HI.I created a course using Articulate Rise 360 and included a quiz as one of the lessons. The user must score 85% or greater to pass and receive a certificate of completion from Docebo. The quiz questions come from a pool of questions, and I set up the options in Rise for the scoring.How does Docebo know if the user as passed?… and is it OK to have the quiz located inside the course itself or should I set up the quiz as a separate Rise course? I’ve seen it where the quiz is set up as a separate Rise course but ideally, I’d like to keep the quiz inside the course. Hope my questions make sense. I am new to LMS and Docebo.Thank you,Marion 

Hello, there!I was wondering if anyone in the community currently has Worktango and if you’ve found a way to integrate it with Docebo, whether by API’s or otherwise? Worktango is a rewards platform, where users can give points that can then be spent on prizes, for reference.

Is there anyway to put alternative wording for when there are no sessions scheduled? It is not a great customer experience to see “Whoops, there are no sessions yet for this course - Please contact your Administrator or the course instructor” - especially when there is no area enter contact information and make it visible on the Session tab of the course. If there is nothing that can be done, can we at least have the sessions tab not show up automatically when there are no sessions added? 

Hi Community,I'm looking for a way to add multiple users to a course that has an exam component.The exam is not relevant for them because they already passed it on another platform.Is there a way to add them to the course and assign them a score for the exam without requiring them to take it again?Thank you,Neil

I am using the Branded Mobile app and am having difficulty downloading the scorm files.  Has anyone else had this issue?  I was able to download the first scorm but the second file is saying The Server could not provide the file download URL.  Any idea how to fix this? I’ll put in a ticket too but I was hoping someone on here might know.  

Greetings, I am getting started with Extended Enterprise in my Sandbox. I understand based on this statement from Docebo Help, “Please note that all users are allowed to access the main domain, as every user is associated with the root branch.” that users can access their root or main domain.Example, root domain is Company - test.docebosaas.comFirst sub domain is Company/DomainA - test.docebosaas.com/domainaSecond sub domain is Company/DomainB - test.docebosaas.com/domainbIs there any way to keep Domain A or Domain B folks from seeing the content in the root domain?My goal is to keep everyone in each of the domains and not have anything available in the root domain.

Docebo numbers your test questions in a <#>) format with a font size of 12. Is there a way to change the font size or the numbering format? I would prefer 14 pt with a <#>. format. 

Can you build an ILT course that would allow you not to select a date until you have gathered enough expressions of interest (e.g. a ‘By Request’ course)? Currently unable to find a way to create an ILT without being forced to select a date. 

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here…Today, above each of our “Catalog” widgets, a new line of courses has appeared titled “Docebo Content Premium” (see image).I am apparently the only one seeing it. I am a superadmin, but they are not showing up for my fellow superadmin, and I tested “View as User” and can’t see them for anyone I’ve tested.I’ve checked the settings of the catalogs on the pages, even the page preview does not show these… it has to be from Content Marketplace but why are they showing up?Thanks for any help in advance!

Hello,Has anyone ever used the Simulive feature from Zoom for a webinar they are hosting through Docebo? We’re run into an issue testing this out where the webinar is scheduled, and we move it to a simulive option, and when we try to start the webinar from Docebo, we get errors. Hello! We are exploring the localization capabilities of the certification feature and I have some questions. We have courses that are completed by users in different regions. Each region has specific requirements for what appears on the certificate. My understanding is that we can assign users to specific certification groups, then localize the certification based on said groups. The challenge is that some users operate in both regions and would require both certificates. Is it possible to generate two certificates for the same course?Example:Create an additional field called “Certificate Type” and make it a mandatory field. Users select Certificate A or Certificate B. If a user selects Certificate A, they are assigned to Group A. If a user selects Certificate B, they are assigned to Group B. A user in Group A completes a course and receives Certificate A. What happens if they change their Certificate Type to B. If they returned to the course to re-download the certificate, would they

Are any of you issuing presenter certificates?  The same way we attach a certificate for the learner, I need to be able to issue the presenter a certificate as well.  The presenter would be in-house, so they would be a learner in the LMS.  Thoughts? 

Our company name is changing and I’m looking for best practices in handling these changes.  For example, we have a domain URL (https://qognify.docebosaas.com/) which contains our current company name and as well as the background job email sender in Advanced Settings.  What are best practices in updating the URL with a new company name and the background job email sender?  Any other areas in Docebo besides our usernames/email addresses that we should consider?

Hello, I have used a GIF instead of an image on a widget but i dont know how to remove the white space at the bottom and also the scroll panel at the side. I have tried resizing but no luck, any ideas?

We are currently using tabs showing users their ILT and upcoming courses and deadlines for courses. We are looking to be able to add a tab or a page on our user menu that will show our users any courses they haven’t completed after the deadline is passed. When we look in the my courses/ learning plans, the filters do not account for only overdue or expired deadlines, and they also only go as far as the current year (not last year). We have also tried the calendar, but this is not working in the way we need either( doesn’t show deadline dates/ not obvious to users the date is a deadline).  Does anyone have any suggestions or has tried this in the past? Any help is much appreciated!

This has most definitely been a point of contention for those above me, so I am attempting to reach out to this hive-mind for ideas here. Stakeholders in other departments are looking to track user engagement by ensuring that all of their users are completing 80 hours of training by the end of 2024. My issue is that with Learning Time reports that we currently have, and from the many community postings I’ve seen, most folks don’t recommend it since it is usually inaccurate. So my question is to you: what metric would you think would provide the closest idea for this information? I had considered completions, but since courses can vary in length/number of training materials I am not certain this would be the best. As I am relatively new to education and the needs of businesses I’m hoping someone here might be able to give me a good idea or place to start?

Hi all!  I’ve seen a few threads about this but no definitive answer. Is it even possible to get BOTH the % complete and a quiz score out of a single Rise SCORM package?I’ve tried (I think) almost every combination for publishing. (SCORM versions/Tracking using completion/track using quiz result).So, the issue is - I have a training material/SCORM that has a pre-knowledge check and other content in it.With Track with Quiz Score - if the user finished the quiz (which is first section) then the entire module shows as complete even if they haven’t viewed it all.With Track by Completion - the completion is being accurately captured, but we can’t see a quiz score.Can anyone help or confirm if it’s possible to get both out of Rise into Docebo? Open to xAPI solutions - anything that will allow me to keep a quiz + content in a single SCORM/xAPI file.Thanks!

I’m running into a spot of bother with some custom CSS. All I want to do is replace the default Open Sans with a different web font. The CSS itself is fine (it’s managing to replace Open Sans with my fallback font, Arial). However, where the preferred web font is concerned, I’m running into issues with CORS:"Access to font at 'https://example.com/font.woff2' from origin 'https://example.docebosaas.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."I’ve seen posts here illustrating that you can host images in Docebo (tried uploading the woff2 file as an image; it was unsurprisingly rejected as invalid). I also tried uploading it as a file (as part of a course’s training materials); that seemed to be working, but then it said: File does not existSo, I’m wondering if anyone knows of a way to host web fonts in Docebo. If not, I guess I need to find another place to host it, where I can control the CORS policy, or simply ask t

We have a new hire training course with multiple SCORM modules that have been saved to the central repository, Managers have asked to give access to this content to existing employees in case they want to use as review / refresher material. These are employees that pre-date our use of Docebo so were never enrolled in the New Hire course. We don’t want to force them to take all of the material, just be able to enroll in the content they want / need to review. Was hoping to create a catalog, but that requires a course, we can’t add content out of the Central Repository. Do we have to create a separate course for each module? That seems extreme. Do we have to create a second course with free navigation that includes all the modules and ignore the fact that no one will ever show as Complete in a report? Am I overthinking this? Any thoughts on the most efficient way forward is appreciated. 

That’s kinda it? Can you do (or maybe request) a “data_dump.csv” from Docebo Learn? Possibly though not required from a certain date? I’d just like to maybe see user growth over the first 6-months? How my History modules made out?And/Or… does it make any difference if we HAVE “Learning Impact”? (I can’t say if it’s been used at all) As in, does all the data go there? When we first went live, we had Docebo create several hundred “shell” courses for us. Now we are 6+ months in and it’s clear that any remaining shell courses that haven’t been turned into actual courses are probably unnecessary. Before I clear them out, I plan to pull a report showing which shell courses created on 5/16/2023 are still out there. I have seen that I can do this with an API (and I’m up for the challenge thanks to @Bfarkas) but I’m wondering:Is there a way to just pull the report without an API? (There appears to be no export on the Course Management page that I can see) Why does the (New Reports) Course-User report show hundreds fewer courses than the Course Management page? Why does the (New Reports) Course-User report show none of my shell courses? (Is it because they were just imported as a CSV on the backend, but they were never actually accessed, thus they’re not “real” in some important way?)Thanks for the info!
