Morning morning,So I am a point where I am considering how to pull off escalations in Docebo.And well I know how to get things to Supervisors without much fuss.But here is the question of the day - how do you escalate (within Docebo itself) certain notifications to lets say the supervisor’s supervisor?Does it comes with gotchas?

Hi all,Looking for suggestions from anyone who may have solved for this or can point out something we are missing.What we are trying to do:Prominently display course descriptions to users without forcing them to enroll/start a (optional) course to see it WHILE being able to use widgetsHere are the options that seem to exist, the problem is they have unfortunate limitations based on how Docebo has set up the course player and properties:Enable the “Course Overview Page” which displays the course overview page upon opening (doesn’t require you to enroll/start the course). HOWEVER, if you want to include course widgets like forums, comments, file repository, etc., those display OVER the course description on that page defeating the purpose. Force users to enroll/start a course to be able to see the description by either using the course description widget which then displays at the bottom of the launch/start page, or create an HTML page (first training material) that describes the course

I’m trying to grab a list of courses from the API browser, but I want to try and add a parameter so that it returns only courses with a specific value in a course additional field (that happens to be a dropdown menu). I am trying to use the API: GET/learn/v1/catalog/{catalog_id}One of the parameters is this:Can someone provide a little guidance on if that is the correct parameter to filter for a course additional field?  If so, how do I fill that in appropriately for an additional field that is a drop down?(For example purposes, my field ID number is ‘1’ and the dropdown element is “1” with the text value “Compliance”)

In the branches dashboard, it shows the number of courses that are overdue by branch; in this example a single person has a single overdue course apparently: Is there a way to locate this course assignment and figure out which one it is?  There are thousands of courses assignments to this branch, and it’s likely that ONE of them erroneously had a due date applied, which might now be hassling that 1 customer with notifications that they’re overdue.  I can drill down to the sub-branch that the overdue is on, which gets me down to hundreds of course assignments instead of thousands, but there’s no report that calls out due dates; only assignment dates and completion dates.  How can I find this one “hanging chad” and fix it?

What is the best way to manage duplicate courses? Is there a way to merge two courses and still maintain the sessions/events/enrollments/completions?

Greetings,When setting up an assignment type training material. In both the Instructions and Description there is an option to “Insert File” and “Insert Image.”  What is the difference? Both seem to only allow images. I would like to insert a pdf in the Assignment type training material. Please advise...

I had a question on what is considered a ´”structure change” for a SCORM package in regards to reuploading a SCORM training material and these notices:You cannot change the package structure of this kind of training material. By uploading a new package with a different structure, the training material may not play as expected in the platform.Overwrite current version:Use this option if the new version contains only non-structural changes (e.g.: text or image edits)New version:Use this option if the new version has significant structural changes (e.g.: chapters have been added/removed) We have been making edits to our courses in Rise 360 - primarily the text and videos. It is the same format or lesson and just changing a spelling error or uploading a new video that was already in the lesson but the previous video’s sound quality was poor so we had the trainer re-record it. New to managing this LMS, so thank you in advance for your patience! We host a lot of our technical trainings at our HQ. Because of this, we open up a lot of those trainings as a hybrid option so that other office staff can attend. It’s helpful to know which staff are attending in-person vs. in the virtual space (but in real-time, not a recorded session). Occasionally, the learning team is not present for these trainings and it’s helpful for the facilitator to know how many staff from other offices we expect. I wrote Docebo support to see if there was a way to customize our attendance sheet with a ‘location' column, but there is no way to do that. Do others have alternative ways to easy track who is where when attending hybrid courses? I’d like to easy say that there will be 3 from our Melbourne office, 2 from our NY office, etc. Or, 5 total from other offices. Whatever is easiest. Thanks!

Central Repository > Upload File: What is the file size limit (if any)?

Got a “File size error.” message while uploading a SCORM file. We use Articulate Rise as our current content authoring tool and export SCORM files in the “SCORM 1.2” format. Does anyone know a way we can export it to reduce the file size or track how many files we have in a SCORM package? I found the Docebo article that says the file limit is 15000 files but nothing on the SCORM file size itself.

Hello, I had to change several course names, but if the learner has already taken the course, he cannot issue the certificate with the new course name.How can I fix this without the learners having to do it all over again?Has anyone experienced this problem?

Yellow and black font-family was successfully modified, but red over-rules font-weight settings.See above for reference. I can successfully edit the font-family for both “.title.ng-star-inserted” and “.subtitle.ng-star-inserted” but all attempts to edit the font-weight are being ignored. Red is the “dynamic” CSS class and green shows my CSS edits, you can see my “font-weight: 300;” is being ignored. The class in red (_ngcontent-wrv-c73) is apparently “over-ruling” the font-weight determination, however, it changes every time the page refreshes, specifically the middle 3 values (e.g. it will change from _ngcontent-wrv-c73 to _ngcontent-ilw-c73).Do I need to use a different class selector? Or is there a way to target classes that are dynamic? 

In accessing an existing user’s profile, I sometimes see a little red dot in the upper right corner of the branch’s folder icon. Can anyone tell me what that means?

If we were to add another asset to a learning plan (journey in our case) and a user has completed that learning plan, would their status change to in progress since we added the new asset or would it stay completed?

Hello All,Hoping someone has a best practice to share for how you use certifications.The issue we are running into is only the user can view and print the certificate.We’d like to print and keep a copy on file for Human Recourses.  If I go to reports and pull up a user and hit print on the certificate it just prints the description.We need it to capture the users name with it at least. The actual certificate would be great.Any ideas appreciated.

Is it possible to retrieve from interface which Groups a Learner is part of? I mean not having to browse through all Groups checking if they are or are not there… I see this possibility is quite clear for Branches, as it is also recapped in the “Review” screen while editing a Learner from “Users”, but I could not find an analogous view for Groups.Thanks!

Hello, Community!I’m attempting to use Docebo’s APIs to pull information from Docebo to use elsewhere. I need to pull a list of all enrollments for a given time period (say enrollments created or updated in the last 14 days). In the API browser, I see how I can pull enrollments for a particular course, but not how to pull all enrollments, regardless of course. Has anyone been able to accomplish this using an API who would be willing to offer some advice?Many thanks!

Hello and Help! ;-) We are a decentralized learning organization. For us, this means that, while I am the Super Admin for LMS, we have learning admins throughout the organization that create, manage, assign, track and train for their departments. While my power users are able to create courses in Docebo, they do not have access to the Central Repository. This is a huge design flaw, as the benefit of the Central Repository is to keep materials clean & up to date where ever they are used. If my admins cannot access it, they are forced to upload new materials every time they create a new course. I’m sure you can see what potential mess this could create. Is there anyone else here that has a similar set up when it comes to managing learning in your organization? How do you get around this system design?
