Has anyone had success creating an event that uses the Zoom V3 integration via the API? I’m using the endpoint https://domo.docebosaas.com/api/course/v1/sessions/{sessionID}/events and I can see that the API documentation shows fields referring to Zoom V3, but doesn’t indicate with the value of the “webinar_tool” field should be or which of the fields are required, etc. If you’ve built a successful payload for this endpoint, could you please share what zoomv3 fields you used and what you included as the webinar_tool value? 

I’d either like help doing one of two different options: Hide the filter button all together. Hide Price and Language.I can’t seem to find guides for doing either one of my two options. Any suggestions?   

Hi,Would like to display all the open sessions in the learning calendar, so the learners can view the upcoming sessions in the calendar view and self-enroll to the desired session.The current calendar view setting is limited to only enrolled users. Can this be achieved by any settings change? Please share your thoughts.

Has anyone figured out a way to customize the columns on the learning paths page. Ours currently looks like this   And I would really like to extend the name column so we can see the name. I found a page that has the CSS tags for the course management page but not for learning paths. Does anyone have any experience with the CSS for learning paths ?  

Hi everyone, I’m looking at creating a course that marks completion only via API (using the endpoint PUT /learn/v1/enrollments), all in the name of performance based learning. Appreciate any advice on the intended approach to achieve this:The first training material in the course contains a html page to an iframe that contains primarily the description of what is needed for completion and a button (eg. check if user has made 5 client appointments). On click, the button sends a call to the company database to verify and if true, sets the course to complete via the above API endpoint.  Problem is html page is set to complete once viewed, so I have to add a second training asset that can never be completed and set that as the end object marker. I’ve scanned the help and community pages, so far my assumption is that a broken SCORM file (that never communicates completion status) is the only asset that fits the bill.  Is the above approach ideal for this use case? If yes, then where/how can

Hi there!  I’m struggling with a set up issue and wondering if someone in the community can help? I’ve done a 3-minute screen recording to show the issue to our account rep, but they’re not available this week. https://somup.com/c0VTFsxT5iFor additional context, we want the majority of our 600 courses to be searchable by all employees for self-enrollment, and then a select few courses that are only searchable for self-enrollment by a specific group of people, such as managers.  I understand there is an ability to require an admin to approve the course enrollment, but I am hoping to not add a time delay on the ability of the user to take the course.  If anyone has some great ideas on how to accomplish this without using the course catalogues, please let me know!  

I was wondering if anyone else has run into an issue I have encountered. I am trying to edit existing notifications to apply a branded template that I created and tested this morning. I created a new notification to test the template and when I go in to update it all of the text in the subject and description is missing.If I try to edit any existing notifications I am seeing the same thing. I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Safari on both a MacBook and Windows 10 machine with the same results.  The subject line is disabled so I cannot put anything there, and everything that was previously in the description is missing. I can create new notifications without a problem. The issue appears after I save it for the first time and come back to make any changes.

I get error: bad request  "Invalid parameter: validity_start_at"When using API endpoints:POST or PATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/bulkPATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/{user_id} I get these errors even using the API explorer and selecting the provided models.  By removing the validity start and end fields the endpoint returns success. Is the documentation wrong?  Do these fields have a different name?

In our old LMS we built a custom solution for a few clients showing the upcoming available classes on a calendar.  Can I somehow replicate this with automated enrollments and the calendar widget? I know that I could tell the power-user to enroll their whole company in every event. 

Hello!Does anyone know how to change the text on the Play button in a Learning Plan? We would like to change the text on the button that takes you to the courses in the Learning Plan from “Play” to “Enroll” but I am having some trouble. I can change it on the page itself by using the following: <div class="ui-button-outlined-content visible"><!---->Enroll<!----><!----></div> However, when I go to Configure Branding and Look, enter this into the CSS section under Custom Styles, and hit save, there is no change to the Learning Plans when I go back to them. This is very new to me so any help is appreciated!

Our Users are pulled into a Learning Plan based on their Job Description.  When a Users Job Description changes (example: Users Job Description updated from “Operator” to “Lead”), the User automatically receives the new Learning Plan based on their new Job Description.  We were under the impression that new content to the “Operator” Learning Plan would not deploy to the User, only new content to the “Lead” Learning Plan, based on the Users Job Description.  This does not seem to be the case.  I don’t want to un-enroll these users from the original Learning Plan because we need to maintain training records for compliance requirements.Does anyone else deploy training based on Job Description and if so, how do you ensure they only receive future updates to the Learning Plan associated with their most recent Job Description?Thank you!Brianne

Anyone else no longer receiving emails about Release Readiness events?  I can go on to the Community and see them to register from there but there’s no “Subscribe” option on the Events page like there is for the Product Updates page so that I get an email notification when they are posted.I double-checked that our main admins are listed within the Learn platform to receive product-related emails but we have not been getting those emails.  

I understand the usefulness of tags for search. However once a learner arrives at a video, the need to show the tags is not important. Is it possible to hide the tags?

Hi All,We've got a few new visuals and images to place on top of our LMS homepage. I’ve tried using HTML and iframe widgets, but it doesn’t look granular. I’d like to add a pop-up box at the top of the home page with visuals. So, whenever our learners land on the home page, the new visuals should pop up to them with a close (x) button. Did anyone create pop-up box in Docebo?I appreciate your advice for using CSS and HTML.Attached sample snapshot (Should display with image, not text). 

Hello Everyone,Our organization uses learning plans and recently we’ve had to add a course to a learning plan but, once we completed the update the new course was then assigned to all users who were previously enrolled in the learning plan. Why has this happened? Does anyone have a workaround to prevent this in the future?Thank You,Myla Pope

Hi Everyone, My organization is planning on utilizing Instructor-Led Trainings inside of Docebo. We are integrated with Microsoft Teams. We have made one account inside of Docebo and have had several different people that will be instructors, pair with it. I created a test course, and they were able to join as producer. However, they are not able to “Start” the course. Additionally, I made another test course and now they cannot even join as a producer. It just says “Live Event has not started yet”.  I guess my question is are we each supposed to have our own Teams set up in Docebo with the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret? Is that why these issues are occuring?  Any help is appreciated.

I am currently developing a training on how to utilize the expert hub and noticed we have a significant amount of Open Questions. I know a Best Answer must be marked but I can’t seem to find how to do this in our platform. Is there a setting where I may have turned this off? Or am I missing where it should be populating for some reason?Thank you 😀

Hello Docebo Friends! I’ve been told by Docebo that there is no way to restrict Badge visibility by branch or group. I am looking for a workaround because we have multiple distributors, three different brands, and many branches with diverse needs for specific badges. Any and all help/suggestions are welcome.Thank you!

As we implement Docebo, our HR business partners are excited to have elevated permissions. In our last LMS, they had the standard user profiles. They’d like the ability to do the following…View reports of learner completions Suggest content to learners based on performance conversationsThese seem like reasonable requests, so I’d like to honor them but be cautious in how much free-reign they have. Do you have a power user profile for HRBPs? What permissions do you grant them?

Hello,We are currently using the gamification app to run contests in our platform. Since the contest functionality is so limited, we’ve pretty much been stuck with the “complete the highest number of courses” option. However, does anyone know how the winners are ranked? For example, if we have a catalog of 10 courses and 10 employees complete all 10 courses, how does Docebo decide who is ranked #1, #2, #3? Is it based on who completed the 10 courses in the fastest time?
