I scheduled a report to be sent to a distribution list (group) in Outlook with about 150 members. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m wondering if it should be working and if it’s not (bug) or if it’s not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for sharing reports with a large number of users?

Hi thereOur Docebo (LMS) accounts are uploaded via a bulk job everyday from our HR System (iTrent)Query we have - when someone is on long-term sick or on maternity leave, how can we track/note this on the person’s LMS account? We then need to ensure that notifications that are set-up to remind the staff of training are stopped. The same notification also goes to their Manager so this would also need stopped. Any advice/guidance anyone can share on this matter would be much appreciated as we are rather stuck at how to get past this issue.  Thank you in advance. Andrew :)

We are using Channels to provide targeted instruction to groups of users. The content in each channel is curated to that specific set of users, with specific job roles and access.  Currently, when a learner is viewing an asset in their assigned channel, there is a “Recommended Next” panel displayed.  And it is showing/recommending assets that are NOT IN THE ASSIGNED CHANNEL. How can I disable this?  I cannot have leaners accessing information that does not apply to them.  For instance, User Guides and tutorials for our Power Users on the platform.  They have different Power User profiles.  I don’t want my Schedulers to be recommended to view the Course Development assets.  It is confusing to the users.  Is there a way to either (1) hide this Recommended Next thing or (2) lock assets to channels so that if you’re not assigned to the channel, the asset isn’t visible in the Recommended panel?Thanks! 

I am having an issue where one Power Users (P1) is unable to impersonate another power user (P2). Power user 1 has been assigned all users (this includes P2) and has been given the permission to “Impersonate the assigned users.” Anything I’m missing?

New and in build phase. How do you upload a link from YouTube to the central repository each time I try it says URL incorrect - and it is correct - what am I doing wrong ?

I’ve rounded all the edges of our widgets which looks awesome and now I’m looking for how I can round the edges of the course icons (screenshot of what I mean attached)?! If users are in multiple groups, both set up using automatic rules, but different catalog visibility - how does Docebo decide which group is the “main” one that controls their view?

Anyone have any luck or know how to implement getting the Intercom Chat Bubble to also reside within the LMS? Would be great to be able to have users ask for help on the page they are working on rather than exit out and go back to a support page just to get assistance. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Newbie here. Please help! I need to report on 3 onboarding learning plans. The report needs to show the courses contained in each learning plan, the learners, and their progress in each course. 

If a user is overdue on their Learning Plan, how can I set up notifications to alert their manager? The only recipient options are either Users or Superadmins.   

We want to automate the creation of our LPs via the API. The only endpoint we can't find is for the option to display the learning plan in a catalog. Can anyone help here?

good afternoon, We are looking to set up automatic notifications to send to users 1 week and 1 day prior to a ILT session starting as a reminder to make sure there calendar is blocked out etc.I cannot see a way to set up such a notification and add a time period, the only ones I can find is when a ILT session is starting and when a person has been enrolled.All suggestions are welcomeThank you in advance,James 

Hello!I’m looking for some outside opinions on the best way to manage reports for multiple customers. Currently, when we add new customers to Docebo for product training, we create the users, then create a new customer group, then assign the users to the group, then enroll the group into an onboarding learning plan. The primary reason for creating groups for each customer is to give our account managers, who are configured as power users, the ability to create course reports for each customer by filtering via group in the reports area.I question the scalability of this approach as we continue to add new customers, which means we are constantly adding new groups, maintaining existing groups, and constantly updating power user resources. Much of the work is done manually and is cumbersome. Any creative thoughts on how to approach this?

When I try to get the notifications log via /notifications/v1/notifications_log, I recieve the following error message:{  "name": "Bad Request",  "message": [    "Notifications log functionality is not enabled or misconfigured."  ],  "code": 1001,  "status": 400}How can I set up this functionality?

Hi, I need to update my database via API. The problem I've encountered is that during this process, I update and create users.For new users, I need to provide the password, but not for existing users.The database has over 190,000 active users, and checking whether they already exist on the platform is not a solution. The vast majority do not have registered email addresses, so password recovery is also not a solution.Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas?

Hello! Is there a way to hide the “asset uploaded by” field within channels, using CSS? If so, can it apply globally, and/or to just to specific domains within Extended Enterprise? The rationale is that we use channels for content presentation and functionality, but the uploaders are not considered to be experts/contacts for the content.Example: I’d like to hide the names of all uploaders from all assets, such as this one:

We have discovered multiple instances of duplicated ACTIVE enrolments in the same course showing up on reports.The reports are filtered on ACTIVE enrolments only so these are NOT archived enrolments.The course enrolment status for the duplicated Active enrolments is also blank for one instance which is also strange.Obviously when I search for the user that is duplicated in the report directly on the course they are only coming up once as it is not possible to have 2 active enrolments for the same person. I’ve entered a support request but curious if anyone else has encountered this. It’s definitely a new one for me. 

I think I already know the answer to this (no) as we can’t add html only css to the login page, but a customer has various users from various company’s logging on their LMS and they want to add a brief guide to the login page explaining who should use SSO, who should use external login and guide on their credentials...etc. Is there a way to make this happen?  Many thanks,Gigi

When the browser window is maximized, the course image appears correctly. However, when the browser is resized, part of the image gets cut off or doesn't adjust properly.How can I ensure the entire image remains visible and responsive across different screen sizes or browser window adjustments? Hi everyone! I seem to be stuck with my autoenrollment plan for a mandatory course that we have for all staff.  We would like to enroll all employees as of June 1st to a course with a 15 day due date and then afterwards, any new hires would be enrolled with the course but have a month/30 days due date.Next year we will do it again in June. I created a group for current employees as of June 1st and then another group for new hires after that date.When I try to set up the enrollment rules I am stuck with how to set up the due date or I guess it would be the Enrollment Deadline for the new hires. The current employees I could just put June 1-15th in that area. But for new hires it wouldn’t be set dates like this because it would depend on their start date/enrollment date. So it seems I cannot set it in Enrollment Rule but in the course itself, there is a Enrollment Validity period in Time Options to set the days starting with the enrollment date but then would this trigger 30 days for the
