How do you do likert scales of 5 or 7 points without naming each one? I tried doing a blank space and that didn’t work. Studies show that by putting words over the numbers it effects the scoring. Since I’m aggregating with other survey tools, I want just words with the endpoints and the midpoint, but not every number. 

I would like to build a widget custom page with a widget to display a custom selection of catalogs (I got that) and then a widget to display Courses and Learning Plans, but only for the same custom selection of catalogs that I am choosing to display on this page. Is it possible to limit the Courses and LPs to certain catalogs? Thank you!

Dear allI’m still having a hard time using the notification table when creating/updating them. Here I have selected 8 courses… but no way to filter or understand which ones were selected ! Any recommendation ? or upgrade scheduled on this basic “table filtering need” I saw this… but no news about it

Hi EveryoneWe have an external training provider who will be delivering a training course via Microsoft Teams and I would like to set up this course but struggling to do so.I have activated the Microsoft Teams for vILT app but when setting up the course and selecting Video Conference Tool, the Microsoft Teams for vILT app is not included in the dropdown list (I can only see Custom Tool).In short I am at a loss so any help with this would be very much appreciated.Many thanks.

I know easily how to get a notification to schedule every day. I know how to schedule a notification for every monday,But is there a method where I can say…I want this notification to run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am every week.I come from an IT background, so I am wishing the system was more CRON like in its flexibility.I find sending a notification every day is too much and once a week is too little.But I also think having to setup multiple notifications (especially with no way to duplicate an existing notification and just tweak the day) is a bit much.Am I missing something?Thanks!

I’m new to using a Power User to help me with certain tasks so pardon me if this is a silly question. However, my Power User can’t see any courses in our Course Management tab. She can see the folder and the filter but otherwise, the screen is blank for her. Any suggestions?? I feel like I have things set up for her correctly for her to be able to assist with management of courses but perhaps not?

Here’s my scenario. We initially had a quiz embedded in a SCORM module, but we’ve now split the SCORM module into two separate modules -- one with just the content and one with just the quiz. They’re contained in the same course. If someone completed the course before the split, will their initial course score be maintained even though we added an new SCORM module with a separate quiz to the course? Or would they need to take the new quiz? 

The External Training managing Training Courses and Institutes. We need the ability for Admins to sort these list for the end user.I am getting several complaints from the users wanting the course list to be in Alphabetical order to limit the time it takes to upload training records.I created a list of course names and institutes and when users click on the drop down the list is not in alphabetical order....

I’m creating a course and want each individual assignment in the course to have it’s own due date (i.e. Assignment A is due June 1, Assignment B is due July 1, Assignment C is due August 1, etc.). I have a visibility date on the course as a whole (so everything needs to be in by September 1), but can I set it up so that learners are notified when a specific assignment is late?

I am reading through all of the great stuff on Comsliders, but I can’t get it to work. Maybe it’s the widget I’m using. Do I use the IFrame widget, the HTML/WYSISYG widget or something else? 

When adding a thumbnail to Learning Plans, I am using the same image dimensions (800x 400) and file type (png) as the images that I upload to courses. However, the learning plan thumbnail appears blurry in the course catalog.I’ve used the same Canva project to create these images and they all have the same font size and image size.Does anyone know what might be causing this (image on right is learning plan)?Thank you.Image on right is learning plan and is blurry. 

When developing Notifications, is there a list of “global shortcodes” that can be used in all notifications (outside of the specific shortcodes listed per notification type), such as date and time?

Has anybody faced any issue where the users complete the first training material and click "Next" to continue the following training material, but the "Next" button is not working? But when the user exits and re-logins, the "Next" button is working. I reached out to the support team and was told it was expected behavior.May I know anyone's thoughts on this or suggestions?

We end our ILT sessions with an online evaluation. I have noticed that when I run a report on the evaluation I can see all responses, but it anonomizes the replies. Is there a way to this off or run a different report that shows all users responses and the users name?

Hi all, How can we pull a report to show the number of ‘Events’ held per ‘session’ per course?We want to be able to see this breakdown and also check attendance against it.I can create a report showing the ‘sessions name’ under each course but not the number of events held under EACH session per course?I hope the above makes sense? Thanks.O

Hi Docebo Experts!I have another question with distributing passwords.I was able to use the Import Users via CSV which included passwords for each user.  I can see all of the users names in the User Management page (Which is great!).Question:  Is there a function in Docebo that can send users their passwords via email in a ‘batch’ or would I send individual emails?  Being a newbie, I’m not sure if there is a better way.Thanks in advance all!

Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question, I’m pretty new to the world of Docebo reports :-)We want to be able to include Instructor criteria in our reports, both to see which instructors have been allocated to which courses and which courses have no instructors allocated.Has anyone worked out how to do that, or where the instructor field can be selected?Thanks in advance for any help with this.p.s.  Sorry for the several posts today, I’ve got a few questions!

We’d like to provide the ability for our end users to view feature-related content in our web products directly from our product site, instead of going into our docebo environment, enroll in the course, etc. Basically if you’re in a specific screen that covers user setup, I’d like to provide them with the course/video of how to set up users that’s available in our Docebo catalogue. Ideally, once they finish/watch that video, it should mark it as watched in docebo as well. Does a functionality like that currently exist?

Does anyone know how to change the button verbiage?  I want to change the “Start Learning” to “Start Now.”  The Localization tool does not impact this. 

Just brushed up against something surprising: Has anyone else experienced this? We have used fields both to collect data and to drive certain enrollment rule. Had no idea there was a limit. Any workarounds or suggestions?

When using the Digest: Learner has yet to complete the course notification, would users receive the notifications of the courses that it is locked for them due to different reasons but they are already enrolled to?
