Hi - I genuinely feel lame asking this, but I have a catalog widget that I am using in list mode and there are three things that I would love to tighten up with the experience.make that title a little smaller cut down on the spacing if possible remove the status from the widget all togetherWith an attempt to make the widget to the left scale better with the one that is “dynamic”.If some of you have fought this and have something that can come out of your backpocket? Maybe I can answer something for you soon enough?????Any help would be appreciated….

Hi all,I often need to upload records for sessions that occurred weeks in the past. The enrollment date, however, seems to default to the day you create the session/event. Is there a way to change the enrollment date so that it matches the completion date?

Hi, can a power user award badges or is it just a super user privilege? I’ve had a look at our Docebo installation and it looks like only super users can do this, but I would be happy to be wrong!

Hello! We are launching Gamification and I wanted to see if anyone has had information on the Sharing Options badges. Like how long is the sharing option valid for to receive a badge?I’ve read that some sharing options can be abused so we aren’t using all of them, but any information on this would be super helpful. I have a custom Widget Page for our Channels - not the Built in page provided by Docebo.  I want user Playlists to be visible to them on the custom Channels page - but it seems they can only see this if I use the Built in Page.  Any suggestions/thoughts - I might be missing something? 

Hi there, Members of the team asked why the notification, User has been created (by administrator), is designed whereas all the other notifications (that I know of) are blank or don’t have pre-populated source code to them. 

Is anyone aware of a way to mass update course descriptions? I need to add some language all our courses’ descriptions and it would be excellent to be able to do this via spreadsheet.I have looked at the API browser, but to be honest I do not know how that works. Thanks! 

Does anyone know of a way to have the playlist “bar” on full display by default, rather than at the bottom of the screen? It’s so hidden when you click a playlist and you’re brought to the first item.Alternately, does anyone know any CSS code which could change the color of that bar to something that stands out more?Thanks! 

Hello,What is the suggested solution for ILT’s that offer multiple Sessions, not all are required, and a user should not be enrolled in all of them automatically?Example: Planting a Flower ILTSession 1: Potting Supplies Event 1: Tuesday 1pmSession 2: How to pot the Flower Event 1: Wednesday 3pmSession 3: Teaching How to Plant a Flower: Saturday 2pm User wants to enroll in Session 1 & Session 2 but does not want to enroll in session 3. Do I have to create three separate Course ILTS? If I do 1 ILT>1 Session> 3 Events, the user is automatically enrolled in all three. If I do 1 ILT>3 Session with 1 event each, the user can only enroll in one session. What do you do to handle this?Thank you,Courtney

We use the platform to share training with our Customer Base. We have two types of Subscriptions:Basic - Provided to all customers with no cost Premium - Customers purchase this plan independent of Docebo. We handle this internally via a yearly maintenance contract. Premium members can view all courses, including a “new hire” learning plan. Premium users also get set up as Power Users, so they can: Access learning plans, assign users to courses and Run Reports With our product, some customers may not use all feature and functions. For example, let's say I have 20 courses in the learning plan, of those 20, they may only need 16 of those courses based upon how they use the system. If they assign one of their users this learning plan, then they would have to watch those courses they do not use as I have them ordered and locked until they complete. I could unlock some courses but because our products are highly configurable, it may be a different set of 2 or 4, etc.Customer asked if they

Hi all,I would like to hide the option shown in the following screenshot. Does anyone know how to hide this with CSS? I’d like to hide it because we never use it and it is easy to turn it on by mistake. 

I’m trying to figure out a way to keep notifying a user until a certification has yet to be renewed. The only available notifications for certs are Certification has been Issued and Certification has been expired. Does anyone know if I set up a notification keying on expired and schedule 1 day after the event, if the notification will cease once the user has renewed? Finding it difficult to test this assumption and am hoping others have solved for this. Thanks.

Good day Community!First time poster, short time lurker here. I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to hide or remove the visibility of the Contests tab in the gamification widget. My company is rolling out gamification for a small test audience, and we’re looking to focus on badge allocation, but not so much the competitive side of things. I know that we can un-publish the leaderboard so that it’s not visible, but I haven’t found a way to hide Contests. Any insight would be appreciated. Many thanks!

Hey People! I recently learned you can rename course widgets through this post. But I’m still a little unclear on the actual how one does this. I opened the Localization Tool App, found the File Repository Area keys but when I import a file to make the change from File Repository  to Resources for example,  Docebo is asking for an xliff file format. What do you use to create such a file and is this the only option?

Is there a way to provide users with a certificate when they complete a Test?  Or some kind of document?  thanks for your experience.

We are trying to retrieve the branch for all of our users and we are not seeing a more efficient way of doing it.  /manage/v1/user does not return a branch ID for the users.  /manage/v1/user/{user_id} does, but then we would need to call that for each user to get the branch ID, which doesn’t seem too efficient.Does any one have ideas or encountered any similar issue and have a more efficient solution? I know there is this Idea out there, in case anyone else has run into this issue, we can vote it up.

I noticed there’s a “manually” option when it comes to the “Learner has yet to complete” notification. But, I can’t find any information on how to manually send out the notification. 

Hello all, I’ve got a set of four “Jeopardy” games built in Captivate that are specifically for fun/knowledge checking.  We just moved to Docebo from Captivate Prime.  In Prime, I was able to publish these packages without selecting any kind of reporting (No specific SCORM or xAPI configs, just the published .zip file).  It all worked just fine there, the users were able to play the game whenever they wanted and it would always start from the beginning.Docebo won’t accept those same .zip files unless I turn on some kind of reporting, and have been using SCORM 1.2.  The games work fine...except if the user ‘passes’, it becomes marked as complete and they can no longer play.  In Captivate, there is no way to -not- send a completion flag if the person passes, and once Docebo considers it complete, the SCORM file will not start from the beginning, it just lands on the end page.Any thoughts on how to allow someone to retake these games, even if they pass? I’ve tried publishing as SCORM 1.2,

We have power users who are set with permissions to ‘View Users’ and ‘View Reports’ in their assigned profiles, with specific groups assigned to them under their assigned resources. I noticed, however, that (although the ‘Branches’ field is selected as a View Option for the report), no data populates in the Branches field when the reports shared with these power users are previewed/exported by the power users. The data in the field DOES populate for me as a Superadmin when I preview/export these reports though. I am guessing it has to do with either the report settings or power user permissions, but I cannot figure out what needs to change in order for these users to see the 'Branches' data for the groups that are assigned to them as power users on their reports.Has anyone else experienced this with their power users? If so, do you have any suggestions? I have sent a support ticket, but also wanted to reach out to the Community.Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to give a power user account the ability to view all surveys in multiple courses. The problem is that I can only assign the existing users as resources. Is there, as with the courses and learning plans, a way to assign all existing and future created users?

When building an automatic Group, we need a way to eliminate a termed employee from being added to the automatic group.  The options when you pick “Term Date” do not allow for “blanks” to be an option.  It only allows us to pick a date based on the following:On Is after Is before Is in the rangeThere should be an additional option called “if blank” so that when an employee is termed, they would have a date in that field and thus would not be blank.  Therefore, their name should not be added to the Automatic Group being added.  Otherwise, programmers would need to eliminate anyone that has a term date in their programming code.   

Evening,There was a thread that started to answer a question, and it actually helps me to understand how to handle “severe” structural changes for a SCORM course when I should consider hiding and showing training material related to a course.@lrnlab described a model where he hides the older training material and adds a brand new training material to the system - thus preserving the older completion data...this is neat and will definitely serve its purpose to help us manage learning objects moving forward.BUT I am curious - we were thinking of leveraging a learning plan that we slowly add courses to it so that we trickle a curriculum. Admittedly, the content is actually not ready for the courses as of yet, the roadmap for said courses is in good shape (pretty much)….so in theory we can lock up course shells until it is available.That said - has anyone slowly added courses to Learning Plans overtime? What was the implication to the Learning Plan? Did it change back to in process when a

Does anyone know if there is a video size maximum for users uploading to discover, coach and share?I can only find information on size limits for training materials which is 800mb for videos. 

Hello community! Back with another question about Deeplinks. I was able to set up a handful successfully, but I’m running into issues and I’m stumped. The course I’d like for them to have access to:has self-enrollments enabledis visible in the course catalog& the account I’m using is assigned to the catalog ...but for some reason, I still get the 404 error when I use the deeplink I created using the same format as the others that worked fine (this is link btw: https://portal.sondermind.com/sondermind_university?deeplink=/learn/course/internal/view/elearning/52/military-veteran-baseline-education) Is there any other condition I’m missing that would force a 404 error? The tech I spoke to mentioned that because the link is supposed to redirect from portal.sondermind.com sign-on page because our users are using an enrollment link attached to a platform with SAML. Any insight appreciated!
