Hi EveryoneIs anyone experiencing issues adding a file to the chat whilst in a VILT/ITL session through Docebo?We have a couple of reported incidents where we havent been able to add a small file to the chat, even in session or once complete.Anyone experienced anything similar recently.Weve done some testing and cant seem to replicate the issueThanksSam  

We need to assign New Hires for a specific group training after they have been here for 3 weeks. We know that we need to set up a group Then set up an Enrollment Rule to assign a Learning Plan to that group of people We have an additional user field labeled “State Date”. Users are added every week. What can we use to get the users added to the group after 3 weeks from start date?  

Has anyone imported “Is Manager” and “Direct Manager” in an automated way into the system?  If so how?  Do you use the API?  Do you use LDAP?     I have SSO setup but it does not pull in all the fields I need and I want to make sure we have an automated way (Not CSV file) to do this. Thank youEric VanAuken

Hello, My company is trying to track licensing for a specific state. The application will need different managers signatures. The user will first have to download a workbook, answer a few questions, and the application will have to be uploaded by one of the managers. I would like to have this done as an assignment, however, this same application will need to be downloaded and filled out by the user. Is it possible for the user to download an assignment that is uploaded by a manager or is there another way for it to be done?  

During the conference in 2022, someone asked about the capability of adding a Learning Plan to another Learning Plan, does anyone know if this is in the works, or just a thought?

Hey there!  We are trying to see what instructor evaluated an assignment for a particular course. Is there a report setting you recommend? 

Is there a way to create a link that will automatically sign up a user for the session link they click? 

When creating new course, can one of the tabs be Reports/Custom Reports and enable to option to attach the course to the existing custom reports/reports at the point of course creation?

Hi,I want our managers to be notified when someone in their team has enrolled on a session.  ‘Managers’ doesn't seem to be an option in this particular notification but i have seen it in others. Is this type of notification possible?  

Hi ThereWe are looking at settign up a ILT with multiple sessions and events, we would like the managers to enrol there team members into specifc sessions, though on testing we seem to be only able to enrol them at the course level with admin/poweruser having to enrol into session. Does anyone have a work around? we dont have the commerce module as nothing is chargable but we dont want individals self enrolling directly either

Is it possible to create a link to any material that has been uploaded in an ILT session as part of the Training Material for that session?What I want to do is have a link in the notification email that will take people directly to the content page where they can download it.Expecting people to have to log in, renavigate their way back to the session and then download it just seems clunky.Ideally, I’d like to be able to add PDF attachments to outgoing notifications - that would make life a whole lot easier…Thank you

Has anyone configured the Docebo/Cybersource integration to support both credit card payments and a bill me later option?  Is this even supported?  I’ve not been able to find any information in the Docebo documentation. I know that Cybersource has an .api for a bill me option, but I don’t know if it can be implemented with Docebo.Thank you.

I’m kinda new to channels (standard, not D, C&S) and can’t seem to consistently make content display on the dashboard.Here’s my configuration:Custom channel in Admin > Channels, called Latest Uploads It is published, visibility to 2 groups and 1 branch. My superadmin account is a member of all three of these. Content is one course and one LP. My dashboard (page) widget is a Channel widget, assigned to display only the Latest Uploads channel.If I add content to the channel via Admin > Channels, it does not appear on the dashboard. If I enroll myself into the LP, then I get content on the dashboard.This just seems very wrong to me that something meant for informal learning requires an admin to make it visible.  What am I doing wrong?

On the Admin Dashboard, I have pending transactions in the Production and Sandbox environments. We have not gone live yet and have been testing scenarios with a developer. What happens if I cancel the pending transaction? 

Hey Community ! I start Docebo in my company this week ! It going well 🚀I did 2 plans, with 2 finals quizzes. I have to train managers on how to use reports wisely. I tried to make a custom report. I manage to put the progress, the last score achieved, the dates, etc. But the most important thing for me is to see if the user has any difficulties. For that I would like to have the statistics: "number of attempts". I have the "session" but for it to be counted, the user must have disconnected in the meantime.Is this feature exists ? Thanks for you help and support guys ! 🤓Maxime.

We use SSO and are thinking of changing our username from our email address to our employee id (which is a unique number).  Are there any reasons that you have encountered as to why we should not make this change?Kind RegardsLisa

Hello - we would like to automate the email that we send when a new power user in our External branch is created.Is there a way to create a group based on branch = external and level=power user?  Or is there a workaround that others have found to send the new power user an automated welcome email? 

I have about 30k+ accounts that use a drop down Additional Field, and there are multiple languages for this field.  Our business has changed and I now need to edit the elements (options) in the drop down. I want to update and reorder the elements.Does anyone know what the impact would be to this field in the accounts? My guess is that the field will contain whatever element is in the same position of the list (like element #2 or #6), which means I couldn’t reorder things.Unfortunately, my sandbox is too far outta date for me to use it. Hello all,I tried to find a way to configure a course to not allow the learner repeat the course after completed, but I did not find it. Is it possible? thanks 

Is it possible to force a user into a particular ILT session, especially in cases where we are only going to have one session of that ILT? It’s just extra clicks, and confusing, to make them have to pick a session, when there is only one to choose from anyway.

Does anyone have some creative setups for reports that helps you track all of your courses?With a new director in L&D, we wanted to get a one-shot report that had all courses and specific data points on each. Found out that there is no pre-built report for this, so we had to get creative.I did a report for all courses with enrollments (which of course means courses without enrollments are ignored), and then removed all of the duplicate enrollments to funnel it down to each individual course.
