Hello, I’ve been giving people 1 point per course.  Users say 5 or 10 would be more motivating. I’m cool with that.  if I change my course completion badge from 1 point to 5 points will it give everyone 4 extra points for their past completions? Or will all past point earners be out of luck - and more importantly, those past point earners would be at a competitive disadvantage.  make sense?

We have a course that learners follow independently and then an instructor needs to observe them carrying out certain tasks in real time on an application. As learners go through the course at their own pace, it’s tricky to predict when we need to make instructors available. To make planning our side easier, we’d like to put something on Docebo that says “these are the dates/times that are available, choose one”. Only one person should be able to “enroll” for any given observation session.As the instructor only needs to observe the learner, there is no need for a webinar or teams meeting or anything like that - there doesn’t need to be any contact. Just a way to give options and have learners choose one and that option then not be available to anyone else.I can’t see an obvious way to do that in the platform. Does anyone have any bright ideas?

How do I change the logo at the top of notifications?

Hi all, Does anyone know if we can change the term “ILT” to something else (like “Workshop”) where it appears on the LMS? Maybe some CSS code? None of our learners use this term so having it there is kind of awkward...if we can’t change it then that’s fine, thought I would just ask :) Thanks for your help,Rob

I created a SCORM file in Adobe Captivate 2019 and have an exit button on the last page. The course is set for infinite attempts. Course is set to complete when 100% of slides are visited. If I exit (by clicking exit button) and I attempt to re-open the course in Docebo, I open the last page where the exit button is (I assume this is the bookmark being passed from SCORM file to Docebo).I had expected that I would be able to retake the course, but can’t seem to get to the start page. What am I missing?New to Docebo and Captivate :-)

Hi everyone!I am just looking for some advice around the training video supplier of iHasco and SCORM completions.  I am using their SCORM files and when we complete training, it completes within the SCORM but still shows “in progress” in Docebo.  Can anyone help with this as I’m manually completing for people and surely this should auto update once the training has been completed.  Has anyone else had this problem and know a solution?ThanksPaul Foxton

Hello,Anyone have a way to stop these tip boxes from showing up? Every time I log in as another user, then switch back to my account, these tip boxes show up again. Its like playing a game of whack-a-mole. And, using MS Edge, the ones at the top of the screen do not show up correctly. I cannot close them.Thanks

I’ve got a Power User with a certificate attached to a Learning Plan, but the fields on it are all designed for a course, so they are not filling in properly.ideally I would simply copy this cert & tweak it for an LP, but Docebo won’t let me do this, so instead I’ll have to just create a new one.The problem is I want to keep the template. There doesn’t seem to be a way of downloading the blank template, but i’m hoping that i’m overlooking something here. Does anyone know if there’s a way to download the blank template from a Certificate?Thanks,Nate

Hi.We use Extended Enterprise. One of the enterprises is asking for localisation for things specific to them. We all use English_UK as a language and specifically they want the generic 403 error page to be different than the default one that we use.I know that I can turn languages on and off for the enterprise, but I don't see an opportunity to modify that instance just for that enterprise.Currently, for now, I updated the text on the 403 error page to be more inclusive of these enterprises, but it would be ideal to have it be completely different per enterprise when I need it.Any ideas? Our Docebo ecommerce asks for a VAT number. As we only deal within the States this just leaves our customers confused. How do we get rid of the VAT field?

I am currently going through a backlog of our training, I have over 6,000 enrollments I am entering into my system that will then need to be marked as completed, and I have not found a way to mass change enrolled users statuses. Is there an easier way to do this than going one by one?

When users do not enroll prior to an ILT, and a power user manually enrolls them after the fact and then marks their status as complete, the user still receives the “User Enrolled in ILT Session” notification.  Has anyone found a way to prevent the notifications from being sent to participants when they are being manually enrolled/marked complete by power users?

Hello!I’m attempting to use communities more often, so here we go! I’m looking for a way with the current UI to pull every group a user is a part of. While I know I can get this information in a way from API, I’m hoping this is something we can do without API as I need some of our admins, who aren’t tech savvy, to get this data as well. Am I missing something that natively supports this?

It turns out Docebo does not log Test re-take information. So if one of your employees fails a quiz the first time, and retakes it a second time - the results from the first failed attempt are automatically over written. Absolutely unsettling but has anyone solved a work around? Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

I’d like to be able to access a quick XLS report on the number of Groups that are on the platform for an in-house report. This gives me the number of Branches (named after our clients), but I need the number of Groups (aka cohorts) that we provide for our clients.  Has anyone been able to achieve this? It seems that I have to do it by counting manually. It also seems odd that I can’t get a Group count…  

Hi,We currently have 3 compliance courses that need to be completed within the business. There is no deadline set for these courses but they are mandatory. Is it possible to have a notification created that will be sent to any user who hasn’t completed these courses all in one email? I have seen there is an option for outstanding course but it seems to generate a separate email for each course. Ideally I would want any outstanding course (From the 3 compliance courses) to be included on the email and only sent to the users who have any of the 3 courses outstanding. Hope this makes sense!Thanks,

 Dear CSS gurusI was able to change my course/LP tiles tags colors looking in the various messages 💪🏼But I’m stuck on doing the same while displaying courses in List mode (instead of Cards). I’ve tried to go through with my console… no results 😭And I would simply match my colors: Not stated = light blue, In progress = Orange and Completed = Green.Can you help me ?Thanks a lot in advance
