Hey guys - looking to review and manage our users more effectively. I’d like to be able to add a title or group identifier in their user profile grid. Is that possible? Thanks!  

Hi! I have a coworker who is responsible for a Buddy Program for new hires and also for a Mentor Program for staff looking to network or develop their skills. She was using a separate program, but she was not happy with it, so we want to explore what we can do to support her with Docebo. We currently do not have Docebo Connect or Docebo Coach and Share (someday, hopefully!), so we’re looking for tools we can implement with the platform as is.Her program is a hybrid of Zoom meetings and assignments. She’d like for the mentor and mentee to be able to record notes that the other person would respond to, and she would like them to be recorded in the system so that they can be referenced later.We have a number of tools at our disposal, so I feel like this has to be possible using what we have, but I’m not seeing the big picture just yet. Docebo Using Browser on MobileIdeally, we want the interface to fully show the course for our users when using their phones to view courses. They can see the course title, the buttons embedded within Docebo, the entire slide, as well as the player buttons of the course. At times the top is cut off and the player buttons for the course are then pushed to the side. Other times, the view shows the tabs and essentially cuts off the bottom part of the course. In order to see the entire course with its player buttons and the Docebo interface, I had to go into my phone and “Hide Toolbar.” This may be too much to ask of our users without causing confusion. Once I hid the toolbar, the course displays correctly. I tried to upload screen shots but I wasn’t able to create the ticket.  If anyone has any thoughts I can more fully share.  

Looking for a good way to select all users in a group and add them as a power users without having to use CSVs or API.  Seems like something that should be easy and I’m not seeing it. 

I am trying to embed an external AI coach into the platform - through an HTML widget link. When I add the link it removes the microphone access and therefore the AI coach does not work. Is there any way around this?

Hello Community!We are going to change our HRIS system and part of the project is to look at the downstream systems where our LMS is one of them. The new HRIS system means we need to make some changes here & there is Docebo and one of the overhauls is the branch codes.Could you experts help me on what is the most easiest and quickest way to update branch codes for the organizational structure which is on one hierarchical tree in one go?I know it can be done individually branch by branch but let’s not go there as that is too time consuming and manual heavy as our org. structure is not light, oh no no.I appreciate the help and therefore, thank you already!

CEU tracking is vital for our organization. We are interested in a way to get CEU’s gained from internally completed courses (this is CEUs gained from the completion of Courses, and Learning Plan’s managed in Docebo). We also want to track CEUs that have been gained by our users via “My Added Learning” which the user adds themselves and often includes CEUs. We need this in one single report, but External training (training added using My Added Learning) is not available in the My Transcript for Learners and can only be generated as two separate reports using User - Courses and User - External Training    We need 1 report that consolidates both pieces of information in lieu of the fact that this is not possible in My Transcript

Hello All - I’m looking for a way to upload Microsoft Word documents so that any changes made to them are automatically reflected. We’d like to avoid having the files available only as downloads that require copy/pasting from a saved version. Ideally, employees should be able to copy and paste directly from the document without needing to download it, while still allowing us to edit and update the original Word files as needed. Hi there, I need to figure out how to best handle unlocking courses or auto-enrollments with a learning plan setup that looks like this:Learning Plans are based on topics (e.g. Communication Skills, Horseback Riding, Ballroom Dancing) and contain courses on the same subject but on different levels Every new employee starts at the Basic Level. During their probationary period, they need to complete all the “Basic Level” courses in different learning plans but should not have access to the higher level courses yet (which are in the same learning plans). During this time they are required to complete all of their “Basic Level” courses Once they pass their probationary period and have completed all of their basic level courses, they should get access to all intermediate level courses. Hello Community!  Is anyone aware if there is a way to configure an Observation Checklist, or other, that include two questions, one for a user to answer and a different question for an instructor to answer?  Use Case: 1st question to route to Instructor: “By answering “YES”, I certify that this operator has demonstrated the minimum competency to perform assigned tasks independently through review and mentorship of…..” 2nd question to route to User (Operator):  By answering “YES”, I understand I am authorized to perform tasks and acknowledge that I am capable of performing assigned tasks independently.”It doesn't appear that this is an option in the platform but I have learned more from this Community than in Knowledge Articles, so I wanted to throw this out there.Thank you!

Nice.If you dont want insights out there just yet….because you believe the folks at your organization will need a little more of a hand with a tool like it?Know that you can disable it under Advanced Settings > Teams and managers | My team dashboards. It was on by default for us.We turned this one off just for now…. 

Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!

We are trying to use a small group of SMEs to help with grading assignments on some technical assignments. This is part of a Learning Path filled with E-Learning courses. It seems the only options for grading assignments are to create Superadmins or as Instructors in a ILT.  Since the learners would work on the assignment over several days to a couple weeks, I cannot see how we would use an ILT. We don’t really want to give this group Superadmin permissions across the LMS.  Any ideas on how to set up a small group of graders?

I am attempting to create a group that is automatically populated with People Managers. When I go into the conditions of the group and select User Fields, only Language and Email are available. The people manager flag is not available. Does anyone know if this is possible? or a work-around? Thanks! 

Good morning Community 😊Does anyone know whether it is possible, even via CSS, to hide certain channels from the ‘Ask the Expert’ and ‘Share Content’ sections?We have several channels for the exclusive use of the HR team, so it should not be possible to ask questions/make comments. On the other hand, we are implementing channels that act as a ‘Community’ to foster internal knowledge sharing so we would like to be able to take advantage of the Discover, Coach & Share functions for which it is essential.Has anyone had similar experiences and prevented people from having dozens of channels on which to post content and/or ask questions?Thanks in advance to everyone for the support 😍Edo
