We have several groups that are no longer needed. If I delete a group that we no longer need, does anything happen to the users in the group. Is there enrollment or status in the platform impacted at all? 

Hi there, We are looking to automate how our Power Users are created. Right now, it seems like you have to select every employee that you would like to be a PU in the PU Management option. However, we are expecting that all people leaders in our organization will be assigned a Power User profile. How can we make it so that they are automatically assigned this rather than us manually selecting each leader and updating it every time someone is hired?

I am giving my first webinar using Docebo tomorrow Dec 5th and in the settings I asked for the Join button to be available for the instructor 23 hours before and 15 minutes before for the users. It’s 19 hours before now and I can’t see the button. And I clicked the arrow down (see screenshot). I’m starting to be afraid users won’t have any button to join either. Any idea what I am doing wrong?  

Hello world! Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the due date of a course without changing the enrollment date? We have many people who have not completed manadatory courses but, having passed the deadline, they no longer appear among the to do list on the homepage. Thanks in advance! Edo

Hello everyone, I’m looking to set up notifications to remind learners to complete a course. I need to be able to cc multiple email addresses on the reminders. So far, I haven’t come across anything that shows how to do this. Is it possible? Thanks!

Hello,Fairly new to setting up notifications and I was wondering if someone would be able to talk me through the Digest email “Learner has yet to complete a course” specifically to send to their line manager.Context: We’re setting up mandatory training and require the line managers to take responsibility of their line reports once the line report has missed the deadline. I understand we cant send a a line manager an email detailing all the users outstanding under them, but I believe we can send them individual emails from each user.I’m not sure how the email itself looks. Lets say “Bob” is the learner and “Louise” is the manager, If i set the email up as “Hello, [first name], this is a reminder to complete [course_name]...” and this gets sent to line managers, does it say “Hello, Louise, this is a reminder” or does it say “Hello Bob...” and the line manager just gets a copy?Thank you for any help!

Due to the fact that there was an issue in one of our Scorm Packages, we needed to upload a new version. After doing this, we selected the new version within the course itself.We know that all users that are active working on the course (in progress), will have to start over. For all users that have completed the course, their course learning status will remain the same, but the training material is resettet and scores are deleted.Is their any way to prevent this from happening, because some of our customers use the score within their reports...

hi.just noticed yesterday that there is no logical linkage between the expiration date and the user status, so technically, unless manually updated, a user can still remain active despite their passed expiration date.business wise i don’t see any coherence in that, but anyway, did anyone manage to create such automation between the expiration date and the user status? i’d like all users whose expiration date is reached to change their user status to deactivated.Expiration date is updated via HR interface based on daily batch file and using docebo connect.thanks for the help,ben.

If we have set up an ILT course with 5 sessions, can we limit access to one branch or group to session 1, and then change which group can access session 2, and 3, and 4, and 5?

We have multi-day training workshops where the attendee is registering for the entire workshop. They are not allowed to pick and choose between the agenda items and they are required to attend both days. ILT needs the ability to create multi-day events where the attendee only has to enroll once and it’s clear that the attendee is registering for all required days. I have submitted the idea (see link above), so if you think this would be useful to you, please upvote it. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions or best practices on how your’e handling this system limitation?Thank you!

Hey you wonderful folks of DoceboLand! I have around 50 or so users that signed up but never accessed our LMS. Any thoughts on how to mass email them via a newsletter or something letting them know that I will be deleting them from the system unless they log in? Thanks!

hi everyone,is it possible to generate a report that displays/exports the details entered into the description field for course training materials ? 

I’m struggling a bit with the API documentation.  There are many API calls that leverage the numeric value for field options that are only text-based in the platform, documentation, and help.  For example, “Level” for a course.  I know the options are student (don’t get me started about why it’s “Learner” in the frontend dropdown lists but “student” if you’re using CSV), tutor, instructor.  BUT...which is which numeric value?  I can’t find it ANYWHERE in the resources.  Same thing for “status” I know the options are subscribed, enrolled, in progress, completed, etc.  but what number goes with each status?  If someone can please point me to the place where these lookup values are hidden, I would greatly appreciate it.   

Hello,From time to time, when we create a new Course, we put news about it on our Docebo’s main page (in the custom-made News section).We always include an Enrollment Link (deep link) to said course; however, at the moment it is hard for us to tell how many clicks it generates. Do you know about any way to keep track of this? Perhaps using a third-party tool to change the link while redirecting?Unfortunately, Google Analytics doesn’t show us any results for Enrollment Links and standard link to the course is not exactly the same as it also shows the general amount of views (from my courses and course catalog sections).

I work at a software company and we are experimenting with posting our release notes on Docebo. I am currently uploading the release notes into their own course, but I would rather upload the PDFs directly to their own widget in my customized home page. For example, in the empty space on the bottom left of this page.  Does anyone know how to create a widget that allows users to open PDFs?

Hi there,Just wondering if there is any way to future assign a course on a specific date or, one year after completion of another course.  We have a compliance training that is 5 years long: one course per year.  Each subsequent course must be assigned a year after completion of the previous course.  It would be simple if we just had a small group of people but we hire 10-20 new hires a week who will need to take the course immediately, and then a new course each year for the next 5 years.  So it’s kind of a rolling enrollment for the course.  Each NY new hire must complete the initial course within 60 days of hire.Any thoughts on how to accomplish this task?  I’ve thought of creating groups but the group function only allows info on completion of a course but not the date it was completed.

Tried to take it up with Docebo Support who said it was an issue with Zoom and Zoom Support telling me it must be an issue with the way Docebo makes the link. Our hosts (some 15 people, based in different countries) are successful therapists / medical professionals, mostly employed on a per-event-basis and have their own busy businesses to run outside of that.What do we experience?When we create an ILT event and want to use the Zoom v2 the meeting gets created just fine.HOWEVER, if we make ANY update to the event (even just clicking “Save” without changing anything), i.e. switching the trainer, the original Zoom meeting is deleted and a new one is created.What’s our problem with that?Our hosts are not technologically savvy and all a

Hello, I just migrated from our previous system and launched with Docebo last week! Use case I am trying to solve for: We send out an Onboarding survey (course with a survey) 30 days after a new employees hire date. Has anyone had any luck in creating a group that would include this and trigger 30 days after a users hire date? (I do have the hire date as an Additional Field.)OR...if that is not possible wondering if there is an automated report I could set up to include all users who were hired in the last 30 days or something along those lines. Any help is appreciated! This community has already been invaluable through the launch.

Hi Everyone, How do I set a deadline for a course in a particular learning plan, but have it available as an open course to anyone else who takes it outside of that learning plan? IE- I need everyone in a particular learning plan to finish a course before an ILT session (specific date). This course is a technology course, so anyone at the organization can take it by signing up from the catalog, but there’s no requirement or deadline for taking it.
