We have a use case where we are hosting an ILT course for employees at our company. However, to join this course, you must have completed another ILT offered a month ago (having either joined the live session or watched the recording). I know that the only way to manage pre-requisites for ILTs are to put both the course and it’s pre-req in a learning plan. We could do this, and promote the entire learning plan, but my concern with this approach is how ILT enrollments work in a learning plan: enrolling a user in a learning plan with an ILT enrolls them in the ILT course but not the ILT session. I could easily see a situation where a learner enrolls in the LP, watches the pre-req recording, sees themselves in the upcoming ILT course, but doesn’t notice they aren’t in the session so they don’t receive a calendar invite, miss the ILT session, and get frustrated. Hi there Docebo Community! I was hoping some of you had some insight on an issue we are facing. We are looking into using subscription bundles for our use case. The big problem we are running into is that because of our internal needs and Docebo’s limits to its e-Commerce and certain applications, we bill based on enrollment. This means that we would not be able to track which users enrolled in a course based off of a license use and which users enrolled based off a purchase. We have circumnavigated this by creating copies of the courses in the subscription plan as designated subscription courses, so we can filter them out when we bill.The problem with this is that when a power user purchases the subscription, they and the other users can see both instances of the course, so confusion may arise if a user purchases the course again instead of using a license.  We have been going back and forth trying to figure out how to offer this option to our users both inside Docebo’s built-in funct

I’m going through the ‘Notification events and conditions’ help documentation and I’m finding differences for specific notifications between who is listed as a Recipient in the documentation and who you can actually select.For instance, the ‘Admin Asks To Check Your Team’ notification says it can be go to Users, Power Users, and Superadmins, but the notification only allows you to send to Managers. Is there something I’m missing that would allow me to send that notification to a Superadmin as a way to keep track of the notification being sent?

Hello all,Checking to see if anyone has solved how to report on learners who are not enrolled in specific learning plans.  Case: Audit to ensure everyone is enrolled in annual compliance learning plans. We use Groups to generate enrollment rules. The source of truth for the date in the fields that we use to build the conditions is from another system and can either be blank or incorrect so we would like to identify people who did not populate in the groups thus who were not enrolled in learning plans and either make the corrections to the data or adapt group settings. Hello!Has anyone found a way to modify a single sign in page? I know the text(content) can be modified via the localization tool but that setting is global across all clients / sign in forms in extended enterprise. Is there a Power User Permission that will allow a Power User to enroll one of their assigned Team Members into the same ILT course after they’ve enrolled themselves?For example, Power User enrolled into an ILT course for the week of 3/6/23.  That Power User would like another one of their Team Members to attend the same course, but when they click on the Course, it doesn’t give the option to “purchase” the class again … even on behalf of their assigned team member/user.I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere, but I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help!

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing. 

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?

I have turned off “Allow self-unenrollment from the course even if the learner has completed it.” But my power users enrolled and completed courses in order to review them and then were able to unenroll themselves. Is this because they are power users in the platform, even though they showed as learners in the course?

Is there a way to edit this label - “Course syllabus”?

Is there a way to make it so an employee can request a course and their supervisor can be the approver? I know there are admin and super admin approvals, but the supervisors in my Docebo do not have those permissions. I’d like the employee to be able to request the class, and their supervisor to approve the enrollment.

Hi All,I am working on creating a FAQ page for our users and I want to put most popular questions on the landing page in a way like accordion so when you click the drop down you can display the answer without going to another page/browser. Has anyone tried or had any luck with changing the text that appears on the course tiles? We only offer our courses in English, so we are wondering if we can remove the EN from every course. In addition, we are hoping to change “E-learning” to a different name. I tried using the localization tool and it did not adjust or update E-learning in the course tiles. If anyone has tried CSS for this, I would love to learn how you did it as well.

What is the best way to handle archiving enrollments for users enrolled in a compliance learning plan that needs to be taken annually? The bulk archiving option is great when users aren’t enrolled in a learning plan but we’re finding out it doesn’t work the same to archive and unenroll vs archive and re-enroll (we’ve made some changes to LP structure for 2024). Any tips on how best to navigate this would be most helpful. 

Hi all,Since moving surveys to Docebo for ILT workshops, we’ve noticed that they are not getting completed. We used to have almost 100% completion when the leaners had a paper copy handed to them at the end of the ILT workshop. Now, we’re not even getting 10%. Currently I have one reminder going out 3 days after the workshop is completed. I fully expected to have some loss, but 90% is way too high. What are you doing to get your learners to complete the surveys.  TIA,Sarah

Hi, I have an automation in Docebo Connect to remove offerings from catalogs on dates specified in a lookup table. To remove the offering, I used the base URL /learn/v1/catalog/ which I got from the Docebo API page.  Now, I’m creating an automation to remove offerings from channels in the same way, but it keeps getting stuck at the removal step. It’s so close to working, and I know you wise humans will be able to help me with this and save the day. Since the last course player update, the learner view for PUs is not the same as what the real learner sees. Can somebody explain this?

I am a Super Admin for our LMS. When I am in Course Management and I click “Learner View”, to see what the end-user sees in terms of dates available etc, when they search the catalogue, it automatically enrolls me on the course that I am looking at.I started noticing this when my line manager kept getting e-mail alerts that I had enrolled on a number of courses. It seems to do this for any Super Admin who does this as she had the same issue.If I have already completed the course, I can’t see the course at all from the end user’s perspective. Instead it just takes me to a record of when I completed the course.Has anyone else noticed this problem please? 

Has anyone discovered and can share new CSS coding to globally hide assignment submission options for Screen Recording and Link? We’d like to only have upload option displayed. It appears from past posts that coding was shared but is not working in the new course player. Specifically, this is the area and the two options we’d like to hide.Hide Record and Add a Link Submit Options? 

Hello! I am looking for a work around to report on users past due. My goal is to schedule a report that reports on users past due in a learning plan - showing what course within the learning plan they are past due. Per the help desk this is not possible as is, but I can schedule a normal report and sort by enrollment date. Does anyone have any recommendations on reporting on users that are past due, or the best report to use to show general progress of a course or learning plan? Thanks!

Has anyone created a QR code for the Docebo Mobile App (Go.Learn)? This is not the branded mobile app.We thought that we could create a QR code for our external groups that they could use to scan the code with their mobile camera or with a QR reader app. We are seeing that more of our external groups are taking their training on their mobile device.Love to hear from anyone that has done this and how they did it.Thanks!
