Hi everyone, Hope someone can help. So I cannot seem to find a way to schedule a night to morning ILT session, that would for example start at 22:00 and end at 07:00. The system just will not let me. Is there anybody that has had to run ILT sessions during the night, and who knows how to manipulate the system to configure this? Would really appreciate the help!

Recently we noticed that for Quizmaker generated SCORM files control buttons have disappeared. These courses have been working perfectly for over 3 years and then suddenly about 2-3 months ago the buttons magically disappeared from the Docebo player.  I check the source files, and nothing has changed. So, we began to suspect the new course player. I moved back to the old play and the issue is still there.After raising a ticket with Support, they were able to replicate the issue and recommended that we re-upload the SCORM file. we tested this with 1 course, and it worked ok. I cannot understand what has change to suddenly stop around 15 courses from working all of a sudden. the only common denominator is that they were created using Articulate QuizMaker. Other Storyline generated files are fine.Has anyone else seen this issue? If you have Quizmaker SCORM files can you check they are working?Preview from QuizmakerandNo Prev or Next Buttons when viewed in Docebo 

We’re testing with the new course player, and noticed that we have to make two clicks before the piece of content opens. Is anyone else experiencing that? How do we make it one click?

Hi all,Does anyone know if there is a way to change the Score Display for tests after it has been set? One of my colleagues accidentally set the display to percentage and we would like to change it back to numbers.  

Is there a way to show only the playlists that are active in a Channel at the admin level?We have a channel for new hires with resources that are not required but may be helpful to them. There are about 20 links, which I have organized and categorized into more structured playlists. It would be amazing if the only thing that was visible for the user was the playlists and not the playlists + each piece of content. I know that at the user level, they can hide any piece of content in a channel, but is there a way at the admin level to “hide” the individual pieces of content and only have the playlists visible?  

Does anyone know if there is a way to download all skills listed in the platform catalog?  Or is there a source where Docebo has it in a PDF file?

Hello all - We have a user that completed one of our courses and was given the option to rate the course. She meant to click the 5 star but accidentally clicked the 1 star. She wants to edit her rating, but I am not sure she nor an admin can make any adjustment to this for her. Is this possible?

I’m looking for information on how to reset the course rating on courses. We regularly review courses that have poor ratings and we are trying to establish a review process for these courses. Part of that is that we would like to reset the course rating if a course has significant updates due to the fact that you can’t see a breakdown of how many ratings you’ve received, when they were received etc.Does anyone know if this is possible? 

We are new to Docebo. We use a csv bulk load to import users. We need to manage adding new employees and deactivating terminated employees. We thought creating a group of all users “except” those with an additional field = “Term” AND selecting the “deactivate users who leave this group” would be the easiest way to deactivate our employees no longer with the company.Two issues:How do you get a report of deactivations?How do you use a group to filter the Users page so that you can select the users and apply a bulk action like deactivation using the option in lower right area of the screen?Seems like this should be basic functionality, but not finding it.Help?Thanks!Eric

Hi EveryoneWe have enrolled all our employees onto a ILT course and they are required to book themselves into a session of their choice.Which notification is best to use for reminding users to enroll themselves onto an ILT session i.e. # days after being enrolled on the ILT course they receive a reminder to enroll on a session?

Hey everyone, I have a dilemma... I want users to have an accessible experience (freely move forward and backward on the timeline). However, I don’t want users moving the timeline right the end, marking the video as complete without watching. Is there a way of Docebo knowing that the user has actually watched the video (or even watched the majority, let’s say 80%) before marking it as complete? Many thanks,Jack  

Has anyone else experienced this problem? My colleagues and I are trying to register for the July Release Readiness Webinar and after we complete the “register here” (with endless Captchas), we get onscreen confirmation that we’ve registered but never receive the invitation. This has been happening for several months now and several different users, so it’s not one invite/computer/user. Thanks for any assistance!

Hello all.I’m having a weird issue wherein the Course Player seems to be hiding the navigation controls. Users cannot see the navigation buttons - either they are fully transparent or they are the same color as the surrounding elements. The screenshot below demonstrates how there is a ‘Next Page’ button but it is not visible unless hovered over: My fear is someone will tell me this is a CSS issue, b/c that really pushes the boundaries of my knowledge & the only person who could fix this is about halfway through their holidays. but in any case, any feedback is welcome, even if I don’t want to hear it. Regards,Nate

Hi, we are exploring to integrated Docebo with MSTeam. Our goal is to notify user to completed their Obversation Checklist using MS Team. Instead of notify by email,and system we wanted to post a MS Team messages to the learner. We planning to use the Docebo Webhook so that any notification will be trigger to MS Team URL pay load. However, we could not find any Docebo Webhook related to notification or Obversation Checklist. Has anyone has experience to this similar scenario? If, yes is there any workaround other than using Docebo Webhook to trigger and get the notification?  Thanks.

Hi all, I found it is very difficult to view all quiz questions using Docebo. When I used question bank, it only showed me part of the questions and did not show me the answer unless I clicked edit button. Is there any way for me to view questions and answers easily? Or, if I exported our quiz questions to GIFT format, is there any way to import the GIFT format text file to excel? Thanks a lot. Regards, Will 

Something has been brought to my attention and I’m hoping I can get some help finding how to change it.  Recently we created a new group then applied it to a custom report.  Then we ran the report and nothing showed up.  When we reached out to get help about it we were told that the data only refreshed every 4 hours due to a setting in our platform. “As noted in the KB, Data Refreshes, Data displayed in the reports is not in real-time, but instead runs atmost 12 times per day, depending on the setting of the platform. For you, this is every 4 hours:  This means that, even if a report is manually extracted, it will still check if 4 hours since the last data refresh has occurred, before refreshing again.” First off I have to say how frustrating this is, especially when we had been told the newest update meant  the data would refresh in real time when a report was extracted.  But that aside, I just want to know where to find this “Data Expiration Hours” setting.  I’ve searched through Adv

Hi,  just after a bit of advice.  We are being asked by a specific department whether we can help role out the concept of ‘learning passports’.This will be a list of learning activities that are recommended for specific roles in that department e.g. Lecturer, technician etc.The people in this department already exist in the LMS and we can easily target them (by group or branch, however my question relates to how we provide the list of learning activities to those people.Learning plans seems the obvious thing, but the plan would need to be a mixture of activities that exist in the LMS, but other things (courses, seminars etc) that don’t exist in the LMS.So my question is - is there a way to make learning plans work for us and include items are external to the LMS, or is there some other element of the LMS that cold work instead e.g. checklists? 

Hi out there!  For a number of reasons, like getting better reporting on who watches how much of each presentation recording and the like, my teammates want to create an associated e-learning course for each new VILT course. The e-learning course would have a copy of the recording and any training materials for people who missed the original course. Does anyone have any experience with this type of course management? I suspect they’d want to do this for both standalone courses and those in learning plans. I’m trying to figure out how to route new registrants to the e-learning version once the session has passed. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Hi all, I would like to hear some feedback/call outs/ Pro’s and Con’s on the below please! When updating/versioning SCORMS, we were advised that the Best Practice was to hide and retire the existing SCORM, and then upload the new one.  This is how we have been doing this to date when needed.  Another method is to edit the SCORM in the repository and upload the new SCORM which then reflects a ‘V2’ in the file name.Does anything make one method better than the other?  Do we lose any data points using one ver the other?  Does it matter which way?  Any reporting impacts? Thanks in advance!

I’m working on establishing some use cases for My Teams to utilize for our organization however I seem to have run into a serious problem. Last week when I was establishing and setting up a test group to verify that managers can view down the my team chart to view and enroll team members under their direct reports. At that time, it worked and I was able to create up to 3 levels of view (ie Manager > assistant manager > lead supervisor) where the Manager was able to view all users under each manager under them and so on. Today, however, something broke and I am at my absolute wits end. No when I log in as Manager and go to My Team I can see my direct reports (aka the Assistant Manager) however I can no longer see any team members below who report to the assistant manager.When I log into Assistant Manager, though, and go to My Team, I can in fact see that there are members assigned.  Any advice? 

Hi EveryoneIs it possible to have the instructor’s slide deck in the training materials so that the instructor can access and present the slides without the attendees being able to access/view the slides for themselves?We tried hiding the slides but then couldn’t figure out if the instructor could access and present them.Many thanks

We are using a single evaluation material in an ILT class that has multiple sessions. Is there a way to see the evaluations by session? Currently when I try to run the report from Reports/Training material Statistics I get all of the results from all sessions in a single report. I feel like this is something I should be able to do and am somehow missing a box or a location to do it. 

Hello all, We have assignment notifications used for compliance courses as well as reminder notifications that go out based on time lapsed from enrollment date.  We have standardized on 30/60 day time frames. Occasionally we have a small group that needs a course assigned that is a general course that does not have days of validity set at the course level.  I know that when enrolling the group we can impose a deadline at that time for that group specifically, but how can I also have the reminders trigger without having them impact any user who self enrolls in the course down the road? How have you handled this in your org?

Hey everyone! New customer here, glad to be a part of the community!We need learners to be able to self-unenroll from courses/Learning Plans that they personally enrolled in - but prevent them from unenrolling in courses/LPs that were either assigned by their manager or by an admin. Is it possible to customize self-unenrollment to meet the need in the scenario above?(Or, is this how it already works and I am just unaware?) Thanks!Ryan
