[TLDR]: Does anyone have guidance on how to build a custom solution in order to integrate Docebo with Google Calendar?  Hi All, I hope you’re having a 1 cup of coffee/tea day (as opposed to a 4 cup day)! I want to integrate Docebo with Google Calendar to automatically add calendar events when a user is enrolled in a course or ILT session. I’d like the calendar events to live on the users’ primary calendars, so that they will be visible to other people within my organization, like their managers. I’d also like the calendar events to be automatically updated if there are any changes made to the course or ILT session, within Docebo.Docebo Connect is expensive, so I’m exploring the technical route, via webhooks and APIs. I’ve met with my Docebo account and customer success managers for support, but they mostly just tried to upsell Connect. I also met with my IT team, but they were hesitant to build something, without having technical support from Docebo. Does anyone have any tips for how I

We are about to go to a two-catalog system - one for members and one for Non-members. People who come to our library select the courses they want to take, courses are not assigned. That being said, I do ot see where I can assign a learning plan to a particular catalog,  Just like a course, if a learning plan is open to both member and non-member, it will have a different price. Currently, it appears that it goes into an external catalog that we are doing away with.Has anyone found a way around this?  

Hello, Me and my team need specific information about users that are going to enroll in an ILT class. We need to know their specific size for a material (gloves). Is there a way to push a form before they can enroll in a specific ILT session and make it mandatory for them to take that form before they can enroll in the session. Also would it be easy to collect the information from these form ?Thanks

Hi gurus,I’m keen to move from a username login to a login that uses the registered email as the username login.The system allows us to change the login to use the registered email address so I know I can tick that setting and it is swapped over. What I am keen to explore is the best practice steps in making this change.User context: about 7000 users across 36 organisations, mix of user defined usernames and email addresses used already.My thoughts and approach:Create a Newsletter with a notice to all users we are changing to use the registered email as your username in 2 weeks on XXX day. Newsletter will have clear instructions including the users current username and what their new username will be using the form fields Send newsletter to all users, also add to the notifications for all users On the day of the change make it very early before users are using the system. Hello, I am trying to add padding within the HTML/WYSIWYG widget and for some reason no matter what I do it will not work.  Anyone run into a similar issue?  Anyone have some code that I can drop in to reflect some space between the words and border?  

Hihi!  Is there a report or recommended way to find the # of users that have enrolled in our courses? When I run the course report I can see that 12 have enrolled in one course, 20 in another but these might be the same people. We want a count of unique users that have enrolled in our courses. Would the best way be that I sort them by username and then count individually so we can say for example: 98 partners have enrolled in our 65 courses or out of our 375 staff members, 195 have enrolled in courses.Thanks for the help!

Hi, I’m brand new to Docebo. My company is in the middle of onboarding and we are working on moving our data from another LMS.I searched on the KnowledgeBase but couldn’t locate what I’m looking for. Is there a way to upload a CSV with a list of users and courses they completed previously? This would be helpful so that data transfers to our Docebo LMS without having to enroll them and mark them complete manually.

Good morning everyone,We would like to use a team email (we use Outlook) that we created as a "template" for all the notifications we send from Docebo. I've tried doing a simple copy and paste and also pasting the HTML code of the email but we can't visualize all the elements of the original communication (e.g. sources, external links, images, etc.).Does anyone know how to do in such cases to "convert" an outlook email into a template that can be used on Docebo?Thank you very much in advance.Edo

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the top level folder category in other languages from Docebo? I have changed all the folder languages: In English it changes to Keyloop but when I change my language to Italian it is still saying Docebo? Is it in the localisation tool and not under course category does anyone know?  Thanks

Hi everyone,Is there a way to assign an Observation Checklist to a group of instructors rather than a single responsible party?Here is what I am looking to do: We have a training team that will be certifying people through a practical evaluation. They are currently using a paper checklist and I want to digitize that process. I have created the checklist, scheduled it, and assigned it to a course. What I would like to see is any member of this training team to be able to go into this course and sign off on someone’s practical by completing the checklist. However, in the course itself, I can only assign this role to a Manager type (Direct, 2, or 3) or a custom individual (just a single person, no more).I attempted to set up my trainers as Manager 3, but this is an impossible task due to the size of the organization.I can’t even preview the checklist because when I go in, I get the following error message: Is there a better way to do what I am trying to do? I’m open for any advice. 

OK, so all you CSS peeps out there...I have custom CSS that was created by people that are not me.  😀 Working on turning on Gamification and the layout when a user clicks on the trophy icon is not working. I know it’s my custom CSS because if I remove all of it, it display correctly.Can anyone help me determine what ‘stuff’ controls the Gamification displays? Image below is showing the issue… Thanks. 

Hello! Our team is delivering recurring vILT onboarding sessions in Docebo. In a nutshell, we have a single vILT onboarding course with many sessions throughout the year. When new hires join, we ask them to enroll in one of the sessions.  We need help tracking down folks who register for a session but do not attend. We want to follow up with these people to make sure they go back and register for a new session. The challenge is that users who are In Progress could be 1) users who missed a session or 2) users who are registered for a future session. Is there a way to differentiate between the two? Secondly, we want to use notifications to follow up with people who missed a session. We tried using the “Learner has yet to complete course” notification to set up recurring reminders to attend a session, but this also gets sent to users who are registered in future sessions, which was causing a lot of confusion. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Have you ever noticed our slide converter option get Stucks after we successfully load ppt/pdf file and click publish at the end? Page got stuck without showing the content is converted or not. Each time, I need to refresh the page to view the content is published.Is that the same for everyone or did I miss something?

Wondering what is the best way to deal with this scenario. I have an existing branch and users are assigned their learning plans.Now I have a large number of new users I need to assign to that branch. What is the best way to get the new users assigned to a learning plan without the existing users being assigned also.Would like to hear how the more experienced Docebo superadmins do this.

Has anyone created a report/tool to display a users interaction with the LMS? I’m keen to look at what learners do on the platform from registered and then what they do next.I know the audit report for a given period can help a little, but wondering if anyone has done something more sophisticated. I most interested in which pages they visited, courses and enrolments etc.. over time. Like a website and the www server log can be analysed to produce useful reports, seeking something similar.e.g.user registered on platform user visited XYZ page user looked at course XYZ user looked at course ABC user enrolled in course ABC user visited ZYX page user updated profile user unenrolled from course ABC etc..

Hello.I am a brand new Docebo user and have a question about using the Feedback Management - notification message.I’ve inserted a .png file as a header to the top of the notification, but the image is cut off on the right and the rest appears distorted. Hi all, when we go to course management in an ILT session, it’s never in date order, we always have to filter it every single time using the heading.  Any way we can set this up as standard in our system or is there a setting somewhere I have missed?

Hi, I am uploading certificates to a completed course under Training Material and attaching the cert as a file, however, I don’t appear to be able to view the certificate once it has been uploaded, how can I view the certificate when uploaded or is there an easier way to attach all completed certificates to the course? Thank you
