Hi,I am trying to add CEU credits and certificate to a course to make it eligible to receive CPE credits. In the course management wizard, I found the below two options.Certificate Template (under General Settings) Certifications & Retraining (Under Advanced Settings)Can anyone please help me understand the difference between these two options.Thanks.

Hello Everyone,  I recently observed that my power user has full access to Course management - with rights to create view edit and delete the courses.While creating an E-learning course the PU is unable to add training material? They can add the Training material in ILT courses thoughAnyone faced similar issue and can guide me what I need to change in their access so that they can create an e-learning course. ThanksAmi  

We have a public catalog in which we provide external users with access to specific product catalogs.  This catalog is in our public domain - not our internal domain. I am unable to find a way to arrange the catalogs. Currently, they appear in alphabetical order - the way they are selected in the domain settings for the public page. Is there a way to change the order in which they appear?  Thank you.

I can’t seem to find a way that a manager can assign a due date to courses. I know as a admin I can assign 30,60, etc days to get the course complete but this doesn’t work for some situations. Some managers want to assign a specific due date to a course when they enroll teammates. 

Has anyone experienced integrating LinkedIn Learning courses and it not let you put the course in full screen when going through the course? If so is there a way to fix that?

Hi EveryoneI have set up a multiple-choice test with the limitation of only having two attempts.If the test pass mark is not reached and the user needs to re-take the test, they have to re-take the entire test.  Is it possible to set-up the test so that the user only has to re-take the question they got wrong?Many thanks Sarah

TLDR – While reporting on our completion rates for courses, we are finding that it keeps going down for one key reason: stale/aging enrollments. We need to find a way to expire enrollments rather than carrying them forward indefinitely.  Backstory – We have migrated 3 other LMSs into this one that we manage, and with that was a whole host of enrollments for courses that may have been in progress previously (regardless of that learners intention to complete). We also have learning plans set up where some people will take all of the courses, and some will only take selected courses (not all). Both reasons mean that we have courses with enrollments that will never move forward.  Need – We would love some advice on how long to leave enrollments active, and the best practices on how to expire them within the LMS. We are considering using the Days of Validity feature for the e-Learning courses, and set for X days after enrollment (maybe 6 months?) but with a Soft Deadline just incase the lea

I have a learning plan created.  I would like to enroll users and have the learning plan available to them May 1 (for reference, it is April 24).  I will not be in office on May 1 to do this manually.   Is there a way to schedule enrollment so that learners do not see their learning plan until an appointed time that I can schedule in advance. This learning plan contains 8 e-learning courses. Thank you!

We launched the public catalogs. But we find the filtering of categories can’t be displayed properly on the login page when users switch to another language. For example, a native Portuguese user goes to our system, they will switch the language to Portuguese. All the text will be switch to Portuguese, except for the category list. It’s required to reload the page to display the categories in Portuguese. Is there any way to fix the problem?

I see eligibility rules for groups but not branches. I know I can change a branch with a CSV file or assign a branch based on an additional field at creation. I am struggling to find a way to automatically change a branch based on any conditions. Use case:User enters the system as a potential consultant, placed into the “Potential” branch. When they meet certain criteria, they move to the “Consultant” branch. If I can capture the criteria, can I automate the switch? If I setup the creation based on an additional field, will it update current users’ branch based on that field changing?

Hi, we’ve found that the filters trigger that opens up the filters panel is not very apparent to many of our users.I’m looking for a CSS implementation that makes the filters panel always open. Can this be done?Regards,-S

The option to change score display under Score Management for a quiz is grayed out/disabled. I want to change the scoring from numbers to percentage. I do have people enrolled in the quiz but not started and I have people that have completed. I do to have any users that are “in progress”. What am I missing here? Is this dependent on some other setting somewhere?

I'm looking to run a report to find out who isn't enrolled to a course - as it stands the filters only show me who has been enrolled but not completed the session/course.I can find out via a vLookUp but looking to see if this is a feature on Docebo. Thanks in advance.

One of our customers requires our certificates for course completion be signed, is it possible to prompt an employee to sign their certificate associated with a specific course in the system?

Hello,Currently, employees who are “on leave” remain active in our system. Therefore, they are still enrolled in courses while they are out and there isn’t a way to identify them in reporting. I believe it is ideal to move “on leave” accounts to an inactive status, but this could cause them to be missed from course enrollments via enrollment rules (since active users remain in groups and will not get enrolled in courses they missed once they become active). How do your company handle employees who are on-leave in Docebo?Thank you!Jessica

My LMS supports both employees and customers. I want the training to be free for employees but want to charge customers.What is the best approach, looking for suggestions. Is this a use case for subscriptions?

Hello, I have a number of users that have requested changes from their personal email addresses to their company email addresses. This will also change their user name. All users have completed courses. Does changing email and user name in the system require that users complete the courses again or does it retain their course completion status?Thanks for your help!

Hoping someone has experienced something like this. We utilize American Heart Association RQI courses. These courses have to be assigned perpetually or ongoing for all learners who need them. The assignment is the same name and is assigned quarterly to anyone who is done the previous quarter. Anyone have a similiar situation and if so, how do you make this work? Thank you - Jodi

Use Case:  Attempting to use a local survey for multiple cohorts and would like each group to select the start date of their training session using a calendar drop-down.  Question:  Has anyone figured out how to add a calendar drop-down or date field as a question response in a survey?  

We are having some issues with Docebo Connect for some external users, when they first access via OKTA they get an error, but some can proceed without any issue. As a workaround, we create profiles for these users and that resolves the issue. But manual creation of profile is something that’s not sustainable. Has anyone experienced the same issue?
