Hello All,I am looking for some advice on whether it is possible to create branched questions in the LMS using the test function?In MS Forms for instance you can have a question which depending on the answer given will direct you down a different branch of the test.Long story short - I am creating an assessment for Display Screen Equipment, The question is “Do you use a computer work station for more than 2 hours per day?” If the colleague answers no, then I need it to direct them to the end of the test as they need not complete it. If they answer yes then it will allow them to answer the remaining questions in the test.Does anyone know if this is something that can be done in the LMS?Any help is welcome!

Hi all,Similar to how you can set a default image for the course player background, I would like to set a default image for course thumbnails. Right now, if there are no images selected, it is bright blue. Can this be done? 🤞

I know that I can export user data and include their branch code, but is there a way to display the logged-in user’s branch code in the interface somehow?

Hi there,  I’ve created a new channel and having employees upload videos to this channel for an internal certification process. Is there a way to have experts that are assigned to the channel receive notifications when a new video is uploaded to this channel? Thank you! 

Is there any way to give someone the ability to edit the branding and look an feel of the system without giving them superadmin rights?  The use case is that we use a 3rd party to do this work and I don’t want to give them access to all of the user information. Please advise.

Hello wise community,I made a new landing page in Sandbox and I want a certain group to have visibility to it. The group is an automatic group triggered by a registration additional field (role type). I created a menu and gave the group visibility and put the new landing page on top.However, it’s not working! My question is, can a group have visibility to its own landing page or does it have to be a branch or sub-branch? According to the documentation, it should work with a group:“each menu provides the option to determine which Branches or Groups have visibility over said menu. Additionally, there is the option to determine which user levels will also have access. Please note, it is not a requirement to use branches to identify the audiences. Ultimately, it comes down to how the audiences are organized within the system and setting the visibility of menus in order to align with the branch or group of users within the LMS.”What am I missing? I appreciate your thoughts and ideas.

Hello folks, & happy New Year.I had a PowerUser ask if we could have Docebo offer some suggested courses after users complete a given training, Netflix-style. I could come up with a few ideas like offering links in the Feedback Management if there’s a test, or possibly using the iframe in the widgets, but these are workarounds & i’d rather ensure that this actual functionality doesn’t exist first. i’ve searched a few articles & turned up nothing but if anyone knows of any such feature I’d appreciate hearing about it.Thanks!Nate

I have power users who must be able to create edit and delete some courses and enroll users on these courses but at the same time just being allowed to only enroll learners in some other courses , how can I proceed ?

Hi,Does anyone have experience using Docebo Connect to create ILTs?We are using Docebo Connect to create ILT’s based on information from Salesforce. In the connector (which is basically Workato) we have a recipe that can create a new session and event for an existing ILT and it works well. However, no matter what we try, it won’t pull instructors. We have the instructor user ID in Salesforce, try to add the instructor to the Session, and it errors.  Any help would be appreciated!Mark  

I really hope I’m missing something. I’m looking for a way to EDIT my categories. We have created some categories and assigned them to courses over time, but now we want to change the codes associated with the categories to assist with some reporting and data manipulation activities.But I can’t see an “edit” option anywhere. Is this possible?

Hi everyone,Is anyone aware of a way to edit the email notifications that are sent when you’ve scheduled a report to be emailed to someone? What I’m trying to achieve is remove the part that says, “ You can view this report online at [XYZ]Have a nice day!”This report is going to a “regular ol’” user so they aren’t able to access [XYZ], so I’d rather it not be there at all.Thanks in advance!Emily

I created a number of learning plans and want them to appear in an order in the catalog and can’t figure out how to do that.

I’m looking to change the skills of a lot of assets in discover coach and share using the API’s however I can’t find an API or a report that allows me to download a list of the asset id code. I can find the code in the browser window but I don’t want to have to do this for all of the assets. I’m relatively new to the API’s so I must be missing it somewhere. 

If a user in a particular branch or group has not been logged into Docebo for more than a month, can a rule or any setting be set to automatically deactivate those user accounts?

I cannot get this api to work I keep getting bad request, syntax error. The course ID is a number so I’m inputting the course id number but should it be the UUID? The skill I’m writing the name of as it is a string in the JSON code but should it be the skill ID number or another string. I get the same error if I put in the skill ID number as well as the code. Trying to wrap my mind around the notifications. If we have a number of courses that all have different validity dates (e.g. 7 days, 21 days, 30, 60 etc.), is there a way to get around the ‘event’ being the enrolment and have the event as the expiry date to avoid having to set up multiple different notifications.  TLDR; is there a way to have one notification that can be reused, say, alerts users 7 days out from a course expiry date regardless of how long the validity period is of the course? Please and thank you :)

Do any of you know of a reliable way to turn off the “keep me logged in” functionality?I can’t seem to find the right CSS:div[class='ui-input-checkbox'] {    visibility: hidden !important;}Nor does this jQuery seem to be working correctly:$("label[for='ui-input-checkbox-14']").hide(); These do work from the console, so I’m guessing it has something to do with the modal window itself.

Is anyone using Captivate for creating their SCORM lessons and using the new UI?The old UI had no issue. With the new UI, if you play the lesson in the default view, it will mark complete. However, if you click the icon to make the player bigger, it will not mark complete.I have this issue in with support but it’s been over a month and they don’t have a reply yet other than saying it’s my Captivate file, which I did extensive testing and don’t believe that is the case, nor can possibly be the case when it marks complete in the standard view.  Is anyone else using Captivate and can replicate this? Learners are frustrated.

Hello,We added new e-learning courses to our LMS and would like users to self-enrol to the courses. The only option I can see available for self enrolment is by providing a link for the course, is it possible for the user to search the title of the course and self enrol?Thank you,Teresa

I believe the answer is no, but thought I’d confirm it here. I’m looking to change the creation date of a course to change where it appears in a channel. I was searching the API library for a potential solution, but can’t seem to find anything. Perhaps someone here has found a way to do this? 

I’m trying to incorporate Contests into our training for learners who pass a course. I set up the sample contest and assigned custom badges for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.Is there a way to automatically assign those badges to the learners who earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rankings or does it always have to be done manually?I see to auto assign badges, the only options are if they completed the course, had the most likes, etc., but nothing if they placed high in a Contest.I’d like for the top 3 winners to automatically earn the gold/silver/bronze badges in their collections if that’s possible. 

I’m trying to use HTML widgets to load images for multiple languages that will each be linked to separate catalogs. Using the WYSIWYG works great to add the image to the widget, but no matter what sizing on the image I try, I cannot get the alignment I’m looking for. The widget automatically adds <p> to the HTML which creates whitespace, I’m able to remove the whitespace but that makes the widget slightly shorter than the carousel I have next to it.Whitespace whitespace removed but widgets different sizes - both HTML/WYSIWYG widgets - both images set to 220pxAspect ratio lost when forcing the HTML widget to 220px to align with image on left. Showing with or without white the versions showing the image doesn’t size properlyI am a novice with HTML/CSS so I’m hoping I’m just missing something simple. Any best practices out there for this? We have tried many many sizes of the image but ultimately it’s the same issue over and over again. 

I am looking to change the order of how the courses are displayed in channels/catalogs. Is there a way to do this or code to use to have courses show in a certain order? 

Dear Docebo community,I am reaching out as I'm facing an issue related to importing calendars for my users where the completed courses still appear in their Docebo calendar once I update time options by changing a soft deadline date.In fact, when I update the elearning date, the soft deadline for completed materials still gets imported into their calendars. This confuses my users since they have already completed the materials.Is there any way to exclude this from appearing in their calendars once they have completed any specific elearning page?It would greatly help to avoid any misunderstandings.Thank you in advance for your assistance.I'm looking forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Lasha
