date-based eligibility conditions for each month and then view LP completions for the monthly Groups in Insights. This does mean more Group management which I would like to avoid. Has anyone done this or something similar? Or have any ideas on how best to set this up?

I am currently trying to implement a very exciting request on our platform. The aim is to assess the current level of knowledge through a test so that suitable courses and modules can then be assigned. I could solve this with a questionnaire test in our academy, but I can't implement everything I want to. That's why I'm thinking about developing a test with Rise/Storyline that, in addition to questions, can also ask about the "feeling" or personal assessment of confidence in this solution (from "I guessed" to "I'm very confident"). This additional information then affects the score. I would then like to have this analysed for all participants. So it goes far beyond "pass" and "fail". As I understand it, I need to work with XAPI statements for this. However, I only see technical articles here on how to send statements to the Docebo LRS. We do a lot of ILT courses with one-time audiences, so they aren’t going to download the app, but we do have them register to collect their information and take a quiz.  It’s been a struggle to get the mobile web pages laid out how we want, so I’d love suggestions or samples from anyone who regularly directs learners there. 

Hi everyone,We created several question banks and a single test that is shared across multiple courses. The challenge is when a user fails the test in one course and then gets enrolled in another course (with the same test).Since the system keeps the previous test score, we’ve been archiving users who didn’t pass so they can start fresh in the new course. However, once an enrollment is archived, we can only retrieve the score, not the detailed answers the user gave.Has anyone faced this issue? Is there any workaround to either:Keep test scores independent for each course, or Retrieve the full test data from an archived enrollment?Any advice would be appreciated!

Best practices or tips on widgets to use so learners can easily see upcoming sessions they are registered for? Currently trying the calendar and the “Task List” widget. In Task List widget, upcoming sessions are within a course that is “in progress” - looking for something more straightforward.
