Hi,Looking to hide the Score on the My Activities page under courses, ILT  and external training.Does anyone know how to do this so its the how column and not just the title. 

HI everybody,I’m new to the Docebo platform so maybe I’m missing something here. For what I saw, even if you set an ILT course so that only admins can enroll users into it, enrolled users can still self-enroll freely into course sessions. So my question is: is there a way to prevent students, already enrolled in an ILT course, from self-enrolling into sessions of said course? So that only their manager/power user or superadmin can enroll them into course sessions?

Hello,I am changing an onboarding dashboard from catalogs to channels for new sales engineers and wish to enable self-enrollment in learning plans for the users. Although the users can view both catalogs and channels, when I modify the dashboard to display only the channels, the learning plans become invisible. Am I overlooking a setting?

Hi,In the release webinar introducing the new course reports, I asked a specific question about whether there were global settings for the report fields as we have 700+ courses and there is no way I’m going to be manually setting each one to include first/last name.The response was that there was a global setting - however I have been unable to find it. We have the new course player enabled in our sandbox, I’ve set up some individual courses with the relevant report fields, so I know the feature is working.I’m hoping i’m just being blind. Can anyone point it out for me?TIAMarion

A couple of years ago, someone posted the idea to have the option to schedule a date/time for a course to be published - will this be looked at? Instead of just Published/Unpublished - have option to Schedule  Thanks

We have come to find out that the figures shown on the report tab (see below) include deactivated users and there is no way to apply a filter. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? We need a quick way to check the completion % and this looked to be perfect until we realised this.  

I can do this manually however I’m looking to see if there is an API that will do this as well. I have searched through the API’s but I know that some of them are in really weird places and I’m hoping that someone might have an answer.

Hello! Our organization is struggling with tracking versions of the lessons put into Docebo. Docebo doesn’t have a timestamp for uploading content (single ‘lesson’ into the CLOR) so we cannot track when content was uploaded. Thus, making it difficult to pull reporting on what content may need to be updated. We’ve thought about putting dates in the title, however I am not thrilled with this idea - how do others manage/track this? Do you use Docebo, or an outside spreadsheet/program?  Thank you! 

Hi allQuick question - now that we can remove deactivated users from a group using the tick box in the groups settings, is there a way to apply this setting to all groups without having to go into each one and tick it, save and re-process each group?Please tell me there is an easier way?!?

However, to join this course, you must have completed another ILT offered a month ago (having either joined the live session or watched the recording). I know that the only way to manage pre-requisites for ILTs are to put both the course and it’s pre-req in a learning plan. We could do this, and promote the entire learning plan, but my concern with this approach is how ILT enrollments work in a learning plan: enrolling a user in a learning plan with an ILT enrolls them in the ILT course but not the ILT session. I could easily see a situation where a learner enrolls in the LP, watches the pre-req recording, sees themselves in the upcoming ILT course, but doesn’t notice they aren’t in the session so they don’t receive a calendar invite, miss the ILT session, and get frustrated. Best case scenario: the morning of the ILT they realize they don’t h

This may be silly. Does anyone know how a learner user can change their preferred language on their account, without having to go to admins?

Hi there Docebo Community! I was hoping some of you had some insight on an issue we are facing. We are looking into using subscription bundles for our use case. The big problem we are running into is that because of our internal needs and Docebo’s limits to its e-Commerce and certain applications, we bill based on enrollment. This means that we would not be able to track which users enrolled in a course based off of a license use and which users enrolled based off a purchase. We have circumnavigated this by creating copies of the courses in the subscription plan as designated subscription courses, so we can filter them out when we bill.The problem with this is that when a power user purchases the subscription, they and the other users can see both instances of the course, so confusion may arise if a user purchases the course again instead of using a license.  We have been going back and forth trying to figure out how to offer this option to our users both inside Docebo’s built-in funct

I’m going through the ‘Notification events and conditions’ help documentation and I’m finding differences for specific notifications between who is listed as a Recipient in the documentation and who you can actually select.For instance, the ‘Admin Asks To Check Your Team’ notification says it can be go to Users, Power Users, and Superadmins, but the notification only allows you to send to Managers. Is there something I’m missing that would allow me to send that notification to a Superadmin as a way to keep track of the notification being sent?

Hello all,Checking to see if anyone has solved how to report on learners who are not enrolled in specific learning plans.  Case: Audit to ensure everyone is enrolled in annual compliance learning plans. We use Groups to generate enrollment rules. The source of truth for the date in the fields that we use to build the conditions is from another system and can either be blank or incorrect so we would like to identify people who did not populate in the groups thus who were not enrolled in learning plans and either make the corrections to the data or adapt group settings. Hello!Has anyone found a way to modify a single sign in page? I know the text(content) can be modified via the localization tool but that setting is global across all clients / sign in forms in extended enterprise. Is there a Power User Permission that will allow a Power User to enroll one of their assigned Team Members into the same ILT course after they’ve enrolled themselves?For example, Power User enrolled into an ILT course for the week of 3/6/23.  That Power User would like another one of their Team Members to attend the same course, but when they click on the Course, it doesn’t give the option to “purchase” the class again … even on behalf of their assigned team member/user.I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere, but I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help!

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing. 

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?

I have turned off “Allow self-unenrollment from the course even if the learner has completed it.” But my power users enrolled and completed courses in order to review them and then were able to unenroll themselves. Is this because they are power users in the platform, even though they showed as learners in the course?

Is there a way to edit this label - “Course syllabus”?

Is there a way to make it so an employee can request a course and their supervisor can be the approver? I know there are admin and super admin approvals, but the supervisors in my Docebo do not have those permissions. I’d like the employee to be able to request the class, and their supervisor to approve the enrollment.

Hi All,I am working on creating a FAQ page for our users and I want to put most popular questions on the landing page in a way like accordion so when you click the drop down you can display the answer without going to another page/browser.
