Hi,I am wondering if anyone has launched their Mobile Apps recently on Apple Store and Google Play Store? We received the app set up guidelines and app screenshot templates from Docebo a while ago but with technology updating rapidly, the screenshot template sizes are not reflecting the latest device display sizes. Anyone has any recent sources of app screenshot templates that you can share?Appreciate your help in advance!Thank you!!

Hi everyoneWill a newly created Group pick up users who already meet the Group criteria i.e. does the Group work retroactively or will it only pick up users who meet the criteria after the Group was created.We have just created a Group that will contain users who have completed a particular course.  Before creating the Group there were users on the LMS who had already completed the required course but they do not seem to be in the Group.  If the newly created Group doesn’t work retrospectively, how do I get the existing users into the Group?Many thanks

So we just turned on the Virtual Coach to have a play and we would love to understand what we can tweak in our Descriptions etc to influence the responses. If we ask for a piece of content on a specific topic which we know has a course with that topic in the title, and/or in the description we usually get linked to a completely different course that on the face of it is not the right thing. Obviously we can ask for something else but its not clear how the choice is made, or what weighting measures are used. If we can get a little more insight we can tweak our content to work better with the VC. We should not have to rely just on the users responding to the suggestions - this leads to frustration quickly and they will abandon their use of the Coach. Any Docebians able to shed any insight here? Thanks

Hi Docebo Community!My organization uses Docebo as our primary LMS for internal and customer-facing training content. When we publish elearning content, using Articulate Storyline, we have to option to enter keywords that, presumably, will aid our learners in finding the content.I wonder if Docebo (or the community) has any best practices to recommend for choosing keywords and how they should be formatted.For example, if I have a course on fundamentals of programming languages, which approach to my keywords list would be better, or is there an option 3 I’m not seeing?Option 1: programming, language, languages, fundamental, fundamentals, functional, constructs, program, design, syntaxOption 2: programming language, programming languages, fundamentals, functional programming, language constructs, program design, language syntaxOption 3: …?Thanks for any advice you can share!

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to work out how I might find the API User ID for a user. I’ve tried hunting through the docs and the community here, but I suspect I’m searching using the wrong terms - what I’m trying to do is track down the API User ID from the user’s email address.The Edit User interface shows me the legacy UUID for the user, but not the API User ID.Does anyone have any insights? TIA!- zac.

When we are uploading a CSV user import file, what settings do we need to have in place or settings in the CSV so that existing users are updated, if changes are made, but not change their passwords? Thanks 

Hello guysPlease guide me, I created a Channel with 6 courses in itI set it up to be visualized only in one branchWhen test it:User “A” sees only 2 coursesUser “B and D” cant find the channel at all or any other channelUser “C” sees only 1 courseUser “E” sees 4 coursesetc... Q1: Do I need to enroll all users to these 6 courses previously ?Q2: WHy ??  Users B and D cant see any channel? Is there an easier way to re-assign courses without unassigning and re-enrolling them?Also, when doing so, does it keep the data from when they were enrolled previously?  

Seeing if anyone has been able to achieve this?We are using the wire transfer feature of the platform, but some of our transactions are going to be free because they either are:Employees using a coupon to receive our training for free Users selecting free courses from a learning plan that contains both free and paid elementsIn our workflow, someone still needs to go in an mark the transaction as paid even if the cost of for free.  Has anyone been able to automate marking the transactions with no cost as paid so that our users do not have to wait for an admin to mark it as paid?

I want to be able to disable the ecommerce cart for customers to purchase courses but still want customers to be able to use their coupons only. Is there a way to do that? 

Hi all — I’d love to hear best practices from the community regarding hidden training materials. We currently hide old versions of training materials and add new versions within a course. This will allow new users to only complete the visible materials without impacting current completion data.  The issue we’re bumping into is for learners who’ve already completed a training material before the new version was added, they will no longer show as 100% on their course progress. Example:Learner fully completes a course that contains a SCORM and Test Learner shows as 100% in course progress Admin needs to update the test so the previous test is now hidden and a new version is added to the course There’s still a total of 2 visible materials in the course  The learner who already completed the course will now show as 50% on course progress, even though their course status will show as completed Please note: the learner does not need to retake the test Any new learners going through the course

I have a notification that needs to go to managers when their direct reports enrol to a course (ideally it would actually be a user has enrolled to ILT session but that’s currently not available).I want the email to read:Hi [manager_name],[direct_report] has enrolled to [course_name]Can I use the available short codes to achieve this? My understanding is that [first_name], [last_name] and [username] would all apply to the direct report?This will be a singular [direct_report] and [course_name] so not a digest type notification.Thanks!

Is there a limit to the amount of courses that can be put into a Learning Plan?

We are doing integration with Docebo and we need to mark a course in Docebo as completed. Im trying to post score at this end point: <doceboSite>learn/v1/lti/outcome  fowling this spec: https://www.imsglobal.org/spec/lti-bo/v1p1  with no success so far. If anyone managed to do it ?   

Does turning off this notification inhibit user access to the portal in any way? We use SSO DUO for logging into our portal and I believe this option is in place for our organization to require users to click on it upon login IF that is a feature we want to use. Am I correct?

Is there a report that can be run that will show who enrolled users in a specific course?

 Hi,Some of our learners have reported that when they first log into Docebo, the “Discover how to improve your skills” popup doesn’t work for them. When they are at step 2 “Set your skills”, nothing works except for the the “cancel” button (attached image above). I tried to reproduce the problem as a superadmin. The popup looks fine to me (image below). I checked the “skill management” settings, nothing segregates users. What could possibly be the reason that it doesn’t work for some of them? Thank you!  

I’m running into issues with the Branch Reporting.  When I run it as the SuperAdmin, I get the “donut” Performance by branch to work as well as the data at the bottom with Sub-Branches showing the correct numbers of Enrolled, Completed, etc…When I login as one of the powerusers, I don’t get the “donut” data and the bottom only shows number of users, not other data is populated. We are trying to run reporting based on the following:VP, HR, Training Manager - See all districts, sites and employeesDistrict Manager -See their sites and employeesSites - See their employees.I’ve tried everything I can think of can’t get it to work correctly.Ideas?

I have a course. This course is included in multiple learning plans.I need to unenrol a user from said course.This particular user subscribed to this course through a learning plan - therefore Docebo won’t let me unenrol them from the course directly. I don’t know which LP they enrolled from…. Indeed, it could be more than one! How can I find out which it was? Is there a more elegant way to remove said user from this course than brute force unenrolling them from the learning plans?  

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to set a user's "Course First Access Date" for a course when manually editing a course enrollment to "In Progress" or "Completed" for a learner.I noticed when manually editing an enrollment for a learning the "Course First Access Date" is not populated in reporting. I can understand why by default this would not update on the user record as it could be potentially tied to our “monthly active user” count. We have a potential scenario where we may need migrate user status “In Progress” and “Completed” to a new course version. For our reporting and tracking purposes we also need to migrate the "Course First Access Date" for each record. Does anyone know if this is possible either thru the UI, the API, or with Docebo’s assistance?Thanks,Dave

Has anyone had a need to create several ILT sessions which are classroom and virtual at the same time/and date?  I saw the Session/Event for Blended July 2022.  When creating, I’m not seeing where the learner can select classroom or virtual.  What about best practices for blended on notifications.  Thank you for any assistance.

Has anyone tried incorporating interactive minigames into the platform as a motivational tool? If so, how did you go about it? How do you reward people for participating? I’d like to hear your ideas. 😊

I send out self-enrollment links to learners that enable them to register in the platform AND be automatically enrolled in a learning plan in one step.In the learning plan, the option to enable self-enrollment links for this learning plan is ticked ON and that is the link I send out.In the Advanced settings, I have enabled Free self-registration and require that users enter a branch code manually.I’m using this method for three different learning plans and every time I send out the links, I’d say 3 in 10 users find that they can successfully register but land on the catalogue page to a message “oops, there’s nothing to see here”. So the enrollment into the learning plan is failing.Sometimes logging out and back in will make the courses in the learning plan appear, other times they have to contact me for help and I manually enroll them.We don’t have the same problem when allowing self-registration to just a single course.Does anyone else experience this problem? Or is there a better way

Hi there!We want to create a landing page where users can see a variable number of thumbnails of the catalogs they have been enrolled to. It should look similar to the Netflix page where you select your profile. Clicking on a thumbnail should take you to another page where the catalog is implemented with stream display mode.Does anyone have an idea how we can best implement this?
