Is there a way to prompt someone to select whether they are a manager when first signing up, or to toggle on being a manager in their profile so that others may label them manager?I understand if this doesn’t exist but figured I’d ask!

Can I know what I was missing in the request. Greetings~I can’t find any info on this. My Power users can see this under their user management. What is manage team requests? Where would someone put in a request that would appear here? More importantly, how can I hide this? Thank you!  

Where can I find an instruction on how a manager can enroll a subordinate to a specific ILT session in a course?

HiWe need to create a considerable number of courses and I’m looking for a way to streamline this process.Is there a way to create courses in batch using API’s?I've attempted to use /learn/v1/courses to create one course successfully, but encounter errors when attempting to add more than one in the same request.I've noticed that Batch Course Delete and Batch Course Update endpoints exist, but I couldn't find a similar one for course creation in bulk.Any guidance would be greatly appreciatedThanks

Hi all,I need to generate a CSR file so that we can renew our SSL certificate. If I understand correctly, the only way to do this is to remove the current certificate by clicking the [REMOVE CERTIFICATE] button shown below. Is this correct?Also, if I remove the certificate, will our domain still be secure? I thought I'd better check since this operation cannot be undone.

Hi all. I’m pretty sure the answer is ‘no’ here but i gotta verify…Is there a way to locally change the name of a Repository item? So that you can decide its name on a specific course without affecting the name of the file in the Repository? I know you can use the language feature to change it to match a user’s language, but is there any other way of giving Power Users a bit of control over the Learning Object name in their course?

Hi - since Friday - instead of our regular messages back from the automation app, it looks like we have been getting this error message.For the most part? It looks like our business continues to run - and users are being created by our integrations...have you all heard anything else about this? Because even though I reported this to Docebo Support - the message back was not a clear one other than it is recognized as an issue by the dev team and there is a task to investigate further.Here is a ticket reference: 686958.

Was trying a temporary workaround while there are some latency issues with the platform today (on Valentines Day 2024 - Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!!!).Currently? We are trying to get a report where we know there wasnt more than a hundred learners (so the preview should cover what we need).I tried to highlight copy and paste into excel, but the line breaks are all screw-y and information that should have been collected into columns all came along in the first row. I tried pasting it with and without formatting and it is a no go.Example of output of information from the Report in PreviewSomebody has had to screen scrape a table successfully….wondering if YOU figured out how to make it work.

Hi!I’m trying to set up a notification to send to an instructor of an eLearning every time a user completes a course. In my test course, I added myself as the instructor. Then I set up the Learner Completed a Course Notification to send to Instructors. However, when I marked my test user as complete, the notification did not send. Any ideas on what I did wrong? Has anyone else accomplished this in a different way?Thank you!!Steph

I have been looking into a host of options for Managers for our company, and have noticed that as of right now managers using “My Team” cannot create groups, nor enroll multiple users into a course at once. This has become a sticking point for stakeholders who are looking to enroll their entire team into one or more courses/learning plans, or enroll entire groups at once. While yes, I can understand I can assign our management team to Power User and give them the ability to see all courses and control enrollment, this isn’t scalable for us. This would require a form of education to managers we aren’t looking to provide, with the focus being on the Team function. Does anyone have ideas on how we could allow Managers to enroll multiple users in their team, or to group users in such a way as to allow them to easily sort and enroll the users they are attempting to enroll?

Hi Everyone, I couldn’t find the answer in the help articles, so figured I would reach out to the community. Does anyone know if there is a way to find Error Logs for each instance the platform has an “Internal Server Error” or “Server Error” message that pops up?These messages have been popping up a little more frequently lately and during our testing of different integrations like Zoom V3. It would be great to see if I could review logs whenever these messages pop up in our platform. We’ve been running into issues lately where users receive that message when attempting to access a vILT event. I’d love to be able to get a HAR file from employees, but our first priority is to get them into the training so they dont miss anything. Additionally, it would just be nice to see how often this happens and during what activities this occurs for. If there is an API that would provide, that would be great as well, although I didnt specifically see one. Thank You all in advance! Jason

Based upon user feedback, we are trying to add a hyperlink to text within the banner on our public page to direct people to the sign in page. (For whatever reason our users are not seeing the bright sign in button in the top right corner where all other log-in buttons on all other websites always are).Using the suggestion I found through Add/edit hyperlinks on Sign In page | Community (docebo.com) I translated the text to add hyperlinks.  But all it is doing is verbatim adding that text on the banner:What am I missing?!? I this just not possible?

How can we ensure that a manager can only see learner details that are a part of their ecosystem during search for users to add under ‘My Team’? Basically, my concern is - If a manger search user to add under ‘My Team’ they should not get to see user details of all users across the platform.

Hi all,  We have a new situation coming up and I wanted to get your feedback: We have 74 different companies who are part of our organization. Each company will put their employees through a course we’re hosting (administered by a manager at each company). If each of these company admins is only given power user permissions over that course and their own company, shouldn’t we be able to avoid creating 74 versions of the course and use that single course in each company’s learning plan?TIA!

We are trying to set up an automation that will pull a Completion Report from our FTP/SFTP site and mark courses complete. The Completion Report is coming from another LMS (HealthStream/3PL). I’ve read articles to understand how this works, but it’s above my expertise (for now), so I’m hoping someone can give me an Automation for Dummies explanation.When I’m creating the course shells for the completions, should I be creating internal course shells, or should I be creating them as external course completions? If I’m creating them as internal courses, is there anything in particular I need to include from the other system to make sure the automation can match the completion with the course? Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m trying to learn as much as I can, but this is overwhelming me right now.
