So I’ve been searching for an endpoint that would let me mark a course as complete and import a score. I am already connected to Docebo through a data ingress API and I have the course ID, student ID, and user name. I can’t find anything on the API endpoint menu (though I am super new at this and probably looking in the wrong place). Any help would be great!

For our ILTs, they are often multiday events and we do not add the recordings to the ILT course after the live session is complete.  Is there a way to hide or disable the Add Recording button for the whole platform or for individual courses?  Can this be done through the Admin menu or CSS? Or any way?    

Hello, We need to get a list of users and compare them to the name of their power user profile name, does anyone know if a way we can do this?  Thanks 

Hi,I’m trying to see the users enrolled in courses. I’m using the /learn/v1/courses/report endpoint. According to the Response Sample in the API Browser, this data should be included:However, those fields seem to be missing and my returned data starts with idCourse, code, etc.: screenshot of Power Query field selector of returned dataI have superadmin permission. Is there a reason this is missing? Should I be using a different endpoint? Thanks for any insights.

I am looking for input and hints on documenting your Docebo deployments.   Over the past year I have gained more and more functions.    I am looking for hints and ideas, “where to begin” in documenting our current build.  I need to get a hold of plans and designs on everything from branches, groups, catalogs, etc while cleaning up CLOR and others.   Any ideas are very helpful.   

Hi all,We are wanting learners to be able to access content from our Public Catalog and actually view material and interact with it without having to log in. You can see in the image below we have this test course we are playing around with. There’s 4 Training Material items listed under Content that we’ve added but you cannot click on anything. We would like to be able to. Basically we want a course for free for the public without enrolling or logging in. Is it possible to do this or will all our interested learners need to create an account just to demo/trial our content?Thank you in advance! 

We had an instructor of a course session receive the following error message when she used the direct enrollment link to try to get into the course to log in.  We teach this same course each month, provide the same (direct enrollment link) to all learners and instructors, and have never had this error come up. Anyone know why it did?  Is using the direct enrollment link not recommended for the purpose of entering courses you’re enrolled in as a learner and/or instructor. If not, what do you suggest? 

Hello,I can’t seem to allow access to my Power Users into the Reports or New Reports areas from their Admin Menu. Regardless of what permissions I include or Profile modifications I make, when the PU clicks on either option from the Admin Menu they are greeted with the 403 “Forbidden” Error screen.Any tips, recos would be most appreciated!thanks

We offer a 6 month free trial to select customers and my boss would like to know the level of engagement of these customers (how many times they have accessed the platform and how many courses they have enrolled in/completed etc.). Does anyone have any ideas about how I could generate a report showing this data? We don’t use an additional field for the free trial, so the only way to differentiate the users would be the 6 month timespan from creation to expiration which is shorter than the 1 year timespan for paid customers. I’m very much a novice when it comes to reporting, so would appreciate any advice you could give.

Has anyone successfully embedded Instagram on their default page using the iFrame widget? If so, how? We did this years ago (in version 6.0 of Docebo) but now I can’t figure it out again. 

Is there anywhere within the course properties that I can see to which notifications the course is assigned?  Currently I look at the notification itself, but it would be helpful to see the information within the course properties.

I’m trying to run a report that will give me the enrollment for a specific session within a course. I know I can run a course summary report but that only gives me the option for a PDF. I need an Excel document. How can I get a report that will tell me what the course summary report does but as an Excel document?

I have created a Learning Plan for our Management Programme. We have multiple cohorts that go through the sessions together. So for example cohort 1 will always be attended by the same group as will cohort 2 etc. We house all of the session under 1 learning plan but each cohort will be assigned to a different event with separate conferencing links, dates etc). Is there a way that when a user logs into their learning plan they only see their cohort sessions and not any other cohort’s?

Hey everyone, I have 100’s of course catalogs that are unique to groups and power users. Each catalog also has unique learning plans. Has anyone tied an icon or widget within a page to a specific catalog or have ideas on how to address this issue? Right now they have access to their course catalog, but I was trying to streamline things a little.  Thanks, Seth

Is there a good way to enable power-users to bulk enroll their users in a course they don't own?The users have access as learners to a course that I own that power users do not own.I can do this myself or have the power-users send me a csv to run, but I would love to enable them directly. For example: I own the course Sales 101. Judy at Long and Foster wants to enroll her new agents in Sales 101. Judy does not own Sales 101, and cannot, since she has course edit permissions to create her own courses. She also wants to enroll those users in Sales 102-110 and Service 101-108. I could make her a learning plan for this specific instance, but if I have a variety of users trying to do a variety of enrollments, we have an issue. I could make two profiles per power-user, one for course creation and one for reporting and enrolling, but we use SSO so this would be not just messy but messier. I’m aware there’s a long-standing idea to fix this issue of power users needing to create and edit SOME c

Hi all,I was hoping someone could help me out here. As shown below, I’ve created an ILT course but it’s not showing up as completed even though all the training materials are complete and progress is at 100%. The completion rules setting is set to “At least one completed session” and the session completion setting is set to “Training Material Based”. Am I missing something?Progress at 100% but not completed 

I need a way to identify users that are not assigned a branch, so I can review one of their specific additional fields and create the necessary branch. I have not yet found a way to do this - can anyone point me to a place to start?

Hello,I've created several learning plans and already enrolled users in the plans. Now I want to notify them that they've been enrolled in these plans, but I can't. The only schedule available is at the time of the event, not later. Does anyone have a solution?If I create the notification and the user is subscribed to 3 plans, will he receive 3 emails? Is there any way he can only get one?Thank you.
