Channels have the advantage over catalogs for presenting courses because they include the status markers Not Started, In Progress, or Completed, as appropriate. However, many of our users are confused by the Not Started marker, because they are thinking they are required to take these courses as mandatory learning. Is there a way to hide the Not Started marker, or change it to something like Not Enrolled?

I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.  I am wanting to run a report and see how many completions were earned by actual attendance vs by watching the recording.  I am not seeing any fields available that would give this information. Are we not able to tell how a learner earned the attendance?

Hi,Is there anyway to make the admin gear menu a landing page.  It’s pretty annoying as a superadmin to have to click the gear from the landing page constantly.  It would be better to have it as the main page.

I need to offer a course across my organization and see that everyone has taken it. Based on their department, I want to vary the training materials visible by their branch. Is that something I can set up? If not, what is the fastest way to build this to meet the multiple audience need and allow me to aggregate to see who hasn’t taken it? TIA.

Hello,in our catalogues we have some equal courses but in different languages (italian, french, german and english). I created mutual equivalences for them, in this way a user who complete the course in his/her mothertongue outomatically complete the others equal courses.But I notice that by setting as completed also equivalent courses, the user gain badges and points from all of them and it’s not correct for the logic of gamification. Is there a possibility to add an equivalency option which let to separate badges and points and just get those of the course actually completed?Many thanks,

Hello everyone,We’re revamping out badges this year and I was wondering if there is a way to display the badges bigger inside the widget used on the dashboard? Currently, the badges are displaying very small. Any writing that may be on them is essentially not visible. We were hoping to be able to label the badges so it is not just a generic icon. ie. A First Aid Certificate badge would have an icon but it would also say First Aid on it visibly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

We assigned a course to our supervisors. Some of them did not complete the course prior to the due date. When they go back to finish the course, the work already completed is no longer marked as complete. It is a two+ hour course and they already are time-starved. Help?

When a user completes a required training and takes the quiz, how long does it take to reflect that on report? Does it take 24 hours or it’s immediately reflected?  Thanks!  

We are a Utility Company for Gas and Electric Services for the city.  We maintain the Electricity and Gas for our Customers.  With that said we have lots of people who work in the field who have to Qualify to perform certain tasks.  We call that Operation Qualifications.  Basically if you haven't passed what we call a KNT online course and shown by means of a PEF (Performance Evaluation - someone seen you do the task in person) then you can't do the task.  We maintain this information on who is qualified to do such a task and reports are ran daily to show the information that is updated.  People have to requalify depending on the task either every 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.  

Good Afternoon, There are a number of times I am embedding an HTML code as a learning asset.  These include:When I want to embed a Canva project When I want to Embed a Youtube video with extra coding at the end to only show recommendations on my channelAs things stand, as soon an the HTML learning asset is viewed, it is marked as complete.  This is especially problematic with the upcoming AI change in October as this will open a pop-up that says it is complete. Has anyone found a way to allow for some time to pass before the HTML asset is marked complete? Thank you,Ryan

We are new to Docebo and are having some difficulty with automatic assignments - we would like to see if it’s a bug or something we’re just missing. We’ve created courses, created groups, and created our enrollment rules. For each enrollment rule, we’ve added groups/branches and courses, and we’ve turned the status to active. We have seen that the groups “fire” properly, and indicate the right number of people. However, the courses are not assigned to the people in the groups. Is there something we could have missed? This is very frustrating and is leading to a lot of manual work assigning courses to groups manually from within each course.  We have submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. I thought I’d ask here as well. Thanks!

Hello Fellow Admins, We offer a variety of VILT courses (we do not charge employees within the LMS) that are fairly costly. We are constantly experiencing employees canceling last minute or not showing up, which is a big issue.What does your company do to help avoid last minute cancellations and no shows from courses that cost the company money?The options I thought of are adding a “Last Day to Cancel” notification. I also thought about turning off the ability to unenroll from the session and change sessions, but this would apply to all course sessions at all times. I wish there was a way to prevent unenrollment X days before the session start date.Any ideas would be really helpful! Thank you!

Hi everybody,I have quite a specific need. I have a group of courses (say, 10) where if a learner completes some of them (say, 8), they get one certificate.How can I achieve this in Docebo Learn? I thought about making it available through a LP, but I did not find a way to assign it to those who managed to complete 8 of the 10 courses. I also thought about leveraging course equivalencies, but I did not come up with a good answer (maybe I haven’t thought about it deeply enough!).Has anybody faced an issue like this? Did you find a simple solution without contemplating the possibility to write down all the possible combinations of the 8 out of 10 courses?Thanks in advance!Mauro

All people taking any of the Tests we created in Docebo are seeing that they failed with a 5% score, no matter what score they actually got or if they passed. Here is an example where I got 100% on a test I created to demonstrate:This also shows on the top of the “See Your Answers” screen, even though you can scroll down and see (in this case) that all of the answers are correct: However - not only does it report correctly as getting 100% correct in Reporting, New Reports, etc., the initial pop-up after completing shows the correct score: And when selecting “Retake Test” it also shows the correct score:​​​​​ We are newly using Docebo, and up to this point this has not happened - my tests showed the wheel accurately, and a class who used them did not see problems. This just started around 2 days ago. The “Usage Dashboard” change seems to have removed my active users reports and I can’t find them. Do you know where they went?

Is there a way to get static URL of a page element, e.g. an image that’s in a widget?The use case here is to send out a newsletter to learners showing them, a new feature on a page.  Let’s say that feature is just an image widget that sends them to a new area of the platform.  One might want to include that image in the newsletter while explaining how it works.Currently, if you inspect the page and grab a URL of an element like an image on a Docebo page, and then post that URL in a newsletter or any other HTML reference, it will work for a while, but then the URL will change and expire, so if somebody opens your newsletter a day or two later, the link will be broken.This is a frustrating situation.

We need to assign New Hires a specific harassment course based on where the user is located at (State). Since there is only 10 values allowed when you create a group, do I have to create multiple groups? I wish that groups had a filter option like: is or is not.Please let me know how you would handle this situation.Thanks!

Is it possible to give users the ability to sort search results by tag just as we can in the Docebo community?  

Hi all.Maybe I’m missing something but I cannot navigate in the Custom reports builder menu - i can only look at the first page of entries; i don’t get any options to progress through the list. i’ve tried it on a couple of browsers & it doesn’t get any better.Has anyone else seen this? i was going to submit a ticket but i wanna see if anyone else has experienced this first.Regards,Nate 

I am wondering if I am missing something or if there is a limitation here. I am trying to create a group where we need everyone with field Company = 20   and Job ID field = is equal to any of a list of 100. Because of the way this is setup I can’t figure out a way to use one group. I have to create 10 groups with 10 job ids. Is there a better way to do this?   

Hi,  I am building an academy that serves several different product lines. I have branches for each product and would like users to land on their respective Homepage that I created for each product. I have been able to create separate menus for each branch, and those show up properly for the different branches, but I can’t figure out how to change the default homepage. 

We’re updating our branding which includes all SCORMS. Because we have programs currently running, I need to keep the old Courses around for a few months as I create new Courses to house the new SCORMS. I’m revising the way I name the new course CODES (makes it easier to find when creating Learning Paths) and I want to know if I’m asking for trouble if I put the [ ] marks into the CODES. For example:[V] CIHW 001 Introduction [V] CIHW 002 How to Thrive on a Hybrid Team [V] CIHW 003 Building Strong Hybrid Relationships  I was told that when I first started with Docebo that when I create new folders and groups to keep clear of special characters in the names. Is this true for CODES as well? I have a lot of creating/naming to do and want to ensure I’m not creating more work for myself. I want to keep the square brackets as we have multiple categories other than V, and it makes it so much easier on the eyes.   

We need to know how many learners who have selected a language other than English are completing our English e-Learning courses.  I have not found a way to pull that data into a report and am told by support that it’s not possible in Docebo.  Does anyone else need learner language data in reporting?  We are trying to decide what languages to translate learning into and having this information enables us to target our polling.
