Hi everyone,Is anyone aware of a way to edit the email notifications that are sent when you’ve scheduled a report to be emailed to someone? What I’m trying to achieve is remove the part that says, “ You can view this report online at [XYZ]Have a nice day!”This report is going to a “regular ol’” user so they aren’t able to access [XYZ], so I’d rather it not be there at all.Thanks in advance!Emily

I created a number of learning plans and want them to appear in an order in the catalog and can’t figure out how to do that.

I’m looking to change the skills of a lot of assets in discover coach and share using the API’s however I can’t find an API or a report that allows me to download a list of the asset id code. I can find the code in the browser window but I don’t want to have to do this for all of the assets. I’m relatively new to the API’s so I must be missing it somewhere. 

If a user in a particular branch or group has not been logged into Docebo for more than a month, can a rule or any setting be set to automatically deactivate those user accounts?

I cannot get this api to work I keep getting bad request, syntax error. The course ID is a number so I’m inputting the course id number but should it be the UUID? The skill I’m writing the name of as it is a string in the JSON code but should it be the skill ID number or another string. I get the same error if I put in the skill ID number as well as the code. The course_id works for other api’s so I can’t see what I’m doing wrong any help much appreciated. {  "items": [    {      "skill_code": "Coaching skills",      "course_id": 856    }  ]}

Trying to wrap my mind around the notifications. If we have a number of courses that all have different validity dates (e.g. 7 days, 21 days, 30, 60 etc.), is there a way to get around the ‘event’ being the enrolment and have the event as the expiry date to avoid having to set up multiple different notifications.  TLDR; is there a way to have one notification that can be reused, say, alerts users 7 days out from a course expiry date regardless of how long the validity period is of the course? Please and thank you :)

Do any of you know of a reliable way to turn off the “keep me logged in” functionality?I can’t seem to find the right CSS:div[class='ui-input-checkbox'] {    visibility: hidden !important;}Nor does this jQuery seem to be working correctly:$("label[for='ui-input-checkbox-14']").hide(); These do work from the console, so I’m guessing it has something to do with the modal window itself.

Is anyone using Captivate for creating their SCORM lessons and using the new UI?The old UI had no issue. With the new UI, if you play the lesson in the default view, it will mark complete. However, if you click the icon to make the player bigger, it will not mark complete.I have this issue in with support but it’s been over a month and they don’t have a reply yet other than saying it’s my Captivate file, which I did extensive testing and don’t believe that is the case, nor can possibly be the case when it marks complete in the standard view.  Is anyone else using Captivate and can replicate this? Learners are frustrated.

Hello,We added new e-learning courses to our LMS and would like users to self-enrol to the courses. The only option I can see available for self enrolment is by providing a link for the course, is it possible for the user to search the title of the course and self enrol?Thank you,Teresa

I believe the answer is no, but thought I’d confirm it here. I’m looking to change the creation date of a course to change where it appears in a channel. I was searching the API library for a potential solution, but can’t seem to find anything. Perhaps someone here has found a way to do this? 

I’m trying to incorporate Contests into our training for learners who pass a course. I set up the sample contest and assigned custom badges for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.Is there a way to automatically assign those badges to the learners who earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rankings or does it always have to be done manually?I see to auto assign badges, the only options are if they completed the course, had the most likes, etc., but nothing if they placed high in a Contest.I’d like for the top 3 winners to automatically earn the gold/silver/bronze badges in their collections if that’s possible. 

I’m trying to use HTML widgets to load images for multiple languages that will each be linked to separate catalogs. Using the WYSIWYG works great to add the image to the widget, but no matter what sizing on the image I try, I cannot get the alignment I’m looking for. The widget automatically adds <p> to the HTML which creates whitespace, I’m able to remove the whitespace but that makes the widget slightly shorter than the carousel I have next to it.Whitespace whitespace removed but widgets different sizes - both HTML/WYSIWYG widgets - both images set to 220pxAspect ratio lost when forcing the HTML widget to 220px to align with image on left. Showing with or without white the versions showing the image doesn’t size properlyI am a novice with HTML/CSS so I’m hoping I’m just missing something simple. Any best practices out there for this? We have tried many many sizes of the image but ultimately it’s the same issue over and over again. 

I am looking to change the order of how the courses are displayed in channels/catalogs. Is there a way to do this or code to use to have courses show in a certain order? 

Dear Docebo community,I am reaching out as I'm facing an issue related to importing calendars for my users where the completed courses still appear in their Docebo calendar once I update time options by changing a soft deadline date.In fact, when I update the elearning date, the soft deadline for completed materials still gets imported into their calendars. This confuses my users since they have already completed the materials.Is there any way to exclude this from appearing in their calendars once they have completed any specific elearning page?It would greatly help to avoid any misunderstandings.Thank you in advance for your assistance.I'm looking forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Lasha

Hi EveryoneWe plan to use OCLs as a way of recording Competence Assessments.  In the OCL line managers will tick either Competent or Not Competent and record the date the assessment took place.  OCLs will be assigned to relevant job roles and will be scheduled for repeat every 12 months.  However, if an employee is assessed as Not Competent or a new piece of work equipment is introduced, it would be appropriate to assess the employee within the 12 months timeframe.  Is it possible to override an OCL schedule for an individual employee or indeed for everyone assigned to a particular OCL?

Within the past week we have identified that our internal certificates are no longer completing the required fields please see example below.We have never had this issue before and was unsure if the system has been updated and changed some of the background settings.Are any other superusers having similar problems?

Hi everyone! We currently use Learning Plans for new hires [the course content is enough to cover their first 90 days at the company]. We have found that some reps are flying through their training too quickly - so we are looking to divvy up the learning plan into Month 1, Month 2, Month 3. We want them to only access x courses in the learning plan during M1, and they won’t be able to move on to the next group of courses. Is it possible to do this within one learning plan or would we have to create M1 learning plan, M2 learning plan, m3 learning plan etc. Any guidance would be appreciated!

I am working with a small team of power users in an environment where the business owns content publishing and enablement and assgins power users to make it happen. When I create a course I can share it with my team via categories. When I create a group or learning plan how do I share it with my team? 

Our organization has virtual meetings to teach students about materials prior to coming for in-person training. During these meetings, our instructors launch polls in Teams. Prior to developing our LMS, we created teams meetings and the instructors would access them prior to the course to populate their polls.Is the meeting ID and information the same for all events in a session? Could I create an event in the session prior to the actual course so they could set up the content prior to the session? Or will they need to utilize the Instructor log-in time before the course to execute this?Additionally, is there a way to forcibly mute and shut off student cameras for these sessions prior to them joining the course?

Hello all!Did a recent update remove Learning Plans from Global Seach results?I see the welcome update of being able to exclude specific items types from Global Serach results, in particular Assets and Training Material.  However, I cannot get Learning Plans to be searchable.  I have not excluded anything with the new settings.  My users can’t find Learning Plans.  I’m a super admin and can’t either and I’m using the exact names and key words.Learning plans do return as search results from catalog and other course pages.Was this an expected update and I missed it?

Hello everyone!I recently have begun attempting some HTML/CSS coding endeavors on our homepage to hopefully make a more organized and clean experience for our users. I found a course on Docebo University, titled Take Platform Design to the Next Level and it generously supplied some ideas and accompanying codes. I implemented the ‘Custom Icon Boxes’ on our homepage, this is what it looks like on Screenshot #1 and I am very happy with the size and layout of the boxes, but there is a few things I would love some support on if anyone is willing to help.Is there a way to get rid of the white edge that borders each box? I would ideally love to have the box just be the solid color. I would love to upgrade the design and text on these boxes to make it look a little more professional or ‘finished’. I love the border and ‘button’ look of the Docebo custom content boxes, I have included a screenshot of what I am talking about. When are we going to have to change to the new course player? As there are still issues with it. We’re holding out as long as possible. I don’t want to have to change/remove icons that don’t align with our brand. Hi  is it possible to run a report or use the Course Management screen to check if there are (accidentally) courses created without any training material ? Stephen

If you invite someone to view content in a channel such as a an asset or playlist, and they delete the email or for any other reason do not get the email, you cannot re-send the invite or uninvite the person and re-invite them. I tried to open a ticket as a bug and was asked instead to submit an idea that you can invite someone to view a course or asset or playlist multiple times. 

Hi.Here’s my scenario;A company pays us for a bunch of licences for a course (say 50). The company then wants send an internal email email / invitiation / link to staff so they can enrol directly into the course. The user self-registers, and gets access to the course. Once the licences are consumed (all 50 of them), person 51 cannot access the course until more licences are paid for. In this scenario, no power user is managing licences assignment. Is this possible? I’ve spent ages looking at subscriptions and have asked Docebo who say “no”, but I think it’s a thing that people will want to commonly do. Has anyone cracked it? Many thanks Alan.
