This has most definitely been a point of contention for those above me, so I am attempting to reach out to this hive-mind for ideas here. Stakeholders in other departments are looking to track user engagement by ensuring that all of their users are completing 80 hours of training by the end of 2024. My issue is that with Learning Time reports that we currently have, and from the many community postings I’ve seen, most folks don’t recommend it since it is usually inaccurate. So my question is to you: what metric would you think would provide the closest idea for this information? I had considered completions, but since courses can vary in length/number of training materials I am not certain this would be the best. As I am relatively new to education and the needs of businesses I’m hoping someone here might be able to give me a good idea or place to start?

Hi all!  I’ve seen a few threads about this but no definitive answer. Is it even possible to get BOTH the % complete and a quiz score out of a single Rise SCORM package?I’ve tried (I think) almost every combination for publishing. (SCORM versions/Tracking using completion/track using quiz result).So, the issue is - I have a training material/SCORM that has a pre-knowledge check and other content in it.With Track with Quiz Score - if the user finished the quiz (which is first section) then the entire module shows as complete even if they haven’t viewed it all.With Track by Completion - the completion is being accurately captured, but we can’t see a quiz score.Can anyone help or confirm if it’s possible to get both out of Rise into Docebo? Open to xAPI solutions - anything that will allow me to keep a quiz + content in a single SCORM/xAPI file.Thanks!

I’m running into a spot of bother with some custom CSS. All I want to do is replace the default Open Sans with a different web font. The CSS itself is fine (it’s managing to replace Open Sans with my fallback font, Arial). However, where the preferred web font is concerned, I’m running into issues with CORS:"Access to font at 'https://example.com/font.woff2' from origin 'https://example.docebosaas.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."I’ve seen posts here illustrating that you can host images in Docebo (tried uploading the woff2 file as an image; it was unsurprisingly rejected as invalid). I also tried uploading it as a file (as part of a course’s training materials); that seemed to be working, but then it said: File does not existSo, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a way to host web fonts in Docebo. If not, I guess I need to find another place to host it, where I can control the CORS policy, or simply ask t

We have a new hire training course with multiple SCORM modules that have been saved to the central repository, Managers have asked to give access to this content to existing employees in case they want to use as review / refresher material. These are employees that pre-date our use of Docebo so were never enrolled in the New Hire course. We don’t want to force them to take all of the material, just be able to enroll in the content they want / need to review. Was hoping to create a catalog, but that requires a course, we can’t add content out of the Central Repository. Do we have to create a separate course for each module? That seems extreme. Do we have to create a second course with free navigation that includes all the modules and ignore the fact that no one will ever show as Complete in a report? Am I overthinking this? Any thoughts on the most efficient way forward is appreciated. 

That’s kinda it? Can you do (or maybe request) a “data_dump.csv” from Docebo Learn? Possibly though not required from a certain date? I’d just like to maybe see user growth over the first 6-months? How my History modules made out?And/Or… does it make any difference if we HAVE “Learning Impact”? (I can’t say if it’s been used at all) As in, does all the data go there? (because Help-Reading Reports in your Learn Platform seems to indicate you can Export (raw data) under “Consolidated Report”. ?On the other hand, for example, it sounds like (within Docebo Learn →R ) you have to CREATE a report first, and then “ press ellipsis menu at the end of the report row, select the Export as an option and choose between .csv and .xls file type “I just want to see if there are any quantify..able...ing..ly? When we first went live, we had Docebo create several hundred “shell” courses for us. Now we are 6+ months in and it’s clear that any remaining shell courses that haven’t been turned into actual courses are probably unnecessary. Before I clear them out, I plan to pull a report showing which shell courses created on 5/16/2023 are still out there. I have seen that I can do this with an API (and I’m up for the challenge thanks to @Bfarkas) but I’m wondering:Is there a way to just pull the report without an API? (There appears to be no export on the Course Management page that I can see) Why does the (New Reports) Course-User report show hundreds fewer courses than the Course Management page? Why does the (New Reports) Course-User report show none of my shell courses? (Is it because they were just imported as a CSV on the backend, but they were never actually accessed, thus they’re not “real” in some important way?)Thanks for the info!

Hello there,I’m wondering if anyone knows of a way to set course navigation style based on the user or role. We want to have the same course that we use for our New Hires available for current employees by way of a Catalog. But we’re wondering if there’s a way to set the course itself to Free navigation based on user role? Or even just free navigation from the catalog?Thank you!Jeremy

I was trying to get the number of published courses with users enrolled from Course Management using the available filters, and I also exported Users-Courses report to get the same data using the same parameters. However, there is a discrepancy of 300+ with the numbers in New Reports with Course Management, higher number would be in New Reports. Am I missing something? 

Is anyone able to assign a “user has been enrolled in a learning plan” email notification to an enrollment rule (branch/learning plan)? The only notifications I seem to be able to assign are “Digest: user has been enrolled in a course” … and with 20 courses in my learning plan that makes for an ugly email 😣.I have signed into the specific tenant before creating the notification.Just feels like a ‘bug’ …

Hi!I am testing out recertifications for courses and under My Activities>Certification>I clicked on the Renew Now button and saw at the bottom an option to “submit a new external activity valid for this certification...”. This is an internal course that they must retake so this should not be an option. I could not find a place where I could remove this option? Is it possible and if so, where do I do that? Thank you.

Hey friends!I am trying to group multiple “clauses” or conditions to create a group and am running into a wall. Please help if you can! Scenario:I have a course that needs to be automatically “assigned” to new users who (a) are in specific job titles and (b) are in the United States. I have 120 total job titles that need to be included in this auto-enrollment. What I have tested so far . . .(1) Created a group with 2 rule sets[All of the sets below must be satisfied]> Ruleset 1: User’s [Region] = US & Canada> Ruleset 2: User’s [Job Title] = (list of 100 job titles)*Note that Ruleset 2 had to be created with 10 different conditions because there was a 10 item [job title] limit per conditionThis worked as expected! Group was populated with 206 users.However, I then tried to add the remaining 20 job titles, and this is where I experienced issues. Because I could only add 10 conditions x 10 job titles in the first ruleset, I had to test adding another ruleset. (2) Created a group

Use Case: We import our sessions into our ILT courses. We are moving from WebEx to MS Teams. If there’s a sync error between Docebo and the web conferencing tool, the class cannot launch. Does anyone know of a way to determine post-import if there were any sync errors so we can correct them before the session start time?

Hello, I am working on creating a site map for our LMS for various audiences. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there any type of report in Docebo that shows a list of pages?

Hello,I am new to HTML and CSS. I have been going through the resources in the community and on Docebo University. I stumbled across the layout below for the beginning of a homepage…I would like to have something similar, if possible (banner with our company logo on a background that also shows some of the user’s information - full name, email, position, and if possible, their time zone).Any ideas on how I can do this? It was not explained on the recorded webinar shared on Docebo University.  Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks! 

Hey community. Hopefully I’m not repeating anything here, but I couldn’t find anything similar. I’m hoping some smart cookie might know if there’s a way to set a minimum character length on an enrollment additional field. We have a purchase order field as a mandatory requirement for self-enrollment to our ILT sessions, but you can circumvent it by entering a single character or even a space.

Is there an API end point to add courses to a learning plan?Our vendor just sunset a bunch of courses and our learning plans need to be changed to add the new courses into the LP. If one doesn’t exist, how difficult is it to ask Docebo to create one for us? 

Hi,We are using Shopify for the ecommerce portion of our business. Therefore, we don’t want users to see the “add to cart” button on the course page to register.We tried a code to hide the button. It works but also hides the “Sign in” button of the login page. Is there a way around this? Thanks! 

My organization is looking at a way for employees to be able to connect by having each of us build a profile that would list not only our names and titles but also what we do/work on. I know in Docebo there is the option to create fields in the user profile but once the profiles are built, would employees who are not Power Users or Super Admins be able to search for employees to view their profile?  Thank you,Amber  

We are working out a new program where I am using learning plans to issue certifications. I was hoping to also use the completion of the learning plan or status of the certification to auto enroll learners into a group. The plan is to then use the group membership to provide catalog and page access. Looking at group creations rules I do not see a way to use either a learning plan completion or an active certificate as a way to affect group enrollment. Has anyone run across this in their past and have a suggestion or solution?I am trying to avoid just using the classes from the learning plan because those may be available outside the learning plan and unlike a certificate, status doesn’t expire. 

Question I can’t seem to find an answer to: We have sessions that we have to cancel (say 15 days prior to start).  I want to keep the session in the list so I can track it’s existence. We have a way to mark it as “Cancelled” in Docebo, but users can still see it. What are the best ways to “keep” the session without deleting it, but ensure that no one can enroll in it or see it in the session lists?
