Hi All,Usually I’m quite good on the research but this one is just wearing me down. I’ve tested and gotten conflicting results and I’ve gotten conflicting reports from my colleagues about their experiences.We have the Zoom v3 integration in place. Some of our Instructors will be using the Zoom integration (webinar or meeting) and some will be using the Custom Tool and setting up their meetings in Zoom and bringing in the URL.I’ve been researching this and honestly cannot determine if there is any way we can create events and have Zoom’s attendance information automatically populate in Docebo. Can someone please let me know the simplest way to make this happen and/or point me towards any articles on this topic.Thank you! 

We’ve been struggling with SSO implementation, and we’re 30 days into a support ticket with no light at the end of the tunnel, despite escalation and looping in account managers. Turning to the community for support…Here’s the scenario – we’ve got a custom OpenID provider for our industry, and many of the apps our stakeholders utilize have the same SSO integration. All our users start from our custom member portal where they are authenticated into our OpenID SSO provider. From here, we intend to have our Docebo users click a link to be taken into the LMS directly, without having to authenticate again. Here’s the problem – as of right now, if you go straight to our LMS login page, and click the “Login with OpenID Connect”, it works perfectly. Hi,Is there any notification rule available to send reminders ‘n’ number of days before the session start date or count down reminders to a vILT session setup in Docebo?The user gets an enrollment notification as soon as he enrolls in a webinar/vILT Session. I want to send a reminder for the session a few days before. Understand that Outlook calendar reminder can be used only if the user has added the calendar attachment and it is just 15 minutes before the session starts. Regards,Ponnammal 

Course A is in two learning plans X and Y we want Course A in one learning plan X only we want to add training material to course A (name it B) and put it in plan Y only we don't want the users that already completed course A in the two learning plans to retake anything. How do we do that? Possible solution??Duplicate Course A - and carry over training material.  Rename copy of Course A to make it Course B  make course A mutually equivalent to course B and vice versus  add course B to learning plan Y  (now it has both original course A and duplicate course B) remove course A from learning plan Y ( now LP Y has just B course) ??? ????All the users that completed the original course A still have completed statuses All the users that   

HiWe currenlty have the Virtual Coach feature disabled in our platform and we’re evaluating whether we should activate it next year.I’ve read the KB articles but they all seem pretty high level so before proceeding I thought I’d ask if anyone in the community has any experiences they could share in relation to using the feature? Pros & cons, tips & tricks?In theory, it sounds great but a couple of things have me a little worried:we operate a continuing professional development program for tax, accounting and legal practitioners and much of the language in our courses is ‘technical’ or has specific meaning. I don’t expect Virtual Coach will cope well with this. Is there any way we can ‘train’ it before letting it loose on all our customers? the idea of prompting users to resume a course or letting them know that some new content is avaiable sounds great but how often does it happen? Hello all,We have a need to assign to a specific Branch everybody that creates an account using the Self-Registration page.  Currently, we have the Branch Code input enabled and every single user adds the same value over and over.   Is there a way to fix the value or any other configuration to ensure that all users are part of the branch?I thought about creating groups instead but that is not currently an option due to legacy configuration/data.

Is there any way to add a “Question and Answer widget” on an ILT session. The Docebo help pages are contradictory. This page says you can add a question and answer widget on an ILT course. This page says you can’t add the widget on ILT courses. I can’t add one to an ILT course so I assume the second one is correct, has anyone found a work around?I’ve looked at the forum but the UX is awful so I don’t want to use that if possible. Has anyone tried to embed a Q&A widget using the iframe? Is it even possible?

For example, say I enroll a group with three users:Person A - Enrolled Person B - Enrolled Person C - EnrolledThe users complete the course:Person A - Complete Person B - Complete Person C - CompleteTwo more users are automatically assigned to the group. What happens if I enroll the group again from the course management area? Is the enrollment data preserved for person A, B, and C? Is it possible to create a custom report to show all branches and associated branch codes in Docebo?  If this exists can someone detail those steps as I have not found a means to do so.

I need to create a field so that when I need to extend a due date on a required course, I can add the reason I’m doing so.  For instance, the user is on LOA.  This way when we go through our annual audits and I’m asked why the date was changed, I’ll be able to give them the reason.Is this done by Additional Field?  How would I go about doing it?

A quick question:You enroll people in a learning plan.  That LP has courses in it.You establish a course enrollment message to fire off on enrollment (not the LP message).Will the course enrollment message do its thing because of containership?As in - by enrolling in an LP you are also enrolling a person into a course(s).  

Hello,I am expanding the power user permission to be able look up individual profiles but I noticed that there are three custom report that are visible to them. Can guide me on how to remove those three custom reports?  

Is there a maximum amount of time for the delay of a notification trigger, when sending an email notification for a course completion?Use case: Send a reminder email 36 months after learner completed a course to remind the learner to revisit the course and re-take it.The UI doesn’t throw an error even if I put in a duration like 999999 weeks, so I am curious if anyone has tested the delay functionality and gotten reliable results for a delay of up to 2 years.

Hi! I'm looking for general assistance with HTML and CSS. My company is planning a learning center cleanup, and we'd like to be able to construct a drop down menu at the top of our site. We are trying to use the code in: Creating a Horizontal Navigation Menu for Novices | Community (docebo.com). The difficulty is that I'm not clear where the HTML and CSS information should go. I'm using an HTML widget at the top of our page, but when we save the HTML and CSS to the widget, we get this:Can somebody tell us where we need to enter this code and why it isn't showing up? Thanks!

I feel like I’m missing something really obvious. I want to run a report with information about users that are enrolled in an ILT course but have not selected a session yet. Every ILT report seems to filter only on those with sessions and I don’t see any options to include those in the course but without a session. Thanks for any help you can provide.Amee

Hello,I have some learning plan courses displaying as separate courses. I do have the setting to hide the courses in a Learning plan but they still are displayed Any suggestions? 

Might be doing something wrong, but is there a way to view/enroll/unenroll courses that a specific user is linked to? For example, if you have an employee who not longer works at the company and you want to bulk unenroll them without deleting their account entirely.Not sure if that’s even possible, but figured I’d ask.

Hi all,If a client doesn’t have a code for their branches (they use cost centre code to their employees) in their HRMS, can we still do CSV Automation into Docebo without these values, including no branch code path and branch name path?If not doable, do you have a suggestions on how we can rectify this?Thank you.

Here is my question. I have a branch that is dedicated to users that were created by mistake by our data team.Right now we have about 40,000 users in this branch and I’m can’t find an easier way to remove them. Only method that I’ve found was through User Management, selecting 9 users from that branch at a time, then when I reach 500 deleting those users. Then doing this about 80 times. This is very time consuming and we cant go over the 500 users at a time, since it will not work and error out.  If any of you have any tips or other methods of mass deletion.Thanks

Hello all!I’m looking to do some clean up of my branches.  I had preemptively created several branches with a mass upload for our client users.  After 3 years, I’m looking to remove any branches that are still empty.Is there a report or a way to quickly identify all branches without users? is there a way to do a mass delete of these empty branches?  Possibly including running an APIThanks!

Happy New Year everyone! What a new challenging start this January. I have been working on paring our Docebo account with Zoom 3 and it took me an afternoon and I am still stuck. This was my emotion evolution 🤣☹️😭In the past, we integrated with Zoom 2 and it was less challenging. We followed this KB article: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020079780-Docebo-for-ZoomBut we are in 2024 now and The integration with Zoom version 2 will reach end of support on December 20, 2023 and end of life July 17, 2024. 😅For the Zoom3, I am working on building the app first because nothing exists now. The screenshot indicated, I have passed the local test phase to beta test and now ready for app submission. I did NOT find any KB article on how to build app on this from the Docebo side. I basically went through everything myself. But I am stuck with many technical questions to answer before I can submit. Does Docebo always CREATE the webinar in zoom? We will definitely have a major issue with this. We have a few different templates in zoom that we use depending on a few situations with tons of different settings.   Every other system I’ve integrated with zoom webinar or meeting has me setup the zoom webinar FIRST and then add the webinar ID number to the other system (like Docebo).
