Hi all,When I create Docebo tests in courses and users are resuming the test, the “RESUME THE ASSESSMENT” button is cut off, if I use the translation tools I can change to “RESUME THE TEST” and then it will show up, but I want it to say “RESUME THE ASSESSMENT”, any ideas with CSS that can fix this?Thanks in advance! 

Hi there,  I am wondering if there’s any way to configure certification on Docebo so that users must complete several courses in order to get a certificate, without grouping those courses into a learning plan? 

We have a page where we want our users to be able to see only the learning plan that they are currently on (status either not started or in progress). No other learning plans.  Is there a way to set this up?  I tried using a my courses and learning plan widget set to all courses and then tried this CSS which I modified from another one I saw elsewhere in this community… it didn’t work.   /** Hide completed items from learning plan widget **/#doc-page-25 ui-cards-grid:has(.ui-card-status-done) {display: none;} Then I tried creating channel that had the possible learning plans and to hide that way using the code I found on the page linked above. But that didn’t work either… /** Hide completed items from the channel **//** Oh - and remove the gap while at it **/ #doc-page-25 ui-carousel-item:has(.ui-card-status-done) {display: none;} Is there a way to make this happen?  

Hello Community, I have a task that requires me to create a course and then add the completion date, (every users completion date is different and historical. I have the course created and it’s an ILT course. Is there a way to import just a completion date on an existing course? FYI I still need to enroll these users and would like to do that by an import as well. Maybe this can be done using the same csv? As always thank you in advance, it’s much appreciated! 

Morning Docebo Community! We’re trying to get our people managers across the business to use the “My Team” functionality more, and one of the things we would like to do is have managers enrol their staff into face to face workshops (or ILT to use the Docebo term) that we have set up. Unless I’m missing something, there only seems to be the possibility of enrolling them into the course as a whole, and NOT into a specific session. Is that correct, or is there some way that we can use the functionality to have managers pick a specific session for their team members? I know we could set them all up as admins and have them enrol learners that way but (1) that’s a lot of effort to set everyone up with the correct rights/manage them and (2) if there’s too many steps to follow I know that most of them won’t want to do it... Thanks for your help as always! Rob

Hello All , I am trying to add a video that is available on the govt site , which is open to use. However I am not sure how to use it on my training content ?  I could post the URL on the course description and by clicking on it the use can go to a new window which run the video, However I am trying to add the video in the Docebo course window. I have followed steps mentioned on this link : Creating an HTML Page as Training Material – Docebo Help & SupportHowever I see a still frame and not the video. sharing the screenshot if it helps. I hope someone can help me with basic steps of doing it. ThanksAmi 

If a manager enrolls one of their team members for ILT does it show that the manager enrolled the user or will it show as if the user enroll themselves? 

I have an elearning course that a user was enrolled in (I have the audit record that show they were enrolled) but the course is not showing in their learning. They are also not showing up in the course enrollment when I look at Course Management. What do I need to do to get the course to show up in their learning. 

Has anyone ever been able to set up a delayed enrollment into a course?  For example, we want new hires to complete a course, but not until the end of their second week. Thoughts? 

Is there anything that Power Users can do to share ownership of a Catalog? Or do I, as a Super Admin, have to grant access each time one PU creates a Catalog that another PU might need in the future?

We perform sales onboarding every two weeks, and our onboarding track or curriculum is four weeks long.  I’m looking into creating a LP for each week, separately.  My question is, do I have to manually create 4 new LPs (one for each week of onboarding) every two weeks?  Is there not a way to duplicate an LP?  It seems like a lot of work to have to manually create an onboarding curriculum that regularly occurs throughout the year.  How do other organizations handle recurring onboarding curriculums with ILT (VILT) courses, eLearning mods, videos, documents etc.?Thanks for any insight.

We are still in the onboarding process and I am running into an odd interaction with Docebo and MS teams. I can get the meetings created and enter them, but everyone joining from Docebo comes in as a presenter. My expectation would be instructors would come in as presenters and students would come in as attendees. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have noticed a recurring issue where learners complete the content in a course (it shows 100% complete inside the course content) but Docebo doesn’t pick that up and show the course as complete.  It just shows them as “In Progress.”  This only happens about 5-10% of the time, and I haven’t been able to replicate it myself.  This is required compliance training, so it is important for me to get as many people across the finish line as possible.This only happens to the courses that I built in Rise 360.  The others built in Storyline work just fine.  The courses are uploaded in the xAPI format and displayed in lightbox mode. I was told that the problem could be that there is no “Exit Course” button, but when I add that, I get even more users hung in the In Progress stage because they just click the Close X at the top of the lightbox instead of clicking the Exit Course button.  Does anyone have any guidance on how to deal with this?

We have a ILT that we want to link to on our users home page to allow them to enroll themselves. But the link is not working. It keeps pulling a link for a specific session. And isn’t working.. :(  Any suggestions?

Hi EveryoneIs it possible for line managers to see the actual date(s) when an ILT session is scheduled to take place for a member of their team?The User Personal Summary shows when the person was enrolled on the ILT session but doesn’t state when the ILT is scheduled to take place. Many thanks

I see how to change the columns that display each time you view the Enrollment tab under Course Management. Sadly, Support confirmed that we can only have 9 columns available.Is there way to update the columns that display by default? For example, I’d like to have User Status always showing instead of Level since Level adds no value to the information the tab displays (at least for us). 

Hello, I’ve been giving people 1 point per course.  Users say 5 or 10 would be more motivating. I’m cool with that.  if I change my course completion badge from 1 point to 5 points will it give everyone 4 extra points for their past completions? Or will all past point earners be out of luck - and more importantly, those past point earners would be at a competitive disadvantage.  make sense?

We have a course that learners follow independently and then an instructor needs to observe them carrying out certain tasks in real time on an application. As learners go through the course at their own pace, it’s tricky to predict when we need to make instructors available. To make planning our side easier, we’d like to put something on Docebo that says “these are the dates/times that are available, choose one”. Only one person should be able to “enroll” for any given observation session.As the instructor only needs to observe the learner, there is no need for a webinar or teams meeting or anything like that - there doesn’t need to be any contact. Just a way to give options and have learners choose one and that option then not be available to anyone else.I can’t see an obvious way to do that in the platform. Does anyone have any bright ideas?

How do I change the logo at the top of notifications?

Hi all, Does anyone know if we can change the term “ILT” to something else (like “Workshop”) where it appears on the LMS? Maybe some CSS code? None of our learners use this term so having it there is kind of awkward...if we can’t change it then that’s fine, thought I would just ask :) Thanks for your help,Rob

Hi guys,I have a set of recordings in mp4 files I would like to upload to Docebo and I keep getting the error:This video has been created with a codec that is not supported.Based upon this document and comparing my file codec information from the SS below I am using H264 for video and ACC for audio.Do you have an idea what is bothering Docebo?Cheers,George
