Hi,is there a way to target a specific page via custom CSS? Like changing font or hiding stuff only on that page? I thought of using page IDs, but inspecting pages with the browser inspector I can’t find any reference to them.

I’m looking for a best practice to configure ILTs in the system in a way that will ensure that participants register for all classes for multiple day ILTs.The difficulty is that we offer several configurations of ILTs, like an ala carte menu. For example:Class A Class B Class C Class A+B+C Class B+CRecently, we hosted a training with A+B+C, and had a terrible problem with participants not registering for all three, resulting in more people in attendance than expected. Clearly, we could create one ILT that combines all three, but sometimes we need to only offer class A, or class B. Further, we may need to run a report on all participants that have completed any configuration with Class B, for instance. Because they have to register for a session in the ILT, I don’t think creating a learning plan for each configuration would work. Has anyone figured out a solution for this problem?

I’ve noticed the message displayed to a user at login with a simple username/password mismatch seems to be the same as if they have tried to login with a deactivated account.Is there a way to customise the message to indicate the account is deactivated rather than the same generic message for an account username/password mismatch? I would rather they approach a solution to their problem differently than a simple username/password mismatch.I’ve looked in the localisation tool and the translation for the language I use and cannot see a way to adjust, or if there is a specific message I can use to modify.Any pointers appreciated.

Dear community, You might help in my course configuration. I am currently creating a course which aims at sharing best practices to improve one’s learning process. This course consists in a small video, followed by a discussion on the tips that were presented into it. I would like learners to share their best practices right after watching the video but unfortunately the forum only appears below the course description and not after the course itself. Hello, I am looking into the possibility of using slide converter to upload slides and allow users playing them without the need of download.I gave it a try with slide converter but media in the deck do not play. Is it supposed to work this way or am I missing something?thanks.Elena

 If staff have been enrolled to a course but have not attended, when we put on another session how do we get the enrolment  notification to send to the same group  without unenrolling  and loosing records of staff who completed the training?

Hello I have a problem/question about ILT course.In our last ILT course, that will be in-class, I want the learner to be able to go on the platform to take the final test. So i want to add a training material that is only available for the people enrolled in that session and only during a specific time. So lets say the session in tomorow from 10:00 to 18:00, I would like if the training material could unlock from 16:00 to 18:00.Thank you for the help in advance !

Hi!Will the notification User has been created (by administrator) work for users created by migration from another platform? We use SSO for our users and they automatically get migrated over, I assume by an API or some kind of data sync? We are doing auto enrolments for some courses that are required for our industry and we would like to send some kind of auto “welcome” email when users are created so we can explain what the LMS is, what courses they have been enrolled in etc.

As I create new skills in Skill Management, I’m wondering where the definitions for the skills show up to others, if at all. I know I can see them if I go to edit a skill from the Platform Catalog tab, but do the learners, course developers, or any other non-Admin see the skill definitions? If not, what is the purpose of putting the effort into writing them?

Hi All, I want to ensure I understand the global search results my Power Users are experiencing. ScenarioPower Users have access/visibility to select courses managed via a Learning Plan as part of their Resources. They can enroll users and report on these select courses as part of their Permissions.Courses are configured to NOT allow self-enrollments.Learners only receive results for the courses they are enrolled in.ExperienceBy default, when using the global search on the site, the Power Users receive all the courses they have permission to in the results, however they are locked. I assume this is because, by default they are NOT enrolled in the courses and self-enrollment is not allowed. Once enrolled in a course, that course is unlocked.Inconsistent Display Issue?We are finding that some locked courses display the lock and others do not. See screenshot below:Search results o

Is the forum a valid option for those activities? I’m curious to know where you manage user subscription preferences for Docebo emailings? I wasn’t able to find any function in the platform to do this, so I’m pointing users to an external unsubscription form, and manually removing users (if any) from my mailing Group every month… Not the most efficient process - I’m sure there are better ideas out there! Thanks in advance :)  And linked to this, how do you manage communication opt-ins for EU users, linked to GDPR requirements? Added to registration form?

Hi - I created a badge and set that when a learner completed a course, they would be granted a badge. Do you know if, after completing a course, the badge will appear on learner’s completion page, as seen in Badges preview? Only course completion and a certificate are visible to me, but I wouldn’t know if a badge has been issued.

Hello, Yesterday I made the following series of actions: Create an automated group Create rules Wait 15 min to make sure the rules fully populate all users (it was only 283 of them) Add the group to an enrollment ruleBased on this, the group should not have been enrolled, and should not have gotten notifications either. However, they did. Obviously, people were not happy. They were understanding, but… So is this bugged?

Hi there, We have used the localization tool quite a bit to change the names of various components of our platform, including SCORM to eLearning Module, etc. Will these go back to the original default (as they are doing in the preview mode)? I want to Disable cost center and department prompt when registering for a course- When any of our learners try to enroll for a course they are prompted with these additional fields as follows and we want to disable them-Can you suggest how to disable them as this is not required and somebody by mistake has initiated this process?

Hello - Is there a way for customers without accounts take/access a course in the platform. We plan to use the platform for customers to take a quiz or survey, but they don’t basically need to have an account since it’s going to be a one-time activity only. We provide the link, and they take the course. Any idea how can we achieve this or is this even possible? Thank you!

Hi all,Does anyone know how to stop the following password field being auto filled when editing multiple users? The only way I can do it at the moment is by opening an incognito window. 

Question for the group.. if I set up an enrollment rule of group X to be assigned  Y learning plan, if users are in the group X and already assigned Y learning plan, they won’t see any change correct? Only as new users are added to the system and subsequently added to group X they will be assigned the learning plan? Thanks!

Is it possible to create a coupon that expires based on the coupon amount? For example, a coupon is created for $10,000 for a specific customer. The customer’s employees can enroll in courses using that coupon until the $10,000 limit is reached?Thank you.
