I am doing some badge testing and when I create a docebo badge based on a learning plan, the user who completed that plan prior to the badge creation does not get the badge retroactively. Is this designed behavior? If so, why? I haven’t done testing with courses but I am curious if it woudl behave the same. If anyone knows it will same me some time. 

Hello team,Is there a way to hide ILT courses in the catalog where there are no sessions available to enroll into?  We have users who are enrolling into ILT courses, but not into a session.  Sometimes, it is that they don’t understand there is an additional step (really wish Docebo would make the enrollment flow easier for ILT) or because there aren't any sessions at the time they enroll into the course.  Some of our courses are only offered in less popular languages every few months.  I’d love a way to not display an ILT course in the catalog if there aren’t any sessions scheduled.  Thoughts?  

We want to change the button color for our Open ID Connect button.  We’ve changed the text in the button using the localization tool, however if anyone has information on how to best change the button to a color other than white, we would be much appreciative. 

Is there anyway to change what stats are shown in the MyTeam page.  Right now we have Certifications expired and overdue courses.  I would rather see courses in progress and courses not completed as a manager.  

Is there a way to run a report on courses within a learning plan that simply returns details about all the courses in that learning plan, pulling from course additional fields? For example, I need to know the course duration (what we’ve determined to be the anticipated duration of the course, not the user’s time) of all our courses in our learning plans. We have that set in the Course Additional Fields section. So, at a basic level, the report would look like:Course Name Course Duration Course #1 15  Course #2 10 Course #3 15  And continuing for all the courses within that specific learning plan.

Is it possible to organize learning plans into Categories just like what we can do for courses?

Is it possible to control self-enrolments at session level? For context, all staff are enrolled on a Course, for them to then self-enroll into an ILT session.  However, I want to be able to turn self-enrolments on/off at session level.  I have only found self-enrolment options at course level. Does anybody have the answer?

HiIs there a way of running a report to determine who are the Super Admin and Power Users in Docebo.  We are doing a tidy up within the system and not all PU need to be SA.Thanks

Is there any way to turn this notification off for one specific group/branch?  

I have a course that helps people determine what status their certificates are in by the use of an interactive Q&A created in storyline and uploaded in TinCan, and then tells them what they should do to resolve it. Ideally this course would not save any status, and start completely fresh each time the user comes to it. (Kind of the opposite of any other course!)Does anyone have any ideas how I can achieve this? The saved status is confusing my users.

Hello, we have our platform set up where learners come in and can self enroll in courses, and Power Users go in and assign mandatory courses.We are wanting a Digest: user enrolled in a course notification to go out to users only when a PU enrolls, and sets validity dates (not let learners know of assigned learning). However, currently if a learner self enrolls in a course that is pulling into the email as well.Is there a way to configure the notification where only the assigned courses from the PU appears on the notification AND NOT when a learner decides to self enroll in any general course?

Is there a report or can the Course to User custom report options be updated to allow for the displaying of zero enrollment courses.  I know that you can look at the course meta data on individual courses in the reports tab but this is not helpful.  If a filter could be added to usage statistics to allow for ‘zero enrollments’ that would be great  

My organization is considering implementing the External Training App on our platform. We are interested in hearing from others about their use case for adding External Training completions to the LMS.If you use the external training app or are planning to use it, can you please share your use case and answer the following questions.How does your company benefit from having external training for employees stored in one system? Do you use any connectors to grab your employee's external training performed on an online platform, like LinkedIn, SkillSoft, Coursera, etc. Do you incentivize employees to report their external training? Was there anything you wished you knew about the App before implementing?

Does anyone know if there is a way to allow users to view training material without enrolling? I have a public catalog on the login screen, but when you click on the course it requires enrollment which then prompts the user to register. I want people to be able to view these courses without registering... 

I’m wondering if anybody has worked out how to customise the background color of the current day in the catalog calendar view. It’s a weird off-yellow kind of thing which is not part of any of our color settings, so I’m not sure how it’s defined or whether it can be changed. I’ve been able to modify other calendar colors usng css from previous community threads but couldn’t find anything for this.  

Is there a way to save a default list of audit trail filters?

I’m not sure if this can be done, but I’m hoping some people may have some experience with this. I’m setting up some ILT sessions. I created a widget with a button that will take the user to the session page and allow them to pick a session and enroll. The problem is, we have limited seats in our class and I want just the managers to enroll their people. When I restricted the enrollment and logged into the manager account, I click on MY Team and clicked enroll user to course. When I selected the correct ILT course, it enrolled them into the course but it didn’t allow me to enroll inn a specific session date. Is there a way a manager can enroll in the course and pick the specific session for their people?

Hi All~ Just wanted to make sure I am understanding what happens when I unpublish a badge correctly.If I unpublish a badge, staff that have already earned it and it’s points, will keep the badge and the points and can see them in the gamification area.If the badge is unpublished, users who have not earned that badge prior to it being unpublished, would they be able to see it in the badges not yet awarded section?Use Case: We are running a leaderboad for 1 quarter where staff can earn badges assigned manually. Once the leaderboard expires, we will not be manually awarding these badges anymore. My goal is once I unpublish a badge - those that have not earned them can’t see that they exist and won’t fall under the not awarded yet section. Thank you!

Hello!  I recently learned about inserting a rotating banner using Google Slides to our home page. An easy enough process and I have it 95% done. I have the HTML code and am inserting the code as an HTML widget. It works perfectly fine, but I do notice that it has the “Google Slides” bar at the bottom of it, almost like it is doing a presentation. Does anyone know how to remove this bar? I’ve looked at several threads that also use Slides to HTML banners, but haven’t found anything.

Dear All, Since a long time we are struggling with user completion status for ILT Trainings. We would like all users to be marked as completed only after they have met the two requirements - 1) Attended the entire session (Evaluation-based) 2) They complete the test that has been uploaded under Training Material. (Also marked as last object marker) under course. But the moment we mark them as passed for the session they are declared as completed for the course even without giving the test. I have a learning plan that we are no longer using.  I do not want to delete it, as I want to keep the records of when people were enrolled and whether they completed it or not.  I have unpublished all of the courses within the learning plan, changed statuses of those who were incomplete on courses to “suspended” on said courses.  So people no longer have access to any of the courses within the LP.  I have unpublished the LP, as well. However, it is still showing up on peoples’ “My Current Learning”.  I don’t know what else I can do to get rid of it, as it seems I cannot change someone’s enrollment status to suspended on the LP itself.  Any ideas?
