Just curious, are there any limits on the file types that can be uploaded in the Discover, Coach and Share area of the platform? It may be a simple no. I am looking to verify this.

We have a course in our Docebo instance that is supposed to only be for Colorado Managers that appears to be assigning itself to people who are neither. I have gone through every Group and every Enrollment Rule and cannot determine why this is going on. I’ve looked on the Group page and he is not in any groups associated with this course, on the Enrollment Rules page and he is not in any ERs associated with this course, from the individual learner’s summary page and I’ve checked the groups he is associated with (they don’t have association with the course), from the Enrollment Rules logs (same), and the Audit Trail.The Audit Trail (attached) shows that the person self-enrolled, as far as I can see. He says he did not and truly, there’s no reason why he would have. I might be skeptical (people do all sorts of things) except we’ve had lots of reports of this same issue for this same course and at some point, I have to trust it may be the system or how I’ve set it up. I am being asked to put a footer on the bottom of our lms pages that’s the same as the footer on our website with all the various links to organization specific content. I’ve played around with the custom footer but that doesn’t really do it so I guess I have to use the external iframe thingy?? Has anyone done this? Would you be willing to share a few bullets on how to set this up. Would you be willing to share a screen shot of your footer? Thanks!

At long last, we’re preparing for our first platform-wide course review process. When we started adding courses 18 months or so ago, we failed to consistently establish days of validity. Now, multiple departments will be asked to make determinations as to the continued need to keep their content published. We have < 300 courses and the vast majority of them are monthly departmental meetings. In cases of courses that are no longer needed/wanted would you simply unpublish them (and maybe amend the course title) or would you simply archive the enrollments and delete them from the platform? Thanks!

Hi, I’ve seen this topic appear in a few variations, but was hoping to ask the question more specifically to my situation. Our company has a weekly company-wide meeting. My hope is to have a convenient way to track attendance throughout the year. My problem, as I know others have encountered, is that I can’t quite find a way to make things “easy”.Currently, I’ve created a single course - let’s call it “Weekly Meeting”. Within the course, I’ve created a session for every week this meeting is hosted. My main concerns are the following:When I open the “Weekly Meeting” course from a learner’s perspective, each session is collapsed using a dropdown with only one being displayed. It appears that the course always loads with the first event associated to the course. For example, if I have events on Dec 15, January 15 and February 15, opening the course will always default to Dec 15. Hello!I am using Docebo Connect to perform scheduled user data imports from a Workday report to Docebo. This is the typical “Batch Employees Import from Workday Report (RaaS)” that’s commonly used to create new user accounts automatically and bring in their standard user data such as username, first/last name, direct manager, etc.Beyond those standard data pieces, we’ve created additional fields for other items included in the report (e.g. leadership team, number of direct reports, etc.) and have been manually maintaining that data through CSV imports.However we’d love for those additional fields to be populated as part of our current Workday recipe. I’ve attempted to modify our recipe to include these fields, but through the experimenting and research I’ve done, I haven’t been able to successfully connect the data pills of the Workday report to the additional fields.Has anyone successfully connected Workday report columns to additional fields through Docebo Connect? Or am I barking up

Is there a way we can force these Okta users into a specific branch?Our new users will not know what branch they are assigned yet. They will be required to enterfirst name, last name, and email address, from there can they be put into a default branch?Thank you,

Hello wise Docebo Community. We currently reuse our courses, and I’m exploring options to automatically archive enrollments every 6 months. Does anyone know of a way to automate that or is it only a manual process? Thank you!

Hi I have created a course that links to an external provider where users receive a certificate of completion.  The course is a screen recording of how to enrol into this external link, and therefore do not want users registered as having completed the course just by reviewing the screen recording.  Is there a way of having the end object marker in the course activated as yes when a certificate is uploaded?  Or, any other options to ensure users are actually completing the course.  This will be a mandated legal requirement.Thanks for any help!

I am always excited to participate in PDGs. It is fun to be involved in improving Docebo for our users, admins, and stakeholders. In Q1’24, I deployed a new use case using certification and retraining and have run into some glitches along the way. I am currently looking at workarounds and the impact to the design that is currently in place. Knowing that this effort is in progress, I’m wondering if I should keep the current manual process in place while waiting for improvements. Not knowing the timeline expectations makes that decision difficult to make. If you have a timeline or a communication plan, please share. I know you collected a lot of ideas and I know this group would be interested in knowing what the priorities are.

I’m also looking at posting events as they are created on our intranet for our users.I’ve looked all around for a reference to the self-enrollment link in the API, but I can’t seem to find it in courses, sessions, events, or enrollments.Does anyone know where I’d find this information? Or is there another way for a user to directly link to an event to self-enroll?Thanks much for any insight//pb

We are looking into trying more notifications, and one issue we have found is extended due dates for individual users. The scenario I am looking at is if someone is delinquent on multiple courses and my team wants to work with them to get these courses done while also keeping in mind their day to day tasks (extending the deadline). Is it possible to do this on a case by case basis for an individual say someone is coming back from leave or such. So far, I haven’t found this is an option, but thought I would ask the community.  Thanks everyone!

I’ve been thinking about something:When creating a user, inside of the platform or using the api…. how do we know which user created the new “user record”?I can see that there is a “created date” field… but what about “created by” or something similar?Docebo does not save this type of detail?No “created by, modified by, owner” and other similar fields like in other platforms like dynamics or salesforce?Can I retrieve this information using the endpoint “/manage/v1/user/list”?If there is no such fields… how can I handle this? create custom fields for this purpose? 

One of the members of my team would like to receive a report on a weekly basis that tells her whenever new staff members with a specific job title are added to Docebo so that she can enroll them in an ILT session. We don’t want to automatically enroll them in the course, especially since you can’t specify which session/events they are enrolled in using enrollment rules.Does anyone know if there is a way to create this report? I was hoping there was a way to create a report of anyone recently added to a Group, but I’m not seeing anything yet.Thank you in advance!

Hi All.We’ve stopped receiving email notifications of upcoming Release Readiness Webinars and have missed the last couple (used to receive them from a.ballhaussen@docebo.com).  Has anyone else experienced this?  Does anyone know who sends these out now so I can check that our IT aren’t blocking anything? We’re getting notifications of other events with no issues.Many thanks  

Our customers are interested in creating a learning pathway for their suppliers, and they've inquired about the feasibility of adding users to multiple branches from the outset using CSV bulk registration.Is this possible, and has anyone successfully implemented this method?

We want to allow users to follow the same course to renew a certificate linked to a learning plan.The way we thought it should work:archive enrolment on all courses within the LP with the option to archive and re-enrol resetting the learning materials.  user completes materials again. certificate is issued with new dates based on the new completion.This doesn’t work. No certificate is issued after completing the materials again. Does anyone have experience with this? I thought this was why the archive enrollment functionality was introduced.  Many thanks,Aimee 

As the launch of the Docebo on the Road series is occurring, I am curious what the value add is in regards to content that may be shared at this event that will benefit platform enhancements. It seems it may just be a social gathering based upon the marketing of networking and having fun which is a hard thing to pitch as a reason to attend within an organization. Can someone expand on the “Gain insights” portion that is being pitched?

Hey guys,I would like to know if anyone has any alternative for the following situation:Some people in the company's operational areas do not have a corporate email address, and this is creating a problem with password resets because they do not have a registered email address.Is there any way to send this password to a cell phone number, or any other alternative that I'm not seeing?
