As part of a medical device organization, we will roll out for the Quality management system soon, and we are working trying to find Validation documentation for new software versions, how does Docebo makes documentation and validate interface before sending the enhancement or new versions to clients? Thanks for the support.
We are starting Extended Enterprise for a client who wants SSO and plans on tying it to Azure. There are hundreds of existing users in their branch. My question: once we activate SSO for their instance of EE, will all of the users simply be updated? Or will a new set of users mirroring the existing set get created? Also, whichever way this works, why? As always, appreciate this community!
I’m hoping the hivemind can help me out here…We have been having moderate success using Observation Checklists as part of leader onboarding, but I’ve run into a situation that I can’t find a solution to. Our checklist is set up for employee to complete, but then it needs to be approved by their manager. I have a manager who is no longer with the company, thus is inactive in the system. This has left the observation checklist for the employee in limbo as the checklists do not move to their new manager.Any solutions for this?
Pop ups on mobile app: How can I get SCORM files starting with "Open a new window" buttons to play on mobile?
I’m at a new company and migrating their LMS. Almost all our courses begin as “open a new window” buttons for historical reasons. There are thousands of these courses. Can we straight-up not use any of these in the mobile app? They open the popups in the default iPhone browser (chrome in my case), not within the Docebo app (we paid for branded mobile but I assume go.learn is the same code)
Good morning Guys, We have a question here on how to potentially handle. In SSO it seems you can not pull over the “Is Manager” field and the4 “Direct Manager” field. Both of those are key to making this work for the client. As you may know I am all about work arounds. The question is: As we are mapping fields, is there a way to take an additional field from AD and map it to the “Is Manager” and then an additional field to the “Direct Manager” field in Docebo? I would assume that you should be able to do this but I wanted to validate this with you. I would like students to be able to open their courses/learning plans to download certificates even after access is expired. Is there a way to do this without using the “Soft Deadline” feature? I don’t want students to be able to complete unfinished courses after expiration. I just want them to be able to download certificates without having to go through the “My Activities” tab.
Hello!I support a large group of volunteers which has high annual turnover (about half). We consider each year of volunteers as a cohort. We have a couple of different required courses - one course is required only every 4 years and two courses are required annually for all members. Volunteers who leave do sometimes come back to the organization within the 4 years, so they would not be required to retake the training until they hit that 4 year mark. They would be required to retake the other trainings.When a volunteer leaves the organization, we deactivate their account.My questions:If I unenroll people from any of the courses, is a record of the course completion maintained? If I do not unenroll people from the courses, but just deactivate their accounts, are notifications sent to deactivated users (we have a notification that reminds people to complete these courses - I do not want to send notifications to people no longer associated with us)? I have done everything correctly by passing the metadata between Azure AD and Docebo, matching up the Unique Identifier field, uploading SSL certificates for my test domain, and I still get the same error:The expert my AM gave me has no idea why its not working. IT has no idea. I’m at a loss!
We want to get the MS Teams link for an event so we can share it if anything goes wrong. Is this possible?If not, could you create a meeting with Teams in Outlook and pull that link to put it into the event as a "custom tool". The person has been paired on Teams. (Also, if this does work, does the person have to be paired? That would save so much time in trying to get random people paired for one event a year).
We have an assessment with 200+ questions that went out to 800+ employees. When I use the Course Report tool to generate an item analysis of the training material, the export does not generate a complete report. The export creates a file with about 125 of the questions and cuts off at the same point every time. To export the entire data set, I must deselect the first 125 questions and then run the report for the remaining items. Does the Course Report tool have a fixed limitation regarding the number of test items, or is it more a cap on the size of the data export? Is there a way to adjust the limitation? Here’s the path I am using to generate the report:Course > Reports > Training Materials Statistics > Select the Test > Export as Excel or CSV
I was hoping you could define something for me, I’ve been trying to find the answer and have not received any responses.On the Admin DashboardCan you define SESSION and ENROLLMENTS?Is a session each time someone logs in? Or is it each time someone completes a training item?I hope Course Completion is self-explanatory.Are Enrollments NEW people logging in for the first time? Or is the 303 Weekly the AVERAGE?We do NOT enrolled 300 people each week. It is a stretch for me to believe that is even an average.Or is this UNIQUE Users who have accessed the system this week? No that can’t be it as the number for today wouldn’t be 0. I would really like to know where that 303 weekly number comes from. I can’t imagine that a typical week we enroll more than 100 new users. Sure there might be spikes if I run an update from an AZURE report, but I only do that maybe once a Quarter. Hi All, Has anyone had the need to limit the visibility of the answers of a test on a course? Example: A department has a course that contains a test. The answers to the test would be considered sensitive information and not all power users are privy to the information but all power users still need access to report profile permissions. How would we limit who could access the test answers on the course two a few power users but still allow the ability to access the course to all of the learners who need to take the course & answer the questions on the test? Hi everyone,We are looking to send notifications via Slack.I read the KB article here: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127499-Docebo-for-SlackThere it states:When a user is created from the Slack integration, the Docebo username field is populated with the name value of the Slack user information. If you are provisioning users with a Single Sign-On system besides integrating with Slack, make sure that the provisioned usernames correspond to the ones created with Slack, otherwise, the same user will be created twice, with two different usernames. Well unfortunately the usernames we use in Docebo are a different format to those used in Slack.Does anyone have some experience with this? So does that mean integration is not possible? Is there no work around or way of achieving it? It seems quite limited if that is the case. Thanks,Aimee
I am uploading a video training material and I would like to add the option to play the video in a new window in order to increase the size of the box the video plays in or to make it play in full screen. Is this possible with a video/record your screen training material? If so, where do I find that option?
I am looking at the different ways to enroll users in a course and have found subscription codes, enrollment links, and enrollment codes. From what I have leanring about enrollment codes, I don’t see the value of them. If you are using enrollment codes please let me know what value you are getting from them.
I just had a course suddenly intake over 400 users (all from one branch). I thought this was from me putting it into a learning plan with an enrollment rule associated with it, but no. There is no rule to that LP. Is there a way to find out who enrolled all of those people?
Long time lurker, first time poster :) I’m a Docebo novice, and I’m having a Shape issue. I’m trying to create a Shape using “Start from Storyboard,” but when I download the .csv (and open in Excel), I get this instead of the expected rows and columns with headers: I don’t see anyone else asking, so I must be missing something basic, but I can’t figure it out. Is there a group I can join for Super Admins who work in L&D on the Franchisor side of a business? I find that a lot of solutions and best practices may work for Corporations, but are not always a good option for Franchised organizations.
