I’m trying to figure out how to audit our course catalog. Based on our dashboard report for courses, there are many courses with zero enrollments. I’d like to pull a report that shows any courses with zero enrollments that have been in our catalog for quite some time. I tried pulling custom reports and more general ones to filter in Excel for ‘0 enrollments’, but they don’t show up.  Any thoughts? 

Hi,I am wondering if you can hide the personal performance evaluation from the learners course player page. We are looking for a way to add notes about leaners that are not visible to learners themselves. Other suggestions are welcome oh how we may accomplish this. Thanks in advance!  

Has anyone found an API for listing NEW reports? There is one for “old reports” /report/v1/report but I need to get the same for New reports, It would also be very useful to know when a report was last “run” so I can keep the list of reports current rather than have reports that were created years ago and never run cluttering up the system 

HiWe are new to Docebo and wondering if there is a way to see who has look at a link that has been added to a channel as an asset? We can see the number of views but not a breakdown of who viewed.ThanksAnne

Hello!I am working on designing our second domain’s homepage and I am unable to get the background color changed from the default to black. When I preview the page I built in the Desktop Preview, it shows as the entire background is black (which is what I want) but when I activate the page, it remains the default off white color.I have double checked that I changed the color settings to black in Configure Branding & Look for this domain, I cannot seem to figure this out. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.This is what I want: This is what I end up with: 

I am creating a test question, and the answer to a question includes a comma (“,”). But no matter how I tried to include that in the answer key, the platform will identify the comma as a separator and separate the answers. This has causing bugs as users’ correct answer can’t match the answer key. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello and happy new year! In order to let power users create courses AND run reports on my courses without being able to edit them, I have to use my-teams based reporting now for my power-users (unless someone has a workaround) I would like to add https://in.leadingre.com/manage/my-team/reports to the admin gear menu, since my users keep looing for this “admin task” under the admin gear. Almost all users who have managees will be power users of some kind. Can anyone help? Probably @bfarkas

Notifications are sent based on group assignment; however, even after selecting “remove deactivated users from group”, expired employees continue to appear within my groups. Do they still receive notifications or does the expiration override this?

For those using the Wire Transfer feature in e-commerce, quick question for you all regarding notifications.I would like to have a notification sent out to Managers when an internal employee signs up for a paid ILT course under the wire transfer option.  Since the notification for “New Wire Transfer Transaction” cannot be sent to the Manager, I was hoping to use the “Users waiting to be enrolled into course” option, but I can’t seem to get it to trigger it to go out when a wire transfer option is used.  Has anyone else had success with this? @lrnlab, I know you are leveraging this feature, do you have any waitlist notifications set up to go out for your organization?

New to Docebo and looking for examples or best practices to replicate a course offering we had in our previous LMS. We call it study hall- It is a drop in vILT session that happens twice a month. The sessions spend 30 min on a focused topic and then transition into a roundtable discussion for learners to collaborate and share. It has been very successful as a microlearning and engagement tool. I need to recreate it in Docebo and am very open in terms of format ( class, channel, whatever) as long as we can meet the following criteria:Learners can see a full event schedule and register for as many of the microlearnings as they want. After the session, a recording is available for attendees and learners who did not attend.   Attending a live session provides the learner a CE credit, watching the recording does not. In Docebo under “My Team” there is an option to assign content to team members. However, when I search for LinkedIn courses to assign, the courses do not show up. If I search for them in my account they will show up but not when I try to assign to other people on my team. Is there a restriction with the LinkedIn courses? Or is there a workaround for this?

We ran into an issue regarding soft validity periods and notifications. We were trying to send ourselves as super admins and power users, an email notification when a soft validity date / end period was approaching for a learning plan, but found that the email notification that was sent was also sent to our users (external customers) who were enrolled in the course as the soft validity date was approaching. Is there any way to prevent the validity date emails from being sent to users and only send to power users and / or super admins?  We would like to use the soft validity period as a trigger to notify our content team that we should review content after a year of active use for updates and changes without preventing users from accessing content while it is under review. 

Good Morning Docebo Community,I apologize for what is likely a basic question, but I’m coming up short on an answer.  I see there is a link in the Learning Plan settings to have the said learning plan visible in a catalog.  With that said, how do you assign the catalog that you want the Learning Plan to be visible in?Thank you,Ryan Berardi

We are in the process of setting up Docebo for the first time and have 11 courses and a total of about 40 lessons. Our learners will access this content in two waysDirectly in Docebo (i.e. they will log into Docebo and see the list of courses that are available) From our software platform (i.e. in our platform they will see links that will take them to additional information; clicking on that link will take them to the content in Docebo)We know that we can link to a course but would like to know if there is a way to link directly to a specific lesson.Thanks,Jeff

I have a course that I would like to hide training materials because the material is older. I want to keep the training intact and not disrupt the learning records or really add another course and force the folks that are working with it to need to remember to report on two courses.Cool...I read up on how to work with hidden training materials and I get this….Hidden MaterialIn the Hidden section, you can flag the option to hide the training material from learners enrolled in the course. This may be necessary if the training material is no longer relevant to your training needs. Perhaps your company has modified its training plan, or you've uploaded new content. In these scenarios, deleting the material from your platform means you will delete all of the tracking data, thus changing the data and status of completion for some users. It may be useful to simply hide the material from learners instead.Additionally, please note that hidden training material will not be counted towards course

We release the same training every year ( but differnet Training Material) I’m wondering what I should do with the active users who didn’t complete last year’s training.  It’s no longer required. I don’t want to mark them complete or unenroll, but i do want them to show up as not having done that course for reporting purposes.  How do you handle repeat trainings with new content, New course each year?

Hi all.Our web certificate expired for one of our portals & the guy who typically handles this is currently away. He was able to give me a bit of info but i’m still lost.He sent the screenshot below as the location to update the certificate:  However i cannot find this page at all. this is the closest i could find: Clearly this is way off. if anybody knows how i can find the area pictured in the first image, please let me know, I’ve been through the entire Admin Menu it seems & still can’t find it.Thanks!Nate

Hey allI have been trying to wrap my brain around this issue for a week or so now. I have been trying to get a userid from a webhook in an HTML learning object so that we can call more data using the “get user’s info” API from the API explorer, but nothing I try works. I am using Marketo to create my webhook and have tried to query the username just for testing and all I get back is ‘ {username} ‘ back. If anyone has accomplished something like this in the past some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Does anyone have any tips for providing comments to a user submitted test? It’d be nice to then have those comments added into an email notification via shortcode

I’m now up to 55 channels.  The first 25-30 channels are fine. Everything after that gets messy. If I scroll down my computer lags out while loading the new channels in chrome with 0 other tabs in a fresh instance. I can’t even view anything “after the break” on opera, which technically isn’t supported, but the page is buggy anyway and opera is webkit. I’m on a core i5 gen 12 thinkpad carbon with minimal background apps and tabs (3 apps, 3 tabs). I’m scared to think what will happen when I get to 150 channels in a few months. We’re a large association.

Is it possible to get a URL of a video object in CLOR that can then be called via HTML video player, for instance to be shown on the public catalog page?  I want to be able to show some of our videos that are in our platform on a public catalog page, so people can get a taste of what they will see once they log in.  It seems stupid to have to host those videos somewhere else, like on our company website or other paid hosting site, when they are already hosted in Docebo.  We can get a URL for objects in the CLOR via API call, but that address, or token, or something seems to time out after some time, so users who are not logged in (which again, is the whole point), can’t see it.  The URL works long enough to download it once, but not to have it posted on a website permanently.  How can I get a permanent URL for it that will work permanently for a user who is not logged into Docebo?
