Is it possible to add an out of office closed/winterbreak message that sits at the top of every page? could I do that in CSS without completely messing up my CSS?  Currently, I’m adding a widget to my home pages, but some of my home pages are out of widgets… Any ideas? 

So, we have established a successful instance of SSO for our EE agency. One of their requests is that we only show the SSO button on the login screen. Sure, no problem, that is a setting. Well, now I, a superadmin, cannot login to their domain. Is there a workaround for this? I mean, other than having the client build me an account in Azure, but that isn’t going to happen. 

Widget sizes on a Row layout 1/3 are not unifiorn . The embed video link is much smaller!!!  It looks not nice!!!. How can I pull information from the system on the number of Seats allocated to Power Users and the name of the course the Seats are allocated against. We aren’t using Docebo ecommerce but our website checkout along with a training management system that sits in between. We have no problem pulling information on users enrolled but not those who have been allocated a certain number of Seats.

Is there a way to give a Power User editing rights for one course catalog but not another? We have a HR Power User that would like to run reports of all the courses that a staff member has taken.We have our product trainings in a separate course category than their HR courses. Only the product training Power User should be able to edit the product trainings. We put the HR courses in the HR Power User’s permissions under resource type but if we add the product trainings there, they can also edit those courses but if do not add this to the resources, they can’t run a report with those courses.We just want to add the product trainings as a resource so that they can run reports to include those courses but do not want them to have editing rights. I can’t seem to do this with their Power User profile.

Hello, Is there a way to include user Status in an export from User Management?  I don’t see it as a selection option.  I see Expiration, but this is not the same as a Deactivated status. Thank you!~Diane Jacobi

Internally we call if a Flex offering externally customers see individual courses.  For example:Each week the classroom can accommodate 13 students that are taking various courses comprising of the below:Course 1 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 2 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 3 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 4 max is 13 users per week per week Course 5 max is 3 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 6 max is 13 users per weekHowever we cannot exceed 13 total students from any combination of the above courses per week in the classroom due to class room seating capacity.Also due to all of our integrations our structure for ILT courses is One Course that has one sessio

I know Managers can download their team external certificates but I’d like to know if it is possible for a Manager to upload his direct reports external certificates in external training app without becoming a Power User? Thank you.

We are brand new to Docebo and APIs getting ready to launch our new LMS. We’ve run into issues where we need to use content from two different content providers (Aspire and HealthStream/CE Unlimited), and we can’t pull their content into Docebo. We would like to have centralized reporting in Docebo. For CE Unlimited, they provide a nightly report through their EFT site. I’m not sure about Aspire yet. Is there a way to set up an automation that would pull the completion report and feed it into Docebo so learners can see all of their completions in Docebo?

Hi All, We are leveraging Extended Enterprise following a business acquisition where the new unit needs its own branding and SSO. We have Azure SAML authentication in place for our root users, but the new unit need to connect via OKTA.Possible stupid question.We were hoping to avoid the setup of custom domains and all that entails and I was wondering if it is possible to add a SAML connection (OKTA) to our EE client when The client is a subfolder of the main domain.Any and all advice appreciated.Cheers,Gordon 

Is there a mechanism to export course information? I am looking for the field data and not the attendance information. We just want to be able to sort of “back up” some of the additional data and if there was a way to export all of that data that would be great. Was just wondering if anyone has come across anything like that.

Howdy folks that produce their own content outside of Docebo.A question for those that are authoring in Camtasia often. I am using Camtasia 2022 and we love to leverage the Table of Contents/Markers with our longer training videos.I swear I have produced a video with the youtube style bookmarking along the timeline/scrubber bar. But literally the difference of a week and I cant figure out the way to reproduce that.I do know how to generate a TOC, how to work with markers overall. But that timeline/scrubber bar feature is eluding me.Please help.

I would love and prefer the default view to be ‘Agenda’ instead of ‘Days’ for an ILT but I don’t see a way to change that - does anyone know of anything?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a report that shows a learner’s completion status of each course within a learning plan? Essentially I want to combine fields from the custom reports, Users-Courses and Users-Learning Plans. 

Hi all,I was just wondering what the use case is for enrollment rule notifications.We have quite a few notifications that trigger, say, when a user is enrolled in a learning plan or course, but none are linked to the corresponding enrollment rule. What is the use of doing this opposed to just creating a notification based on enrollment events and not the rule itself?Thanks! Just - super curious about this.  

We have a number of pages featuring a catalog widget presenting as a calendar to allow learners to sign up for ILT.Recently we have had a few ILT Courses drop off these calendars and I have not been able to get them to reappear without recreating the course.I do not know for sure if the drop off is tied to the recent widget update - has anyone else experienced this? 

I want to be able to add a title/subtitle between the catalog widget (highlighted) and search bar. The widget setting itself only allows titles and it will show above the search bar. Does anyone know what I can do? 

Hi, I want to use an observation checklist to be filled by the instructor of an ILT course during the course to evaluate the participants in real-time.However, I am not able to make the observation checklist visible to the instructor. I added the observation checklist in the training material of the ILT course, enrolled users into sessions etc. But the instructor does not get the observation checklist in his ‘My checklists’ Menu for completion. Does anyone have an idea how to make the instructor see the checklists?Additionally, I would like to set the approval of the observation checklist as criterion for completion of the course. Does anyone know if and when yes, how this is possible?Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone had success using AdobeConnect meetings in their ILT sessions or events? I am running into a weird problem where I can add my account information and have Docebo create the events in AdobeConnect, but once I have the event created and opened, every student who joins from Docebo comes over as an iteration of the host and attendence is not tracking. So I get all students in the room with the same name.  Anyone else using Adobe Connect?  

We have several groups that are no longer needed. If I delete a group that we no longer need, does anything happen to the users in the group. Is there enrollment or status in the platform impacted at all?
