There has become a need to register users wtihout asking for the email address. One of the companies that we work with do not allow employees to share personal information with third parties. Is there anyone else, who is dealing with this? Any possible workarounds?

I’m not sure if anyone has something like what we are trying to accomplish; however, here is are challenge.  We trying to use the Sequential Learning Experience by having our New Hires Employees see the new hire page.  However, we have multiple companies in branches and then we have the groups.  What I have done was the following:Created groups for each company, one for current employees and one for new hire employees, using the “hire date” as the eligibility Created a page for each of the companies and a page for the New Hire employees, with the New Hire menu at the top of the list on the menu page. I have set up auto-enrollment based on the NHL groupsI’m stuck as, for whatever reason, I cannot get the New Hire employee page to show for those new hires only.  It automatically defaults to their company page.  Any help and suggestions would be great.   

I presume google translate can’t easily access the page content unless reshipped by the browser/client Is there a way to make this happen?

Hello, We are using Docebo uniquely, we are making modules for high school students to go through to help them prepare for college. The idea is students log on and work with a coach throughout their high school years. We have readings built in Articulate (i.e., SAT test tips) and then a check-in on the material in a folder called “Readings and check ins”. Then we have a separate folder with test that are reformatted to let us know the student has done that item (i.e., registered for the SAT test).  I just want a sanity check here to make sure what I set up makes sense.Courses = the year the student is in (i.e., Jr. year, Sr. year, College) that live in a Channel Students are under branch = internal, which includes anyone in the organization (vs external that could be other school districts for ex) Group = the year (i.e., Jr year. or Sr. year) User type = user I have a home page that has a “courses” widget th

HI.I am in the process of setting up Docebo to handle our ILT sessions and one of the things I am struggling with is waiting lists.Is there a way to limit the number of waiting list spaces available?Our training sessions have a maximum number of 8 places available, so ideally I want to be able to limit the number on the waiting list to be no more than 2 - otherwise there could potentially be 20 people on the waiting list which is useless. Is this possible?Thank you

Has anyone matrixed out the ILT Course and enrollment statuses by the user performing the action and the admin performing the action, and then also with how that status shows in reporting? We are seeing differences in the course enrollment status if a user enrolls/unenrolls vs the admin doing it through the enrollment screen.  And then in reporting on this course, there is still the ‘Subscribed’ status which has been deprecated from the course management screen. We have a user that has enrolled into a course and session, shows in progress, and then unenrolled from the session yet still remains in progress instead of reverting back to enrolled which is what they should have since there is no longer a session enrollment.  There is no training material associated with this ILT course 

Hello Fellow Admins, I noticed we have a suspended status option available for course enrollments.What is the use case for this status? Should this be used when archiving courses for learners who did not complete the course? What do you use it for at your company? Thanks!

I used Adobe Captivate to set up a course, published it.  It was added to central repository, assigned to a course and put in a learning plan. When I access the learning plan and play through the course, I can take the entire thing but the Docebo progress bar never shows it is as “complete”.  I only see “in progress” and “pick up where you left off learning”.Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?  I want to make sure our learners are getting credit for learning plans they have completed.  Thanks!

HiIs there a way that the sessions can have an indicator to show how many places are available/remaining for an ILT session?Our sessions have a cap of 8 and it would be great if this can countdown (either with 7/8, 6/8 or x seats available) so that when people are booking they know whcih session will be right for them.We have scenarios where more than one person from a company may want to attend the same session and knowing how many spaces are available will help them to pick the right one.THank you

I can get the file just fine with filezilla.I have tried “/”, blank, various combinations of made up folders etc. Nothing works. I tried putting the file not-in-root as well, with every variation I could think of for folder.The fact that there are zero screenshots of this screen in the kb doesn’t help :Pthanks and happy holidays all!

General question - what is the point of having the “Course > Evaluate” option in Power Users permissions if they PU can’t actually evaluate or see any assignments that are uploaded by their users? I am running into an issue where I need Managers and Team Leads (given Power User permissions) to be able to evaluate learner’s assignments, for a couple reasons.This is an accountability process for us - we want to hold the TLs and Managers accountable for approving their team’s assignments. Removes the overhead of another team (my team) from having to manage this.Right now, according to this article, only “Instructors and SuperAdmins” can evaluate assignments. Hello All! 🙋🏻I’m quite new to Docebo and work for a global company as an Instructional Designer but I’m trying to lean into some of the LMS admin responsibilities. 🔍My question is how do I know if I have access to a sandbox for testing and where would I find it if I do? Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with their gamification settings? I have assigned points and badges to courses but my users are seeing negative points on there account but when they go to the rewards store they have more coins than points. Its a mess!! I thought points and coins were a 1:1 ratio? Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help?

Does anyone else have challenges with this?Our use case is that we grant our customers access to a certain number of seats with their contracts. A number of courses are open enrollment to them and their users may enroll to one or more of those courses using a coupon code until they have used up their seat allotment.The current configuration options for coupons codes limits users to one use up to a number of uses but we need more flexibility.We need an option for a coupon code to be used multiple times by all the users up to a limited number of uses. We don’t want to restrict a user to only one use but we need to limit the number of times the coupon can be used.The current options do not meet the needs of our use case.  If you need this as well, please upvote this idea:  

Hi all,We are wanting learners to be able to access content from our Public Catalog and actually view material and interact with it without having to log in. You can see in the image below we have this test course we are playing around with. There’s 4 Training Material items listed under Content that we’ve added but you cannot click on anything. We would like to be able to. Basically we want a course for free for the public without enrolling or logging in. Is it possible to do this or will all our interested learners need to create an account just to demo/trial our content?Thank you in advance! 

We had an instructor of a course session receive the following error message when she used the direct enrollment link to try to get into the course to log in.  We teach this same course each month, provide the same (direct enrollment link) to all learners and instructors, and have never had this error come up. Anyone know why it did?  Is using the direct enrollment link not recommended for the purpose of entering courses you’re enrolled in as a learner and/or instructor. If not, what do you suggest? 

Hi! Preparing for our soft launch. Our platform will have mostly Product Knowledge training. Users can enroll themselves into courses (or learning plans) and they should not have a deadline for anything self-enrolled. Other users (either individually or groups) will be assigned training and they need to have a soft deadline (so that they can still access the training after the deadline).  I was hoping to be able to use Enrollment Rules to add an expiration date for those that need it, but see that is not an option. I’m thinking that for these individuals, I would use “Manage Enrollments via CSV” to set the valid until period.  One of the issues I see is that the User Enrolled in a Course notification doesn’t differentiate between those who enrolled on their own or those that were enrolled with a due date. Hello,I can’t seem to allow access to my Power Users into the Reports or New Reports areas from their Admin Menu. Regardless of what permissions I include or Profile modifications I make, when the PU clicks on either option from the Admin Menu they are greeted with the 403 “Forbidden” Error screen.Any tips, recos would be most appreciated!thanks

We offer a 6 month free trial to select customers and my boss would like to know the level of engagement of these customers (how many times they have accessed the platform and how many courses they have enrolled in/completed etc.). Does anyone have any ideas about how I could generate a report showing this data? We don’t use an additional field for the free trial, so the only way to differentiate the users would be the 6 month timespan from creation to expiration which is shorter than the 1 year timespan for paid customers. I’m very much a novice when it comes to reporting, so would appreciate any advice you could give.

Hi there! I’m after some guidance please…Users are experiencing a problem with learning activities not being marked as completed when using the Go learn app. I’ve attached a screenshot.This course comprises 3 videos hosted on Wistia and the user has to complete a test after each video. Once they’ve viewed the video they click on the ‘x’ to close it down, but then the activity still displays the orange check mark to state it’s still in progress.There must be a setting I’ve forgotten to implement and so wondered if anytone knew how to solve this?Thanks 😀
