We publish courses in three languages, and during implementation I was advised to use the same code for all 3 versions of a course to make it easier to report collectively. However, after using Docebo for a while now, I think I would prefer to use seperate codes for each language. If you publish courses in different languages, how do you handle the course codes? Do you use a common or a unique code? And in your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?
Basically what I want is for external power-users to be able to buy 10 copies (or however many) of a course for their users as they like. Ideally through the platform and ideally with less intervention from me required. I can make the code by hand and I can run the charge by hand but I’d rather it be done automatically.
When a course is published (internal catalog visibility only), but is not in any catalogs why does it still show up in the search on the front end? Shouldn’t it not show up at all as despite being published, no one has access to see it?
Hello, we have situations where some users within our company move to another division (branch) which in turn is triggering our onboarding learning plan and notification in relation to that branch. Does anyone have a workaround in place to deal with this? I have looked at groups and of course we can only put in absolute dates within the rules. Ideally we want to send them a separate notification welcoming them to the branch and assigning a tailored Learning Plan.
Hi,Is it possible to change an event date after learners have been enrolled to a multiday course, where the learners will also receive a new calendar invite? I know you can change event dates, the question is about the latter part. What we now do is unenroll people from the whole course and enroll them again. Hi all, Is there a way to turn off the page info boxes? After several months those are really starting to annoy people. I know you use the ? to hide them but next page they come back. We I turn them off all together?
Does anyone have any use case related to employee onboarding where learners will need to complete new courses every week (kind of similar to a 30-60-90 plan) and also confirm they have completed all the previous courses? I am referring to a sequential onboarding along with observation checklists etc. What I want know is how did you guys set up this sort of onboarding structure on Docebo and how do you gather reporting data from that?
How could I add a group or branch name to a event attendance sheet? We had that capability with our old LMS. With Docebo, all I can think of is a workaround with a couple of additional fields that need nightly updates in a round trip through our data warehouse.

Good Morning Community, I’m attempting to find the best way to add a Canva project to my elearning course. While I realize I can link this and have the user travel out of the course shell, I’d prefer for them to watch the content within the player. I’ve attempted using an iframe, however, I’m having trouble with Canva connecting. I did ensure that Canva was on the safe iframe list as well. I’ve tried using the embed code as an html asset as well as the iframe widget at the bottom (the latter really not being ideal). Neither work. Any guidance would be great!
I am new to Docebo and I haven’t been able to find the answer to my question in previously asked questions. Is it possible to add supplemental documentation to a course that does not appear as a Training Material in the actual course? I would like to add reference documents but do not want them to appear as a line item in the Table of Contents. Is that possible?
We have a slightly odd situation where we have assets that are in a large number of channels, in this case the asset is an infographic showing how to use the share option in coach and share.Some of the channels are restricted to a branch and others are public and open to all branches...and I realise as I type this that the solution is probably going to be not to reuse the assets in this way.Over the weekend a learner hasasked a question about the asset...and the notification about the question went to experts in the restricted channel who do not know the learner. Is this how we should expect the notification to behave? We have previously had to turn off other notifications where the system rules seemed too loose, has anyone else come across this scenario?
Our teams are divided on three different levels but just the manager at the top should be the only one having power to enrol users from all levels onto courses. So far we found the issue that the manager can enrol to the user coming on the next level but not the users localized on the third-level and below.Just wondering if there is any possibility that that can be modified or any alternative in case you have faced the same problem.Thanks in advanced.

We plan to add more rewards, change some of the badges and add new ones.What is your approach in terms of Gamification? How do you promote it? Do you give badges for every single course? I was hoping someone in the community could shed some light on a couple of issues we’re experiencing with reporting on the My Team page.The first is the following Server Error that occurs when trying to export reports.Server ErrorThe second is the Export Option Unavailable message shown below.Export Option UnavailableI’ve contacted support and they say both are related to the Data Refresh still being in progress. Apparently, our data is updated every day after midnight and can take up to 7 hours and 30 minutes to complete.This sounds like a long time to be refreshing data, especially when we have My Team users all over the world. Also, the errors have been occurring after 7:30 AM my time, so I don’t understand how they could have been caused by the data refresh if it is occurring on schedule. I’ve checked our timezone in the [Advanced Settings] - [Date and Time] tab and it is correct.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hello,I'm having trouble controlling employee certifications. The certification is linked to a course, which is in a learning plan.If the student has never taken the course, the course will be pending, but in the certification control, this pending will not appear, as it will not be valid or expired, but not started.Has anyone had this same problem?
Hi, we are about to turn gamification on in our platform and want to start it off with a simple contest. We want everyone to take a specific course. When I try to set up the contest, my only options is to “complete the highest number of courses” within the time range given. I can assign the specific course,but the user has no idea what course they need to complete (see attachment) . It doesn't show up anywhere in the contest tab for the user. How can I set up a “challenge” for just one course?
