Hello All,I’ve searched through Docebo support and this forum and I cannot find an answer to this question.I want to set up an ILT Session Changed notification.  I am familiar with how to configure notifications and how to create the message with shortcodes.My questions is….how do I set up the email message to show the original session date/time and the new session date/time?Lynne 

In the new Course Player configuration, I cannot seem to figure out how to go to the next course in a learning plan with out having to leave my current course, go to the learning plan, and enter back in to the next course. I think this will confuse my learners and be very frustrating. As a Docebo admin, I even got confused trying to figure out what my next step was. Is there a button or feature I am missing? I would love for a pop-up to appear saying “take me to (next course in learning plan’s name)” Is this possible?

I’ve been going back and forth on how to manage this scenario. I am looking to create an evaluation of sorts to test for knowledge using open ended questions and should allow for the learner to utilize free form text capabilities to provide an answer. My goal here is to send the evaluation to all learners, they provide their answers and then 1 person will review all learner’s responses (we have a small company). The reviewer in this scenario is not set up as a PU or anything other than a learner at the moment, but could be if it the easiest and most logical way. Having the reviewer able to provide feedback would be extremely helpful.Use a Test - create a test, enroll all users and edit the reviewer to be a super admin so they can review the responses? Use an Assignment - Sounds like the learner would upload the completed test but would I have to make the reviewer an instructor or again a SU? As an instructor, would this have to be an ILT? An ob

We are looking to manage the percentage of enrollments available in an ILT course (or session) based on region/location and then on cost center.  We currently have our branches set up by cost center.  If we create an ILT course with 1 session that has 100 seats, can we reserve a certain number of seats for particular users to self enroll into?  And once those seats in the session are filled, the user in that particular region & cost center would be added to a waitlist?  i.e  reserve 10 seats for EMEA CPG. 7 seats for APAC finance, and 3 seats for Americas HR etc? If not - looking for ideas on how to manage this without having to enroll users from the admin side.  We want them to self-enroll on a first come first serve basis.

We launched OCL for certification renewals and online training materials over the  last 18 months. Now one team would like to add content to an existing OCL. If we add the content, will this change completion status to anyone who completed the OCL previously? (as with adding courses to LP and they no longer are “complete) 

Hi All, Seeking your expertise and wisdom. We’ve been conducting a maintenance and revision process on courses for about the last year in an effort to clean up our system. As we moved through this process, we’ve realized as we archive courses, it impacts Learning Plans. In an effort to create a great learner experience, we want to ensure learners aren’t seeing those archived courses, but we also risk losing reporting ability if we remove all of those courses from the learning plan. What are your teams doing?  How do you minimize needed efforts?What best practices do you employ when:An archived course also appears in a Learning Plan? What about multiple archived courses in a Learning Plan? Has anyone come across a situtation where you have a My Team Manager, who has access to certain catalogs (since they are a manager) but the employees the manage do not have the same access, which causes issues when the Manager wants to enroll the user into courses that only the manager should have and not the user? Is there a way to stop this? I want the manager to be able to see the courses in those catalogs, but I don’t want them to be able to enroll users who don’t have the access. I can’t figure out a way to stop it other then listing all catalogs in advanced settings and that just wont work for us.

Hi Team,We have a scheduled report that goes out every Friday and it is not being sent. I cloned the report and made some edits, and I still didn't receive the report. Any idea how to troubleshoot? Any guidance is very appreciated :-) Thank you Docebo community!

Hi everyone,Can anyone help me with this?  I am getting widespread reports today that if a person accesses the LMS through a mobile phone browser (I’m using iOS) when I log into my LMS account it is asking if I want to use the GoLearn app.  We haven’t been using this so I usually click NOT NOW, but it’s greyed out.  Can anyone help on how to get past this? We run several reports where we need the date of a course completion or other event, but not the time.But all dates come back in this format: 2021-10-01 04:07:35Is there a way to remove the HH:MM:SS from the date in a report? 

I have created many various courses that must be repeated annually by all of our employees. I've already had them complete and have marked their attendance and have completed said course.  When looking at the course management screen it still shows XX amount of employees as original. How is the right way to set this up to track year after year attendance for employees?When they attend a session should I keep them as enrolled or change as complete?

We use a number of assignments in our platform.  Most of these assignments are evaluated by a pool of instructors. All instructors are notified when a new assignment is submitted.  In many cases, the assignment is not a simple matter of review a document and pass or and re-submit.  In these cases, an instructor will pick up an assignment and communicate with the learner outside of the platform to schedule an online review. So the submitted assignment has been acted upon, but there is nothing to indicate so in the platform unless the failed button is triggered. This is not an ideal experience for the learner. Additionally, there is no easy way for the Lead Instructor  to identify which instructor is working with a learner to follow up…Another challenge for us is that we’d like to have instructors select the assignments to evaluate based on the learner’s global region to resolve issues of language and time zone for scheduling virtual reviews. Does anyone else have this o

am currently building our LMS safety training platform and working on familiarizing myself with Docebo, as my experience with the platform is limited.Our annual safety trainings involve the same training materials and topics each year, with the same group of employees required to attend. Initially, I structured the platform in Course Management by setting up the training topic as the course title, and within the course, I created multiple sessions to represent the same training topic delivered to different groups of employees.However, I’ve realized that I need to maintain annual training records, which could become challenging with this setup. It was suggested to me that I could organize the sessions as “2024 XYZ Training,” “2025 XYZ Training,” and so on. This approach seems practical for tracking compliance and identifying who attended the required sessions each year.The challenge I am facing now is with user enrollment. Hello! I have been working on a course/learning plan for several weeks using various configurations to accomplish what our customer has requested. I started out with all training materials in one course, but due to either/or prerequisites I changed to a learning plan.The user must watch a video, then take quiz #1 that must be passed within 3 attempts - these 2 training materials in are one course. After that quiz is passed, the user will advance to the next course in the LP which contains a file download and another quiz. This second quiz can only be taken ONCE and the score must be 8/10 or higher. If they don’t pass it, they cannot retake that quiz but must go to the next course in the LP that contains another quiz. They can access the final course only after passing quiz 1 and either quiz 2 or 3. Is there a way to make the system auto advance the user to the next course in the LP? Right now if they don’t pass that second quiz, you’re just kinda “stuck” on that

Hi! We have already been able to hide the menu in the course player where users can mark a course out of date. Does anyone have CSS to hide this menu? This is the widget in list view for courses in a status, in this case, course sin Progress. We want to hide this 3 dot menu option. Thank you.  

Hello Community,Does anyone here have the experience of using the new product called Learn Data? Basically, it is to connect all relevant data in the learning platform, to the organization’s data warehouse, which then can help the organization to create and manage its own learning dashboard with in-house tools e.g PBI.What’s your experience with this product so far? Do you need a sand box in order for it to function properly? We were told that having sand box is compulsory - for sand box, we have been using the platform since 2017 and can survive without it.Look forward to some response!

Has anyone here attempted to change the training material type for an existing course? We have an existing course where for the longest time, we only had access from the vendor to a version of the course that exists on a website, so our solution was to create a PDF document with a link to the course. Users would open the PDF then click the link to the course.Now, we have access to a SCORM version of the course. It would be great if we could simply update the existing course with a different training material type, but it doesn’t appear that this is an option. Ideally, we would keep all of the existing course completion data but any new users going forward would access the SCORM version of the course instead of the PDF. Any recommendations? 

Hello Docebo Community, This is my first post here - I have been using the AI Authoring Tool to create some course materials, and have found the following 2 issues - looking to see if anyone else has had these issues, or has been able to overcome them: (1) Publishing: I cannot publish updated materials (trying up update a video in a course, and when I Publish, the Publish pop-up window simply hangs, and the materials do not update_)(2) Premature Lesson Completion: With lessons with multiple screens, if a user does not complete all the screens in a lesson, and exits out, the lesson is still marked as “Completed”.  This means for a course with only 1 piece of Training Material, the entire Course is marked as “Completed” Hoping others have more experience with the tool, and may know of a fix - thanks

Hello!I’m unsure if this is possible at all, but wanted to ask if anyone’s achieved it.Our new hires aren’t assigned a Direct Manager until 2 weeks into their hiring date. We love the pop up that prompts them to add their own manager (we are completely non-automated at this time) but after 2 weeks of saying “ignore” it’s difficult to encourage them to select it correctly. It would be better if we could delay it 2 weeks after they first create their account.Any magic that could make this happen?

 In our department, we often encounter situations where we need to remove a certificate from a learner's training record. It's a straightforward task, or so we thought. Deleting the certificate from the Certificate Template page might seem like the logical solution, but here's the catch: even after deletion, the certificate stubbornly persists in the User Personal Summary page for the learner. It's like trying to erase a mark on a whiteboard, only to find it faintly visible under the surface. 🤔Unfortunately, there's no direct method to completely expunge the certificate without resorting to drastic measures. One option suggested by a Docebo support agent is to unenroll the learner, effectively wiping out their entire training history in the process. It's like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut – overly destructive and far from ideal. 😖

We have a learning plan called “CFCS Certification [Self-Study]” it has a validity date set for 365 days, and we use an enrollment rule to enroll learners in the learning plan. Up until this latest release, it set the validity dates correctly for the learners that were enrolled based on the enrollment rule. Now, it is enrolling the user, but not setting the validity date - start and end of validity. Is this a known issue. If so, is there a resolution. 

Is there a way under session statistics to show the users first, last name rather than just their username?
