We recently started using the Task List Widget for checklists and we have run into a couple of challenges. The primary one is that when the checklist is sent to the approver the include users full name vs. username. Full name is not unique, and the approver has no way to distinguish who completed the submitted checklist. Is there CSS to change full name to username in the task list or specifically the observation checklist approvals? I did see an idea to make this configurable, which would be awesome, if you agree please vote it upTask List Widget - Show names instead of Usernames | Community (docebo.com)I’m looking for a css or some other kind of hack because I need a solution now. 

Greetings,Is there a workflow in Docebo for deactivating many user accounts? I’m working with a client who has thousands of accounts from 2022, and they want them deactivated. As part of the workflow, I also need to be able to remove any assigned training. I wasn’t sure if that happened automatically as part of the account deactivation process or if it required a separate action.

Hello, team,Context: I am our LMS admin; I am familiar with reading APIs, but I have not written. I have internal experts for the API writing, but they’re not experts in Docebo. Trying to find the info needed through (hopefully) one of you experts who is both knowledgeable in the API and Docebo.We have new reporting requirements that indicate we must know how much time our employees have spent in training. For Docebo’s sake, that time is measured in two places: time spent in an eLearning course and time spent in an ILT session.Time spent in an eLearning course is fairly easy. I know that this data is not accurate, as users can leave their instance running in the background to rack up time, but it’s the only value I have and can use. We found this endpoint: GET/learn/v1/enrollments/{id_course}/{id_user} It returns the value we need, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Time spent in an ILT seems to be nonexistent. Hi, friends,I’ve looked for a solution here, but couldn’t identify one that would work for us. Docebo has only 2 types of courses: E-Learning, and Instructor-Led. We are trying to come up with a way to capture a course that was done as either OJT or Self-Paced...but cannot figure out the best way to do this (short of having these 2 new types added to the platform). I’m going to guess that someone out there does have a workable solution, and it you’d like to share it with me, I’d truly appreciate it!  Thanks!!

When we archive and reenroll people, they receive a notification that they’ve been unenrolled and then another indicating they’ve been enrolled. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, the emails arrive in the opposite order. So people think they’ve been enrolled and then unenrolled. This causes confusion. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions in mind?

Has anyone got an easy way for managers to check the progress on how their team is getting on with a learning plan?  We have a mandatory training learning plan, and I want managers to be able to view their team and drill down to see the plan progress.  I can't find a way to do this.  (I know I can see a progress percentage but this doesn't tell me any further detail).

Hello community, I am relatively new to Docebo and I have some questions and I hope you can give me some ideas or know if Docebo has this scope:We have thought about a strategy to increase the number of users that complete our current programs, in the first instance we think that sending notifications/reminders is a good option, I see that there are some options for notifications to let users know that they need to finish a course, however, I think they are not nuanced and send them to all users regardless of the date the users started the course, that is, I want to send a notification but there will be users who just started three days ago (in progress status) so it would not make sense to send it and we certainly do not want to bother them with this type of notifications (for now), I wonder if there is any other option, I just do not know if you know if other teams send this type of notifications or there is a possibility to delimit this.I have thought about the possibility of creati

Hi,I am really confused between the difference of learning plan and catalog.I want to start a self-enrollment course in my organization and display it on there homepage, in that case what should i choose?

We would like to assign a badge to a brand new user to welcome them to our training.  The thought is when they first login, they will see a badge in their “My Badges” section of the homepage. We do not use Discover, Coach, and Share.  Any ideas on how we can do this?

Hi! How do I remove or make transparent the overlay in the course player? Is there a way to customize the email that gets sent when a report gets created and emailed out?

We have a small number of courses that are waitlisted.  The internal team reviews the courses to determine if the registrants get approved into the course or not.  I understand you can view the waitlist inside Docebo.  Is there anyway an email can be triggered to a shared inbox when someone is added to the waitlist?  Is this possible?   

Hi Community, In attached screenshot you’ll see quickly what I mean. Basically, it bewilders me, that I find Import buttons and options everywhere in docebo, while I mostly miss an Export button. Hi!Can someone confirm I have this correct. I created an enrollment rule for all new hires so that it would auto assign them content. I wanted to add both courses and learning plans to this group but it looks like I can only assign one or the other to this rule. Is that correct? If so, it looks like I need a New Hire~Courses + New Hire~Learning Plans enrollment rules. Or am I missing something? thank you!

Hi EveryoneI want a notification to go out 50 weeks after a specific course has been completed, reminding the Learner of a task that needs to be carried out.  I have tested this using the Learner Completed a Course template and it works.  However the specific course needs to be repeated every 3 years so I’m wondering whether, once the learner completes the course for the first time and the status is recorded as Completed, in 3 years’ time when the course is repeated will the Learner Completed a Course notification still be triggered?I haven’t used the Certification has expired or Certification has been issued templates as they can not be assigned to a specific course. Many thanks

Hi, Does anyone know if it’s possible to add a progress bar that illustrates progress in a learning to a page? We are creating a dedicated home page for new employees. This will be the home page that they see until they complete their onboarding tasks. The 90-day onboarding program has different learning plans for each 30 days, and users click an image to access each learning plan. We’d like to add a progress bar under each image. Or has anyone discovered a way to illustrate overall progress in multiple learning plans on a page?Thank you.

I have to report each month on the % of users who have outstanding training rather than the % of courses that are outstanding.Thank you!Paula

Hi Brains Trust,I am creating an external LMS site for non employees to have access to training.  Some modules will incur a cost and some will not.  I understand that in May there is a new release around LPs.  My issue is can you have a course catolgue sitting in the LPs.  I need some user to see that they will need to pay and some wont but when I change the eCommerce function in course management that will change it for everyone.
