Hi Community,I am running into an issue I can’t seem to solve. I am trying to sell my certifications (Learning Plans). I have my learning plan advertised on my login page. If someone enrolls in the course and then registers they are fine. But if I have someone register for my program, once they are logged in they no longer see the learning plans that I am selling. I am thinking this has something to do with catalogs. I have the catalogs set up and the learning plans assigned to the catalog. I think this might have to do with the catalog being external only but I am struggling to know how to make the catalog/learning plans internal. Any ideas on what I can do to get my learning plans to show and allow used to enroll in them once someone registered for the LMS but has yet to enrolled in a learning plan?

Hello,I am testing out Sessions/event in a  VILT/ILT course and noticed that Users are only being marked present in the session but are not being marked as complete for the course. Is there a specific setting I need to make sure to have mark? Thank you, 

What permissions are needed to allow power users to add materials and courses to the central repository? 

The newsletter function offered is amazing but at the same time creating issues for privacy. We often use newsletter to send out to a big amount of users and unfortunately we cannot give them the choice to unsubscribe… and/or do not reply. Does any one has encountered this issue and has a solution? All I can think of is to create a mandatory additional field question for all users on my platform : Do you opt in to select our newsletter? . Then create an automatic group based on yes/no answer. When sending out a newsletter, I can restrict to only people who opted to Yes group. Would this work? Any better suggestions? 

Does anyone successfully use the Newsletter Function? If so could you send me your layouts/templates? I’m nervous about using it, but we are in desperate need of an update going out with all the info and would love sending it from the platform. From what I understand there are not previews or historic tracking on them, does that keep most of you from using it? I’d love to chat about this feature! Let me know what you think...good or bad!

I am an Instructional Designer at a software company and I am creating training material for our clients on how to use our new software platform. A key feature of the new software platform is that specific pages in the software platform link to explanatory training material in Docebo. The software platform is still in development and as a result I am frequently updating our training material to reflect changes in the software. I am running into an issue when it comes to linking to this updated training material from the new software platform. Currently, to make revisions to training material on the platform I update the material on Rise, export a SCORM file, delete the current training material in Docebo and reupload the revised version. This process results in the training material getting a new URL in Docebo, which in turn breaks the link from our software platform to the training material. This means that every time I update the training material, I also have to update the links in

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Every single course in our course catalog says “new” on the course tile. These are not courses that are in the “New Course” catalog. It’s stumping me. 

Hey friends! We have a custom domain, learning.ourcompany.com. We have configured the SSL cert and DNS properly, and we can access the site no problem UNLESS we are on our internal network. We use windows DNS manager for our internal network and we have tried adding a CNAME Alias pointing to ourcompany.docebosaas.com, but that isn’t working. We’ve whitelisted the domains that the Docebo support team told us to whitelist. We can get to ourcompany.docebosaas.com via our internal network, but not to our custom domain. Docebo support team is saying they can’t help us any further because this is an internal network config.  So my question to you fine folks is: has anyone come across this kind of issue before with an internal DNS manager, and what was the config that fixed it? My stakeholder wants to restrict email or SSO use for registering to the LMS.I just asked Docebo help center to activate the Subscription codes app.My quesion is: Is there a way to use these codes to both register and asssign courses ?Most of the time is only one course

One of our courses has a survey as the primary content item.  When a learner exits the course prior to completing the survey, it is not saving a learner’s progress.  Any suggestions on how we can fix this?

Currently “in progress” courses show as having a black background, which matches the background of “completed” courses.  Could this be a different color so it’s more eye-catching to the user?  Or stay green until it’s completed?  

Hi all,I would like to export a simple list in xlsx or csv format showing the following three fields for all E-Learning courses on our platform. I had a look at the custom reports builder, but couldn’t find a way to do this. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this using the native tools in Docebo?Course code Course name Course creation date

I wat to generate a report that displays ecommerce transactions by month and per course. Currently, when geerating the report, it captures all transation within our system - is it possible to generate a report for a single month? thank you.

Hello All, We had some ILT course management issues which caused the wrong completion date to be updated.I'm looking for an API to perform the correction. The only one I found was /learn/v1/enrollments, but I can only update multiple users, in the same course, same session and same completion date. This generates a lot of processing.Can you suggest another endpoint that I can update in a single processing, multiple users, multiple courses, multiple sessions and multiple completion dates?Thank you.  

Hello Docebo Community,Our team encountered an unexpected issue this morning and we were wondering if anyone has seen this before and / or if anyone has any idea as to root cause. As you’ll see in the screenshot below, the image associated with the question is presenting an error to the user. We were able to verify it is not a local issue and is experienced by multiple users.We are attempting to re-upload / re-apply the images to correct the problem for now.  Thanks ahead of time for any help or insight you can provide!  

I am working on a side project to share to do two things:Make it easier to develop/track your custom CSS changes Create CSS changes for those not comfortable with typical formatting or creating of those CSS changes.Obviously these will start at a more basic level to try it out, and the pro’s on here, sorry this is not aimed at you. I have searched around and picked a couple of nice ones to start with that seem to be fairly common instances of like show/hide/change color items, but want to see if I’m missing anything major or big gaps to consider.Help me out by adding what you find to be the more common modifications (don’t have to share the code, but if you can describe the change and its impact, before/after images welcome!)Thanks! 

Is there any way to allow Docebo to “show all” or at least show a specific number of returns in generated lists, such as Learning Plans, Notifications, Registrants, etc? It’s really annoying to have to scroll through 6 “pages” to see all 53 course registrants. Thanks!

I set up an exam with a fee. The test taker fails the exam, and she/he wants to retake it by making the payment again. The course page stays on the test report and her status stays in-progress. How can we automate the process that she can find the “add to cart” button after failing the test?

If I failed the exam for the first time, but I don’t see anywhere I can take the exam for the second attempt. On my score page it shows ‘maximum attempts reached’ after my first try. Is there anything I didn’t set it correctly? 

Doing a temperature check here, do you know of any challenges with Go1 content and Chrome version release 95.xxxx.xx? I have people getting to a blank page when they click on the Start Learning Now with these browsers.I typically release courses in “lightbox” mode, but I may have to change the approach to fend off this issue. 

We have ~22 exams that we use as prereqs for advanced level courses across 19 products. The exams are only good for 1 calendar year. We do not use the in system certification functionality. The exam (elarning course shell with a test) serves this purpose.  In our previous system we would report on each of the questions to determine the percentage of time the question was answered correctly. If it was a low percentage then we’d look at the question to make sure it wasn’t poorly worded or make sure the content wasn’t removed from the courses leading up to it. I have two questions I’m looking for help with: Does anyone else report on your questions to determine the pass rate on the individual question, or have any suggestions on accomplishing this? What have you found to be the easiest/best way to update questions in the question bank before added them to a new exam?
