Hi! Can only super users see the content marketplace on their admin menu? Or is there a way for power users to see this? I saw this in the “idea” section before but not sure if there’s a way to grant this access now. thank you!

I have auto enrollments set up for new hires and I don’t see a way to set a deadline (or in Docebo-speak, an ‘expiration date’ - confusing terminology also). Am I missing something? Is it possible to set a deadline when setting up an auto enrollment?

Is there a way to hide the Search content in the platform bar on the top of the page for certain users?We have managers or power users that we need to have access to see the progress of certain users but we don’t want them to be able to enroll in the courses themselves (it should be paid for) but they can only see the progress of the courses for the users if they have access to the courses as well. So they are able to search for a course in the search bar and enroll in it. Is this possible? 

We would like to have reports containing following information Report 1 - Session Title, Session date, Session Time, Maximum Bookings, Number of enrolments including 0.Report 2 - Name and date of the sessions where attendance has not been marked. 

Hello,Our platform has several hundred user accounts that have never logged in. Before we deactivate them, I wanted to potentially leverage the "User has not logged in (in a specific time period)" notification. It is currently turned OFF.The default for the notification appears to be seven days after the event or account creation. If I change the period to 60 or 75 days and then enable the notification, will Docebo go back and process accounts with those specific time parameters? As we move forward, the plan is to turn the notification on with a standard 7-day window.Can I also have two versions of the notification running? One version runs at the 7-day period, and then another takes the same action but at a later period, say 60-days after account creation.

Hi there community, Do you know if it is possible to change an assignment score? An instructor of ours accidentaly graded an assignment as 0/100 and passed. I would like to change the zero to the actual and correct grade the learner got. Is this still possible after grading?   

Does anyone know why it’s often impossible to return directly to the previous page in the Admin Menu and other areas of Docebo? It’s possible at the very top of the menu, but once I get to second level links or below, there’s no way to do it. This adds to the workload when editing multiple courses or users, because once you’ve loaded a page there’s no direct path back to the previous one. For example, right now I’m editing the course code for almost 80 courses spread over 4 pages in Course Management. Once I’m on page 2 of the course list, clicking the back arrow in either Docebo or my browser always returns me to page 1 rather than page 2. This isn’t a big deal if you only have a few edits to make, but it can get frustrating when you have many to do. I tried getting around this by opening the edit link in a new tab, but for some reason that option is disabled as well.

I have created a course and session and am attempting to import the events. I keep striking an error on Session_UUID. What is this field and where do I find the information? Alternatively, where do I find the Session ID? 

Hi,I have setup course catalog and added courseA which are displayed on internal page only. When the learner is in the group which has permission to enroll and log-in as the learner, I can see the specified courseA in the catalog only. However, when the learner is not in the group which has permission to enroll and log-in as the learner, I can see not only the courseA in the course catalog but also other courses. Is there any configuration I am missing?

The fact that groups are not auto-updating is really upsetting my users.How do you instruct your users?

Is there a way of renaming this page to ‘External/local training’?  We want local department training to be recorded by the individuals rather than centrally, but at the moment the name makes it sound like you should only record training you have done externally to the organisation.  Can it be renamed (I looked in the localisation tool and couldn't find a way)  

Hello all, I have a situation here and I need help.for an employee to board an oil rig, he must have all valid certificates. In some situations, with the proper approvals, he may ship with some expired certificates (waiver certification). How can we deal with these situations?

HiI would like to ad some more text like “Click her for learninplan”, or something like that, in the pink slide up panel in the picture below. Just to make it a bit mor obvious, and easy to revert back to the learning plan. Anyone that has a good solution for that?  

Hello community,May I know how can I generate a report that can list down registered users that haven't been enrolled to any courses/LPs in the platform?Our client has close to 500 courses in the platform. Quite troublesome for them to check who else in their registered users that haven’t been enrolled to courses/LPs. They are also looking at this report to check against their Power BI report as it doesn’t seem to tally.Is there a way that we can generate such report, either directly from the platform or using API?Thank you.

I am not sure if I missed this some where or if this function exists but a manager was wondering if it is possible to have a pop up or banner appear on the homepage for certain groups or those that are in a course to remind them to submit the survey? Or would this be an email notification instead?

Since the move to the data lake and the new process of 4hr refreshes, it seems this process is hit and miss...Over the weekend ran some reports and all went fine...today, on 2 separate client site, both reports and other background jobs are completely stalled. Nothing running for hours. Have 2 outstanding tickets…Question to the Community...anyone else experiencing these serious latency issues with reports and b/g jobs?

We have created a number of specific reports for users that are periodically delivered to the users, a functionality that is very much appreciated. But the admin that creates the report gets a notification (on the bell, in the web interface) for every report. This is fine for one or two, but it becomes a problem as the number increases. Especially when large numbers of them are delivered on Monday morning.This is an awesome notification for the user. But is there a way to turn this notification off for admin that created the report?

I don’t see a way to do it, but won’t be the first time I’ve missed something.Anyone know if a power user can be given permission to manually assign badges in gamification?

You know the drop down time zones when you create an event? I want to get copy the entire list for one of my Teams who coordinate programs all over the world. Does anyone know where I can find this exact Docebo dropdown list?  

I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this? 

Can someone please explain to me how we can add a course to someone's record, without that course being visible for people to book on.We are running some closed courses and we want the people who attend to see it on their record.  However I’m worried that if I create a course and add them to it, this course will suddenly be visible to other users and confuse them.Is this possible?Karl 

Dear community membersI have tried to create a new page showing courses on a page. I’ve tried both Catalogs and Channels, but none of them is satisfactoryChannel display the course enrollment status () but is impossible to sort by course codes () Catalog all the course sorting but the enrollment statuses tags disappear !Any suggestions ?

I’m re-designing our LMS homepage & I’m looking for an option to create a slideshow/Carousel using HTML code.  I’m not a PRO in using the HTML code, Any helps? Current task list widget in home page shows only the upcoming due courses, if date exceeds it shows no due/no pending course for the learners and it cause more confuse to the learners when we sent manually overdue list to them.As a workaround, I created a HTML widget and utilized as an Announcement/NEWS area to inform the learners about the due date for the compliance course (it’s a high priority). Still, I’m looking the way to improvise the visibility of overdue courses to learners (already we enabled overdue emails).I reviewed the topic Design inspiration: Creative ways to design your homepage & wondering how others design their homepage more efficiently for their learners.How are you addressing the overdue courses to the learners thru homepage? Any best practice to re-design the homepage using HTML widgets? 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to upload your own page icon? I think that would be quite a nice option to have.Page Icon 

As an Admi/Power User can I upload assets to Channels or the platform? Or can only users upload assets once the Channels have been created?
