How do I set up new notifications for my learners? These are more reminders but I do not see an option to make personalized notifications. Any help is appreciated. 

Is there a way to put a video frame on a widget page WITHOUT it being a link to an external video host like Youtube or Vimeo?  The Youtube embed DOES work and will play my video if I host it there, but it has the video title overtop of the video frame, and also shows recommended Youtube links when paused or finished.  Those things take away from the beauty of the platform, and also encourage learners to click links and leave the platform, rather than staying engaged.Is there a way to use the HTML widget or another one to embed a video player within a Docebo page without having to use one of these outside services?

Anyone know what CSS I might use to change the virtual coach icon at all? 

Can someone please share the required date format for the CSV enrollment field? The documentation in Docebo University suggests that the template contains the required format, but I keep getting “Please enter a valid date format string for: active_until” errors. I also noticed that when I upload my template, the process does not see or recognize my course courses. It doesn’t appear as one of the options to move over to the right. Is there a minimum character requirement for course codes?

Hi all you Docebo specialists.  A quick question from a Docebo starter. How can i easily import courses from a CSV & which fields are required. I know how to import users via a CSV, both via users  and the automation app. Reason is that i want to upload the recent history of courses into Docebo ( we’re starting with docebo and we want to give the users their history of courses they’ve enrolled)  

I have three user typesLegacy Student AlumniAll three user types have access to our course discussion pages but all three users have different home pages. I’d like for a “return to Home Page button” on the course discussion page to link them back to their relevant home page… is that possible?  Currently it links to the Legacy Home Page. Which is fine for Legacy Users and Alumni Users who have are part of the Legacy User group… but it doesn’t work for our Student users and Alumni users who are not part of the Legacy user group. Any ideas for a work around? 

We are using the subscription codes plugin so that users can enroll into courses using a subscription code. Once they have enrolled, the group assignment puts them in a “paid users” group and they get access to different menus and pages - but unfortunately, none of this happens until they log out and back in.Is there any way of forcing a refresh, or achieve a similar result a different way? Even if I manually enroll a user in a course that puts them in this group, nothing changes for them until they log out and back in. For example, if they enroll in a vILT course that has sessions, I would quite like for them to now have access to the calendar, or for the catalog page to include a calendar, but they wouldn’t see it until perhaps days later...

Hi! I am testing building a course fully in Articulate Storyline, including the final assessment and wanted to see how docebo would report it. I know that Rise allows me to see the actual question learners responds to in the reporting, but does anyone have insight on how/if Storyline can do the same. The current reporting from a Storyline quiz shows the scene, slide, and question type as the Question rather than the question itself. See image below. I also plan to ask this in the Articulate community, but thought I’d start here since this is LMS specific as well. Thank you!  

I’m wondering if anyone is aware of the value in the Localization Tool to change the ‘Course Catalog’ name in the Custom Global Search Tabs on the All Results page?  

is there anyway to take a group of user that was enrolled before a branch was created and enroll them into a Branch that was created later?

In the external training app, the user column are our employee’s ID #s because that is their username in the system. Is it possible to change these columns to add their first/last name or email? It would be easier for the admin navigating this page if we could see other columns besides just the user column. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if it’s possible to customize these columns? 

I’ve been using V2 and v1 zoom plugins since 2020 and understand how that all works, but with the Zoom V3 plugin I’m having trouble pairing with the Zoom account.I have a enterprise zoom account but I am not the admin. It is an account for a Gov Dept and previously the plugin and my permissions were sufficient I guess, but now the pairing fails as I do not have enough admin permissions, or the new way of pair isn’t working for me.I have spoken to both the Zoom account holder admin, and a Zoom rep and they are asking me to find out what “Role Settings” are required by the Docebo pairing to work so they can create zoom role settings in their Enterprise Zoom setup to enable me to be added, and therefore the plugin to work. If anyone is a Zoom admin you would know that there are heaps of settings you can adjust, and for role settings you can create setting by setting View and Edit permissions plus a scope if needed. All I am after is a list of the specific settings required for the Zoom v3

Hi all,I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I cannot get courses to show up in Channels without being enrolled. We have it checked in Advanced settings to Show courses where users can self-enroll in channels. I can get assets to show up if I load them from the front end. I am so confused on why this isn’t working. Please help! 

Hi Community,I do the User Import for our internal employees and I’m tryign to explore more ways to make the process a little easier as we continue to grow.Currently, we already import our users via CSV but was wondering if there is a away to schedule an import to occur early morning outside fo work hours. Does anyone know if this is a possible option and how/where we could set this up? Thanks!

Hi All, I am facing issue with AICC redirect. I am using 3rd party platform for the language training (7Speaking). It was working all good till last month December. Now, when a existing learner try to access the course. They receive the error message. Screenshot is shared below. We use SSO login to access the platform. Please any anyone could help as it effecting our user experience and completion percentage.   

Hi everyone,I’m new to the system and need some assistance in understanding how to cancel an enrollment without losing the initial enrollment data. I'm concerned about maintaining accurate tracking of enrollments and cancellations. If we enable users to 'unenroll,' how do we ensure the proper tally of enrollments and cancellations? Any guidance or insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

HiI need some ideas on a project I am working on. I want to increase learner engagement and support before, during and after attending an ILT session. My initial idea was to create a learning plan with three courses: Pre-work (eLearning) containing a HTML page, pre-session survey and other pre-work content (documents, micro eLearning if required) ILT session  Post-work (eLearning) containing a HTML page, post session survey, observation checklists for learners to evaluate and get signed off from what they’ve learnt from the ILT session, then some SCORM files. I want to have it that they can’t attend an ILT session until they have completed the pre-work and they can’t access the post-work course without attending the ILT. Would this work as a concept? Is there also a way of adding notifications to the post-work course? Say I add more content to this course 6 months down the line from the first intake, or would it be best to send out an email? 

Hello,We include a survey at the end of all our courses/sessions, and we make it the end object marker. If the survey is not completed, the course is not marked as complete.We want to send a survey completion reminder to users who have not completed the survey.I created a reminder using the “Learner has not completed a course.” notification, but that also sends the reminder to users who are enrolled in an upcoming course.Is there a way to send a notification after the event to users who are not marked complete at the session level?  I do not see that as an option in notifications.Thank you,Cheryl

I have created a course, uploaded training materials, and created a session. However, my enrolled users are not able to view the training materials. When in Learner view it says that there are not available sessions. Please help.

When I download certificates for myself or others, they are immediately password locked without me knowing the password.  I understand this may be intended functionality to prevent tampering/falsifying the certificates.  However, this has caused significant inconvenience for my team.  We downloaded 30 certificates yesterday for a program graduation.  Because the certificates are locked, they could not be combined into one document for printing. Adobe gave us errors that we did not have permissions to combine the document without the passwords since combining documents is considered a form of editing.We aren't trying to edit the text on the certificates, just combine them to print all at once.  We also can't export as any other document type or print to PDF without errors as a work around. We had to spend extra time printing each certificate individually and checking the print settings on 30 separate documents yesterday to accomplish our goals rather than only printing once. Does anyone

Hi! We have notifications set up to remind users enrolled in our E-learnings to complete the course if they have not already. Our notifications have not been sending to users who are “in progress” in the course, only those listed under “enrolled”. Is this how the notification is supposed to work? My assumption was that it would go to anyone who has not completed the course. Thanks!

Hello! I am new to Docebo and in the midst of setting things up. We have a set of progressive courses that we offer across multiple disciplines. ie. Level 1 Course, Level 2 Course, Level 3 Course in Topic X, Topic Y and Topic Z.I would like to make a catalog showing Topic X with courses Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in it. However our business rules are that you must have completed 1 to do be able to do 2, and completed 2 to do 3.I can’t seem to restrict visibility or enrollment into a course at the course level, only the catalog level (e.g. by creating a Group of people who have completed Level 1 and making a Catalog with Level 2 visible to only them).Instead of 3 catalogs with 3 courses in them with courses locked until a pre-requisite course is completed, this means that I would need to have 6 catalogs, all with only 1 course in them, which looks … terrible! (I actually have 4 levels and more than 3 disciplines so you can see this is going to get messy fast if every course can only e

I just got this message from a manager trying to understand.So, for example, xxxx and xxxx need to log into the learning center and complete NH Training even though they show as Looks Good?What do I tell the person??? They are right.So a question for you - does anyone know if you can hide the KPI “Looks Good” tag via CSS? Because the training is given a deadline? Albeit a soft-deadline - and the KPI tag isnt helping - it is confusing people on my end. 

Hi everyone,Can anyone let me know if there is a roadmap with “Learning Plan Admin Interface improvements” listed or similar?This area of the LMS is really weak and difficult to use, and in the list of monthly releases ahead I cannot see anything about it. I raised this some time ago in the old ideas portal and discussions pre this community.I’ve clicked on all the “ideas” about learning plans and worry they are not a priority by Docebo. I keep seeing things that for me are not at all important being released, maybe they are to others.Our use case for the LMS requires them and now I have quite a lot of them, I actually hate having to deal with them in the LMS due to the admin interface weakness when compared with other parts of the LMS like course admin etc..Fingers crossed something is due to be improved really soon!!
