I have courses which are valid for 2 years. Upon the Validity Period the end date, they should not be accessed any longer (hard deadline). Each course needs to be completed within 90 days of enrollment, so I am setting that in the Days of Validity. I am using the Days of Validity as a ‘due date’ for the learners. These should be soft deadlines. I want them to appear as overdue, but as long as the course itself is still valid, according to the Validity Period, I want learners to still be able to access them. Is this possible? It seems that the Soft Deadline settings apply to both the Validity Period and Days of Validity. If not possible through these settings, how can I manage user-level due dates separately from the overall course validity period?

Hi,I would like to know how we can register a user to multiple courses at the same time without repeating the process for every course, one by one. Thank you! 

Is there a report that allows us to pull all ILT courses scheduled by certain instructors and how many people are registered?

Is it possible to also include the length of the course (timeframe) on the list of assignments? Our users would like to be able to see at a glance how long each training will be so that they can manage their time and eventually encourage quicker completions. 

We use the restrict domains field to allowlist domains for our users to self-register. As a result of a platform migration, we’ll soon have hundreds of domains to add. Does anyone know of a way to add these domains en masse? I’ve tried separating the domains by comma and semicolon, but neither are working for me. 

I have searched and consulted with Docebo on this one.  We put our instructor names in an additional field.  Within the course properties > details - What is the benefit of putting the name of the instructor in the session instructor field?  Is there a report that exports that info?  The reason for my ask is that we had double-booked an instructor for the same date and time without knowledge.  One of our other instructors saw the conflict when she was pulling her attendance info for the 2 days.  I tried to find a report that would give me what instructor is assigned to what session/event and couldn’t find anything.  Support gave me a work around; however, it’s not a pretty export and I have to do some major clean up.  Just wondering….thanking you in advance for your input and insight!!

Based on what I’m reading in the help guides I should be able to edit skills by clicking the ellipses in the skill’s row.  However, I’m not seeing the ellipses to do so.  I only see the unassign option.Is this a change in skill management or am I missing something?

Our users log in using their company email addresses as the Single Sign-On identity. We’ve noticed that when users post comments in the Forum/Comment widgets within the courses, their usernames appear as their company email, which reveals their identity. As we work with multiple clients, it is essential to maintain user privacy and ensure that their identities remain hidden from on another. Is there any way we can anonymize these usernames, without having users manually create a identity-hidden username? Is it possible to randomly generate usernames for the forum purposes? Any insights, recommendations would be appreciated!

I was wondering if there is another setting that we should turn on to allow our users to unenroll from a course that they have not completed?We checked the ´Enable self-unenrollment for this course’ option in our courses under the Enrollment Options but our learners only see ‘Hide’ or ‘Mark as Outdated’ for their courses but not a way to unenroll for the course.

Hey community! I have some assets that were uploaded out of order to a channel and I wanted to see if there was a way to either edit the creation date to use the Newest to Oldest Sorting method or manually set an order of appearance for assets in a channel. Thanks for any help!

Hello DoceboiansI was just wondering what you are using when creating your certificates to make sure your text is appearing correctly on your certificate. As an example, the following code was used:<div style=”width: 1810px; height: 2560px; margin-top: 600px; margin-left: 50px; position: absolute;”><p>[firstname] [lastname]</p><p>[coursename]</p><p>[date_complete format:”d F Y”]</p></div>When looking in the wysiwyg editor this did exactly what we asked of it, however in the certificate preview and certificate download, although it gave the correct information, the text was placed at the top of the screen with no left margin and had moved down only 50px.Has anyone else had similar issues?What did you do to align the text in your certificates with your background image?Any tips you are happy to share?

Hi. I’ve added a HTML/WYSIWYG Widget with custom styles. In web everything is fine, but in mobile app custom css doesn’t work.Are there any ways to make it work?

Have you experienced this issue: Username does not save after updating?email is configured as the username in the platform A student requested to change his username/email address but it keeps on reverting back to the original even after saving the changes.I change the new email, when saving the username remains with the former emailI already tried by clearing cache, cookies but still getting no results @Bfarkas @lrnlab @Annarose.Peterson

May I ask if anyone knows if you are able to edit the assignment submission screen in the course editor?My goal to have my learners only see the “Drop your file here or browse” option and eliminate the “Record you Screen. Hi all. I am trying to create a course that finishes with a test. I want the learner to have an option to watch one of two videos before having access to the test. Nothing jumps out at me as to a way to do this, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas here. The videos are exactly the same, but in different languages. Thanks!

Hi there !May be you can help… I hope :) I would like to create a sort of CVdatabase for Instructor with some additional fields (like : area of expertise, skills...). It would be very helpfull for admin to be able to search an instructor who is the perfect match to ensure a training.So I have created additional fields and set the visibility for the Instructor branch. I was wondering if there is a way for the instructor to update those fields and to maintain data quality ? Because there is a lot of instructors in teh database and it will be very complicated for admin to maintain the data? Thank you very much, CG

Hi everyoneI have set up a custom report, using Courses - Users, to monitor completion progress on a specific list of courses.  I want to report on four courses, three of which are e-learning and one is ILT.Using FILTERS I have identified the four courses and selected All Types (Course Types).  However my report is only showing the e-learning progress.  The ILT course is not mentioned at all.What have I missed?

Hi. Do I need to create two User Enrolled into a Course notification if the course is being assigned to both users and power users? I read through the Notifications Knowledge Base article and believe this is what I need to do, but wanted to confirm before I possibly create notifications that I don’t need.  

Hi All,I’m trying to import 5 rows (Title Fields are defined as 1st row) from a .CSV file.Mapped out all the fields/columns required, but then receive an error file via email (another .csv) and all that appears in it is 5x ‘User does not exist’.All except 1 user already exists in Docebo (for testing), but even that one was not added. Any help is greatly appreciated! We are in the process of transitioning from our current LXP.  We had several RSS feeds and Youtube Channels implemented for informal learning.  These items don’t need to be courses.  Has anyone implemented YoutTube channels or RSS article feeds (such as Harvard Business Review) as learning assets.  If so, did you use Docebo Connect to add as learning assets.

We started using Docebo a few months ago, and are slowly approaching 10k unique users. We have enabled OAuth2 for user authentication.Since launch day we are used the user's e-mail address as the username. However we are developing several integrations that require the username to be the OAuth2 subject claim instead.Experiments shows that choosing the username attribute “subject claim” (“sub”) works fine for new users, but the existing users still remain with their e-mail address as username.Does anyone know of a method, API endpoint, or have tips on how this can be updated for the existing users?

When I set up an Enrollment Deadline, will the user get reminders as the deadline approaches and when the deadline has passed? I don’t want the users to get bombarded by a ton of reminder emails. When a user is In Progress, what happens if I set an Enrollment Deadline?   

I have a SCORM module that I use in a number of courses as part of the various new employee orientation options. The module was uploaded to the Central Repository. How do I run a report on the SCORM module itself to see the finish rate by the various learning paths, or see everyone who has attempted the module in the various courses where it’s included without having to run the report course by course?Thanks!
