Hi EveryoneI have set up an ILT with 4 sessions, each session containing one event.  Each session has been set up with a maximum of 20 enrolments.As the Super admin I have enrolled a number of users (not exceeding the 20 max) onto specific sessions. I have now enrolled some more users (still not exceeding the 20 max) on the ILT course so that they can select for themselves the session they wish to enroll on.  Each user received the notification email, and when they click on the link within the email they are presented with the list of available sessions.  However, some of the users have been able to successfully enroll on the session of their choice whilst others have received this message telling them that “The count of users exceed limit of remaining availability” (this message appears for all the sessions):

I’m working on making some UI changes to our eLearning, which includes turning off the lightbox nav (Previous and Next buttons) when an eLearning is launched. I like the way it looks in the current course player, however when I turn on the new course player preview, my lightbox setting is set to hide, but it’s still showing when I launch a course. Is this the design (which doesn’t make sense), a bug, or the functionality just isn’t fully worked out in the preview? 

Is there a live chat feature (similar to MS Teams) that I can add into my company’s LMS? We are looking at having a Communities of Practice section available to employees and a live chat feature would be very beneficial.  Thanks in advance!

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues viewing the new active users report. When I click on the button shown in the screenshot below nothing is happening. I can still view the report using an old link saved in my browser. 

Has anyone figured out how to make this work?We simply want to provide context within generic enrollment notifications by porting the description or some other long-text field into the email template.I know this base feature has been an ask for over a year, so wondering if anyone managed to solve themselves.Appreciate any work-arounds! :)

Hi folks.I’m picking up some tasks for a colleague who will be out of office for a bit & he’s been setting up some courses that prominently include the instructor’s name in the Learner View (see below image)I have looked over every inch of the course & cannot for the life of me figure out where he set this up. i’m supposed to go back & fix several which are showing the incorrect instructor but I’ve checked every section & have no idea how he set this up. All i can guess was that it was done on the specific Learning Object (a podcast, which is just a video w/ a static background image) because it only appears when that specific item is in use. But i’ve checked every element on Properties, I’ve looked at Settings, all available options under the Edit button for the Object, & everywhere else i can think of…

Is there a way to give the learner the answer and comments after each question the submit of a test? 

We have many courses that use an embedded link of a Vimeo video.  They have all worked for over a year, and suddenly the videos are no longer playing.  The privacy is setup properly within Vimeo and verified that the videos are accessible without a login.  I also removed the training material and added it back and all the learners can see is a black screen.  Has anyone had this issue before?  This has worked for a long time so I’m not sure what changed.

It doesn’t look like there’s a way to create a custom report for Observation Checklists. How is everyone pulling reports for those?

As a newer Docebo admin, I’m working to develop a system of course codes, learning plan codes, certificate codes, and more. However, it seems to me that a course code serves a different purpose in Docebo from certificate code. Is that true?Should we align our certificate codes to run in parallel to the course codes? Do the code fields on different types of resources (courses, learning plans, etc.) interact/interfere with each other?I found this conversation quite helpful when thinking about course codes!Best Practices for Course Code Naming Conventions | Community (docebo.com)

Hi All,I am trying to build a report in Power BI where I have a column “Course Type”. I have to generate sum on a certain column. The other column where I want to put Sumif condition has variation of eLearning (e-Learning, elearning, ELearning - Online etc.) and variation of Classroom (classroom, CLASSROOM - In Person etc.). Is there a way to calculate sum using wildcards like excel? Here is the excel formula which works perfectly =SUMIF($J$16:$J$100,"*learning*",$G$16:$G$100)But is there any similar DAX formula in Power BI? Thank you!

Hi EveryoneI am trying to create a Fill in the Blank test question and failing miserably.  What I am reading in the guidance notes doesn’t seem to tally with what I am looking at on the screen and the screen example is so small and moves so quickly that it is no help whatsoever.  In short it’s driving me round the bend.I am trying to create a question that has just one blank to fill.The guidance states:“Begin by writing the question in the Question box. Below, you will see a plus sign button labeled Add Answer. Click this button to add the possible answers for a single blank in the question, then type the correct answers in the box labeled accordingly.”No idea what the “box labeled accordingly” is so, rightly or wrongly, I have created this: 

We are wanting to create a report that provides details of courses and certifications showing where our users are at in terms of completion.Currently we are exporting a certification report and exporting a course report that we then combine manually.Is there a way anyone has developed to do this easily with an excel template or similar?

Use case: In my platform, Institute, about 100 companies subscribe to our premier service tier and can create courses and learning plans only visible to their own users - along with all the general Institute content. They want to create learning plans including my courses and their courses. Can I somehow enable this without having to edit those learning plans myself (or someone else with superadmin)? Thank you!

We would like to set an e-learning course that allow our learners to view the training materials in no particular order, because of this we can’t set a specific TM as an end object marker. Also, our courses include a survey at the end, and we don’t want to require our users to answer the survey to get a course completion.Is there a way to complete a course with a certain number of TM’s outside of using the end marker? 

I have written a survey for a program my company has developed. How do I assign the survey to be completed after the modules are done? Ideally I’d like it to be the last required item in a learning plan for the person to earn their badge.

Hi,Does anyone know if there’s any way to see who assigned a specific course/learning plan to a certain user? We have our system set up so users can auto enroll in any course/learning plan but managers can also assigned courses/learning plans. When I see on the system that someone is enrolled in a course/learning plan I would like to see if this has been assigned by a manager or this has been self enrolled. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am asking as I would like to see statistics on self enrolled/assigned by manager. Thanks,

Hi, I'm having trouble seeing where a learner is within an overall learning plan. Is there a way to easily see in a LP where learners are? For instance, they completed the first 3 courses but have two remaining, or they are in the middle of the last course?If I pull a LP report, it gives me a CSV that I will need to filter by each course and then each learner to see incompletes. Then I need to go back into each course to send follow ups/reminders to incompletes.A). Is there no way to pull this within the system itself to easily see what courses in a LP aren't complete and then follow up with individuals from there?B). Is there no way to get a Dashboard reports view of each LP? For instance, if a LP is comprised of multiple courses to make up an Onboarding LP, can we not pull up the stats on the compilation of all courses that make up that LP to see overall progress?

Has anyone found an effective way to use the virtual coach? I have worked to try and get it to return good results for my platform and it has returned some puzzling results. I tagged some courses on communication, public speaking and facilitation. When I looked up these terms using the VC, it returned a personal playlist that was locked to me, I tried again and it returned a course on a technical skill that had nothing to do with communication (I looked at the training materials and could not find the words I was searching within the tags or material anywhere. So I asked the coach why it returned this course and it said, “it is robot learning :)”I then tried asking it specific questions on the company that I knew were on materials throughout the company, and it returned incorrect information (for example, was asking about “who is the manager of “insert store here”, and it would return an assistant manager) I know this is a minor issue, but it is wrong information and can caus

Hi everyone,Just wanted to check my understanding is correct about viewing recordings and online ILT sessions.Normal ScenarioLearner enrols in a ILT course and a Zoom session (event).  Learner attends the session and participates in session. That same enrolled learner can watch the recording that was added post session If a enrolled learner missed the session - they too can watch the recordingOther ScenarioLearner did not enrol in the course or select a session but wants to watch the recording Learner enrols in the course but as the session has been held, cannot enrol in it. That learner cannot watch the recording as they didn’t enrol BEFORE the session was heldIf I add the session recording (downloaded as a video file) to the course training materials as a video, could new learners that missed the deadline watch that video still in the same

We have a weekly community call where we present workforce information and new employment opportunities to our community partners. We record these calls and make them available to the partners- we are considering using Docebo to increase the professionalism and the ability to access the recordings and other resources post the call.   What benefits do you see and what potential red flags?  

I have a team in my organization that would like their observation checklists to be “live” documents.  So basically they have a fillable PDF that they want to live on the LMS and they just pull up this same checklist during training that they can save and not have to upload anything or have us build out an actual observation checklist.  Anyone experience this or have any ideas on how we could accomplish this?
