What is the best way to replace an existing course with a new course for all Groups and Learning Pathways, without allocating the new course to users who have already completed the existing course?

Hello dear docebo community, I'm a soon-to-be docebo LMS Admin and very new to deocebo. My company is part of a global group that is implementing docebo currently as LMS in many subsidiaries around the world. We have an external implementer on board who actually does a good job, although I would have liked us LMS admins to have received different training during the introduction. By now I have worked through about 50 different training steps and I know a lot. Yet, I still havent really crasped the big picture of it and where to really start. Does anyone of you know about a generig Step-by-step-User-Guide for setting-up a countries LMS? Thanks in advance for any consideration and best regardsRoli S.

Hi everyone, We are expanding our channels to different departments within our company and utilizing Coach and Share more. With our expansion, we have had users ask if there is a way to place a hyperlink within the channel without having to copy/ paste the link into their browser. For example, I placed a link to our user manual within the description of the channel, but I have to copy/paste it into my browser to navigate to the manual I cannot seem to turn it into a hyperlink.  If there currently is not a way to do this, what are some of the ways you are able to uttilize hyperlinks within your channels, if any?  Thank you all! 

When I click on the Go To Catalog links they get redirected to a new https address but they don’t open up..It stays frozen on “Loading” page. And I have the same problem for all other catalogs. Do you know why?- After clicking on the “Go to Catalog” option it redirects as follows but the page does’nt load up- 

Is there an API request that can be used to change the “active” status of a list of notifications by the notification ID? The endpoint GET {base_address}/notifications/v1/notification/list can be used to list all notifications with their IDs and statuses. Is there a call that can batch update notification active status via CSV?Since Docebo doesn’t seem to offer an easy way to temporarily disable all notifications with one switch, we will need an alternative way to do this. 

Hello everyone, I’m creating courses with four videos as training materials, however the course can be completed just by watching 2 of them (not random, but 2 specific videos).As far as I know, the end object marker works only on 1 item, so If I put it on both, the users will complete the course just by watching 1 of these two videos.Is it possible to set the completion of both as the requirement for completing the course? Thanks in advance

Hello- new to Docebo here! When setting up a Digest notification if we select users by branch as well as Super Admins all Super Admins will receive the email no matter the branch- we know this one. (learned the hard way) But if we select users and managers for certain branches will it go to ALL managers or just the specific user's direct manager that will be receiving the notification? Trying to send the Digest notification for Users who have not completed the course, and have the direct manager receive the email as well. Thank you! 

Hello,  I’m unsure if our company is a little unique in the way we use OCs, but I’m going to do my best to explain the issue we’re having and hoping I’ve explained it to the best of my ability. Our field users utilize Observation Checklists to help them track and approve one-on-one meetings, as well as use OCs as a way to keep an eye on trainees’ progress without grading their answers. Therefore, probably 85% of our usage currently has to do with Observation Checklists built into courses and LPs. They’re used to track progress, but also used as management approval.  That being said, we have a group who are continuously having issues with their OCs. During a typical day, since our company is largely customer service-based, someone may begin filling out an OC, then have to save it to work with a customer and come back to complete it. Hi Brains Trust,Can you have multiple Observation Checklists attached to a module?

Hi there!We added a link in our email notification template using [calendar_attachment] for participants to add the ILT session to their Google Calendar. However, once the user clicks to add this, we are receiving calendar invite acceptance emails to our admin email. Is there a way to disable the notification for the reply? Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but we are getting a lot of these as people go to add them to their calendar for each session. Thanks so much in advance!  

Hello everyone!My company has recently joined the Docebo team and we just launched our first compliance training. Is there a way we can set the course up so that employees are automatically enrolled in a year? What is the best practice for yearly training? If there is a way to set up some sort of rule that could do that where would it be done?

We have a group of users currently in an extended enterprise domain that we need to transition to our central domain (and close out the EE domain). Is there a way to do this without losing all of the data/branch/page/menus?

Is there a notification I can use that will send communication after a learner has attended an ILT session?I thought I could use ‘learner completed a course’ but I think that is just for e-learning, I need it for ILT.Anyone help?Thanks

Can someone help me with inline CSS?Most of the style tags just get deleted once I save the HTML training material and I’m a little desperate already. We are offering some pictures to download on our LMS through HTML pages. We show the pictures with a hover effect. When you click on the picture it opens in a new tab where you can download it. On the browser everything is working fine, since I can use custom CSS. However, this custom CSS is not working on the Go.Learn App (only the design).This is how it looks on my browser:This is how it looks on the App: So my problem is that I tried to use some inline CSS to make them look a bit better on the smartphone app (I don’t need any of the effects). But all inline codes were deleted (style=”display:inline-flex;” and the like). Every picture is showing in one column instead of using the whole space (for example if 3 pictures fit in the first line show 3 pictures in each line etc.). Can you set the "Enable enrollment link for this course" field by API?  I’ve been able to find API Create/Edit Course fields for the 3 unenrollment settings above it, but not the Enrollment Link. 

Hello,I have been looking and cannot seem to find it.  Does anyone know if there is a way to show a learner the percentage of completed courses on the Learning Plan page?  We are using the new course player, and the page shows the number of courses complete (for example - 4 of 6 courses completed) but many of our learners also like seeing the percentage.Thanks for any tips or insight!

Apologies if this has been asked before. I searched for related questions and didn’t see a specific answer to this one. Can someone tell me the difference between Session and Event. I saw that it's important to think of the Course as a bucket that contains all of the learning material. I know events are for specific dates, but it’s almost as if they don't really need to exist since the Session does (aside from it being required by Docebo). Also, thank you for your patience. This my first time as an admin to an LMS. 

I have power users that I would like to create a widget that shows only on their homepage that links via url to the exact report they need to run without them having to go in to do all the fiddly stuff.  Is this feasible? 

Is it possible to have an assignment that is optional for the learner? I only see the ability to choose the Learner Policy. Here is the scenario we would like to enact - Learner has the option of submitting a draft of their final presentation that will be reviewed by instructor and provided feedback. 

Has anyone found a way to extract the Catalog codes and names from a report? I can’t find a way to get that information other that going into each catalog and noting the information in a spreadsheet of my own making. If the Catalog page worked like the Learning Plans page, I wouldn’t need to do this, but it would still be useful to know how many users frequent particular catalogs.Thank you!

I am updating training material and it has significant changes. I need everyone to re-do the training so how do I do this so it resets their record from completed to enrolled?Is there also a notification that I can set up that will alert them?
