Use Case:  Attempting to use a local survey for multiple cohorts and would like each group to select the start date of their training session using a calendar drop-down.  Question:  Has anyone figured out how to add a calendar drop-down or date field as a question response in a survey?  

We are having some issues with Docebo Connect for some external users, when they first access via OKTA they get an error, but some can proceed without any issue. As a workaround, we create profiles for these users and that resolves the issue. But manual creation of profile is something that’s not sustainable. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Is there some CSS or other way to adjust the fields displayed in the Calendar Widget?  Or maybe this is an enhancement?  Currently, the Calendar Widget shows the Session Name and Description.  The Description is too long to fit well in this position, and if a Learner wants to read the Description, they can click into the item to review additional details.  What would be more helpful in this view is the Course Name, Session Name, and Event Name (or title depending on how you’ve setup your system).  It would make more sense on the calendar in all three views.   If it can’t be updated for all.  Seems like there should be an option to turn on/off which fields to display (similar to My Profile).  The current view is not helpful at all for Learners and we should not have to duplicate the Course Name into the Session or Event references.

Hi there, I have a learning plan in place. This plan contains two courses and has a rule in place. You have to complete the first course before you are allowed to access the second course. For learners this makes sense, but for the teacher it doesn't. Is there a way for the teacher to access the second course without being forced to complete the first?   

As a company we are reporting on training data from 2022. For example, I created a custom report (courses - users) for all of our onboarding learning plan and courses. But I am not able to tell what data is from 2022 only. Does anyone have a recommendation on custom reports or best practice to capture data like this? Thanks!

Hi there, Does anyone know of a way to hide Learning Plan descriptions for learners? When they open a learning plan, I would like to only display the courses inside the learning plan (with no learning plan description on top). Thank you

Hi EveryoneI am new to Docebo having just been released into the wild by our consultant last week!!We have two Learning Plans each containing three ILT courses. Learning Plan-1 must be completed before Learning Plan-2 is started.Once the last course is completed in Learning Plan-1, the Learner is not required to start the first course in Learning Plan-2 for a further 12 months (are you still with me?).Is there a way of creating a delay between Learning Plan-1 being completed and Learning Plan-2 being started?  We’re trying to avoid having to set up reminders to enroll people nearer the time.Many thanks

Hi!We have different Categories for our Safety Courses and our Compliance Courses.I have a site Safety manager that should have access to mark completions on Safety Only Courses. However, he wants to be able to SEE our compliance courses to track completion - not edit enrollment. We can’t give him access to mark compliance courses done, but he needs to be able to mark safety courses done. How should I set up his permission?If he doesn’t have assigned resources of the category of “compliance” he cannot pull a report himself since he can’t view those courses- right? How can he track this set of courses?

Hello hivemind,I’m looking for your tips, tricks and experiences.We want to release some modules that belong to the same course over several weeks. We don’t want to create each module as a course and put them into a Learning Plan unless we can’t find another solution as it really is a course not a collection of courses. In other LMS systems I’ve worked with it is possible to add course material to a course but keep it locked until a certain date. This is visible to the student and they can see that there is a new module and what the date it will be shared is. It also keeps them from being able to complete the course. I don’t see this option in Docebo. You can hide it and you can set a date range that it will be available but if it’s not available yet it won’t be viewable to the end user and more importantly it won’t block course completion. Is there anyway we can control course completion so that people who complete the first module don’t complete the course because there will be anoth

Hello,Hoping someone can illuminate me.I have usernames that begin with one or more zero(s) for one of my EE tenants. When normal reports export as .csv, these leading zeros may be removed. If we manually export the data we can use .xls and that keeps the zero(s). If I format the username column as Text, this helps keep the leading zero(s).The issue is when I go to upload these spreadsheets back into the LMS. When I convert the .xls to .csv, the zeros are removed, even if the column is formatted as text.I was looking at the Automation App, and I think I’ll run into the same issue of needing a .csv file.Any help is much appreciated!!

I have a session/event scheduled for a future date. A user enrolls in that session. Why does that user have the option to “Start Learning now”? When I look at the course to see who has enrolled, I see several people that are in the status of “In Progress”. How can it be in progress if the ILT session is in the future?Is there some setting I am missing?

Hello,Via Docebo, we are offering courses that have been accredited. Once a learner completes the necessary coursework, I need to be able to submit a report to the accrediting body in order to grant the learner their earned credits. Each accredited course has a unique identifier (the UAN ID) which must appear in the report in order for the accrediting body to know which course the learner consumed. I don’t know where to store the UAN ID in a way that I can then later pull into a report. Currently I’m thinking the Code field might be the best option. Has anyone found a way to solve for this requirement? Thanks much! 

So, has anyone heard any news on where Docebo Inspire 2023 will be and when?  Those of us who have to travel far would like to start planning.

Good day!Our custom pages are using iframes for added functionality. One example of this is our custom menu bar. However, when viewed via the mobile app, the iframe is not supported. Is there any alternative for this?

Is it possible to run a report that shows all the courses inside a learning plan? and their completion status?

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if you can test to see if it is an issue for you. (I have submitted a ticket with helpdesk but they are off for the weekend) All new ILT’s (including most recently created not sure how back) the enroll into this session button does not appear to work. Older ILT’s are working. The ENROLL button to the top right does work, but the Enroll into this session does not. I have been able to reproduce this multiple times under every browser. Is anyone else seeing this or have had this issue before? Any advice ? 

Hi everyoneWill a newly created Group pick up users who already meet the Group criteria i.e. does the Group work retroactively or will it only pick up users who meet the criteria after the Group was created.We have just created a Group that will contain users who have completed a particular course.  Before creating the Group there were users on the LMS who had already completed the required course but they do not seem to be in the Group.  If the newly created Group doesn’t work retrospectively, how do I get the existing users into the Group?Many thanks

When we are uploading a CSV user import file, what settings do we need to have in place or settings in the CSV so that existing users are updated, if changes are made, but not change their passwords? Thanks 

Hello guysPlease guide me, I created a Channel with 6 courses in itI set it up to be visualized only in one branchWhen test it:User “A” sees only 2 coursesUser “B and D” cant find the channel at all or any other channelUser “C” sees only 1 courseUser “E” sees 4 coursesetc... Q1: Do I need to enroll all users to these 6 courses previously ?Q2: WHy ??  Users B and D cant see any channel? Is there an easier way to re-assign courses without unassigning and re-enrolling them?Also, when doing so, does it keep the data from when they were enrolled previously?  

Seeing if anyone has been able to achieve this?We are using the wire transfer feature of the platform, but some of our transactions are going to be free because they either are:Employees using a coupon to receive our training for free Users selecting free courses from a learning plan that contains both free and paid elementsIn our workflow, someone still needs to go in an mark the transaction as paid even if the cost of for free.  Has anyone been able to automate marking the transactions with no cost as paid so that our users do not have to wait for an admin to mark it as paid?

I want to be able to disable the ecommerce cart for customers to purchase courses but still want customers to be able to use their coupons only. Is there a way to do that? 

I have a notification that needs to go to managers when their direct reports enrol to a course (ideally it would actually be a user has enrolled to ILT session but that’s currently not available).I want the email to read:Hi [manager_name],[direct_report] has enrolled to [course_name]Can I use the available short codes to achieve this? My understanding is that [first_name], [last_name] and [username] would all apply to the direct report?This will be a singular [direct_report] and [course_name] so not a digest type notification.Thanks!
