Hi,Is there any way to add a JavaScript based embed code on a page or course? I would prefer to embed a video from our vendor this way over iframe, but don’t see a way to do it, I’m pretty sure the answer is no, but thought I’d check to see if someone had a workaround?Thanks!Brian

Hi Team,when creating custom dashboards for a specific set of courses, I (as a super admin) can build it and add filters that are for selected courses only however when I share that dashboard, the courses I added to my filter are removed. Is there a way to make these filters “sticky” so that we can create a dashboard for certain courses only? If not, is this something that can be considered for a future release?

I’d like to replace the background color with an image across the site.  I’ve looked through the CSS posts and see a lot about images in widgets, but can’t find anything about page backgrounds.  Has anyone been able to accomplish this?  I’ve tried some basic CSS and it seems like it’s overwritten by the background color settings.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a way to back up question banks and tests/quizzes that have been built directly in Docebo? I know that tests can be exported to .gift, but how might that then be converted in to a usable backup format?

If I set up 2 courses as equivalents, will the CEUs for both being marked as “complete” show up on the learner’s transcript?

When an ILT course has multiple sessions, how do you see/report on training material completions based on the different sessions? What I’m specifically looking for/needing is a report that lists all the training materials for a course, the progress of all learners enrolled into the course for each material, and the sessions/start dates those learners are enrolled into.For instance, let’s say I have a course that has two sessions. One session has an event that occurs on May 1 and the other session has an event that occurs on May 15.The course > Reports tab allows you to see all the training materials but you have to go into each material manually to see who’s started/completed them. This also doesn’t indicate which session the learners are enrolled into.Custom report ‘Users - Training Material’ doesn’t include session information and it doesn’t list materials or or learners if the training material hasn’t been accessed yet.Insights Dashboards using the ‘Training materials - Detailed

Hello,Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner. How do I do that?Thanks

We’ve got a course that has a video uploaded. The course completion pop-up is showing about 10 seconds before the video ends and comes up over the video while it is still showing content. Is there a setting that can tell it to wait until the entire video finishes playing? Why would it do that?

Hello, I see that Docebo sets a time zone for users so I’m wondering how it derives that. We do not allow users to edit their time zone in their profile. I found this quote in a KB article. Can I deduce from it that Docebo is looking at the user’s browser for this info?“If users are allowed to customize their time zone, when they move to a location having a different time zone, the platform will prompt them to adjust their time zone according to the one detected by the browser.”

We are looking for a way to hide the Looks Good and Take a Look status banners from the My Team page. The majority of our courses do not have due dates and these banners have led to confusion by managers. Example: they see the Looks Good status for an employee and assume that employee has completed all courses so they don’t look at the Personal Summary page for the employee.We tested the CSS provided in this post but found it removed status labels from other areas of the platform where we need the labels. We tried using the Localization Tool to adjust the wording. This wasn’t a good fit because we would need to use too many words to describe things to our managers. We tried simply entering a space for both Looks Good and Take a Look. This adds a small colored square in the upper right corner which would create a whole new level of confusion for managers.Is there CSS that would specifically target these two labels and not others (or exclude other labels)? Is it possible to hide the page icon and name and white box? It takes up a lot of prime real estate and since we use a banner that says the same thing and it appears in the bread crumb it ends up that the same thing is repeated three times. Many thanks,Aimee

Hi folks.I’ve got an irritating scenario where i’m testing something on a notification but I’m stuck somewhere that I shouldn’t be stuck. Please see the image below: Since i’m formatting the time in the exact same method as the instructions appear to be showing (hh:mm am/pm), it’s very frustrating that I’m getting an error message that is not giving any more information to go on. If anyone could let me know how I need to format this field then I can proceed to actually testing what I’m trying to test.Thanks!

Good morning ☕Still getting used to the Docebo platform coming from another LMS. I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for my use case. From what I have seen, there is not a way to schedule an enrollment so (for example if I need something assigned on a Saturday when I am out of office). I’ve played around with the idea of enrollment validity so the content wouldn’t be able to be started until the date set, but would be “enrolled” in the locked content until the start of the validity period. The only issue with this I’ve experienced is, our standard email notification has a "Take me to the Course” button to start the learning and this seems to bypass the enrollment validity. Any suggestions or recommendations on what’s worked for you?

Hi!Using the API endpoint post   /course/v1/courses/{course_id}/lp  to add a learning plan to a course. Yes, that seems backwards. I am asked for the assignments parameter. I thought that was the course ID but that doesn’t work. Can someone help? Thank you!Mark

Hello - I am setting up an ILT course and want to require users to attend a session event as well as complete training materials before being marked completed in the course and obtaining a certificate. I just can’t seem to figure out how to have both of these things required. Am I totally missing something? I seem to be able to require event attendance or mark certain training materials as the end object marker, but what do I need to ensure both have been completed before someone is marked completed for the entire ILT course?

I have a question about the email notification users get when a new account is created for them. The notification currently gives user a link to “reset” their password. I am worried this is confusing, as users are accessing the platform for the first time and have never created a password before, so they have no password to “reset.” Rather, I would like all messaging to refer to “creating a password.” Does anyone have advice on how to configure messaging to be centered around “creating a password,”  rather than resetting a password?  Email received by new user: After user clicks on “Reset your password” link:  

Hello! Our organization is attempting to gather a comprehensive training time data report. This would include trainings we offer internally through catalogs, LPs, courses, etc., but also externally offered trainings that employees log themselves. We are hoping to find an estimate of how long employees are spending on trainings each year (internal and/or external). For the internally offered trainings, we have that down and are good. However, for externally logged trainings, I cannot find an easy method to be able to find out how long each of the trainings that employees logged are.  Does anyone have any best practices or tips to be able to gather more quantitative data on hours spent for external trainings? 

We are currently using Docebo Connect to integrate our Outlook Training Calendar with the ILT courses in Docebo. We have been experiencing cancelation emails to trigger even though the session has not been deleted or changed in Docebo. Learners have reported seeing the canceled invite and/or email in their outlook calendars. Any ideas why this may be occurring?

I’ve done phone interviews with both and now it’s time to bring them in to meet with a few other people, plus do my final interview. I have a VILT course that includes both training and lab time with the instructor. Once completed, users can take an optional exam. We've recently launched a self-paced version of the training course, paired with a separate lab course that users can complete at their convenience. We cannot combine the two courses because the lab requires setup and has limited availability, so scheduling is necessary.Essentially, after completing the course, users receive a notification to sign up for lab time. Once both the self-paced training and lab courses are finished, they can take the optional exam. We are now trying to determine how to mark the self-paced training and lab courses as equivalent to the VILT course.We don’t think there’s an existing way to do this, but I wanted to explore the possibility here. Could we create a group that automatically enrolls users in a course marked as equivalent once they complete both the self-paced training and lab courses? I'm hoping someone with more experti

Hello friends!  I have a question about annual compliance training that I’m hoping y’all can assist with.  :)My company is global with employees in ~50 countries.  Currently we have two certifications built for annual compliance training (US and Global) which are assigned based on the employee’s location. The US certification links to a single US-specific course; the Global certification links to a single internationally-focused course.  Our new compliance training vendor offers location-specific courses, so employees in France can view a France-specific course, employees in India can view an India-specific course, employees in the US can view US-specific courses based on their region, etc. (and we chose this vendor specifically for this purpose).My goals are to:Automatically assign the correct courses based on the employee’s location.  (I don’t want to do manual assignment.)
