Does anyone use the E-Signature for signing documents in Docebo.  We are trying to figure out a way to have employees sign things in Employee Onboarding like the employee handbook. Any thoughts? LR

HiJust want to sanity check something here with everyone. For ILT sessions that are self service, our users cannot see the number of spaces available/booked, which is leading to confusion when they can’t select the date they want.Is this correct? Is this pretty fundamental feature missing, or have we screwed something up?!

Morning all,Another thing we have noticed during some update, is that the text for when there are no sessions scheduled for a course has changed.We used the localisation tool to edit this previously as we have some on demand courses that run once we have enough interest.  We get users to enrol on the course and then when we schedule a session, a notification goes out to those interested to book on to it.  You can see the text we changed to above the enrol button.My question is where is the “Whoops, there are no sessions yet for this course” hiding in the localisation tool?  I have searched whoops, no sessions, the whole thing, and various other options, but cannot find it.Anyone know?

This may be a really obvious question to answer, but if we want to make changes to our home pages etc, we don't really want to be doing that in the ‘live’ system.  What’s the easiest way to temporarily close the system so we can perform some changes or ‘scheduled maintenance’ (ideally with a page that explains to the user when the system will be back online)  

I keep seeing the posting for 2021…just asking because if we are going to potentially plan some travel? Then I want to do so way in advance…

We have found that users rarely use the Universal Search or the Catalog page filters and would like to include some instructions at the top of the page. The only way to do this, I think, is by creating a custom page and then adding the Catalog (all catalogs) widget to it in a block below a block containing the instructions. That’s easy enough, but the problem is when a user clicks on a catalog link on that page to view that catalog’s courses, the breadcrumb navigation assumes they are coming from the built-in Course Catalog page. Similar situation for Coach & Share channels.Is there a workaround for this aside from hiding the breadcrumbs via css? I’d like to keep the breadcrumbs if possible.In summary:User navigates to a custom page titled “Course Catalog”. User clicks on a catalog link on that page to view all courses within that selected catalog. User then uses the breadcrumbs to go “Back” and is brought back to the built-in Course Catalog page, not the custom replacement. 

Are there best practices around keeping or deleting expired users? I read that all assets they have created will be deleted along with them, so obviously want to keep this in mind. What is the standard operating procedure for this?

Can someone please explain the difference between setting an enrollment deadline with a validity window vs. entering a Start and End date under Advanced Properties > Time Options?Ideally, I would like to assign users to an eLearning during a specific window for compliance purposes but also provide the option for them to access the course beyond the specified end date. I’ve noticed that if I enabled a validity window as part of setting up an enrollment deadline, my users get locked out of the course after the final day even if I have enabled the Soft Deadline option under Advanced Properties > Time Options.   

Newcomer here, fairly new to Docebo and definitely new to the community :).As the subject says how log does it take to complete a background job?   In this particular case it is a job importing a CSV containing exactly three users that I will like to create in Docebo.I have been waiting for over 5 hours now.  Is there a schedule?   What’s the average completion time of background job?   I would expect for something this small to execute a little quicker.I did search the documentation, the Docebo University, this community, and Google at large but couldn’t find an answer.  

When using assignments for a training material, are uploads (attachments) available indefinitely for a course that remains published?- Can the learner retrieve their own upload?- Can the instructor retrieve the upload?- Can a superadmin or a person with PU access retrieve the uploads via the training material?- Can a manager retrieve the upload?

Hi! Is there a way to export a list of all of our active users? Ideally it would be from the user menu to capture everyone. I could create a group encompassing all branches, but we have some stragglers not in any branches and I want to review everyone.

Hello,I am trying to remove some text from a custom privacy policy acknowledgement page for a specific Extended Enterprise. I’m not a CSS expert but I think I understand the concept. As a first step I’m trying to identify the target page and I see people are doing this with the browser inspector tool. However I cannot find the page ID when I do this.I am hoping to remove, hide, or turn white so you cant see the line under the first line. It is the line that says “ you must read and agree to the Privacy Policy in order to proceed”Yes, I know you can use the localization tool however we have other Extended Enterprises that want to keep this so I was hoping to do this through custom CSS for this particular Extended Enterprise. Can anyone help get me started on how to get that page ID so I can call out that line and hide it?Thanks,Jay

Ok. I am struggling with the difference between a session and an event. I can see the differences when building it out. Can you all give me some examples of the differences between sessions and an event? I also read the “Naming Conventions for ILT post. Great info, but for some reason, still struggling. We would simply have 1 session/event. The session would recur quarterly, but the event?Hope this makes sense.Thanks,Michael

Is there a way to assign new course thru exist enrollment rules app?I’ve a existing enrollment rules (with 10 onboarding course) for our location and it works well if any employees newly joined into our groups/branches.Now, we are extending our onboarding course from 10 to 12...The newly added 2 courses does not assign to our exist employees. Enrollment rules not processing to our employees those who added already into our groups/branches, If any new employee added into our groups/branches, 12 onboarding courses are assigning as expected. In Docebo KB article says retroactive does not work in enrollment rule app.. Unfortunate! We are enabling new onboarding courses frequently and it is not best approach to create a groups every time when we enable a new course to our onboarding employees thru enrollment rules.Do we have any best practice for this scenarios or did I miss something in settings?

Hi all,I was hoping somebody could offer some advice regarding how to space tests within a course composed of multiple videos. Our team is considering the following three methods.Short test after each individual video. Medium length test after several videos. Long test at the end of all the videos.Each of these methods has pros and cons, so it would be really helpful if you could share how you space your tests and explain why you favor one particular method over another. Our videos are generally quite short, averaging about 3 to 5 minutes in duration.Thanks,Daniel 

When I try to upload a file into the training material of a course or into the central repository, it’s saying that the file does not exist. It’s doing this for any file. I’ve uploaded files multiple times previously but now I’m suddenly running into this issue.Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi all,  first post so please bear with me.  We are just about to launch Docebo at our organisation and there are still lots of things we cannot get our heads around.  This might be the first of many questions i post here!We are rolling out a leadership development programme.  It consists of 5 days of training (over the period of 3 months), and has lots of pre/post learning. The programme will run with cohorts of about 16 people which go through the programme together and complete each day of training together).  We could potentially have 5 cohorts this year.  In my mind it should have been a case of setting up a course, then setting up a session (for each cohort), and the setting up the 5 days of training as 5 events within each session.  So far this works for this programme.  My issue is around training materials.  it looks like I can only add materials at the course level (not session).  Ideally i would want to course materials being ‘released’ as each event happens.  So Day 1 mater

We have several superadmins across our organization, as well as content creators.  When it comes to tracking, though, it is not immediately clear who has created what.I’m trying to find out who first created a certain Learning Plan. I went to our Audit Trail, but that has 10,000+ lines and is not searchable.How would you easily find this out?

I have a course that is set up as a test. It contains a SCORM package which is restricted to only 1 view. The SCORM package doesn’t report a score to Docebo. I evaluate the data from the SCORM package manually so the pass/fail isn’t decided or automated in the platform currently.I'm trying to think of a way I could automatically allow people to take the scorm package again after x amount of time if they fail the test.Any ideas? C.

Can I legally embed things like ted talks or educational videos by universities in some wellness courses on yoga, diet and exercise? We charge our customers for access to our docebo. We don't sell the wellness courses, they are free to anyone who has access to the platform.

Hello, I’m trying to find definitive answers on the status columns when pulling an ILT Session Report. Would anyone be able to tell me exactly what they meanSession Enrollment Status Column >» Complete, In Progress, Subscribed.Evaluation Status Column>»  Passed, In progress.I really would like to know what each one means, This is not easy to find. We also have a user who is in progress for an enrollment status and also in progress in the evaluation status column.Thank you all in advance I really appreciate it.nc 

Morning - when going into peoples summaries, we are getting an unusual error for the first time. Anybody else seeing this???? 

I just got a note that my PUs cannot reset a course attempt.Where I can see the attempt and reset it….I can verify that it is true what they are seeing.Off hand - does someone know the permission to reset a course attempt for PUs?
