New to managing this LMS, so thank you in advance for your patience! We host a lot of our technical trainings at our HQ. Because of this, we open up a lot of those trainings as a hybrid option so that other office staff can attend. It’s helpful to know which staff are attending in-person vs. in the virtual space (but in real-time, not a recorded session). Occasionally, the learning team is not present for these trainings and it’s helpful for the facilitator to know how many staff from other offices we expect. I wrote Docebo support to see if there was a way to customize our attendance sheet with a ‘location' column, but there is no way to do that. Do others have alternative ways to easy track who is where when attending hybrid courses? I’d like to easy say that there will be 3 from our Melbourne office, 2 from our NY office, etc. Or, 5 total from other offices. Whatever is easiest. Thanks!

Central Repository > Upload File: What is the file size limit (if any)?

Got a “File size error.” message while uploading a SCORM file. We use Articulate Rise as our current content authoring tool and export SCORM files in the “SCORM 1.2” format. Does anyone know a way we can export it to reduce the file size or track how many files we have in a SCORM package? I found the Docebo article that says the file limit is 15000 files but nothing on the SCORM file size itself.

Hello, I had to change several course names, but if the learner has already taken the course, he cannot issue the certificate with the new course name.How can I fix this without the learners having to do it all over again?Has anyone experienced this problem?

Yellow and black font-family was successfully modified, but red over-rules font-weight settings.See above for reference. I can successfully edit the font-family for both “.title.ng-star-inserted” and “.subtitle.ng-star-inserted” but all attempts to edit the font-weight are being ignored. Red is the “dynamic” CSS class and green shows my CSS edits, you can see my “font-weight: 300;” is being ignored. The class in red (_ngcontent-wrv-c73) is apparently “over-ruling” the font-weight determination, however, it changes every time the page refreshes, specifically the middle 3 values (e.g. it will change from _ngcontent-wrv-c73 to _ngcontent-ilw-c73).Do I need to use a different class selector? Or is there a way to target classes that are dynamic? 

In accessing an existing user’s profile, I sometimes see a little red dot in the upper right corner of the branch’s folder icon. Can anyone tell me what that means? 

Hi there!New Docebo user here--I was trying to add assets to a new channel, and the plus button didn’t give me an option to add content, only add a new channel. screenshot of ‘Add’ in Asset section of channelI took the Channels course in Docebo U, and tried exploring other settings but couldn’t find a solution--can you point me in the right direction? or is this a glitch?Thanks,Kennedy

If we were to add another asset to a learning plan (journey in our case) and a user has completed that learning plan, would their status change to in progress since we added the new asset or would it stay completed?

Hello All,Hoping someone has a best practice to share for how you use certifications.The issue we are running into is only the user can view and print the certificate.We’d like to print and keep a copy on file for Human Recourses.  If I go to reports and pull up a user and hit print on the certificate it just prints the description.We need it to capture the users name with it at least. The actual certificate would be great.Any ideas appreciated.

Hi all,Another question about localization😀We’re planning to add Spanish captions to our English videos, but I’m wondering what to do about localizing the tests and surveys. I don’t suppose anyone has found a way to make the language of these items selectable?

Is it possible to retrieve from interface which Groups a Learner is part of? I mean not having to browse through all Groups checking if they are or are not there… I see this possibility is quite clear for Branches, as it is also recapped in the “Review” screen while editing a Learner from “Users”, but I could not find an analogous view for Groups.Thanks!

Hello, Community!I’m attempting to use Docebo’s APIs to pull information from Docebo to use elsewhere. I need to pull a list of all enrollments for a given time period (say enrollments created or updated in the last 14 days). In the API browser, I see how I can pull enrollments for a particular course, but not how to pull all enrollments, regardless of course. Has anyone been able to accomplish this using an API who would be willing to offer some advice?Many thanks!

I’m looking for information on whether your organization is aware of the OpenSSL 3.0 vulnerabilities disclosed earlier this month, summarized in CVE-2022-3602 and CVE-2022-3786.  If so, have you investigated whether any of your internal systems are vulnerable and have you mitigated those vulnerabilities if they exist?Thank you!

Hello and Help! ;-) We are a decentralized learning organization. For us, this means that, while I am the Super Admin for LMS, we have learning admins throughout the organization that create, manage, assign, track and train for their departments. While my power users are able to create courses in Docebo, they do not have access to the Central Repository. This is a huge design flaw, as the benefit of the Central Repository is to keep materials clean & up to date where ever they are used. If my admins cannot access it, they are forced to upload new materials every time they create a new course. I’m sure you can see what potential mess this could create. Is there anyone else here that has a similar set up when it comes to managing learning in your organization? How do you get around this system design?   

Hi all. We’d like to achieve the desired state described below. Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?Current state: We use a “Content language” additional field in addition to the Docebo platform language. This means users wishing to change their language need to change the “Content language” additional field in [My Profile] - [Personal Info] and then change their platform language in [Preferences] - [Language].Desired state: Content language and platform language are linked so that changing the platform language changes the content language as well. Once this is achieved, we would like to activate the following setting in [Advanced Settings] - [Users].“Hide the Personal Info tab except for the avatar image in the My Profile area for all users”. 

As a superadmin, is there a way for me to check a specific page’s statistics to see how many people have visited the page? Thank you!

Good morning or afternoon.I’m supporting someone who has 2 ILT courses planned in the coming weeks. I’m trying to figure out a way to create a notification that produces a link that can be used to add the event to the users’ calendars. I’ve been playing around w/ it & the best i’ve done so far is adding a link that opens the Teams meeting directly, which isn’t too helpful. Ideally, what I’d like is to add a calendar item that includes a link directly to the course (so the users enter via Docebo & the system recognizes them as having attended).If anybody has any suggestions or insights I’d sure appreciate them.Regards,Nate

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to duplicate certificates in the Docebo platform? Is it possible to perform this procedure?  Clarity: I will keep the background image on the certificate. Only the name of the user and the course name will change on completion of the course. 

Folks, today I caught back up with my original sales rep and we were chatting about the past year in review and the look forward. I expressed a dissatisfier was the new My Team reporting outputs…and he suggested a viable alternative can be to consider establishing permissions for a supervisor as a Power User to give them access to the older dashboards in Reports.I am intrigued by this because he mentioned there will be no need to maintain the mapping of supervisor to subordinate as a resource…I hear this? And I begin to think the approach is viable.  To be fair and open? He did mention that “my integration should handle that…”I get I will need to do some magic with pages and menus to support the links to the dashboard…but does this sound accurate? I was under the impression I needed to maintain the supervisor to subordinate as a resource for each and every supervisor…which was one of a host of reasons to not go down this route….including exposing the backend to managers…Anyone exposing

Hi! Can only super users see the content marketplace on their admin menu? Or is there a way for power users to see this? I saw this in the “idea” section before but not sure if there’s a way to grant this access now. thank you!

I have auto enrollments set up for new hires and I don’t see a way to set a deadline (or in Docebo-speak, an ‘expiration date’ - confusing terminology also). Am I missing something? Is it possible to set a deadline when setting up an auto enrollment?

Is there a way to hide the Search content in the platform bar on the top of the page for certain users?We have managers or power users that we need to have access to see the progress of certain users but we don’t want them to be able to enroll in the courses themselves (it should be paid for) but they can only see the progress of the courses for the users if they have access to the courses as well. So they are able to search for a course in the search bar and enroll in it. Is this possible?
