I’ve been reading through the DKB, and can’t find a clear description. When running a learner report of course engagement, I see two metrics that I’d like a more accurate description for - Number of Actions Number of SessionsWhat is defined as an action? Is it any time the course is open regardless of training material? Is a session any time the open the course shell, or does session have a different definition? Thanks in advance! On a side note I loathe that this report exports training time in seconds. Given that we have to input things in a specific format, converting this number in our analytics tool is painful. 

We have a User that Completed a course 9/3/2021.She took the course again yesterday, Completed it, but does not show a Completion Date of 4 Jan 2022. It is still showing Completed on 9/3/2021. Any idea why the last Completion Date is not showing? 

Is there a way to set up a notification that tells the learner that they were enrolled to a course but by who?Instead of it being a general enrollment notice email that they are enrolled to a course, it can be: You were enrolled to Communications 101 by Sam Smith (the one that enrolled them) or by HR etc. I can’t seem to figure it out.

Hello! First time posting here and trying to wrap my head around power users. We sell all of our courses and certification programs and would like to provide the option for our partners admins to enroll and purchase courses for their users. I’m not sure how to accomplish this with the power-user permission settings and hoping to get some guidance.  This community has been a tremendous help, thank you all for your contributions! 

We publish courses in three languages, and during implementation I was advised to use the same code for all 3 versions of a course to make it easier to report collectively. However, after using Docebo for a while now, I think I would prefer to use seperate codes for each language. If you publish courses in different languages, how do you handle the course codes? Do you use a common or a unique code? And in your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

Hi everyone,We have created a beautiful video we want to use for our background on the sign in page.The video contains audio but when I upload it and then go to the sign in page, there is no audio.Does anyone know if audio is possible for this? Hi all, Is there a way to turn off the page info boxes?  After several months those are really starting to annoy people. I know you use the ? to hide them but next page they come back. We I turn them off all together?

Good Morning Community, I’m attempting to find the best way to add a Canva project to my elearning course.  While I realize I can link this and have the user travel out of the course shell, I’d prefer for them to watch the content within the player.  I’ve attempted using an iframe, however, I’m having trouble with Canva connecting.  I did ensure that Canva was on the safe iframe list as well.  I’ve tried using the embed code as an html asset as well as the iframe widget at the bottom (the latter really not being ideal).  Neither work.  Any guidance would be great!

Issue: The user can download the course completion certificate without completing the course Fix attempts: Added a quiz and file download as prerequisites for course completion. Also contacted tech support with Docebo: they said it had something to do with Activating and Managing the HTTPS App but I confirmed that the URL we set up that redirects from our HRIS for single sign-on is the same domain we have on our backend.  

We have a slightly odd situation where we have assets that are in a large number of channels, in this case the asset is an infographic showing how to use the share option in coach and share.Some of the channels are restricted to a branch and others are public and open to all branches...and I realise as I type this that the solution is probably going to be not to reuse the assets in this way.Over the weekend a learner hasasked a question about the asset...and the notification about the question went to experts in the restricted channel who do not know the learner.  Is this how we should expect the notification to behave?  We have previously had to turn off other notifications where the system rules seemed too loose, has anyone else come across this scenario?

Hi all, we are a new customer onboarding to the Docebo LMS currently. Looking forward to hearing from the wisdom of the group. We’ve been experiencing many, many bugs while standing up the platform. For example, “Upload Course” button stops responding when updating a version of a SCORM course from the CLOR, buttons stop responding and deleting widgets will not work suddenly when building widget pages, the grey lightbox/background pops up when in enrollments but no other navigation does/completely missing, etc., etc., etc. Generally the only fix to this is to restart our computer. Clearing cache, log in/out, etc., doesn’t work. We use Chrome as standard on Macs. Is this the norm that others are experiencing? It’s really worrying me if this is the experience just from the admin side...what will the Learner/User experience be like.

Hello everyone,  We’ve been using Comslider on our platform for a while now with no issues. It appears that after this past weekend our slider won’t slide. Our team hasn’t made any changes on the Comslider side of things. Has anyone else experienced issues with Comslider lately? 

I created a quiz in Docebo with a multi-answer question and the check box is not aligning with the answer option. Please see below and you can see that the check box is quite a bit lower than the “Dis.” Is there a way to fix this? 

OK. What am I missing? Why can’t I send a notification to a user that their single course enrollment due date is looming large and they haven’t completed the course?I see the parked idea about tying notifications to due dates. Which tells me maybe I’m NOT crazy.So, what are you all doing to work around this problem? Putting a single course in a learning plan with days of validity or enrollment end dates? Using certifications?

Hello! Thanks for everyone’s help so far on my other questions :) We are hoping to launch next week so I’m doing some last minute checks & setup… I’d like to send users a regular (e.g. weekly) notification if they have any outstanding expired courses yet to completed. Most of our staff are pretty good at completing things in time but there are always exceptions... I’ve seen the notification setting that allows you to send a message a set amount of time after expiry, but is there a way to have this notification automatically repeat, or can it only be done once? If there is a way of setting it up so it repeats, could you let me know please? Thanks again,Rob

Hello - we are using Zoom for all of our courses but would like to also add some larger open webinars using another tool such as On24 or something designed for a large webinar.  Can anyone recommend a good one that integrates well with Docebo? Thanks,

We are new Dochebo users, and we have a question we’re really struggling with.Before Dochebo, when someone was late on a required compliance training the supervisor would get a notification in addition to the employee.As we have set up Docebo we realized expiry dates are not going to work for us because employees need the ability to complete a training even if they are late.So with these two things in mind we set up a notification inside Docebo that we can click the button to manually send to Supervisors who have an employee with past due training. In that email we don’t see a way to include which of their direct reports is late, so we though we’d direct them to the My Team page.However, when you first land on the My Team page, it shows 0 courses are past due. We understand they can click on the user to go to that user’s My Activity page and figure it out from there, but that amount of work with the visual confusion will not work. When My Skills was added to the user profiles it created two notification pop-ups. One on the landing page (“MySkills added to your profile”), and one when you navigate to MySkills (“Fresh Content for You”).Those are useful for introducing the new functionality or for infrequent users, but can be annoying for more frequent users.Any advice on how to turn those pop-ups on or off? Either to allow users to choose pop-ups (or not), or as admins, to control how long or how many times it pops up.

Hi all! So I’ve been looking about before asking, as I don’t want to re-post. I was wondering if there was any way to schedule a one time emailed report that does *not* re-occur? I’m currently writing up a powershell script to be put in task manager for this, but some of our power users would need this functionality as well. Any knowledge or recommendations would be great! We’ve just ran into instances where it’s been forgotten to turn off the re occurring portion and the reports go out unintentionally. 

Is it possible to create a collection of badges that get consolidated into a single badge when a user earns every badge within the collection?For example we would offer five badges that each signify a core competency tied to individual courses and learners would earn them one at a time as they completed the first four. But when they finished the fifth they would have their first four badges removed and replaced with a different badge that signified that they’d completed the larger program that represented all five. This single badge would essentially consolidate the five that they’ve earned and recognize that they’d completed a larger program. 

How to create user in particular branch through APIPOST /manage/v1/userThe setting "orgchart": { "__branch_id__": 8 },in payload does not work. The user always is created in root branch. The only way to change branch is from UI.

Hi all, does anyone know if it possible to display user related additional fields in the enrollment overview?As we are using Docebo for customer training it would be helpful for our internal staff if they would not only see the name of the learner but also to which company they belong. Company name is an additional field on the user we have created but so far we didn’t find a way to display this field on the enrollment tab in the course. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? ThanksFranzi
