We have discovered multiple instances of duplicated ACTIVE enrolments in the same course showing up on reports.The reports are filtered on ACTIVE enrolments only so these are NOT archived enrolments.The course enrolment status for the duplicated Active enrolments is also blank for one instance which is also strange.Obviously when I search for the user that is duplicated in the report directly on the course they are only coming up once as it is not possible to have 2 active enrolments for the same person. I’ve entered a support request but curious if anyone else has encountered this. It’s definitely a new one for me. 

I think I already know the answer to this (no) as we can’t add html only css to the login page, but a customer has various users from various company’s logging on their LMS and they want to add a brief guide to the login page explaining who should use SSO, who should use external login and guide on their credentials...etc. Is there a way to make this happen?  Many thanks,Gigi

When the browser window is maximized, the course image appears correctly. However, when the browser is resized, part of the image gets cut off or doesn't adjust properly.How can I ensure the entire image remains visible and responsive across different screen sizes or browser window adjustments? We’ve recently had someone leave the organization who had done quite a few content uploads for us. We were under the impression the person had left copies of the original videos in our data backend, however it seems we were misled. Is there any way to download a copy of the video after it has been uploaded to Docebo? When viewing the Learning Object, we can see the video has been “renamed” by Docebo, most likely during the rending process. I just need to snag some copies from a few Learning Objects so we can make a few edits and reupload.Thanks so much for the help!

Hi everyone! I seem to be stuck with my autoenrollment plan for a mandatory course that we have for all staff.  We would like to enroll all employees as of June 1st to a course with a 15 day due date and then afterwards, any new hires would be enrolled with the course but have a month/30 days due date.Next year we will do it again in June. I created a group for current employees as of June 1st and then another group for new hires after that date.When I try to set up the enrollment rules I am stuck with how to set up the due date or I guess it would be the Enrollment Deadline for the new hires. The current employees I could just put June 1-15th in that area. But for new hires it wouldn’t be set dates like this because it would depend on their start date/enrollment date. So it seems I cannot set it in Enrollment Rule but in the course itself, there is a Enrollment Validity period in Time Options to set the days starting with the enrollment date but then would this trigger 30 days for the

Is there a way for the admin view to have catalogs sorted by NAME of Catalog A-Z instead of the default Newest to Oldest?

Hi all, I am looking for a way to display completed / not started or completed courses, but within a single catalog only.  What I manage to do is, I can use the widget on the home page to display all courses within a single catalog OR display all completed courses within ALL catalogs. Is there any way to combine these - display all in progress courses but just only within one catalog?  Background - we have quite a long learning journey with 5 different phases. I can display courses within one phase by displaying the catalog of that phase, however i would love to give the learners the opportunity to see their progress within a phase as well.Thanks for the support,Dora  

Hi everyone,Where we cannot configure the names related to the task widget, I was wondering if there was a way via CSS to adjust the title of one.For example, there is a new overdue and expired list. We want to rename it to just overdue.Is there a way to:adjust the title to something else via CSS (like do a replace) remove the titles all together from the widget.We can use the “row title container” to name the tile a bit more appropriately.So if you have gone down this rabbit hole in the past and have come back up with a rabbit, I would love to save a cycle of research on it. In Docebo Connect, I created an ILT schedule report pulling in fields using the Get Sessions by Course ID call. I have the data export and create rows in Google Sheets. My challenge is, I am not able to bring in session additional fields in Connect because they cannot be selected and brought in as data pills. I have two session additional field values (ID 19 and ID 21) that I want to bring in to this file for each row/session in my file. Any idea how to achieve this in Connect? 

Hello!We have gotten a request internally to see if we could allow for opening courses found in catalogs in a new tab with an action. As in a normal click still opens the course in the same window, but some kind of variation (like right click menu) allows for opening in a new tab.We currently use the Catalog widget with Card style display.Is there any option for this that is known? Or if we used another display style? This is the current options for right-click - it could be another thing besides right click!Thank you for help in advance!

Can anyone please tell me the trigger for the “User has passed an ILT course” notification? This should be easy, but the knowledge article says it “Triggers when a Superadmin or an instructor passes a learner in an ILT session”. Curiously, “passing” isn’t one of the options when setting a completion status. The instructor can mark attendance or complete the course manually. Alternatively, it can be evaluation-based or training material-based. I’m obviously looking for an automatic notification to send once an attendee is marked as complete or attended. We don't do formal evaluations or tests for most live courses.What is the exact trigger? Also, is there a more comprehensive description of the notifications anywhere? The knowledge article isn’t as helpful as I had hoped. Thanks for any guidance. 

I don’t see anything in Reports/New Reports that shows how many times an asset has been downloaded. Am I missing it somewhere, or is that not something the platform can track?Similarly, does anyone know if we can track how many times a file repository item within a course has been downloaded?

Normally, when we have a learning plan and people are assigned training with prerequisites to complete, the learner will receive a notification when new content has been unlocked.However, I just learned that if you use prerequisites and a delay (which is what we are doing), the "new course unlocked in learning plan" notification will not be triggered. (See additional notes in image below)Has anyone else worked around this? How do you notify your learners that they have content to take?Both locked and unlocked content appear in their weekly reminder digest emails that we set up, so that’s not going to give them more information. Your help is much appreciated! 

I had a SME approach me and wanted to think about trickle curriculum with deployments having after an alotted timeframe. After the persons first day at work. After the persons first 30 days at work. After the persons first 90 days at work. Lets keep it simple and say they would be delivered a course at that particular time. Is that all achieved with prerequisites????

We have a learning plan that consists of eLearning & ILT sessions. We enrolled a manager into the Learning Plan to complete the eLearning but there are no ILT sessions for those courses at this time. We tried to unenroll him from the ILT courses but cannot since the course enrollment was through a Learning Plan.We are aware that if he is in “Enrolled” status will he receive reminders to complete the course; is there any way around that? Is there any way to unenroll someone from an ILT in a Learning Plan if there are no sessions scheduled? We are trying to avoid him getting reminders to complete a course when there are no sessions for the course at the moment. 

Hi I’m trying to download the certificates in a course with 100 or so attendees. So far I can only figure out how to download each certificate one by one. Is there a way I can download a batch of certificates in one go?

For my course, I have “Enable enrollment link for this course” checked so user can enroll themselves by clicking on the direct link. However, when some of them click on it, they get the Access denied page. This is only happening with some people. I can’t figure out what the difference is between those users or how to help them self-enroll.

We want to ask additional questions when a learner requests to be enrolled in a learning plan or course, such as how long you have been using our platform and if your manager is aware you are taking this. Does anyone have something like this set up?

Hi there, Is it possible to retrieve information about the p-value of test items and answers provided? I was used to an old LMS providing these insights. This overview states that 76% of the users that answered this question chose the correct option. This is valuable information that helps you determine the quality of your test. Is a question to easy? To hard? Are there problems with the other answer options provided? Is their an issue with the question and the content provided etc.   I couldn't work it out in Docebo so I've added this as an idea aswell:  Anyone has any suggestions in how to access the information that I'm looking for? Hello all, we made a custom CSS navigation menu, but the menu dropdowns “hide” behind our catalog widget. Does anyone know what might be going on? It works fine on all other pages that have other widgets. 

Greetings, team, I am inquiring if there is a way to archive passed sessions, or at least hide them. Right now, the excessive number of sessions available in the course makes it messy for power users to quickly select the session they are looking for. Is there a trick to hiding old sessions or cleaning up the view in the sessions list?Thank you!

HelloI would really like to change the LABEL (only) on the Username field to reflect a more accurate description of the data we’re going to use as the username. It is an industry-provided ID that I will validate prior to account creation. I know that I can change the username after account creation, but that’s confusing to the user imho.I looked in Localization, but didn’t find anything that seemed to be the right thing.Any tips?
