The cookie popup is causing big problems for our mobile users.  our cookie policy is in our privacy policy anyway, so there’s no point in a glitchy popup.  I know Docebo doesn’t like people hiding this, but it should be up to ME not them IMO. My boss is our chief legal officer, and we are global / she knows all about GDPR, so I feel comfortable doing this. 

This default page is ominous, any way we can provide better information to a user, like adding our own support contact info? How do I overhaul this 403 page? 

I’m sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, but I’m curious if anyone has found a way/workaround to hide future ILT sessions? We’d love to be able to schedule future sessions for a course in bulk (all sessions for the next 6+ months), but only show a few month’s sessions at a time to reduce enrollments for sessions 3+ months out. Anyone know if this is possible?Thanks! 

Does anyone know how to pull a course completion report that includes content version information?  We are just starting to use versioning and trying to figure out the limitations.  For instance can you trigger a course with recently versioned content to change a user’s course completion status?  Can you auto-assign a course based upon the version that was completed in past?  Thank you in advance for any experiential advice you are able to provide.  

We’d like to award a "Welcome Badge" to our first-time users or to those who have finished their first course. However, we discovered an issue in which the badge is awarded repeatedly as users complete more courses, doubling their points. Do you have any suggestions for how we could apply this only once for each user?

When a user is enrolled in a Learning Plan, their default ‘My Courses and Learning Plans’ screen shows the tile for the Learning Plan AND the tiles for all of the individual courses within that plan.Is there a setting that will automatically hide the Course tiles and just display the single Learning Plan tile?  (The default is very confusing to our users who are, by definition, new to our company and Docebo at the time these onboarding plans are assigned.)

HiWhat is the way to set the color of the header icons/buttons (?, Gamification, Notifications etc) ?I’ve tried /*question mark menu color*/ #ui-button-icon-4{ color: #f1f1f1 !important;but although the CSS reference is right (Display:none works), the color will not change.Does anybody know a solution? (P.S about the same question for the breadcrumb bar color and text color) thanks, 

Allow tags from Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo and allow us to add the tags to the right location of the home page HTML code such as adding a Google Analytics 4 tag to the header and body of the home page.  We need a way to directly add Google tags to the header and the body as specified by Google.       

As most of GA users know, On July 1, 2023, standard Universal Analytics properties will stop processing new hits.My question to Docebo is- how are you planning to deploy the support of the new GA4 property? what are the planned delivery dates? when this will be available on sandbox and production?As this was announced long ago, and still have some time ahead, there is no reason for Docebo not to be prepared enough to make sure data collection will not be affected. Thanks,Omer

Is it possible to create a test within Docebo that offers scoring based on how many questions were answered correctly in the allotted amount of time out of the number of questions attempted rather than out of the total number of questions?An example of what I’m trying to achieve: A test has a time limit of 1 minute with 10 total questions. A participant is able to answer 5 of the 10 questions within the 1 min time limit and gets 4 of those 5 questions correct. They receive a final score of 80%. So far I can only get the score out of the total available questions rather than just the questions attempted. In the example above the learner receives a score of 40% instead of 80%.   

The icons for course element status are the same and in our UX also very similar colours. We have a couple of videos that never mark complete because they are not quite watched till the end. Unfortunately they are not our videos so I can’t clip them. I wonder if there is a way to change the icons that display for In Progress or Completed to make it more obvious. I don’t find this in the settings but I thought someone may know how to do it with CSS. Many thanks!Aimee *circled ones are In Progress the other two are completed. 

Hi everyone,I’m almost certain the problem I have must be solved by creating two ILT courses, but I was wanting to check if it is possible to have an ILT course with more than one Zoom webinar sessions (say 1 event per session) and allow learners to enrol in more than one of the sessions?I cannot see a way for this to occur.In my problem I am trying to solve I have 8 different sessions, and learners will typically enrol in one, but some of them will need to enrol in more than one. As a learner in my tests, you can swap sessions, but not enrol in more than one without a Tutor/Instructor doing it for them. This is not possible in my case with 1000s of people involved.If someone can confirm my theory, thanks. Even better, can I make this work somehow within one course?

Is it possible to have the Activity Overview Widget to show the sessions and enrollments of all users? As a superadmin I have no use of seeing my own activities but would love to see statistics of all users.

I am working on a Salesforce integration in our Sandbox and I want to go through taking a course as different types of users we support to make sure the slight change in interface doesn’t have any impacts. I have a short course to use for testing. I want to set my account to the different users and then go through the course. But each time I do this I would first Iike to “wipe out” my past training records for the course, but I can’t seem to do that.If I change enrollment status complete back to enrolled then as soon as I start going through the course it shows complete. I unenrolled myself from the course and as soon as I enrolled myself back in it shows complete.My only choice seems to be, use a test user (meaning having to get them setup in multiple sandboxes SF and Docebo), use them for a course then delete them and add them back and start again.How do other superadmins do this testing?

Evening everyone. So we have access to Go1 for access to over 50K courses.Cool.  I have people showing up asking for leadership courses and courses for managers, but that does not help when you start off at ground zero.And so - that question of the day? What method do you use to help curate content forward from Go1?

We need to assign New Hires for a specific group training after they have been here for 3 weeks. We know that we need to set up a group Then set up an Enrollment Rule to assign a Learning Plan to that group of people We have an additional user field labeled “State Date”. Users are added every week. What can we use to get the users added to the group after 3 weeks from start date?  

Has anyone imported “Is Manager” and “Direct Manager” in an automated way into the system?  If so how?  Do you use the API?  Do you use LDAP?     I have SSO setup but it does not pull in all the fields I need and I want to make sure we have an automated way (Not CSV file) to do this. Thank youEric VanAuken

Hello, My company is trying to track licensing for a specific state. The application will need different managers signatures. The user will first have to download a workbook, answer a few questions, and the application will have to be uploaded by one of the managers. I would like to have this done as an assignment, however, this same application will need to be downloaded and filled out by the user. Is it possible for the user to download an assignment that is uploaded by a manager or is there another way for it to be done?  

During the conference in 2022, someone asked about the capability of adding a Learning Plan to another Learning Plan, does anyone know if this is in the works, or just a thought?

Is there a way to create a link that will automatically sign up a user for the session link they click? 

When creating new course, can one of the tabs be Reports/Custom Reports and enable to option to attach the course to the existing custom reports/reports at the point of course creation?

Hi,I want our managers to be notified when someone in their team has enrolled on a session.  ‘Managers’ doesn't seem to be an option in this particular notification but i have seen it in others. Is this type of notification possible?
