Is there a way to change the end date of all the courses included in a LP at the same time? I know I can change the validity of the end date of the LP, but it doesn’t seem to affect the end date of the courses included when I go to the user personal summary.Any other way to do that?Thank you!

I have a group that wants to assign training based on ‘Who’ the manager is.For example all direct employees under Jan Doe would automatically get assigned training.I’m not seeing in creating groups a way to add field ‘Direct Manager’  I also don’t see in custom report that I can filter a report to only display everyone that is under a particular manager or managers. I am aware of the My Teams and we do utilize this. But curious how anyone handles outside of the direct manager assigning themselves but auto-assigning. Thanks!

Hi Docebo Team!Requesting if the Learner Notification, User has been enrolled in a Learning Path, could have the option of when I can send it after the event. The only choice currently is to send it immediately. When new learners are added to the platform, they receive the User has been created (by administrator), along with the you’re enrolled in a Learning Path. However, I’ve noticed quite often that they’ll receive the learning path notification long before the Welcome to the platform create your account one. Is there a chance that something could be implimented so that they receive the second, Learning Path, email an hour after I sign them up?Thanks so much

Reports allow you to sort on one level. Many times it is desirable to add a sort on another level. For example, I can sort on Branches. This is helpful but I would like to add a second level of sort so each Branch is sorted by Username. Is this possible?

Hey there- I’m new to this, so I wanted to clarify my understanding and see what workarounds seem to work best for those who have been doing this more long-term. Our IT department would like our employees to take a course every six months and track the completions. We’re running into a couple problems in thatwe want to keep archival data on taking the course, we want to auto-enroll users, and we want to see if they could be prompted to recertify six months after their individual completion of the course instead of just doing it two general times a year. It seems that the go-to move on here is to create a certification that expires after the time allotment and create a new course for users to enroll in. My concern is that users have to self-enroll, archival data on past compliance completions may be overwritten, it seems likely it’ll just be twice a year for everyone instead of 6 months after the user has completed their first course while onboarding, and that we’re having to remake the

We are not using points in gamification, is there a way to hide the “My Points” reference? 

I have an observation checklist where the responses were entered incorrectly and the manager approved prematurely. Now there is no way for the user to retract or manager to reject, so the user/learner can alter the response.I’ve unenrolled and re-enrolled, but the old response is still reflected/observation checklist automatically shows complete even with new enrollment.Is there any way to retract/reject an observation checklist once submitted and approved?Is there a work around?Any feedback/assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone! I’ve just started implementing badges for our organisation. I would like to know if a badge that has already been given to a learner that completed a learner plan would be removed from this learner if you add further courses to the existing learning plan.

Hi everyone,I think I’m missing something that’s likely right in front of me. I want to automatically assign an eLearning course. I know how to create a group and enrollment rule, but where do I select the criteria for “course is due in xx days from assignment”? Thanks!

I have an admin who needs to have a course not publicly visible in the catalog, but which a select group of users will access via the enrollment link generated at course level. We have tried various catalog options combinations in conjunction with actually being part of a catalog and also not part of one but everything results in the user receiving an permissions error.  The only success was for the course to be visible and self enrollments on, which is what we don’t want. Is it possible to do what we are after?

Is there a way to allow a user, within a course, to upload a PDF certificate as part of the completion of the course? 

Is there a way to change/enter the score manually in the score field for users who completed a course?  We do a practical skills assessment on our platform and would like to enter the score they received for their course assessment. If not, are there any workarounds you would suggest? Thank you in advance!

Hi I am working on a new Docebo section for our internal contact center employees. Here’s our current situation:Mainly we use Docebo for the introductory phase of our employees. We have a database of courses and user, as we use a lot of the functionality of Docebo. Our needs:  We would like to build a new Docebo site for a designated amount of employees. This site should be fully disconnected from our standard learning platform.As I was learning how to use Docebo on your “Docebo University”, I got to the function “extended enterprise”. I noticed that when using “extended enterprise” (different URL), I was not able to build a fully new page. For example: The point "Manage menus" does the same for both URLs. It is not possible to select different priorities for both sites. My goal is to create a new URL with a different home-page, but with some of the users from the “main platform”. 

We want to connect the Docebo notification to Microsoft Teams. Has anyone tried this before?

Hi Community, I’m wondering if anyone is currently using CSS to keep the ILT Session information dropdowns open when a user opens the course? One of the biggest issues we see with ILTs is that user’s cant find the “Join the Webinar” button and will often miss trainings because of this. I’ve started looking into the CSS code to see what can be applied, but figured I would ask incase anyone has already attempted/solved this. Thank You! -Jason

Hi docebo community !Does per any chance someone knows why some of the ILT I am enrolled to, do not appear on my google calendar although some others appear? I have exported my docebo calendar creating a separate one on google from the url. It is strange that only some of the sessions appear and not all of them. It even seems that any new session I enroll to, do not appear.  I am the admin of my company and we are willing to extend our ILT session to all our trainings, this is almost the only way to make our employees know they have coming sessions.Thanks for your help !   Regards, Céline

Is there a way to create a Power User profile that allows a power user to create course reports without allowing them to also edit the assigned course? 

Can you upload more than 1 recording after ILT session?  My company has week long, 8 hours a day training classes. Yesterday was day 1.  MS Teams broke the recording into 4 or 5 recordings. Can we upload multiple or do we need to convert into 1 recording?

Hi, I’ve noticed users sometimes miss the “Ask the Experts” icon. I’m hoping to create a panel that links to the ask box. Fort example, at the bottom of their landing page, there would be an image that says “Click here to ask an expert!”   

Hi all,We are potentially looking to set up a number of different admins across the different areas of our business with a view that each admin can micro-manage their own set of users.I’ve found Docebo University very useful - I was wondering if we are able to use some of the modules from DU in our own LMS? The admins won’t need access to everything on DU but if we could have a catalogue of a handful of lessons there available for them, that would be great…Does anyone know if we are able to do so?Many thanks,Rob
