Greetings,Currently when a new user is created they are not being sent an email. I believe it is due to the setting below. Is this true? Also, if I change the setting to “email” how can I sure it doesn’t send an email to all previously created users? Thank you for your time. BK    

Are there seriously NO short codes for observation checklist notifications? I feel like surely that cannot be right, but I can’t find any short codes for those notifications anywhere.

Can we set rules based on user profile attributes to mark user profile status as de-active on Docebo platform?For eg.- Say we have a user profile attribute that gives data - ‘Days passed Last visit = x days’. Can we set rules to auto update profile status as de-active if ‘Days passed Last visit > m days?

When a user is unenrolled from a learning plan (after completion), why is their data in those courses lost from their user profile? Is there a way to keep the data?

We have 20+ Power Users that help us get training information out to the departments in our organization. I thought a great way to get them a list of class locations would be to use course management, export session/event data - which includes location.In order to do that, according to support, we would need to enable “edit ILT” permissions. I don’t necessarily want to open that up for potential bad clicks / incidental course modifications.Is there another way for them to get an easy list of class locations in a spreadsheet, or other simple list view?

HIIs there a way to retrieve using reports, APIs or any other way, the last modified date for a user/course/enrollment? trying to improve our data analysis, and this missing piece of info is really holding us back. Thanks,

Why learners are not getting certified for the additional certificate attached to the course? The learner is getting certified to the main certificate but not getting certified for the additional certificate-Getting certified for the default certificate but additional certificate is not assigned to learner completing the course!

Hi there!  Is there a way to create a custom report which shows all users in the LMS and which courses they have completed without having to run multiple user or course reports?  Thanks for any help :)!

I’m looking to create a test out option for our employees, does anyone have any experience in implementing this? Ultimately, we’re trying to provide an option for folks to test out of taking their annual training. So if they pass the test at the beginning of the training, they can bypass taking the 30+ minute training. I’m assuming this is something I’d use equivalencies for, but I’m unsure how to go about setting it up logistically.

We created profiles for Power Users to create, edit and export Reports for Training Record purposes.  Our Power Users have access to all Users of certain Branches but Reports only pull Users that were in the platform at the time of granting access.  Users activated in the platform after the date of granting access do not pull into the Reports.  I have searched the Community, University, and reviewed permissions and cannot locate a setting or correction for this issue.Has anyone experienced this and were you able to find a setting so that when the Power User pulls a Report, it includes all Users at the time they pulled the Report, not when they were given permission?Thank you!

Is there anyway to make a checklist go to a manager for approval when it’s a training material in a course?  Or do you have to schedule the checklist by itself to have those approvals?

There is a “Suggested for You” widget underneath the information on a given course on its course page. I was wondering: Is there a way to incorporate this in a Channel? I know there are AI-based Channels, but these are working off of skill tagging. Is there a way to create a “Suggested for You” AI-based channel that recommends courses based on enrollment and/or completions? Thank you!

We are currently in the process of launching a new eLearning course and we want to give the learners 90 days to complete the training.  I know how to do this using the course validity. However, what we would like to do is lock the course for those who haven’t completed it, meaning they would have to be nominated again before re-enrollment.  We would like to keep the course open for those who have completed it though so they can go back and access the material again. In short, we want... People who complete the course within 90 days to have lifelong access.People who fail to complete in the time to lose access. Is there a way to achieve this without manually removing users from the course when their time is up?

Hi there,I was using the 'Type' filter in the Central Repository to filter out all my video content. This works great! However, I want to take it a step further. Is there a way to identify only Youtube content for example? The Video filter seems to find all kinds of video material in the system.   Thanks in advance, curious to see if there are ways to do this.   

Hi Community,we are working a lot with Certifications (for mandatory trainings that need to be repeated regularly) and we’d love to hear how you have solved this difficulty in your own organizations:Teach user where to renew a Certification: qua the logic of the system, the first time a user needs to do a COURSE in order to receive their certification, listed under “My Courses and Learning Plans”. But then when the Certification deadline is up and needs to be renewed, the user has to go to the “Certifications & Retraining” page of “My Activities” and click the Renew Now button on their CERTIFICATION. (if they just redo the course, it does not, unfortunately and illogically, renew the certification)This leads to a lot of confusion by our users. We have tried to make a good User Experience by using 2 tabs on our homepage with explanations, and by sending “Certification needs to be renewed” notifications via email with a link onto the correct page - but it does not go smoothly.Do you

We’re going to implement course satisfaction surveys (yea, we’re a bit behind the times 🤣) and I know that I want to use a local survey from the Central Repository. Building the survey is no issue. And I’ve gotten the Survey - Question Answers report to publish correctly.I’m confused on the following:I want a local survey because we want information about each course, and we want the learner to complete the SAME survey for each course. But how do I know WHICH course they have completed it for? Since it is a local survey, won’t my reporting be a mess? Like all responses to all surveys just in one report? For APIs - I know the API wants a ‘poll ID’ but I can’t find where to get that info. Is that the same as Survey Completion ID or Question ID that I can pull from the Survey - Question Answers report?Thanks!

I can’t find a way to see what I have allowed a user.  It could be courses, learning plans, or subscriptions.  I want to check that I am giving the correct access.  There must be a way.They would not have enrolled yet, so I cannot use the User Summary and the reports all assume the person enrolled and provides that status.  That doesn’t help.(I have external customers, partners, and internal users, so important I am not giving away things for free that I shouldn’t be).Does anyone know of a way?  I don’t see any prior threads in the Community, so maybe I am missing a feature somewhere. 

I’m looking at creating a channel that contains files and weblinks, similar to how they’ve done in the Docebo University (see image).However when I create a channel and add content, it only gives me the option to add an e-learning/ILT course or learning plan, rather than additional content. Does anyone know how this can be done or is it an additional paid feature? 

Hi everyone!We've been given guidance by our Marketing and Design team on some pointers on the top Nav. One of the things which they want to see is - the Nav header remaining highlighted based on the page we are on aka an Active nav link indicator for every page. For example - If I am to navigate to the 'Home' page the Top Nav should highlight the 'Home' button on the Nav. Proposed lookUpon further research I have seen that an Active nav link indicator can only be added via JavaScript which Docebo Learn does not support at the moment.Is there any roundabout way to do this with only the help of CSS? Would really appreciate insights on this problem, thanks!

Does anyone know if there is an option for a user to access while in Docebo that will let them unregister, deactivate, expire, or delete their own account if they no longer wish to be registered.

Hi All,Usually I’m quite good on the research but this one is just wearing me down. I’ve tested and gotten conflicting results and I’ve gotten conflicting reports from my colleagues about their experiences.We have the Zoom v3 integration in place. Some of our Instructors will be using the Zoom integration (webinar or meeting) and some will be using the Custom Tool and setting up their meetings in Zoom and bringing in the URL.I’ve been researching this and honestly cannot determine if there is any way we can create events and have Zoom’s attendance information automatically populate in Docebo. Can someone please let me know the simplest way to make this happen and/or point me towards any articles on this topic.Thank you!
