Hi,is it possible to “invite to watch” an asset posted in learning communities to a branch and/or sub-branch of users?  the only options I see is under “invite to watch” is either to a community or individuals. Thank you

Does anyone know what the lock indicates … between the uploaded to CR and Active icon? I can’t find anything in the CR or in the course shell that clues me into what this means, and I haven’t seen it on other courses in my platform. 

I have a “Users - Learning Plans” report scheduled for the 1st of each month. Between the 6/1/2024 report and the 7/1/2024 report, it appears that 200+ users are no longer included in the “In Progress” status when I filter the Excel file. Reports up to and including 6/1/2024 showed many users with a status of “In Progress” and a completion percentage of 0, which meant they were working on the first course of the learning plan (or at least so I thought). Starting with the 7/1/2024 report, there are no users in the report with an “In Progress” status and completion percentage of 0. Spot-checking some of the 6/1/2024 user-specific reporting for the In-Progress/0 users shows that they haven’t started the first course, as if their progress may have been reset somehow, but I haven’t verified whether these users had actually been working on the first course prior to this change.Did something change with reporting in a recent update that would explain this? I can’t tell what happened otherwise

We have our compliance and cyber security trainings in Docebo, and we have had a couple people let go, where we had to provide proof of their trainings. For future reference, if a user is no longer using the LMS how long do we have before their information is gone or is it stored indefinitely? 

Hi - I have manually entered a new certificate for an employee. Upon trying next to find the Archived Certificate - i was unable to do so - where have they gone?

We are using iframe with Google Forms into an E-learning course for a skills assessment and there are multiple forms to fill out. This gives the user more flexibility to go back in and out to complete each section but unless they click on this SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. Unfortunately, once they open up each section, there’s a notification from Docebo in the platform that says they’ve completed the section successfully - and that’s not messaging we want them to see. Is there a way to turn that off? 

Hello,I’m a super admin and new to the Docebo platform. I am trying to run custom reports for our monthly ILT session using the Sessions Statistics report type. But I noticed that once the session ends, the number of “Users Completed Session” is removed from the number of “Users Enrolled Session” - > is there a way around to keep the numbers under “Users Enrolled session” to showcase the actual event level enrollments for that month? The attendance is automatically marked present if the attendees join the session. Thanks for any guidance!

Hi there!  I’m really struggling to figure out how to display a set of courses that are mandatory for a user to complete.  We can assign the days of validity or end date with a soft deadline but it doesn’t stick out, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to differentiate between those courses that are required of them, and courses that they self-enroll in to complete at their own leisure.   The Pages tasks widget - “display upcoming deadlines” only displays deadlines for courses due dates that are in the future (not overdue), and then when there isn’t something in the future, it tells the user they’re all good, when they actually have courses past due, sitting under Not Started or In Progress.   The Pages channels and catalog widgets does not allow a display that filters out courses that are already completed.   What do you do to differentiate for a user, their mandated/required/mandatory or assigned training from self-paced self-enrolled training?   Appreciate your experience and ideas w

We have a channel that is visible to only 1 user group. The channel widget is on our default home page, but the users who don’t have visibility to the channel are seeing a “whoops nothing to see here” error. I’ve scanned through channel related articles, but any recommendations? I think my best option is to create additional pages, but I want to keep that structure as clean/efficient as possible. 

I have been researching ways to adjust the Breadcrumb Navigation settings and I am currently stuck on this. What are the restrictions and limitations for linked content on Channels?  For example, adding an external link to YouTube or Vimeo allows the Learner to watch the video within Docebo, however, posting a link to a video from LinkedIn, redirects the Learner out of Docebo and onto a new tab. I would like to add links to online learning “games”, but want the learner to stay on the tiles page so they can easily add comments and ask questions.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can add more detail to the leaderboards (design, store information, ownership groups, etc) If so can you direct me in the right direction to do this? Thank you!

Hi Docebo Community, I am preparing to set up a multi-tenant use case with approx. 200-500 domains, one for each provider. In addition, I would like to be able to share content across the domains while keeping them in one higher arching domain where I can update and version when updates are needed. This will be a large undertaking and I would like to set it up properly. Would you please advise if you have an understanding of how this can be done? Thank you!Michelle 

Hi, We have changed a certification from “Never” expiring to 2 years renewal. However, this has not reflected on the existing  learners profiles who’s learning still shows as “Never” expiring.So far we have only been able to Manually change a users certification to reflect the change. Is there any way of automating this process so all learners are reflective of needing to now recertify?  Image below shows a users profile following the change of the certification renewal period.   

Dear Docebo team. New user here. I would like to know if it is possible to prevent the user from downloading a video file. It was uploaded from a mp4 file but the users are not allowed to distribute it externally, so we decided to not allow them to download the video. However, we are not able to find where that option is within the platform. They still should watch the video through the browser but not download it on their personal devices. Thanks!

Hello! We have a course set up for Certification & Retraining that is coming up for renewal soon. I have made some minor updates to the training material (SCORM 2004), which I’m hoping to upload through the Central Repository without impacting the course. However, I need to know what, if any, impact this will have on the Certification & Retraining process and whether I should update it by Overwriting the content or by Versioning the content? Which will have less impact on the users and guarantee that the course records will be archived, and the course set to Renew on the appropriate dates.I’ve read the following articles: Managing the Certification and Retraining App, Managing the Central Repository, and Uploading and Managing SCORM as Training Material, but I do not see anything that would answer my questions. This is an annual compliance training event, so I cannot risk getting it wrong or having to manually re-enroll everyone on their respective renewal dates throughout the

I would like to have access to the overall activity in the platform that is not necessarily based on courses/enrollments, How do I quickly see the number of unique logins in a period? and also include the profiles of the users logging in?From there, can I see the actions those users took (courses enrolled in, completed, learning plans in progress and % completion?)Some of the data is in the dashboard, but not at the higher level. We’ve just gone live, and would like to provide some initial numbers to leadership. Would it be better to use Google Analytics for this, or is this something that we could build with the Insights feature, perhaps?

If a trainee has found a particular course useful, they may wish to share it with other colleagues. Is there a function within course management that enables the trainee to easily ‘forward to a colleague’?Thanks

Hi all I’m trying to work out if there’s a way for a single learning plan (containing two courses) to mark a separate single course as complete.Alternatively (and ideally) I’m looking for a way that two courses when both have been completed mark a single course as complete. For example: User completes course A & Course B and it marks course C as complete If user completes only Course A, course C is not marked as complete If user completed only Course B, Course C is not marked as complete We need this as we have one arm of our business that runs the content as two separate workshops as they go through in detail, whereas other teams do this in the one session.Also, due to their roles, some staff are only required to complete Course A for their compliance.  Any thoughts are welcome! 

Is there a way for users to be able to view course descriptions with Public Catalog off (many teams do not like users seeing the public catalog page to be the default splash page) and ”Only admins can enroll users” set on courses (most of my teams do not want self-enroll, nor deal with approvals)?When the above items are set, users just see the card for the course and it shows as “locked” and you cannot click on it.  It would be nice if you could click on it to view the description and just have the enroll button hidden.I can’t find anything in the KB and no one else seems to have posted about this specific scenario.
