Will an enrollment rule trigger if a course is already in someone’s learning plan? I need to assign a Preventing Harassment course and want to set up an enrollment rule for a manager group I just created. I want it so only auto enroll to new people added to that group and none of the existing as many have already taken it. I don’t want it to re-enroll the past folks. Any insights?

Does anyone use the E-Signature for signing documents in Docebo.  We are trying to figure out a way to have employees sign things in Employee Onboarding like the employee handbook. Any thoughts? LR

Has anyone noticed that just recently, say in the last week, that their comslider banner is just a little off?Notice Below how several of the letters are cut off in the first picture. If I reduce the size of the browser then full size it, the text will display fine, but then the buttons will display small. In this 2nd example, you can see the more info button text is small. It should look like the watch video button. Nothing I do in comslider has an effect on how it is being presented by Docebo. I changed the text of “First Alert” from 100 to 80 to see if this would make a difference. While it changed the text after I resized the browser, when I initially launched it, it was still cut off as in the 1st example below.Comslider has been set up using the iframe widget for the last month or so with no problems. Trying to troubleshoot the issue in Docebo I tried using HTML with the same results. We have just purchased Docebo and are searching for content authoring tools to create asynchronous  courses.  Any recommendations?

We’re planning to add some of the gamification features to our platform later this year. We were testing badges in our sandbox and a question about the Share to LinkedIn option came up. It looks like that option includes a link to our Docebo site. Is it possible to disable or customize that? Our platform is internal only. We’d like users to be able to share their badges if they like but we dont want to start giving people links to our site.

Courses seem to warn youPages and widgets don’t.  Trying to build warnings into the UI. For example, a reminder to click save when uploading training materials. I need to add appropriate warnings to widgets and pages. 

Why doesn’t marking attendance show on the learner’s personal summary report? We’ve only been able to get changing the Enrollment Status to Complete to show on the learner’s personal summary report. Would like to see the option of No Show in the Enrollment Status options menu.

Hi there, I know how to add someone manually and switch the toggle so that they don’t receive a ‘welcome to the platform’ email. But I want to know how I do this via a .csv file. I want to upload 30+ instructors, but not have them notified as we’re new to the platform and want to have a virtual meeting to walk them through their dashboard. I want to upload them so I can assign them into Groups, PowerUser Mgmt, Learning Plans, etc. Here’s my .csv, do I need to add a field here? Or is there a completely different method that I need to do that has nothing to do with a .csv? Thanks for your help!

Why would a user get an error 403 if they were enrolled in a class?  I check and all were enrolled.  I did not change anything, just resent out the same link and they were able to get on.  This is happening a lot lately and I am not sure why.  Anyone have any insight?

HiJust want to sanity check something here with everyone. For ILT sessions that are self service, our users cannot see the number of spaces available/booked, which is leading to confusion when they can’t select the date they want.Is this correct? Is this pretty fundamental feature missing, or have we screwed something up?!

Morning all,Another thing we have noticed during some update, is that the text for when there are no sessions scheduled for a course has changed.We used the localisation tool to edit this previously as we have some on demand courses that run once we have enough interest.  We get users to enrol on the course and then when we schedule a session, a notification goes out to those interested to book on to it.  You can see the text we changed to above the enrol button.My question is where is the “Whoops, there are no sessions yet for this course” hiding in the localisation tool?  I have searched whoops, no sessions, the whole thing, and various other options, but cannot find it.Anyone know?

This may be a really obvious question to answer, but if we want to make changes to our home pages etc, we don't really want to be doing that in the ‘live’ system.  What’s the easiest way to temporarily close the system so we can perform some changes or ‘scheduled maintenance’ (ideally with a page that explains to the user when the system will be back online)  

Hello,We have an ILT course that will have a Level I Survey attached in which participants complete at the end of the training. To collect Level II feedback, we’d like to survey the manager of the employee who completed the training to see if they’re applying techniques learned during the training. Problem: The Survey tool only allows a person to complete a survey once per course. Therefore, a manager would have to have a separate course for each employee to took the training. I looked at possibly using the Observation Checklists as a workaround; however, you cannot export checklist data.Any recommendations on how we can accomplish this within the platform?Thanks,Lindsy

Hi.  New(ish) customer to the platform here.  Has anyone found a way of inserting a training matrix in to the LMS.  The only work around I can see is creating Learning Plans for role-specific training however our training requirements include both eLearning and external training (from 3rd parties).  Any help greatly received.  Thanks

Is there a way where a Super Admin can mass download all the assets posted by specific users in the DCS portion of our platform? I would love to know if there is a workaround to do this or if this is is planned to implement in the future. 

As in the whole widget is clickable and the button is not colored.  I can do it in browsers with CSS, but L’Oréal access seems to have some nice styling in branded mobile app (which we have and does not have much configuration beyond SSO and encryption - certainly no preferences). Is this done with html widgets?  

We're looking for a report with the sessions' names, dates and times. However, it seems like Docebo excludes sessions that don't have anyone enrolled. So if I'd created a session every month for the next year and no one had signed up from September onward, those sessions wouldn't appear on the report. Our booking is decentralized, i.e. people from different groups independently create sessions, so a full report of all sessions with dates and times, regardless of enrolment status, is fundamental. 

We have found that users rarely use the Universal Search or the Catalog page filters and would like to include some instructions at the top of the page. The only way to do this, I think, is by creating a custom page and then adding the Catalog (all catalogs) widget to it in a block below a block containing the instructions. That’s easy enough, but the problem is when a user clicks on a catalog link on that page to view that catalog’s courses, the breadcrumb navigation assumes they are coming from the built-in Course Catalog page. Similar situation for Coach & Share channels.Is there a workaround for this aside from hiding the breadcrumbs via css? I’d like to keep the breadcrumbs if possible.In summary:User navigates to a custom page titled “Course Catalog”. User clicks on a catalog link on that page to view all courses within that selected catalog. User then uses the breadcrumbs to go “Back” and is brought back to the built-in

I find the default confusing - top right instead of bottom right, and it’s bidirectional arrows at a 45 degree angle not the expected box-in-a-box in the bottom right of the player. Should be easy enough to change just the icon if not the location. .flowplayer .fp-header .fp-icon { This should specify it but looking at the html and script code in element inspector (opera but should be the same as chrome) I’m not seeing the actual icon type to swap out. I’d like to include some branch variables for subtenancy to make easier groups. I have 560 branches and climbing (association member companies) so the 20 branches per rule in groups is an issue obviously. First would be “enterprise” membership - done at a branch level, this is our “plus” subscriber tierSecond would be “luxury” members - again at branch level, this is a tier that gets access to luxury courses in the luxury channelThird would be domains - I allow free self-registration restricted by domains, currently I have a tiny text box holding 700 URLs which is a bit unwieldy and will become a management issue.

We are looking for something to replace sign up genius for instructors.  We have virtual classrooms that take place nearly every day of the week.  We send out a sign up genius for instructors to pick the classes they want to teach.  I’m wondering if there’s some kind of integration or something that can be done similarly in the platform to eliminate us having to go in and enter the dates and instructors after.  Basically something that would allow them to sign up as an instructor for the class as opposed to externally,

Hi everyone! We publish these toolkits in as SCORM files that my eLearning team has been very clear about wanting to open in a new window because we’ve received feedback that when we’ve had Zoom sessions, our participants have had trouble locating materials in the course player and engaging in the Zoom, so these toolkits basically link to all the resources that they need for the live sessions (we do PD for educators). We’ve been having a lot of issues with the SCORM files not opening properly. It’s pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the file will load, other times it won’t. We publish with Articulate Rise, and they said it was probably the LMS. Anyone else have this issue before? Any ideas of what we can do to make the files more dependable? Thanks!

Newcomer here, fairly new to Docebo and definitely new to the community :).As the subject says how log does it take to complete a background job?   In this particular case it is a job importing a CSV containing exactly three users that I will like to create in Docebo.I have been waiting for over 5 hours now.  Is there a schedule?   What’s the average completion time of background job?   I would expect for something this small to execute a little quicker.I did search the documentation, the Docebo University, this community, and Google at large but couldn’t find an answer.
