How many languages can be active at the same time?

Hi, bit of a funny one. Im wondering if there’s a way to change colourway configurations on the ‘test/quiz’ portion of a course? We love the colourway we have set up for our site it just doesn’t read well (user feedback) when quiz/tests are undertaken within coursesI cant find an option to change what appears to be the default alternating colours and would prefer not to change the colourway of the entire platform for something as simplistic as this. Example below and suggestions appreciated :)

Hi, I read in the Docebo Knowledge Base that there’s an option to create transactions for groups or branches of users. From this, I understood that this would override the need for each individual user in that branch/group to subscribe to the plan. That seems like the most reasonable and practical use of this feature. However, in testing this, I noticed that individual users within that branch/group must still subscribe to the plan upon logging in even after we (Superadmins) already manually processed their transaction. This is a very poor user experience for the end-user as it involves many more clicks and can be quite confusing. What’s the purpose of the ability to manually process transactions from groups/branches of users then? We have integrated MS Teams accounts for several users. When I create a session, it asks for instructors. I added several instructors.Then I go to Events, and choose one of the instructors MS Teams accountAfter saving, it adds the event to the users Outlook Calendar and to the Docebo Calendar - Perfect! From what I can tell, unless you use the instructors MS Teams account when creating the Event, no one gets the event added to their Outlook or Docebo calendar. Do instructors need to enroll to see it on their calendars?Is this correct or am I missing something? 

Can you add the instructor's name to the calendar view of the session (in any of the calendar widgets)?I have created a calendar page with all of the workshops we are running as a team. It shows the course name description and session time and location. Is there a way to also add the session instructor to that view as well?

Hi folks,We’ve discovered a little later than we’d have liked that ILT courses don’t really support due dates. Rather, the Days of Validity field on an ILT course affects how long the learner can access the course after their last session ends.First, a bit of context. We have more than 10,000 employees worldwide, and we have a number of compliance trainings that everyone needs to complete. Previously, we were monitoring due dates in PowerBI, but in order to grant line managers visibility over their direct reports’ compliance, we want to get these due dates into Docebo.To complicate matters, some employees are expected to take the e-learning while others are expected to get their training via ILT. For a couple of reasons, these two groups have different deadlines: 40 days for e-learning and 90 days for ILT.We’ve sadly only just realized that “Days of Validity” on ILT courses has nothing to do with “due dates”, and as such will not work as intended with the “My Team” page. So I came here

Good Morning! We kicked off our new LMS today, but I’m finding this search capability is already becoming a distraction and just causes noise. Were you able to hide the Categories and Filter options in the catalog search bars? If so, how did you accomplish that?  Thank you! 

Does anyone know of a way to export the course metadata automatically, just like you would a course report or user report? I’ve looked through the various options in reporting, and i’ve looked at the automation tool, but can’t see any obvious way of doing so. I can’t use a python API script, as it has to be done hands off without my computer being involved.

Hi, I would like to configure a notification to be sent to users enrolled in an e-learning course when their enrollment deadline is extended by superadmins. Has anyone been able to use the notifications available in Docebo to send this message?

HI there, The courses I am importing from LinkedIn Learning are not loading. I can get the courses from Content Marketplace, add them to a catalog and specific courses. However, when learners click on the thumbnail, get to the course, and click “Start Learning”, we receive 2 errors. The first is it cannot connect with LinkedIn.com. The Second is the page cannot be found.  Can someone please provide support and troubleshooting steps for this issue?  Thanks, Megan

Hi All,I am trying to add personal summary or Activity page (Transcript) as Iframe. Is there any way, I could do it. The internal page can’t be Iframed is the message that I get. Any Idea if it is doable? I have re-directed pages with same banner as first html widget, However Activity page is not falling in place. 

HiCan an Observation Checklist be used as a stand alone option in Docebo.  I have users who require an assessment of skills but there is no eLearning module required.

Does anyone know how I can configure the text in an Outlook calendar notification that is integrated through Docebo Connect? Right now, it only pulls the date and time of my ILT but there is no text. I’d love to be able to meet Zoom meeting details in it or other useful information. Has anybody else encountered this and have a solution?TIA

Hi everyone!I just have a question regarding groups.  I want to set up a group that is automatic so when people join us, if they are part of a certain part of the organisation, they will join so we can assign them some training.  I have set up the group and pulled people from the areas and it’s created a fab list.  However, when I’ve looked through it it has people who have now left the organisation even though I have ticked the box to say to not include them.We work with another system that automatically expires an account when they are processed as a leaver; and I’m wondering if the fact that people’s accounts are expired rather than disabled is the issue, but I can’t see any other options to select.  Is manually trawling through the list and removing expired accounts the only way to do this?  Or do a manual selection?  Just looking for some advice because if it could be automated and I can be confident with the report then it will save me a lot of time!Thanks, as always, for your he

I have set up an automated group using a primary position set i.e. all our housekeepers belong to a housekeeping group. I then clicked the remove deactivated users tickbox in options but it is still pulling through deactivated users. What can I do?

Is there a way to add another Root Level Branch. For example:Caliber Public Safety - Current Root Branch 1 Branch 1A Branch 1B  Branc 1etc Branch 2 Branch 2A, etc I want to add a new root so it looks like thisCaliber Public Safety Branch 1 Branch 1A ETC Brahnc 2 Etc NEW ROOT I WANT TO ADD Etc..  It does not appear that I can, but I thought I would ask. We have a senior manager, who when looking at the ‘My Team’ section can see all her direct reports, and all of the sub reportees as well. All with the exception of 1 person.  I’ll try my best to explain. e.g Hannah can see Claire in her team.  She can also drill down to see all of Claire's team with the exception of 1 person - Lisa.  Claire can see Lisa in her team with no issues.Lisa has 2 jobs therefore 2 managersin Lisa’s profile Claire is set as Manager 2 (some other person as Manager 1).  Could this be the reason why Hannah doesn’t see her?  im assuming this is a glitch rather than a setting?
