One of our courses has a survey as the primary content item.  When a learner exits the course prior to completing the survey, it is not saving a learner’s progress.  Any suggestions on how we can fix this?

Currently “in progress” courses show as having a black background, which matches the background of “completed” courses.  Could this be a different color so it’s more eye-catching to the user?  Or stay green until it’s completed?  

Hi all,I would like to export a simple list in xlsx or csv format showing the following three fields for all E-Learning courses on our platform. I had a look at the custom reports builder, but couldn’t find a way to do this. I wat to generate a report that displays ecommerce transactions by month and per course. Currently, when geerating the report, it captures all transation within our system - is it possible to generate a report for a single month? thank you.

Hello All, We had some ILT course management issues which caused the wrong completion date to be updated.I'm looking for an API to perform the correction. The only one I found was /learn/v1/enrollments, but I can only update multiple users, in the same course, same session and same completion date. This generates a lot of processing.Can you suggest another endpoint that I can update in a single processing, multiple users, multiple courses, multiple sessions and multiple completion dates?Thank you.  

Hello Docebo Community,Our team encountered an unexpected issue this morning and we were wondering if anyone has seen this before and / or if anyone has any idea as to root cause. As you’ll see in the screenshot below, the image associated with the question is presenting an error to the user. We were able to verify it is not a local issue and is experienced by multiple users.We are attempting to re-upload / re-apply the images to correct the problem for now.  Thanks ahead of time for any help or insight you can provide!  

I am working on a side project to share to do two things:Make it easier to develop/track your custom CSS changes Create CSS changes for those not comfortable with typical formatting or creating of those CSS changes.Obviously these will start at a more basic level to try it out, and the pro’s on here, sorry this is not aimed at you. I have searched around and picked a couple of nice ones to start with that seem to be fairly common instances of like show/hide/change color items, but want to see if I’m missing anything major or big gaps to consider.Help me out by adding what you find to be the more common modifications (don’t have to share the code, but if you can describe the change and its impact, before/after images welcome!)Thanks! 

Is there any way to allow Docebo to “show all” or at least show a specific number of returns in generated lists, such as Learning Plans, Notifications, Registrants, etc? It’s really annoying to have to scroll through 6 “pages” to see all 53 course registrants. Thanks!

I set up an exam with a fee. The test taker fails the exam, and she/he wants to retake it by making the payment again. The course page stays on the test report and her status stays in-progress. How can we automate the process that she can find the “add to cart” button after failing the test?

If I failed the exam for the first time, but I don’t see anywhere I can take the exam for the second attempt. On my score page it shows ‘maximum attempts reached’ after my first try. Is there anything I didn’t set it correctly? 

Doing a temperature check here, do you know of any challenges with Go1 content and Chrome version release 95.xxxx.xx? I have people getting to a blank page when they click on the Start Learning Now with these browsers.I typically release courses in “lightbox” mode, but I may have to change the approach to fend off this issue. 

We have ~22 exams that we use as prereqs for advanced level courses across 19 products. The exams are only good for 1 calendar year. We do not use the in system certification functionality. The exam (elarning course shell with a test) serves this purpose.  In our previous system we would report on each of the questions to determine the percentage of time the question was answered correctly. If it was a low percentage then we’d look at the question to make sure it wasn’t poorly worded or make sure the content wasn’t removed from the courses leading up to it. I have two questions I’m looking for help with: Does anyone else report on your questions to determine the pass rate on the individual question, or have any suggestions on accomplishing this? What have you found to be the easiest/best way to update questions in the question bank before added them to a new exam?

Hello Docebo Community, I would like to be able to move the task list up on the below list for the mobile app. However I have not found a way to accomplish this. I’ve found some article that it can been done but not really how. Is there a way?     

We have a need to enroll people in a new version of a course roughly one year since they completed the old course. For example, Sam completed the 2022 version in March 2022. I want the system to automatically enroll Sam in the 2023 version in February 2023 and have it due in March 2023. Has anyone tried this?

We have not launched Docebo yet and we just completed the soft launch.   If someone takes a course and then WANTS to retake it or just refer to material.  The only way they can get the information is clicking on the Scorm file.  Is this correct?  Do I need to be doing something different when I set up the course? Thank you 

We are able to do this for courses - free for some via content partner, paid for others. I didn’t even realize that I had to deal with this priced LP until now. I know I can enroll users in it, but if companies DON’T want all users enrolled in the LP, is there a way to make it free (other than having two copies, one that appears to some users with a price, and one that appears to other users for free)? Oy…. my brain… long week already...

I’m not sure if anyone has something like what we are trying to accomplish; however, here is are challenge.  We trying to use the Sequential Learning Experience by having our New Hires Employees see the new hire page.  However, we have multiple companies in branches and then we have the groups.  What I have done was the following:Created groups for each company, one for current employees and one for new hire employees, using the “hire date” as the eligibility Created a page for each of the companies and a page for the New Hire employees, with the New Hire menu at the top of the list on the menu page. I have set up auto-enrollment based on the NHL groupsI’m stuck as, for whatever reason, I cannot get the New Hire employee page to show for those new hires only.  It automatically defaults to their company page.  Any help and suggestions would be great.   

Hi team -We are rolling the My Team feature out to thousands of users. The problem is, under Reports, we have no need for the Users - Certifications report and would consider it confusing because our certifications are not provided by Docebo but are actual proctored exams issued by another vendor. Therefore, we want to hide it! Is this possible via CSS?

Has anyone matrixed out the ILT Course and enrollment statuses by the user performing the action and the admin performing the action, and then also with how that status shows in reporting? We are seeing differences in the course enrollment status if a user enrolls/unenrolls vs the admin doing it through the enrollment screen.  And then in reporting on this course, there is still the ‘Subscribed’ status which has been deprecated from the course management screen. We have a user that has enrolled into a course and session, shows in progress, and then unenrolled from the session yet still remains in progress instead of reverting back to enrolled which is what they should have since there is no longer a session enrollment.  There is no training material associated with this ILT course 

Hello Fellow Admins, I noticed we have a suspended status option available for course enrollments.What is the use case for this status? Should this be used when archiving courses for learners who did not complete the course? What do you use it for at your company? Thanks!

I used Adobe Captivate to set up a course, published it.  It was added to central repository, assigned to a course and put in a learning plan. When I access the learning plan and play through the course, I can take the entire thing but the Docebo progress bar never shows it is as “complete”.  I only see “in progress” and “pick up where you left off learning”.Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?  I want to make sure our learners are getting credit for learning plans they have completed.  Thanks!

HiIs there a way that the sessions can have an indicator to show how many places are available/remaining for an ILT session?Our sessions have a cap of 8 and it would be great if this can countdown (either with 7/8, 6/8 or x seats available) so that when people are booking they know whcih session will be right for them.We have scenarios where more than one person from a company may want to attend the same session and knowing how many spaces are available will help them to pick the right one.THank you
