HiCan an Observation Checklist be used as a stand alone option in Docebo.  I have users who require an assessment of skills but there is no eLearning module required.

Does anyone know how I can configure the text in an Outlook calendar notification that is integrated through Docebo Connect? Right now, it only pulls the date and time of my ILT but there is no text. I’d love to be able to meet Zoom meeting details in it or other useful information. Has anybody else encountered this and have a solution?TIA

Hi everyone!I just have a question regarding groups.  I want to set up a group that is automatic so when people join us, if they are part of a certain part of the organisation, they will join so we can assign them some training.  I have set up the group and pulled people from the areas and it’s created a fab list.  However, when I’ve looked through it it has people who have now left the organisation even though I have ticked the box to say to not include them.We work with another system that automatically expires an account when they are processed as a leaver; and I’m wondering if the fact that people’s accounts are expired rather than disabled is the issue, but I can’t see any other options to select.  Is manually trawling through the list and removing expired accounts the only way to do this?  Or do a manual selection?  Just looking for some advice because if it could be automated and I can be confident with the report then it will save me a lot of time!Thanks, as always, for your he

Is there a way to add another Root Level Branch. For example:Caliber Public Safety - Current Root Branch 1 Branch 1A Branch 1B  Branc 1etc Branch 2 Branch 2A, etc I want to add a new root so it looks like thisCaliber Public Safety Branch 1 Branch 1A ETC Brahnc 2 Etc NEW ROOT I WANT TO ADD Etc..  It does not appear that I can, but I thought I would ask. We have a senior manager, who when looking at the ‘My Team’ section can see all her direct reports, and all of the sub reportees as well. All with the exception of 1 person.  I’ll try my best to explain. e.g Hannah can see Claire in her team.  She can also drill down to see all of Claire's team with the exception of 1 person - Lisa.  Claire can see Lisa in her team with no issues.Lisa has 2 jobs therefore 2 managersin Lisa’s profile Claire is set as Manager 2 (some other person as Manager 1).  Could this be the reason why Hannah doesn’t see her?  im assuming this is a glitch rather than a setting?  

We’ve encountered some limitations when filtering a catalog widget with multiple catalogs on a page. For example we have a widget which has ~6 catalogs in it and when someone applies a language filter for, let’s say, Simplified Chinese it returns a filtered matrix of 12 courses. We know for a fact that there should be at least >30 courses available with this filter but we don’t see any way to skim through the additional results.Does anyone know a way around this limitation? It does seem to change depending on the layout of the page (full page vs. ½ vs. 1/3 etc...)

Hi!I would like to automatically enroll users in courses over time. For example, user completes a course or learning plan. Two weeks later, they are enrolled in a followup course. Two months later, they are enrolled in another course. You get the idea.I know in Learning Plans, in the Prerequisites popup, I can make courses available, say, two weeks after the previous course is completed. Is that the only way to “drip feed” learning? I would like the user to be enrolled in the course (and a notification sent) and not just have access. I have certainly looked at Automations and Enrollment rules but I don’t see how to space out learning. Thanks!Mark 

Hi everyone!I hope you are all doing well and I just wanted to ask a question with regards to courses. So my manager was asking if you can create an “expected completion date” for courses, and I wondered if this was possible - the usage case would be with our induction.  We allow 6 months to complete a suite of skills.  So my manager is asking that if we had an expected completion date and say, the person didn’t complete them in time, could we report/send messages/alert automatically without having to go through everyone manually.Thanks for your help Keep safePaul

If I mark users as having completed courses in the course management tab, and these courses are also attached to a learning path, will the learning path be marked as complete? We are importing user completion history and need a way to mark learning paths as complete for users who have previously completed them. Thank you in advance for any advice!

We are having our customer launch this week and this morning I had the idea to create a customer user profile for our Sales and Field team to access so they can replicate an example customer profile when they are doing live demos.The issue is that I only want them to have the ability to impersonate one user. I created the power user profile with that one singular permisions and have enabled the required notification for it to be enabled too. It’s still not working. Has anyone tried this use case?

Hi EveryoneI would like to create a report using CUSTOM REPORT BUILDER that shows the number of training hours for all training courses (ILT and e-learning). I can see the option to include session time in the report but this only relates to ILT courses.In our e-learning course shells we do include the average course time.  Is there any way of capturing this data in a report so that we can then calculate total training hours (ILT and e-learning)?Many thanks

We have successfully paired and tested two Zoom V3 Integrated Accounts. We have many sessions & events that are scheduled in V2 through part of this year. Docebo’s Knowledge Base article states that we need to remove any sessions with V2 Integrations: “You must delete the sessions associated with Zoom version 1 and Zoom version 2 before removing the integration as you will not be able to delete them afterward.”  (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/11206175970194-Docebo-VILT-for-Zoom-version-3)After testing, we successfully moved a V2 Event to V3 and could join via Zoom without any deletion.  From the language in Docebo’s Knowledge Base, I’m led to believe that we need to unenroll all our participants, recreate the session, and reenroll our participants. This would be a significant undertaking.  Does anyone have any clarification or experience with this? Do they mean Zoom Session (link) or LMS Session? Has anyone else had experience with having a previously scheduled V2 Event

Hi! We would like our users to be able to see the amount of credits a learning plan has that they have completed in the My Activities page. We have certain learning plans where the credits are assigned at the learning plan level not the course level but users can’t see how many credits they have received after they complete the learning plan.

Hi there, I have people getting a 403 error when clicking an enrollment link I share though Slack.  When checking permissions on the back end, they have all the right permissions to register for the course.  This happens a lot.  What is recommended to resolve this?  Is this a case where they just need to log out and then log back in? 

Hello!We’re looking into using skills in our platform but we have some questions and reservations about competencies and self evaluation. Can taking a course with a shared skill passively raise a users competence in that skill, or do they have to manually re-evaluate the skills themselves every time? I can see people abusing a feature like this by just taking a bunch of recommended courses and cheesing their competency levels up however.We were hopeful that taking a course would raise the users competency levels, or that taking a course with a skill they didn’t already own would earn them that skill. And it doesn’t look like you can limit competency adjustments solely to managers. I can see how self-evaluating can be both beneficial and detrimental if someone thinks too highly of themselves.The Skills Dashboard and My Team pages seem amazing for things like annual reviews, so we’re trying to determine if the cons outweigh the pros with skill tags, or if it’ll make things messy. HelloI am setting up a second site for paying customers and therefore have created duplicates of courses, used a code to pretext the course and have used the ecommerce to attach a fee to this course.  This only works with eLearning modules.  For vILT and ILT this doesn’t work as you can only duplicate sessions - and that will get too messy potentially.  Could another option be that I create a course shell, which is essentially ILT?  Have others experienced something similar and found a way around this?  I don’t think css language and have noone in IT that can support me.Thanks for any advice

 Hey, I’m confused by the guidance on equivalencies. Can someone please confirm for me that I did this correctly? If someone takes either “Section 1” course, “Micro-Intervention” is marked complete. If “Micro-intervention” is completed, there is no effect on the Section 1 courses.Thanks!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to either remove or adjust the conditions of that “new” tag that get’s added to course thumbnail/tiles. I have found a course will show this until someone enrolls in the course and doesn’t really have anything to do with how truly new the course is. See screen shot.  

Hello! I have an administrator who needs to provide a report summarizing the following: “Staff member x works for hospice. For Q1, they had 2 base plan courses + 3 hospice courses + 3 corporate courses. For the quarter, they completed 6/8 courses = 75%.”From what I’ve been reading, there is not a custom report that shows course completion along with the Learning Plan, so the best solution I have come up with for now is to create a custom report that shows Learning Plan completion by division so that she can see which Learning Plans those learners are assigned to. From there, she can then go to the Custom User Report - Courses to see everyone’s course completion rates for those Learning Plans.Is there a better way to do this? I feel like I’m overthinking it. 

Finally, As we’re creating Learning Plans, we’re finding that when a user enrolls in a Learning Plan, they see the Learning Plan itself AND all the individual courses delivered in their dashboard. We would prefer to only show the Learning Plan and not the individual courses under the LP. How did you get around this?  

Greetings!I have created a report called Course Enrollments On Demand that can be used to pull all enrollees in a particular course by changing the filters. I have made it accessible to all superadmins and power users. The idea is that any power user could edit the filters to pull the enrollments from any course they’d like.However, even with All Permissions set for Reports, my power users can’t access the filters to change them. They can only see the report preview. That is less than ideal.My L&D power users need the ability to run Course Enrollment and ILT Enrollment reports for their courses on demand, and they want more information than just the names of the enrollees that can be pulled from the Reports section of Course Management. Is there any way to give them that access?Thanks for any help you can provide!Jen
