Hi  is it possible to run a report or use the Course Management screen to check if there are (accidentally) courses created without any training material ? Stephen

If you invite someone to view content in a channel such as a an asset or playlist, and they delete the email or for any other reason do not get the email, you cannot re-send the invite or uninvite the person and re-invite them. I tried to open a ticket as a bug and was asked instead to submit an idea that you can invite someone to view a course or asset or playlist multiple times. 

Hi.Here’s my scenario;A company pays us for a bunch of licences for a course (say 50). The company then wants send an internal email email / invitiation / link to staff so they can enrol directly into the course. The user self-registers, and gets access to the course. Once the licences are consumed (all 50 of them), person 51 cannot access the course until more licences are paid for. In this scenario, no power user is managing licences assignment. Is this possible? I’ve spent ages looking at subscriptions and have asked Docebo who say “no”, but I think it’s a thing that people will want to commonly do. Has anyone cracked it? Many thanks Alan. 

We are in the process of creating our branded mobile app and are experiencing an error when we upload our IOS app package to Apple Developer. The error is related to the bundle identifier. We have a unique bundle id in our Apple account, but each time we attempt the build for IOS, we receive an error message indicating that we need to verify our bundle id and the id in the error message is not the id we have in our Apple account; it is from Docebo.Any insight that can shared about uploading IOS builds is appreciated.

Hihi!Is there a way to add the fields from the Team Members area to the Review so I can double check what was entered in Direct Manager or Team Manager before creating or updating? I usually look at the Review are to make sure everything was correct before confirming. Thanks for the help!

We had a random email sent out from our LMS to every staff member. Is there a way on docebo LMS to trace who and why that email was sent out?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make accessing forums easier for instructors? In my use case, I have a rather large learning program with multiple instructors. During the program, learners are asked to respond to a discussion question that they log in the forums widget on the course they are in. Feedback from my instructors have been that navigating to forums can be “too many clicks” and I agree with them. If there are suggestions on how to optimize that workflow for my instructions, that would be extremely helpful! 

We are in the UAT phase of our Docebo platform, and we were playing around with badges and points. I awarded some badges to select users and then removed the badges. The badge had a 50 point value and thus awarded 50 coins to each user. However, when the badge was unassigned, it did not remove the coins. How do I remove the coins from a users profile? 

We just created a membership option for our users. So we have 2 kind of users: members and non-members.I would like to have a different menu assigned automatically to each of them depending on their membership status. I have no idea how to do it. I tried with the Enrollment rules, but this only links a group to a course or LP. Than I thought I could choose a Group in the Menu setup (I did), but users in the group still get the Default Home page.What am I doing wrong?Thank you in advance for your help.

I have been previewing the new course player on our system, and I have noticed that it doesn’t seem to work with playlists. At the moment you select a playlist it takes you to the first course and displays a black bar at the bottom of the screen which contain the course list. But when I viewed this in the new course player it just took me to the first course and doesn’t display the bar at all. Is this just because it is a preview, or will the playlist functionality stop working with the new course player?

Hi, all. I’m currently working on an unpublished duplicate page of our homepage. I have added a html/WYSIWYG widget to the page that has simple text and some custom CSS that I’ve added to the appropriate custom style area in our Docebo instance. I searched the page’s code via inspect elements and found the proper id to use as a selector in the CSS, and the new widget appears correctly on the page.However….The widget seems to be appearing twice -- almost like it’s stacked on top of one another.This is what’s rendered on the pageThis is the custom CSS codehtml selectors for one of the widget occurrences (I used “#doc-widget-57” as the selector for CSS purposeshtml selectors for the second widget occurrence If anyone has any ideas as to what’s going on here and how I can eliminate the second widget, I’d be grateful. Emily

Hi EveryoneI would like to activate the Learning Impact App.  However, when I select Add New Apps and search for Learning Impact there are no results.  Also when I have browsed each of the tabs Learning Impact is not listed.Any ideas?

Hi There, I’m curious if it is possible to set up my ideal calendar invitation scenario for optional ILT course enrollment.  It is as follows:User selects and enrolls in ILT session/event they would like to take Enrollment email is received Google calendar invitation for ILT is automatically added to their gcal with status=accepted LMS Admin can see gcal invite and all accepted users and course information in one invitation (appears as if set up from calendar application)  Gcal Invite contains course description and link to Docebo where zoom link can be joined, if virtual. If User rejects gcal invite at any point, they are unenrolled in the course Next user at the top of the waitlist is enrolled in the course (begin step 1 for them)How can this be achieved in Docebo?  Thanks for your help and advice!-Galen

Hi! I have set up the file repository for some courses to allow staff to upload documents or link URLS to contribute to the topic. Is there a report I can run to see what is in a file repository for courses? Ideally who or at least when it was uploaded or linked? I didn’t see that as an option in the export courses data but maybe I missed it. Thank you.

I am having trouble with figuring out how or what to set someone's enrolment status as in order to enable them to enrol on a new session/event.They were absent from a session/event which has been marked as absent by the instructor - however without disenrolling them I am struggling to be able to see what status I need to choose for them to be able to go ahead and select a new date from the course?I need them to remain on the previous session as absent really so we are able to report on absentees.Does anyone have any ideas on how I might go about this?TIA

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if there's a way to embed dynamic components in courses that adjust based on the user accessing the course. As a software company, we're keen on allowing students to launch their personalized virtual machines from within the course to access our software. While we've figured out how to create the component, we're now investigating how to retrieve the user ID using Docebo's API. Any advice on accomplishing this and where to place the component within the course structure would be much appreciated!

Hello,I am running in to a little problem with courses not being mark complete after the training material is completed. Both for SCORM and AICC. It leaves them in-progress. I have even signed in as the user, completed course and nothing. I also have the setting for the course as seen below and also as no. Seeing the issue for both. There is only one training material in these courses. Any idea what i can adjust?

Hello Community!For those using the integration with Zoom/Outlook.Has anyone been able to allow access to an external consultant to lead an event? How did you generate the Zoom link for the vILT to share with the consultant, ahead of time and outside of SSO? I was able to add the consultant as a user in Docebo and add them as an instructor, but this is not sending a Zoom link being that with the integration, users must access/start the session from Docebo and are not given an actual Zoom link. 

Our team is starting to host various “Functionality” Trainings. These trainings will vary in audience. Currently just People Managers, but eventually, will include Team Members as well. All are end users of the platform. We will offer 4 options per session. For example, if we want to do a session on Observation Checklists. The topic would be the Checklists, and learners have 4 options for which session they will attend (different days and times).This will turn into a series that we plan to have more sessions, all related to functionality. The set up will be the same to allow them to sign up for the option that best fits their schedule. How would I best set up this ILT so that learners can enroll is the session that best suits their schedule? As well as be able to sign up for future sessions? Does it need to be separate ILT courses? I need to take into consideration reporting as well. 

We have gotten some initial feedback from a pilot user that is struggling whenever certain learning objects are the end of a course. For example, if a Knowledge Check is last it shows the results of the Knowledge Check instead of the Complete text with the trophy icon. Is there any way to get the course to always show complete at the end of last object, instead of the object itself? This way learners will not wonder if they are truly complete or not.

Hi all,We currently utilize a Docebo Connect recipe that exports user course data (ex- course enrollment & completion data) to a CSV file. The use case is slightly growing, and we would like to capture a Course Additional Field’s value as well. It is called MandatoryStatus; this course additional field is of type ‘dropdown’ and is not optional - each course must select one of our dropdown fields (ex - mandatory_onboarding, optional).I was tinkering around with the current config, however to no avail. Perhaps it has to do with the Path I have set in my ‘Get Retrieves course enrollments in Docebo’ action? Haven’t been able to get the field to show on the CSV file. If someone has pulled this filed down into their recipe before, please share some tips!! Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to create an association question in a test, putting steps of a process in order. Naturally I want the steps shuffled. There is an option box to shuffle the answers, but Docebo doesn’t let me. It gives me the prohibitive red circle with line symbol when I try to click the box. How do I shuffle the answers?
