Does Docebo have any course templates that you can download and customize?  

Is there a way to run a report which shows who has completed a Learning Plan, together with what parts of the the learning plan they have completed? So far I’ve only been able to find a report which shows who has completed a specific and to what percent complete they are.

Has anyone tested using css to edit the banner at the top of the new course player. We are trying to keep this update as simple as possible and want to just use the same color for all courses across our platform. Docebo support said we could do this through css, but told me they couldn’t help with that. Just curious if anyone has tried this and if they would be willing to share it with us so we can try it in our platform.

Hello This question is about TEST Is there an  option to enable users to modify their answers without allowing them to resume the test when they save and subsequently access it later?My stakeholder wants to allow the learners to go to previous questions and change answers before the final submission.The option “Allow users to swich between pages of the test” disables the option to change the previous answerPlease help@lrnlab @Daniel @dklinger @KMallette 

Is there a way to send a notification to Power Users and/or Admins when there is a pending user waiting to be approved?  Thanks for any help.

Looking for a solution: 100+ users to access courses without enrolling and purchasing training? Users  have purchased content, need them to be able to access 33 courses, select and enroll in course without purchase.  Would Groups work? Pages? APIs? CSS? Any other ideas? 

I am new to the Docebo Community. Though I am completing self-exploration I would like to know if there is a quick-reference to get a feel for the number of courses that are available in our company course catalog.To clarify, I understand that there are “universal” courses that are available from a library of courses and there are courses that are a part of our company course catalog. I would like to distinguish and identify each group of courses. 

Is there a feature that allows us to print the course catalog? 

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has successfully integrated Confluence resources into the Docebo platform and if they had any examples of best practices? We host a range of resources and documentation on Confluence and are looking for a way to push content directly into Docebo (or host from the lms) so that we don’t have to duplicate resources/workload. These are predominantly resources for people to view/browse rather than specific learning objects. If anyone has any examples of using the Docebo Connect tools/API to achieve this or simply the tools already available in the platform to host external resources from Confluence I’d be ever so grateful to view and learn about them! Tagging in some senior members for their input - thanks all! @lrodman @Bfarkas @gstager  Thanks

Several learners mistakenly had enrollment windows added to their enrollments in one of our learning plans. How do I remove those “Active from” and “Active until” dates?Clicking “Edit Enrollment” allows me to change the dates, but I want to remove them completely. Clicking “Reset Date Range for Access” does nothing.  

Hi folks,Slack is very heavily used and preferred as a method of communication for most of our employees, so getting the Slack integration up and running is important for us. However, our security team won’t approve as the Docebo Slack integration asks for too much access (ie access to all private channels) and they weren’t comfortable allowing it. Is it possible in the next version of the Slack integration to allow for custom permissions or other way to manage access to our internal systems? This will allow us to take advantage of this feature and make the lives of our employees (and L&D) much easier. Thanks,Kirk

Ugh. We have so many issues with the Certification and Renewal functionality. We’ve been hearing for YEARS that this is going to be upgraded but it still has serious limitations. Because of this we have decided not to use the option to ‘Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification’. I had (wrongly) assumed that this would prevent the ‘Renew now’ link from showing up in the Activities overview under Certifications. It’s still there! And includes irrelevant information and also prompts users with the option to ‘Alternatively, you can submit a new external activity valid for this certification’. Uhm NO YOU CANNOT.  Does anyone know if it is possible to either:Hide the Renew Now link completely OR Hide the bit about uploading an external certificate?  Lastly, does anyone know when the long awaited update to Certification and retraining will be rolled out?Many thanks,Aimee 

Hi all,I have been looking for a way to automatically send users a reminder when a certain time has passed after enrolment without them starting the course, but I could not find a suitable notification. Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks,Uwe

So our company has two different types of Customer Training. One is standard user training, which includes everything about how to use the product, concepts to understand, etc. The other is developer training. This is things like how to use our API’s, what to consider when integrating with our product, etc. The developer training is created and managed be our Developer Relations team, who use open source technologies to present this training. They have their own reasons for using this as opposed to Docebo which I won’t go into here. My question is, does anyone else have training outside of Docebo that they list inside Docebo? I’m not talking about the External Training function, which allows users to list external training they’ve completed. I’m more talking about having users be able to search for and be directed to external training that’s available. Since Docebo doesn’t have a feature like this, has anyone else run into this problem and what did you do to solve it? Thanks in advance

Hi there! When you go in to the course catalog that you have access to, it shows 4 pages you can arrow through with 6 cards (courses) on each page, however, we have a ton of courses available. To see all courses, you have to click on the catalog name, which is not so intuitive for our users and it makes them feel that there isn’t much content available. Is there a setting that can be changed so when you click on the course catalog, it defaults to all courses being displayed?

Hi Everyone,I have 2 use cases that I looking for help on Is there an ability for someone to purchase a course for someone else. EX- John wants to gift a course to Sally.' Is there an easy way for someone to purchase multiple seats for their team. EX- John is the manager of a team of 4 and he wants to buy a seat for himself and for his 4 team members.I have looked at the Subscription purchasing model and these two use cases almost seem too simple for it and dont appear to work. its also important that both of the methods be available from the same catalog page and public catalog.Im sure that if there is answer to this question, its a simple one that I should have known, but i appreciate any help anyone can offer :-)Thanks!​​​​​​

Is there some way to get a list of users that have never been active? In trying to filter the Last Access Date you are forced to enter a date range or a relative range, but none of those options will find an empty date that shows up as “Never” on the users personal summary. 

Is there an easy way to eliminate the extra details of the course? we have used custom content boxes and linked directly to the url but i am curious if there is another option.  

I want to be able to create a course equivalency between “Course A” and “Course B” and I want to create an equivalency between “Course B” and “Course C.” However, I do NOT want Course A and Course C to be equivalent.Is there a way to do that?

I want to be able to add materials to ILT courses so that they are available to use by the instructor at the time they want to make them available to students. I don’t want the students to have access to those materials until they are “unlocked” by the instructor for the entire class so that the instructor can keep the students attention on the right thing at the right time. This of this like distributing “Paper” hand outs during a class. In some cases, instructors want to pass out one item at at time, just when it is needed. I want to do the same with electronic “hand-outs” during ILT class. This will allow me to provide consistent materials to local instructors to use during class which provides a more consistent program gobally, convenience for the local instructor and keep the students attention focused on the right thing at the right time. is there away to do this?

Hi - I would like to understand how you manage the assignments for Global courses, especially with multiple instructors to evaluate the assignments. How your instructors identified the learner’s location/region details? Currently, we approached the branch/group conditioning in our email settings, and it addressed just 30% of the requirement. I’m not sure if we can still drill down on the email settings. Is there a way we could include the learner's branch information or location in the user interface (Learner Assignment) or the email settings as below. I think it's impossible. But still wondering is there any workaround for this use case. The email should say: “The learner [user_name] from [branch_information] submitted the assignment for the course [course_name] on [assignment_date]”. Appreciate your input and suggestions.

Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible for a My Team manager to change an enrollment deadline after it has been set? They can set the deadline as shown in the screenshot below, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for them to change it afterwards.  

Hello there! We have a mandatory training course that has been built with Rise 360 and it includes an assessment - the assessment has been built in as a lesson within the Rise module, so it is a part of the SCORM package & has not been built in Docebo platform itself. Compliance have decided that they aren’t happy with one of the questions in the assessment and they want to change it - my only concern is, as this is now a live course, some people have already completed the module...and I don’t want to do anything that’s going to mess with their completion status or test scores! I understand that Docebo doesn’t keep track of individual questions and answers, just the final reported score from the module, so I THINK I should be ok to slightly alter the question without causing any issues...does anyone have experience with this? Is it safe to make the change?  Thanks for your help!
