Hi everyone,Just wanted to check my understanding is correct about viewing recordings and online ILT sessions.Normal ScenarioLearner enrols in a ILT course and a Zoom session (event).  Learner attends the session and participates in session. That same enrolled learner can watch the recording that was added post session If a enrolled learner missed the session - they too can watch the recordingOther ScenarioLearner did not enrol in the course or select a session but wants to watch the recording Learner enrols in the course but as the session has been held, cannot enrol in it. That learner cannot watch the recording as they didn’t enrol BEFORE the session was heldIf I add the session recording (downloaded as a video file) to the course training materials as a video, could new learners that missed the deadline watch that video still in the same

We have a weekly community call where we present workforce information and new employment opportunities to our community partners. We record these calls and make them available to the partners- we are considering using Docebo to increase the professionalism and the ability to access the recordings and other resources post the call.   What benefits do you see and what potential red flags?  

I have a team in my organization that would like their observation checklists to be “live” documents.  So basically they have a fillable PDF that they want to live on the LMS and they just pull up this same checklist during training that they can save and not have to upload anything or have us build out an actual observation checklist.  Anyone experience this or have any ideas on how we could accomplish this?

Hello,Are there any plans to be able to pull skills data out of docebo in a custom report? This would be very useful in identifying skills gaps/themes across the business to inform future L&D planning. 

We have a use case where our business wants to migrate all the courses, repository from Lower Sandbox to Production . Do we have any automated tools through which i can deploy my data from one environment to another? 

I have several ILT classes that are taught by employees who only access Docebo to teach these courses once every few months.  They are not very familiar with the platform, and need to be able to easily and quickly access the courses they are teaching.  Is there a way to have the ILT courses that they are teaching appear in the My Training widget?  This widget is the first thing they see on their homepage when they log in and is the ideal place for the course to live for them so they have easy access to it.  Navigating to the My Courses and Learning Plans page and digging through all of the courses that they have on their account is far from an ideal solution, but is all that I’ve been able to find so far.  Any help is appreciated.Thanks!Jess OlcottTraining Program CoordinatorETC, Inc.

We have created courses in Rise and uploaded to Docebo as a SCORM package. When tracking progress, we can only see Enrolled, In Progress, or Completed.  For those users who are “In Progress”, I need to be able to see exactly where they are in the Rise course, not only that it is “In Progress”. How can I do this? One suggestion was logging in as that user and opening the course, but there are some issues with that as we have many users and we don’t want to accidentally alter their progress in the course.

HelloWe are trying to upload new SSL certificates to our more than 40 EE domains… but altough the old SSL certs are removed on Docebo before adding a new one, and Docebo shows the newly updated date, when viewing the certificate in the browser it still shows the old date.Has anyone else come across this issue? 

I’m hoping someone better at CSS than me can help. I’m working with the Q&A widget on a page. I know I can limit how many questions show at once, but I’d like to control the height of that widget a lot more specifically using some height and overflow CSS.Below is a screenshot of me getting this to work in the browser dev tools (added styles are in the red box), but when I put these styles into the Custom Styles of Docebo they do not populate. I’ve tried every combination of classes and IDs that I can find, and nothing seems to make it work. Has anyone successfully done this to a widget that can tell me what they did? 

Does anyone know if there is a way to hide the tabs on the left of the My Activities page? Ideally I’d like to only see the content in Courses, without a menu on the left.

I have three Power Users performing the same tasks in Docebo for ILT. There is one big problem we have encountered: they can’t see each other’s entries for classroom locations. Because they are all managing customer events (i.e., ILT training), it would help if they could all see all classroom locations.How do we avoid  a massive amount of duplicate locations?

Hi folks. Here’s a question for the css/html-savvy of you.My employer has a new set of Brand guidelines & we are trying to make a certificate to reflect it. Now, on landscape, there is a logo on the right side of the blank certificate template that takes up about 1/3 of the page.So what i need to figure out is how to designate a new set of margins on the page. i’m not all that skilled in coding & i’ve researched it a bit but i keep failing in new & unhelpful ways. I’d like have the text centered, but only within the left 2/3s of the page.As ever, any input is appreciated.Regards,Nate

Hi there! We offer courses built in Articulate to clients via SCORM only or via our Docebo LMS (where we upload our courses as SCORM).  Our vision within our LMS is to offer users the option of attending a scheduled ILT for facilitated discussion groups after the e-learning course.If a client accesses our course via SCORM (not connected to our LMS) but wants to attend the live discussion, does anyone know if we can create and embed an ILT self-enrollment link into the Scorm file so they can participate in the ILT later?I imagine this would require them to eventually register in Docebo to access the discussion groups. Is there any other way of providing this kind of ILT course access to people who have not started their learning journey within our LMS system?

I can’t seem to find a similar thread or idea - my system essentially has 2 “categories” of content catalogs and we want the My Courses and Learning Plans page to sort using Codes so we can ensure the more “important” set of content appears first. Right now we created a custom page instead, but of course the built-in page is where users are redirected when they enroll in new content anyway.Is this something I can ask Support to turn on? Is there a setting I am missing? Any tips would be appreciated!

Hi! I would like to know if someone here has experience with having customers subscribe to Docebo course content, and if so, how you organized user management. Amongst others, we are using our learning platform to provide (paid) eLearning courses and learning plans to customers. So far, users bought access to a course for a certain period of time (handled outside of the system), and then an admin would enroll them to the course for a specific enrollment period. This year, we are introducing an eLearning subscription, that provides access to a catalog containing multiple courses and learning plans. If a customer purchases the subscription, they should have access to all content within the catalog for one year. What I am struggling with, is finding a good way for efficient user management.Say I have a customer that wants to sign up individual users to the subscription from August 1st 2023 to July 31st 2024:How do I provide them access to

Hi! I know there is a way for a learner to be required to upload a file themselves within a course, but is there a way for an admin to upload a file for a user? We have certificates that are issued by third parties, and would like to store them in our LMS. Any best practices for this?

Hi, Hoping someone can help me. I’m wanting to create 6 x notifications, to be sent out weekly, starting from when a new user joins the LMS. For example, a new starter to the business joins on the 1st of the month. They receive a notification on their first day, start of their 2nd week, start of their 3rd week, and so on. I can create the 1st notification - set to trigger 6 hours after the user has not logged on (user account created at 2am, so email triggered at 8am as the user hasn’t logged on yet). But i’m lost on how to create the other weekly notifications. Anyone any idea how I can fudge a notification to do what I want it to do? ThanksCharlie  

Is there a way to post an asset to a channel without it appearing on the Activity Feed?  We use the platform as our intranet and host commonly used documents/forms/etc. When one new asset is added to the system, we want it to show on the activity feed so people know it is there. However, when a new Channel is created with multiple new Assets, it takes over the Activity Feed.  I have tried variations of keeping the Channel “hidden” by only giving a Group access to it. Then making it public once it is all uploaded. But I haven’t figured out the magic steps if there are any.

I tried searching but couldn’t find a topic specifically for this - if there is one, please point me in the right direction… I’m launching a new annualised version of some mandatory testing, I’d like to “hide” the older versions from learners so that they don’t see them in their personal summary screens or completed course list anymore (as the details will no longer be relevant to them once they have completed the newer versions). I don’t want to delete the modules or unenroll anyone though as I need to have record of their results still. Would it be possible to preserve everyone’s enrolment/completion detail and just “hide” the courses from them as described above? Thanks for your help! :)

Is there anything to be aware of when selecting the Password Dictionary Check option? Will this force a password change for all users or just certain users who don’t meet requirements? I did a trial run and it doesn’t seem to add much extra security. It allowed me to use simple, common passwords still like ‘password11’. Any ideas what exactly it checks for?   

Set-upWe have training modules/courses that are publicly available (accessed through a registration form)We have customers who want us to send them our training modules (SCORM files and videos) so they can be put on their LMS. Our Legal and Regulatory departments are not keen on that idea. Question:Can our Docebo platform be used as the source to host an eLearning program, where the registration/login is management through a different LMS, and reports back into that other LMS, but the content stays in our Docebo platform?

Anyone else having trouble trying to use the calendar inside course creation to set dates? You have to play whack-a-mole to catch the correct date at just the right time or the calendar disappears. It’s driving my co-worker (and me) insane and wasting time.
